Reviews of Michael Mina
Allison Klettke
It was very good, especially the presentation of dishes. We had both the seasonal and standard tasting menus and everything looked lovely. Service was efficient, especially for a Saturday night. We enjoyed the food, but it wasn't spectacular. We eat at a lot of Michelin star chefs restaurants and expected a little more. The fish was slightly overcooked from sitting in broth, and I had just one small piece of lobster in the lobster gnocchi.

Two words: just wow. The tasting menu at Michael Mina is a culinary experience everyone needs to try. My husband and I were celebrating passing my RE exam this weekend and surely we are never disappointed with Chef Raj’s tasting menu and the exceptional service. My favorite was the A5 wagyu and my husband loved the Sole and the Lobster pot pie.
We went for my birthday last year and had amazing time with the wine pairings but this time we were tight on time so we just had the tasting menu since we had a show to catch and the whole staff made sure the courses were timed perfectly and we left on time for our show.
We will be definitely be back for our next celebration!

If you’re looking for the best restaurant in Vegas, you’ve found it! We come to Vegas a lot and try to eat at great restaurants while we are here. All that to say, we’ve tried a lot of restaurants in Vegas…all of which claim to be the best. Michael Mina is by far THE best! It’s worth every single penny, people! The seafood is so fresh and amazing. The service is above and beyond anywhere else. It’s the place to splurge for an incredible dining experience! Do the tasting menu and sit back and enjoy. Realistically, it’s less than cirque show and so much more enjoyable!

Compared to other Michelin star restaurants, Michael Mina was one of the best and most wonderful experience and service. We ordered both signature and seasonal tasting menus. The food was delicate and subtle, and the presentations of food were beautiful. If anyone want to experience a high end seafood restaurant, I would definitely recommend.

Went here with my boss and another co-worker for dinner last week on Friday night. We got great service all the way around and excellent food. The steak was perfect for my liking and the smashed sweet potatoes were really good as well. I would definitely come back in the future.

BRUH. We were recommended this place for our special dinner, and it did not disappoint! The place was impeccable, food was delicious, and service was top notch! There were so many good eats on the menu, but we decided to do both of the tasting menus so that we can try more of the dishes. Seasons of Mina Tasting Menu & Signature Tasting Menu, both were very good, and highly recommend!

Did the tasting menu, signature highly recommended! Served grey goose with their caviar dish, delicious. The phyllo crusted solewas my favorite, but it was All delicious. Staff was very good, indulged my large and funny group. So many great restaurants in Vegas but would definitely come back here. Great location.

world class fine dining. extensive wine list, some of the best flavors i have ever experienced. Tasting menu aswell. we had the lobster pot pie, it was to die for. they prepared our food right in front of us. Five Stars

Our experience was very…medium. We got both the seasonal and signature tasting menus and were mostly underwhelmed. The seasonal menu was very minimalist and had we not shared both menus, one of us would have left hungry. The habachi would have been tasty but was completely overpowered by the jalepeno. The caviar stack was decent, but lacked flavor. The prawns also lacked flavor and the 2 sauces seemed to be in competition with each other to make the otherwise dry dish edible. The best dish was the sole, and this was also the only one that was the size of an actual course. The lemon dessert was also very refreshing.
The tuna tartare and the beef course were the stars of the signature menu. The beef was tender (although very small). It was garnished with truffle, but even the truffle shavings severely lacked flavor. The rest of the dishes were good, but certainly not to the level we were expecting.
The highlight of the meal was the wine pairing that delivered an excellent array of whites, a robust red and a tasty port.
The meal took 3 hours, and would have taken longer had we not mentioned we had a show to get to.
Overall, it was disappointing for the price and could have improved a lot on pacing. The service was good- they were quick to replace our napkins- but still was not to the level of fine dining we were hoping for. Our server did attempt to improve the experience with an extra wine pour, a birthday dessert and coffee. (Very much appreciated). We were also placed next to the bathroom, robbing us of ambience, despite many tables in the main dining room being open. It was a decent meal but I will not be returning.

Bar service was lovely, she helped me pick the perfect red wine to pair with the salmon, Brussels and salad. Blow away that people give it less than 5 and say there is no taste or bad service- total opposite in my experience. Will definitely come back.

Okay, you should probably consider yourself a foodie and have a fat stack to eat here. The food quality was impeccable. Service was on par for a place like this, high but not outstanding. It still felt a little under staffed. The seafood we had was fresh and with high quality and presentation. The restaurant was full at 5pm on a Monday. If you arrive later you will need reservations. You probably should have them regardless. We only ate seafood, the coconut souffle pictured was light and delicious. On par for the price point.

This is a Michelin star rated restaurant. I sat at the bar, but please book in advance. The service staff was not only quick but friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was eating with friends. Every bite of every dish I tried was cooked to perfection. Thr cocktails were expertly crafted. To be honest, I tried Foie gras for the first time and will definitely eat it again.I had what they are famous for, the lobster pot pie which they deconstruct for you. Exquisite and flavorful. I devoured the coconut soufle. I had the honor to meet the current chef and also made a new friend. 10/10 you MUST GO!

Michael Mina was absolutely amazing my hubby enjoyed his birthday. Reservations is must. The staff was so welcoming, ambience romantic and of course the food was excellent.
Derek Stabenau
I want to preface this by saying the flavors were excellent. Personally, both the octopus and the swordfish were overcooked, which is disappointing.
I sat at the bar and while the bartender was friendly, they were also a bit too chatty which led to delayed orders (not just mine).
It was good, but in Las Vegas there are dozens of places just like this. If the seafood was cooked properly, then I'd probably give this 4+ stars.
Seda Harutyunyan
Spectacular service, and top of the line dishes full of flavors! We had the tasting menu and had 6 coursa, and what a wonderful experience that was! Everything tasted so good and had wonderful presentations. The staff service was above and beyond! Highly recommend!
Isabel Oliveira
Great dinner. We ordered the appetizers and the couvert. Everything was delicious. The fresh hummus of the covert it’s so good with the naan bread. The lobster gnocchi was one of my favorites. I would definitely come back. It’s one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas.
John K Geyerman
We had such a good experience here! Service was great and so was the food. We had the two different tasting menus with the wine pairing. Splurge if you can. It is worth it.
Rob Wiebusch
Price fix menu was awesome...did the standard or original menu. Everything was exceptional especially the tuna tar tar and the sole.!! The lobster gnocchi was the only average dish. Caviar excellent too. DO IT.!!
David Kim
Amazing seafood, everything was cooked beautifully. It was quite the experience, from the attention to detail in each dish and the excellent service. I will be back the next time we are in Vegas!
Andrew Storfer
This was perhaps the best tasting menu I've had, and I've had a lot of them. The phyllo crusted sole was amazing, lobster pot pie substantial, caviar tower sublime. Steak with fois Gras heavently. My only complaint was that the tuna tartar could have used some more flavor (maybe a little more salt and spice). Otherwise amazing with excellent service and they did not rush us at all. An A+ experience.

Went to Vegas for a birthday weekend with friends, we were a party of 6 on a Saturday evening. We were greeted immediately and asked for our drink order which was great. Not sure what happened but after that we sat for about 30 minutes with our menus and no other contact, no bread served etc. My husband politely walked to the hostess stand and requested to speak to the manager and let him know we had been waiting for awhile. From this point on, service was spectacular! 4 people immediately arrived at our table to refill water, serve bread, take our orders, ask if we were good etc. This amazing service lasted the rest of the entire night and was greatly appreciated. Food was amazing, good portions, served hot. Birthday dessert was yummy and they even served dessert to the entire table as well as after dinner drinks. Prices were as expected for this type of restaurant. Would def recommend!!

Absolutely delicious and stunning! Dining at Michael Mina was the most relaxed we felt during our entire trip to Las Vegas. The service was on-point from the moment we walked in and we were well taken care of. We had the Halibut and Crusted Sole and both were absolutely delicious. Our favorite appetizer was the gnocchi and king crab which was absolutely the best bites we had of the night. We were highly impressed and will definitely be back to try the tasting menu next time.
Annette Anthony
If you're lucky enough to be served by Jaime you're in for a treat! This is the first experience I've ever had with a tasting and wine pairing! I enjoyed one of the best dinners I could ever experience with a friend where we enjoyed each other's company and the most delicious food and wine over a 4-hour period! That may sound like a lot of time, but the service was absolutely incredible! Jaime explain the food we had and the wines were incredible-. Be sure to bring someone that you enjoy spending time with and get ready for an incredible evening! Here are some pictures of some of the most delicious food I've ever enjoyed! I'll be back!

We did the seasons of Mina tasting menu with wine pairing and it was delicious! Enjoyed the prawn and swordfish very much. Service was A+!

We had a great time at Michael Mina. The ambiance was beautiful. Service was great. The food, for the most part, was fantastic. We tried several starters, and all were tasty. I wanted a fish specialty, and the Sole was recommended to me, so I got that. I was expecting a little bit of flaky texture, but it was pasty. Maybe it was an off day? There was no crispy at all on the crust or the inside of the fish. Others on the table agreed that something was not right. Even so, the other entrees on the table were great. Lamb chops were delicious, and the king crab legs were to die for. I hope to go back one day and try the sole again. Hopefully it will look and taste like it's supposed to.

Ate here 10/21/22. Our server ( I didn't catch his name) was from Albania. He was incredibly professional and great to talk to. Another gentleman who filled our water was equally as professional and great to talk to as well. The ambiance and decor was a bit interesting for the theme but the food was fantastic.
We had the Swordfish, shrimp scampi, roasted mushrooms, and the King Salmon. This was the best salmon I have ever had.
The chef even sent out a complimentary lobster pot pie which was shocking because it is $145 and it was incredibly delicious.
Overall its a great place to eat that is quite and romantic.
Rathian
We decided to choose tasting menu for our first time here. Foods was nice but not great. The services was good.
Tom Anderson
This culinary treasure is a must if you’re staying or visiting the Bellagio. The seafood options sing like a shellfish symphony… from the prawns to the lobster, oysters to the crab… Incredibly delicious appetizers, too, with the drizzles of butter and lemon that complete the taste explosion. Highly recommended. Greg and his team who served us were exceptional.
Naddou Da7ek
Very tasty fancy food , our server Yassin was on point, very knowledgeable , he suggested the signature menu $185 /person and it was worth every penny , you got to try all the signature dishes , I’ll be back there of course . Ask for Yassin you won’t be disappointed .

Wow. Another completely spectacular meal at Michael Mina. Not gonna lie, after receiving some terribly disappointing service - that felt racially charged - at another high-end restaurant in Vegas two days earlier, we were a bit fearful of experiencing the same here. However, my fears were quickly squashed, and reminded of the amazement of Michael Mina!
My goodness, where do I even begin? Let's start with service. Amazing. Perfect. From beginning to end! Honestly, we've all had a pretty traumatic last year and a half in this pandemic...so it was wonderful to have been able to safety celebrate indoors, and be treated with top-notch service.
And the food!! How can I even summarize the food? Superb? Divine? Decadent? Refreshing? There are too many words to describe the tremendous flavors, of each and every bite. We opted to share the two pre-fixe menu options. One of each. What better way to try all the dishes, amirite?!
Michael Mina, it was a pleasure having a refreshingly "normal" celebration, paired with an amazingly spectacular meal. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
Brittney Henry
First time at the Bellagio and I chose the perfect restaurant! The decor was very nice and the pork chops are the best I've ever had in my life! Try the octopus salad!

Had Dinner at Michael Mina on December 16,
It was our anniversary.
We had the VIP treatment.
Our waiter, Paul was great, made our evening memorable.
We had the Lobster Pot Pie.
Absolutely delicious.
We definitely recommend this Michelin Star restaurant.
Can't wait to come back.
Maybe next time we'll try the taster menu,
With a bottle of their finest wine.
Thank you for the experience.

One of the best dinners ever had. The lobster pot pie, salmon, and drinks were incredible. The service was excellent. 10 stars for this place.
Farah Turk
This place was incredible. Our server Cheng was amazing. Every dish was out of this world with taste and flavor. I would highly recommend this place. Price was high but worth it.
Jazz French
The starters were good, the food was very mediocre. I had the lamb, it was very spicy and just “okay”. The deserts we mediocre as well. Skip, it’s overpriced for the execution and quality. Not a top restaurant experience.
Chadillac hart
I thought it a 4 at best. My friend got tasting menu and thought same . The add on salad was a def 5 the fish entree a 3.5.
Dale Hackbarth
Awesome service!! One of the best experiences I've had on the strip!! Food also amazing!! Recommend the Lobster Pot Pie!!
John Dibble
The best restaurant on the strip in my opinion. The signature tasting menu is amazing. The tuna tartare is the best thing on the menu!
Klaus klaus
I have NEVER in my life has my taste buds been this stimulated! I thank this place at the bottom of my heart and its head chef, for existing!
Jeff Winter
Marcio was absolutely incredible as a server. The food was beyond amazing. Ambience is beyond comparison to anything, anywhere. Wonderful!!!!
Zachary Herb
Michael Mina’s namesake concept at the Bellagio did not disappoint. I arrived for early dinner and opted for the Signature Tasting Menu with supplemental Caviar Parfait. The service was absolutely phenomenal throughout my meal. Whether it was a glass needing refill, tableside preparation of the tuna tartare, or careful curation of each plate Paul was attentive and hospitable.
Each dish was clearly thoughtfully constructed to ensure flavors and plating were on par with what you’d expect from a chef with these credentials. Critically, the lobster pot pie felt a bit gimmicky and the sole needed more acid. However, these dishes also were following a mind-blowing caviar parfait and tuna tartare which was perfectly prepared. Also, the spearmint ice cream provided a perfect pop of freshness for the chocolate dessert.
Highly recommend for those seeking a true fine dining experience. Don’t feel like you have to opt for the tasting menu as the main entrees didn’t look quite as good as other main dishes I watched hit the tables around me. However, if it’s your thing, do not skip the caviar parfait or tuna tartare!

I don't know where to begin! This was our wedding celebration dinner and it was everything and more! From the atmosphere impeccable service and delicious gourmet dishes this was by far our favorite dinner! Thank you for such an amazing and unforgettable night! Can't wait to come back!

I’ve been to the location in San Francisco in the past and las vegas doesn’t disappoint. We ordered both tasting menus and the Food was amazing. Its a Michael mina restaurant so we all dressed up for the occasion. My only complaint would be that Its says very clearly that “ Business Casual - No Shorts or Athletic Wear “ We saw people with baseball hats, tshirts and even some in shorts. For a $1000 dollar dinner we were expecting a more upscale place.
Tim Miller
Visited Michael Mina in Bellagio, Las Vegas on the second day after reopening. The staff got back into good form quickly and the kitchen performed well on appetizers and entrees. The desserts were disappointing and not matching the quality and taste of the first two courses. All-in-all a fine dining experience and I would repeat it, but go elsewhere for my sweets.
Tim S
The pre fix menus was amazing. We were here for about one hour forty five minutes. The service was impeccable and the food was as well. Worth every penny and every minute spent. One of my favorite meals.
Tatiana Panova
I was lucky enough to visit this restaurant. The restaurant exceeded all my expectations.I ordered a trial menu.Well, since I do not eat meat at all, the waiter kindly replaced some dishes for me with something that I could eat.The food was just excellent. The attitude of the restaurant towards the customers was simply wonderful.Thank you.
Rick Goering
Wow! This is the most extravagant restaurant we've ever been to. Service and food were nothing short of outstanding. We can't say enough great things about this restaurant. Go here if you want a dinning experience like no other.
Laura Goecke
From our greeting to food & waiter, the restaurant is 5 stars. Admittedly, Im not a seafood lover (my husband is), our waiter was set to change that! Alex was so accommodating, so very kind, he & this experience will never be forgotten. Kudos to Alex for going above & beyond, to not just me, but every patron there!
Sims Witherspoon
A Vegas do-not-miss! INCREDIBLE food, great service (Alex was fabulous!), and a charming, knowledgeable sommelier (cheers, Eric!) - Our party of 4 had the tasting menu, and I'd highly recommend it. Great night out for friends, family, or date night ❤️

Excellent service at the bar, very friendly folks and food was awesome as expected!
LF CL
Amazing experience. Great service, and food presentation and flavor were superb.
Nathan Wu
Booked for New Year's Eve, it was a great evening. The service was excellent and the food was on point. They were very accommodating with my wife's dietary restriction and she was quite happy with her food.
Highly recommend trying it at least once when in Vegas.
The wagyu rib eye was perfect in every way. The Lobster pot pie was amazing. You can't go wrong with any of the menu!
Alexandr Moroz
Really impressive Signature Tasting menu, well-balanced and rich in flavour and taste. Well-planned sequence of dishes. A few dishes made simple flavours shine, which is a rare achievement. The service is excellent, as you'd expect from a place with a Micheline star. Only two things can be improved, in my opinion: bread is definitely below the bar, and desert can be smaller and less overwhelming.
Nickay McKenzie Wade
My first time at Michael Mina, I was very happy with their service. From the host to the waiter, everyone was friendly and attentive. That said, the food, particularly my entree, left a little to be desired, mainly due to the price. My starter of octopus was actually fantastic but my $90+ lobster pot pie was very very underwhelming. While there were huge chunks of amazing lobster that was cooked perfectly, the sauce wasn’t good, the pastry dough was dense and some of my potatoes were a little tough. Overall, the pot pie lacked a richness in flavor and left me disappointed. My dessert, while not bad, isn’t something I’d order again. If half stars were possible, I’d give Mina 3.5 stars.
Spencer Price
Micheal Mina serves incredible and very tasty dishes. We went in for the pre theater menu and had a truely satsisfying and enjoyable meal
It was well pepared and extremely delicious. We ordeeed sole and halibut and both were cokked to a buteeey perfection. To top it off, the service was Excellent. Definitly a restaurant to dine when in Vegas.
Jennifer Lim
Amazing food and exceptionally friendly bartenders. First time I ate at a fine dining restaurant alone, so they kept me company the entire time. Had the foie and lobster pot pie. Will definitely go back.
Furniture Savage
An amazing atmosphere that started with Bon Jovi exiting while me and my girlfriend were sat. The service was extremely attentive and helpful with questions. We will definitely be a regular here as will you!!! We had the 24oz ribeye as our main course to split and still took some home for the dog. Thanks for an amazing experience with the Year of the Rat display up outside its a win win!!!!
Tom Fernandez
Michael Mina is such an awesome bucket list experience you need to come in and check this off of yours.
All of the food is wonderful. The swordfish is tender z the salmon melts like butter, and the steak is cooked perfect. We also got the cold seafood platter and everything is to die for.
The ambience is elegant and the service is unmatched. Make the reservation; you won't be sorry.
Ginger Collins
It's a 4 star because of the bartenders! They were Awesome! Ritchie and Raul. Ritchie looks like Sean Penn. However, I was disappointed in my food. I ordered lamb rare and it came out medium well. For the price point, it should have been perfect. I admit I didn't complain. Bad on me. Everything else was great.
Gabriel Rice
Michael Mina Bellagio provided us with an incredible experience from beginning to end. We arrived a little early and were given the option of sitting at the bar to wait for a "better" table or to be sat immediately. We opted for the readily available table, which may have meant sacrificing some ambiance but didn't negatively affect our experience at all.
The service was over the top. A team of people took care of our every want while our server provided absolutely flawless service and wine suggestions.
One member of our party went with the available seasonal tasting menu, one had the classic tasting menu, while the two others opted for the lobster pot pie. Every single item was absolutely delicious! We were also treated to a cauliflower soup, compliments of the chef. I didn't expect to like it, but it too was incredible.
The two of us who had the pot pies declined desert, but again the chef treated us to a sample of their offerings. Of course, the deserts were also decadent.
I can't say enough positive things about the meal, the service, or our overall experience at this restaurant. Absolutely top notch.
Robert Lewis
My wife and I were blown away at this incredible restaurant. We ordered both tasting menues so we could share every delicious dish. I've been to so many fine dining restaurants in my life, but this meal was top five for sure. Every single plate was thought out, presented perfectly, and above all, tasted incredible. I would highly recommend making a reservation and letting the chef take you in a delicious journey.
Constance Maples
The tasting menu was spectacular! The service was impeccable. Worth every penny!

Michael Mina is a hidden gem tucked behind the incredible Bellagio gardens . My favourite travel partner (mom) and I were starving. By great luck, there was room at Michael Mina for dinner - not having made reservations. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive and made sure our dishes were brought out quickly. The menu items were all enticing. We each had the gnocchi and lobster appetizer and were extremely pleased. The dish was a layered treasure of gnocci, lobster, and fresh corn. The lobster pieces were succulent. I had the fois gras entree and must say it was the best fois gras dish I have ever had. Fois gras is my go to item when dining out at upscale restaurants. The complimentary items on the dish were very well thought out. In general, everything we ate, including the bread and side dishes, was very fresh and brilliantly prepared. Perhaps what is so memorable is that we weren't expecting to eat here and came upon this unforgettable culinary experience by chance. I cannot recommend Michael Mina enough.
Hannah Graham
This restaurant, just wow. Amazing food and service. We got the lobster and ribeye. The lobster was like ice cream, was cut length wise and just perfect. Melt in your mouth. Steak the same. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
If you go, get the passion fruit martini. I am not a big drinker or martini person but this drink was BOMB. Also get the strawberry cream dessert. To DIE for. One of the best meals I have had in my life.
Edited to add: I am celiac and they were fantastic with my allergies. Did not get sick and even got dessert!
Malene Riggs
Had the great pleasure of having my 40th birthday there in February and it was amazing... from the food to the service, from start to finish it was perfect... and this was my 3th time there and I will keep going back when I am in Vegas..
Tia Cook
The lobster appetizer (can't remember the name of it) was absolutely mouth watering!!
Brad McGuinness
Very good place to eat but not my favorite at the Bellagio. Be prepared .. Vegas prices. Salmon was raved about at the table. My steak was good but not great.
Steve Herring
A really great dinner experience. Wonderful atmosphere combined with delicious food and the best service! Pictured is the New York strip steak and caviar parfait.

I have to leave a review for how well we were treated given the extenuating circumstances of our visit.
My husband and I planned a dinner at Michael Mina and were so excited to celebrate a lovely evening and a fantastic meal. We ordered a cocktail to start, and then each of the tasting menus, with caviar, and I with a wine pairing. We were treated exceptionally, and everything that we were served was divine. Our server, I believe named Yassim, was spectacular.
However, before our second course, I began to feel dizzy and lightheaded. Pretty soon it became abundantly apparent that I was not well and needed to leave. My husband pulled our server and who we assume was the manager aside and told him that unfortunately, I was not well and needed to leave. We expected to foot the entire bill for this meal - after all, there was no way that the chefs weren't already plating/preparing our remaining courses, right? We ordered the meals, meals that were NOT cheap, and at least we should pay for the courses that were already prepared.
We were told simply "don't worry about anything, just get her well". We even fought to pay SOMETHING - we ended up paying for our cocktails. In the age of COVID, we could have been treated like lepers, and yet everyone was kind and gracious and never made us feel as though we had done something wrong.
Every employee of this restaurant was a class act, and we could not have been more grateful. One day, we'll be back to complete what we're sure was an AMAZING meal.
Vincent Basquiat
Great restaurant, but there are a dozen I like better in Vegas.
Mark Hall
The opener for dinner this evening was the cold prawns -- excellent choice served with three tasty dipping sauces! The main course featured crusted sole atop creamy mashed potatoes. We ordered pomegranate flavored Brussel sprouts with pine nuts -- absolutely awesome! Dessert was "The Lemon" -- you must try this as words cannot do it justice .
Nile Jajo
Was highly excited to visit this Michelin star decorated restaurant and highly rated restaurant at the Bellagio Hotel. Upon first look, the place looks nice and the host/ waiter were really nice and welcoming. Their appetizer mix plate came in with some really nice fresh bread, delicious hummus and yogurt based dish was fantastic. The main dishes we ordered including shrimp, lobster, and hot grill seafood were ok. Overall, was good experience, but considering the main dishes, the price, and the fact that Vegas has so many options to check out.
Joshua Pineiro
Amazing what more can I say. Recommend 1000% everything exceeded all of my expectations. The service was exceptional!
Mark Sheldon
The seasonal tasting menu with wine pairing was excellent. Great service and ambiance.
Kara Simmons
Got the signature tasting menu with wine paring. The food was just ok. I was expecting so much more. The Riesling that was paired with the tartar was perfect but I was so underwhelmed by everything else. The Cabernet that was paired with the steak was a little too bold and heavy. I love a good Cab but this was a bit too much. The steak was perfectly cooked. Dessert was my favorite course.
Our waiter and the sommelier were very friendly. The rest of the wait staff were on point. I would have given three stars if it were not for them.
Barbara Dosch
My son and I dined at Michael Mina’s the 18th of June to experience a Michelin star establishment. The service was amazing, and the food: hot charcoal cherry clams, crispy spot prawns, Ora king salmon, phyllo crusted sole and for dessert the Lemon surpassed our expectations. Michael Mina’s is a must visit while in Vegas. Thank you for the experience.
Hareesh Vemula
One of the best Italian places in Vegas. Their distinct flavors and collection are real treat.
David Rettig
Exorbitant prices, average quality. I’ve eaten at Morimoto’s. I know what great fish tastes like. I’ll pay for a great meal. This was average quality at best.
H
Was so desperate for their loaner pot pie that we ordered it at the bar
Ernie Wagaman
Ambiance and presentation were fantastic.
Food was a little rich for what we are used to but the flavors were amazing.
Jesse was the greatest help explaining each dish before and as it was served.
Paul Correia
High class with exceptional service. Expensive but worth every penny.
Jonas Sidrys
Expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. This place is busy and really good.
Doug Sprinthall
The food was wonderful and the staff was outstanding. We had the tasting menu and probably could have shared one as the portions we quite large. The lobster pot pie alone can put you asleep. Our booth overlooked the flower garden. Very expensive but worth it.
SARAH STEPP
We did the signature tasting menu with the wine pairing and it exceeded our expectations! (I say exceeded because Vegas was very crowded and lots of restaurants were short staffed having just fully opened after C-19 or some still not open at all). But the service here was amazing. Each dish was excellent and plated perfectly. Our Sommelier was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed his choice of wines. Bring your appetite…it’s a lot of food!
Eric Tam
Was fortunate to get a last minute seating and did not disappoint! This place had two tasting menu and I opted for the Signature one. For starters, their crispy bread was fresh made and full of flavor. They included three different spread but I liked it better as-is. The lentil soup was OK (I'm sure it was done right, but I'm not a lentil fan). The optional caviar came with a shot of Vodka. Presentation and taste was unbelievable. The Tuna tartare was served tableside and the sauce was truly amazing. The filet appeared simple but was full of flavor. The mash potato was full of juices. The Lobster pie was a one of a kind experience, very fresh with lot of lobster meat with the pastry done just right. The Prime beef with Foie Fras was unbelievable. If you're in Vegas and fortunate enough to get a seating, this place will not disappoint!

Thank you for your diner. Service is on 5 stars and really delicious food with Michelin star. My wife have birthday we ordered all the food and dessert on the end. We should to runaway from restaurant on Cirque du Soleil at 7pm even didn't touch our dessert. So we come back for that after 9pm and still remember about us, about our dessert and birthday party. Waiter Lee found the table and make our end of the day on really high enjoyable time. Lee, thank you for everything

Lobster pot pie was the best dish I ever had in Vegas. Highly recommend

The first time I came to Michael Mina, it was in 2009. We ordered the food tasting with wine pairing. It was by far the best experience with food that I EVER had! This time we ordered Alacart and the food did not disappoint! The lamb chops were the best I’ve ever had!! Everything was amazing! We had broccolini and mushrooms as a side and they were amazing! The appetizer!! Are you kidding me?!! SO GOOD! It was an amazing pita bread that was pan seared in olive oil or something and it came with 3 separate toppings that were so amazing!
Of course the wine is exquisite and worth the price as opposed to what they give you at a casino bar for the same price! (I digress…..)And lastly, the helpings are generous and you will have plenty to eat! We had to take some with us! And it was my birthday, so the waiter brought out a little mini dessert with a candle! Best night!
Wait…….. one more thing….. Michael Mina also has a restaurant in Nashville called Bourbon Steak. Check it out!
Wait again…… again….. I do not work for Michael Mina, so what I want to say finally…... you NOT only pay for the quality of food and service you get when you go to a Michael Mina restaurant, you get a true quality experience! A memory you will never forget. -Hopefully not the end

This is the prime seafood in Las Vegas the absolute ultimate. Exceptional service great atmosphere . Always dine here when in Las Vegas. The sole is the absolute best.

Excellent service and food.
Alan Kramer
Roasted oysters we're nothing less than a symphony in your mouth. Truly devine. Swordfish could have been excellent but it was overcooked. The sole was just a pile of mush. Not good folks.
Daniel Blackman
We were generally happy with the experience overall. The food was really wonderful. The issue I had with the experience was that we wanted input from our waiter on what to order. We decided to share some dishes and our waiter accommodated the idea of splitting dishes from the Signature tasting menu. We pointed out a couple of dishes that looked great to add if it wasn't too much to eat
Where it went wrong was we asked if it was going to be too much food as we were staying in the hotel and didn't want to take anything to go. He insisted the two additional plates we ordered was not going to be too much. WELL, we didn't get to finish the last two dishes because we were absolutely stuffed. I mean, if you've been with the Mena team for 15 years as a waiter, you should know that 7 dishes was too much. Instead, he just smiled and "No, it's not too much" . So basically we threw away $50 worth of food because we couldn't touch it.
On top of that we went back to the hotel disgustingly full and left with a bad taste in our mouth and irritated
What started out as a fun tasting experience, ended in disappointed one in the end.

Great service, I ordered New York it was really good , but it wasn't the way I ordered

One of the best dinners we have ever had due to the incredible food and perfect service provided. Special thanks to Marcio and all of the other employees who made our dining experience so memorable.
We decided on the signature tasting menu with a wine pairing and it was truly something special. Each of the dishes offered unique flavors with perfectly paired ingredients. The paired wines were all carefully selected and complimented each dish wonderfully. I would highly recommend adding the caviar parfait as an extra course if you are a fan of caviar: it was one of the best dishes I have had at any restaurant. Truly, each course on this tasting menu left me wanting more. I’m from Connecticut so I know a good lobster dish: the lobster pot pie here is to die for. The portion sizes for each course are large for a tasting menu so you will leave extremely full!
I highly recommend experiencing dinner at Michael Mina if you are a lover of food.

Service was good and attentive. I ordered the Signature off the tasting menu. The portions were bigger than I thought they would be. Towards the end, I had a hard time finishing the pot pie, the wagnu steak, and dessert. So, I would say go easy on the complimentary fresh and tasty pita bread.
I had the caviar option with the Signature item off the tasting menu. This is a $50 add-on option, in case you're wondering. While it was very good, I thought the cream cheese, along with the smoked salmon, overpowered the subtlety of the caviar. Salmon itself is already buttery in texture, so the cream cheese seemed to just overpower the caviar.
Most of the other items, while very good, didn't really stand out as fantastic I thought the salt overpowered some dishes while the pine nuts with the poke, though interesting, detracted from the dish.
Still, if you're looking for a fine dining experience, I would still suggest Michael Mina.

Amazing. Everything about Michael Mina was amazing from the hostess greeting to the walk out. The severs are amazing, the food is impeccable, and the drinks are hard to pace because they’re so delicious. An amazing special occasion dinner.
Olga B
Great food and ambiance! Visited last week with my friend and we both enjoyed our meals. Delicious desert and wine as well! Friendly service. Thank you!
Sheila Keast
Once again the best dining experience ever ... Food and service was impeccable !!
Wanda Mora
Great experience from the moment you walk in the door. I initially ordered the spicy fried Chilean Sea Bass, although I am sure this would be a dish many would love it was just a little too spicy for me (I should have known better). The manager stopped by our table and without hesitation he immediately had a new dish made for me. We chose the Lonster Pot Pie which is out of this world. Courtney was our waitress and was extremely attentive. The presentation at this restaurant deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S!
Emmanuel Shakir
Went in for Valentine's day dinner, not knowing anything about the menu but let me tell you, I mad a great choice picking this place, I was blown away with the flavors and how every thing on the plate matched and paired so well, along with the perfect presentation.
Great service as well, a side from the amazing server we had, everyone that came to the table from filling your water to clearing plates was on point, great job all around and will definitely stop in again.
Dan Brake
I had an amazing rare tenderloin at this place. The seafood starter was amazing and the wine compliments were spot on. Go if you can. Down 1 star only cause they accidentally brought me a well done steak when I ordered rare.
Michael Burrows
I came alone and sat at the bar. Kristin, the bar tender, was amazing. Helped me with every order. Helped think through each pairing.
I got the signature tasting. Each course was equally amazing. Very glad I stopped by. Dined on a Saturday at 5:30. Uncrowded and had Kristin all to myself to discuss the intricacies is the menu.
Definitely try it out. They kept saying the other tasting menu is better. Hard to believe.
Stephen Thorne
We have been here many times. I think C-19 did this restaurant good! Went last night and had the tasting menu. Better than ever! Definitely still one of the BEST in Vegas.
HarveyMcCloud
After a bad experience at another fine dining establishment at the Bellagio, we were wary of the Vegas fine dining scene. But last night our fears were quelled. Our experience was fantastic. Friendly staff, knowledgeable waiters, sommelier had excellent pairings. One of the most pleasant experiences of dining. And the food was sublime. The signature tasting menu is worth every penny.
Gabriel Doliner
The ever excellent Michael Mina never disappoints. I've eaten at this specific restaurant several times, and at the San Francisco location several times, and the food is always of the highest quality and prepared with such attention to detail; as well the service is truly professional and top class.
Great for a romantic and intimate meal, or with a medium sized group.
The wine pairings are creative and wonderful. Highest possible recommendation.
hunter H
The good was great but not quite what I would have expected. The service from the server was unfortunately the worst I’ve had and it he worst I’ve tipped. I gave extra to the server assistants because they were drastically more informative and attentive than our server. Good meal, wouldn’t recommend for the price.
joshua gilmet
Wonderful food. Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff.
J Earl
A 5 star experience like none other. I had the vegetarian tasting menu with wine pairings and every course and pairing was exquisite. Also I sat close to the kitchen, watching the team work was like watching a symphony. Absolutely professional and 5 star in very way.
Jae Lee
My first Michelin star restaurant (1-star). I should have had a seafood menu, not steak.
Whitney Williamson
This was a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I did the chef sampling with wine pairing and it was exquisite. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.
Thomas Kennedy
Visited in the spring of 1919. I wanted my friends to have a great dining experience and WOW were we treated to the most amazing night! Michael Mina"s staff and the amazing courses of food made me a hero in the eyes of my friends. 10/10.
Aaron Orton
A very memorable experience. One of the more expensive dinners I have had in my lifetime, but it was worth every bite for an Anniversary. Big thumbs up.
Michael Richardson
I tried and enjoyed foods I wouldn't have dreamed of and really enjoyed the majority of it. The wine pairings were enjoyable and the service good. The cost will keep me from repeating the experience intentionally though, hense the missing star. If money wasn't a concern, 5 stars would be deserved.
Sachin Shah
Good Vegetarian rating menu. The roasted cauliflower was disappointing. Also, usually in a tasting menu the waiters explain each dish and what you are eating when they bring it out. However, this didn't happen here which subtracted significantly from the experience in my opinion.
Skee Junckie
Overall Wonderful Dining Experience. The Basic Salad with Fried Goat Cheese was delicious (good combination of tastes and ingredients). The Sole w/ Mashed Potatoes where EXCELLENT. Very flavorful. Service was good. Wine and Champagne were very good (but pricy). Only overall criticism would be price. Very Expensive (even to this Manhattanite). I would recommend Michael Mina's to friends visiting Las Vegas.
Li Beck
We had such a great girls' dinner! The food and service was outstanding!!!
Bob Kingsbery
Wonderful experience! Found this place as we were wandering through Bellagio's garden. Had a great bar menu, including foie gras sliders! Our server, Andrea the bartender, was awesome. Made some great suggestions and provided perfect service. Definitely on our favorite restaurant list. Go and eat in the bar, but make sure Andrea is working.
Mike Kawazoe
amazing food and service! the total package, cant miss! one of two best seafood meals i have ever had. it used to be called aqua, it still has the same great menu with new additions. my ratings are based upon 5 visits.food 27 ambiance 25 service 25
Steve Mack
Best restaurant in Las Vegas. Make reservations, splurge on wine, ask sommelier for value, they love what they do.
Stephen Fluin
Expensive but worth it. My colleagues and I took the evening to have a very refined dining experience. The chef had made too much of a specialty dish for another group so they plated some for us free of charge. One of the best steaks of my life.
Jennifer A
One Amazing Meal! The cod, sea bass and the traditional tasting menu were all well prepared and seasoned to perfection. Some of the best service I've had ever, close to One Madison Park (NYC) and Marcels (DC). I thoroughly enjoywx every bite!

Although I'm a San Francisco native, I've never tried Michael Mina's famous Lobster Pot Pie. I had dinner here in Vegas with my friends on Saturday night. We shared the Whole Roasted Foie Gras, and I had the Maine Lobster Pot Pie as my entree.
Now that Foie Gras is banned in CA, I was excited to eat it in Vegas. Foie Gras is always good, and it's no different here. There was a nice sear on the outside, and the inside was very rich and soft. What I really enjoy about Foie Gras is how the livery metallic flavor balances with its fatty richness. The way it was served was pretty typical of fine dining. Cherries and kumquats flanked the plate to add some sweetness and acidity. Besides having the entire lobe carved tableside, the preparation was nothing innovative or inspiring, but it was still flavorful and tasty. In my opinion, Foie Gras is perfectly fine by itself. All it needs is basic seasoning and a nice sear.
I can see why people rave about the Maine Lobster Pot Pie; it's really good! The sauce was very creamy, rich, and infused with a lot of lobster flavor. I was very glad to see that they keep the lobster shell when they cook it. I'm sure part of the reason why the sauce was so flavorful is because of the shell. I appreciated that the dish was very focused on the succulent lobster flavor. All the ingredients were there to put the lobster flavor at the forefront which made it bold and awesome.
The only thing I can complain about is that the lobster was overcooked. That's understandable as lobster is so easy to overcook especially when you have to bake a pot pie. If I were to make this dish, I would separate the meat from the shell, and keep the shell in the pot when it's baking. The meat could then be cooked separately and added in the end, so the sauce would still get the lobster flavor from the shell while the meat won't get overcooked.
After my meal at Michael Mina in Vegas, I feel like I should try the San Francisco location especially now that Ron Siegel is there.
doug anderson
A+ restaurant. Expensive & worth it. I had a lobster pot pie that was gorgeous and terrific. Dale had lobster rissoto. Three grandchildren had different fish or fish & steak dishes. All were terrific. Yum.
BJ Baker
Outrageous Meal!! $$$ A dining experience you won't forget.
Imagine fresh beets inside there own crispy meringue shell? Ingrediants you can only dream of paired with just the right partners. Try this place when you are looking for something oh so special!
Brent Ellis
It's a little difficult to rate this place because we were here as a large group with a set menu. The menu is heavy on fish but there is steak and chicken options. It's a nice place to go before the O show. There is a dress code meaning collared shirts required and no shorts or athletic pants or jerseys.
Matthew Rogers
First visit. Impressed with the atmosphere. Service was excellent. The food was delicious. I had Red snapper for the first time and it was great. A wonderful recommendation by the server.
Mark Poepping
Pricey (of course) and fantastic. Delicate and intricate. Both options on the tasting menu were great. Service impeccable.

Dear Michael Mina, I write this review personally to you. Not sure if you will ever get around to read this but I feel like you should know about the most absolutely amazing evening that I experience tonight at your restaurant. Not only was the food delicious but the service provide by David and Greg was outstanding and simply one of a kind. I believe that Mr. Greg has the ability to transform words (discriptions of your dishes) to visionary master pieces and fall nothing short of the plates presented before us. You should rest and know that your restaurant is well taken care of as long as these gentlemen are a part of your team. Because of them you have gain 2 new customers, as we can not wait to try out your restaurants back home in Miami, Fl.
Sincerely, L Litt.

Good food and service. I thought it was a little overpriced, but food was of high quality and service is excellent.

Really good food. For the price I didnxt expect the portions to be as big as they were. The waiter was very helpful in recommending items. There were a lot of other fancy places I went to eat at on legas vegas strip but this restaraunt was one of the best!
Saleh Al-Daghreer
Phenomenal food and the service is top notch :)
Josiah Dykstra
A very good experience including attentive staff. Signature Tasting Menu ($138) menu has 6 generous courses. Downside is that portions were too large and could not finish them.
Jason Newquist
Vegetarian tasting menu is unbelievably good.
Service was super friendly. Felt comfortable and fun. Easily one of the top 5 meals I've ever had.
Tina Dixon
The service was great but I had the sole and the coating on the fish was like a frozen type fried fish on a small portion on runny mashed potatoes for $68.00
Anna Johnson
Absolutely a wonderful experience!!!

I'm from Washington state, Ellensburg when we knew" Michael Mina " and his food is great! We always knew he would become a talented chef and go far with all of his endeavors! God bless him and his family and his continued success. We are very proud of you! Way to go!!! (We are in the Spokane Valley and I still see Alan once in a while! Michelle Fevergeon Matlock ++++++++++)

Great serviced and environment; however, the food was at most average…. In particular, the seafood really lost its original flavorzzz
Juanita Cooper
Deliciously prepared and fresh seafood. Impressive presentation of the food with a grilled preparation choice. Nice ambiance and superior service. Really enjoyed it.
David Sacker
disappointed. service was off their game, serving an entirely different table's meal to ours, and pacing felt rushed even though it was late in the evening. thai snapper didn't have much heat despite the servers description. table mixed tuna tartare and the sea bass were the winners.
Anish Quenim
Fabulous experience and a must visit. Thank you Team MM for an amazing evening. We’ll be back soon. Best wishes.
