Price: bit high (understandably) Quality: good Service: could be better Overall it’s consistent and worth a try. Personally I’d recommend the other one on the same street. I’ve been to that one a bunch of times and the service is consistently great. To be fair our hiccup was due to a less common issue. Family was in town already eating and asked us to stop by so we did. We were told our tables couldn’t be touching, we couldn’t sit with them, and the checks had to be separate. We explained one table was ordering all of the food and the waiter said somewhat, “you can’t because you’re sat separately (in the same section) so we have to split the bill.” Though my wife’s father still ordered more food. Simply a easy situation was made complicated because the server maybe her manager didn’t want to let people be sat without their full party. I’d get it if they were busy but it wasn’t. Overall ended up losing our appetite ordered much less and left. I’m sure it’s not a common thing with them and I may update my review if we try here again.

I'm assuming this place is only good for the seafood because it is on point. I sadly got a fish basket instead because I didn't feel like working for my food that day. Anyways the fish had way to much breading on it. I couldn't even taste the fish. On the other hand the fries was on point. I got a chance to try some of my people food, who got the seafood. Not a fan and do not plan to come back unless its for the seafood ONLY.

Always an amazing to grab some good ole fashion creole. Combos are a good choice but keep in mind it’s a messy meal. Full of flavor but messy. They have the ability to spice things up for those so inclined. Po boys are also tip top. Come and enjoy.

I enjoy coming here because they have offers for their guest. $2 off food coupon. Free drink coupon. Slot match play. The pool and hot tub is nice. Thank God Wal-Mart and the shopping center is right across the street. Room prices are cheap and affordable. I love it.

Yummy!!! Love myself a good boil and as usual they did not disappoint. It was my best friends birthday so we went out for a boil. This right here is the drool honestly more than enough for us two. Plenty of shrimp and crawfish oh and sausage oh sooo yummy $75 for two I felt was more than fair in pricing we did order water with our food so the price was for food alone

This place has amazing micheladas, shrimp, crawfish and green mussels. Aria was such a sweet and amazing waitress. The seasoning “ spicy, hot n juicy” was so delicious! Mouthwatering goodness. We got an order of the green mussels and also the combo “Get Your Feet Wet” (1 lb Crawfish, 1 lb Shrimp, dozen Andouille Sausages, 2 Corns and 2 Potatoes). A must eat at restaurant in Vegas!

The best sauce! Its really Hot and really Juicy! I'm glad they are growing...they deserve it. However....the location off the strip is the best. If you are staying at planet hollywood try the new spot....if you just want the best they have to offer....fresh hot seafood in a spicy flavorful sauce....hit up the location on spring mountain road. The original sets the bar for....DELICIOUS!

My wife and I love this place. The other location up the road is the same food but service isn't as good. So we come here. Last night there was a bit of a hiccup. Our food was taking forever. However the server noticed how long we had been waiting before we even did. He investigated and realized a horrible truth. The cooks had messed up and skipped our rather large order. Rather than pretending it's normal and making excuses he came back to us and told us the truth. He even replaced the side foods that had cooled off while we waited. They then after all the apologies went further and took care of our meal. For one I was in shock by the act. I have had larger issues in resturants that pride themselves on being 'fine dining' experiences. They did nothing or offered free desert. That's after I became angry and asked for a manger. I asked for nothing last night. They recognized the issue. It was beyond repair and stepped up to make us at least happy. Further than I even expected. I will certainly be coming back. I left the waiter a nice tip for service as he was working his ass off and dealing with the problems the kitchen had caused. This is how you should feel when problems occur. Not like you wasted a night. Which we certainly did not. The food is as always. Insanely great!!

The food is really amazing!! Fresh and meaty seafood. Sauce is great. We had the hot n spicy with baby spice (slight kick). Definitely worth coming to again and again. We had black mussels, snow crabs legs, crawfish, potatoes and corn. Crawfish was great!! Did get the shrimp...but not clean and head on... gross. However, we got there in time for happy hour and got the shrimp po boy lunch special instead. It was great like everything else. Got the happy hour Long Island ice tea. They were not shy with the liquor! They make seafood enjoyable. Make sure to rock the bib and gloves. Delicious and satisfying.

I was pleasantly surprised about how good my food was here. I ordered the snow crab legs and shrimp boil which was really fresh and tasty. I got the Hot N Juicy seasoning medium in spice level. The medium is a bit spicy so if you can’t take spice, probably get the baby spice or mild spice level. It was a little pricey compared to other seafood boils I had, but I expected it before I came.

Consistent good quality as usual and the cute and polite waitstaff was a plus. Just make sure your careful on the level of spiciness. Had the combo shrimp, crawfish and crab legs but not sure if the sauce compliments the legs.

Great place to come enjoy seafood and getting your hands dirty at the same time. Ask for multiple gloves since they tend to break, or don't use it at all. I ordered a 1lbs. of shrimp, the marinate was so delicious. A lot of garlic used, so be careful if you don't like garlic. Service was decent. Will comeback here again.

Service was great but it’s not a real boil. It’s like they boil everything and dump it in sauce. I give the food a 3 and service a 5. If you’ve never had Cajun food you might not know the difference.

“Hot N Juicy” was not a top destination choice that I picked out before I went to Vegas for my first time, however I am glad I went here. My best friend who I travelled with said I needed to try the crawfish here,and that it was one of his favorite crawfish places. The crawfish is quite pricy for crawfish compared to Texas (around $14.00 per pound) however everything is overpriced in Vegas so I don’t know if I can be upset with the cost. The flavor here I have to say was the best out of all crawfish places I’ve gone to. Me and my best friend chose the spicy version and it was fantastic. We also got some blue crab to go along with the two pounds of crawfish we ordered and that was amazing as well. I’m definitely shocked that a Vegas place could outdo Texas for crawfish but they did. Well played!

I only went for the sauce. I made my own seafood at home. This was the first time I've had it since July. Never disappointed!!! Between the traffic at this location, and the congestion of the parking lot it took over 30 mins to get my sauce, but it was worth it!!! I still have two left, and I'm making lobster tonight! Can't wait to dip!!! 😋

Such a fun experience. Put on your bib and gloves and go to town on the shrimp and crawdads. Add in a few potatoes and sausages and you’re set. I like to get one spicy and one mild just to have a little variety.

I visited here during my vegas trip because i heard this is best crawfish restaurant in town.i really enjoyed the foods and foods are so tasty and yummy.but there was only one problem which was the chinese waitress has nasty attitude.it was quiet weekday there was only 2 tables when i went there.she was taking care one of them and she wasnt even busy at all.i saw her passing by and i called her because i wanted ask her something for the table.(i couldnt find my server at that moment)all of sudden she gave me nasty attitude and she said can i come back after she gives the water to other table first.guess what??she didnt even come back after that..if you dont wanna work then just stay home. No one deserve to get ruined their special day because of you.i couldve gave 100 stars for this place because the foods and my server(she was really nice.i ended up giving her extra tip for her.)i def recommend this place if you wanna try best cajun in town.

This place has fair prices and great sea food, plus they play a good mix of hip hop and other music. I also like the diverse staff, and the fact they serve alcohol. The only thing I don't like is the hour-and-a-half wait. They should work out a deal with other vendors in the strip mall so that Hot n Juicy customers could patronize the nearby stores while they wait. Offer discounts or something.

Great prompt service! Delicious food I had the catfish basket and andouille sausage in the medium hot n juicy sauce. Others had the steamed shrimp in the extra spicy sauce. The extra spicy is just that if you’re not accustomed to spice go mild or medium if you like spice extra spicy has a great kick to it. All staff members were friendly even in the face of some not so friendly guest. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing experience. My bf and I have made it a definite location to go to every time we are in the vegas area. Karim was beyond amazing and helped figure out the perfect combo of flavor and spice level. Its hot and juicy all the way. We got crab, shrimp... and couldnt leave without getting the deep fried brownies. I wouldn't pass up that chance of having that again. they were amazing the entire staff gave the place an amazing atmosphere, place was packed but you wouldn't have guessed it with how fast food was coming out and being given out for take out. We have now gone twice. and will continue that tradition.

Soooo good! If you like just a little bit of spice but don’t want so much that you can’t focus on the food - get the Juicy Cajun !! I’m really glad the server was giving such good tips that i was very satisfied with what I chose ! Servers name was Malik or Micah ? I’m sorry I’m very bad with names but they were amazing! Super happy to answer all my questions and was super friendly ! I felt that they were really happy to help me get acquainted with the menu and were honest and told me how much I’d really be getting with every menu entry I was curious about !! If they can get a raise pls give them one !!! The food was nice and hot when it came out, it was amazing - my mouth is watering remembering it !! Prices are very high but fair ! The only part of the food that was so-so was the sausages I ordered along with the snow crab - they were very chewy and lacked the level of flavor everything else had - still good when eaten with everything else!

I've been to this location a few times. While the food and flavor of the food was pretty good, its a big downer when every time ive been either some of my order was missing flavor that I selected, missing sauce, or missing food altogether. Im not sure if they try to rush orders out due to the demand, but it becomes a disappointment when you get back to your place to eat and the order just isnt right.

Delicious every time!!!! Had to change my review from 5 stars to 3 because the service was awful today! I've never experienced bad service at this restaurant as many times as I've been here. It wasn't very crowded but our server was awful! We had to ask for things more than twice before it came out. Food was still delicious though.

Food was good but no real waiting area although there was a over an hour wait before being seated. There was a 15 minute wait simply to let the staff know we wanted to be seated because were behind a couple placing a time consuming "To Go" order and the congestion seems to bottleneck at the entrance and there's not much space to maneuver around anyone and no staff to assist you. So everyone is relegated to one line, one at a time regardless to your purpose (pick up, questions, waiting to be seated, placing a "To Go" order). Not the place to go if time is limited. Understaffed.

This is a very busy spot. The servers are good but it seemed like they were not anywhere to be found when you needed them. They came to take the order and brought the order and then came back when we asked for the check. We could have used some refills and just some reassurance that our other part of our order was on the way. Besides all of that the food was GREAT. Prices are high but it is seafood so definitely reasonable and it is 100% worth it. I would totally recommend this spot for the food, the service matters but when the food is that good, it plays a small role. It's their tip that is in jeopardy not my likeliness to come back and eat. Overall highly recommended of you've never tried it.

Love this place!! Be prepared to wait in line at peak times, but definitely well worth the wait because the food is so good!! Heads up, this food is rich, delicious, and filling and my eyes are always bigger than my stomach... and I always end up ordering too much food, so less is more!! I recommend the "get your feet wet" special, which could easily feed 2-4 people. Another tip: the food is spicy, so definitely start with "baby spice" heat if you don't really like spicy food. I've had both mild and medium and like both, but prefer mild so that my lips don't get too chapped. If you're a garlic lover, DEFINITELY get the garlic butter seasoning... sooooo good with lots of chunks of garlic!!

It smelled delicious and the place was packed. Sadly to say they didn't have utensils for the crab legs at all!!!! They said through the pandemic customers have stoled a lot of their stuff it's very scarce to replace them. Food was overstepped, rubber! I probably won't come back to the Chinatown one.

They never disappoint. Got crab legs, sweet potato fries and shrimp in garlic butter definitely give it a try. Food came fast and everything was delicious. They have bathrooms and parking is not to bad. There is usually a wait but it's absolutely worth it.

This is the to get some good spicy Cajun food. I tried the Cajun Spice and the Hot N Juicy seasonings. The Hot N Juicy seasoning was hands down the better seasoning. If was really more flavorful. I tried it on the shrimp, sausage, and the potato - all tasted good. Had the corn fritters too - the were a little small and a little too sweet. Overall, a good place to eat. Be ready to wait for 30 minutes or so to be seated during busy hours. It's worth the wait.

I really enjoyed myself. I'd never had cream like this before. It was fun tho messy. I got the signature sauce, it was yummy. The fries and andouille sausage delicious. My husband got the fried catfish and liked it. I got blue crabs and they were delicious. The service was excellent, very fast and helpful.

What an experience! The staff did what staff are there to do. I cannot say they where too friendly but they weren't rude so that's something. It was also incredibly busy! The food was good. In my nearly 40 years of eating shrimp I've never had to pull the heads off to eat them. And it was a little hard to peel them. We also got the green muscles, king crab and chicken strips- all where oh my goodness good!!!! Pro tip, bring better/thicker pair of latex gloves as the ones they provide are weak and thin.

The one thing I didn't like, was the shrimp were overcooked to the point that their texture was mushy. The sausage was the tastiest thing in my bag of food. But that's just me. Overall, it was a good place to eat but it can get expensive.

My whole family loves this place! It’s quite different. You basically are served bags with your shrimp, crab legs, etc. And you eat on the table. No plates. They cover the table with a plastic table cover and give you plastic gloves and a bib. Food is very tasty, we usually order hot and juicy medium, it’s spicy but tolerable. Good spot for spicy and flavorful seafood. They sell at market price, so your bill may vary with the season. They've opened more locations since the original, but the food remains mostly the same degree of quality. Sometimes the shrimp tend to be cooked a little too long for my taste. Parking can be a challenge at the Spring Mt. locations. Wear comfortable clothes, put on a pair of plastic gloves, bib and prepare to get delightfully messy👍

It took a while to get seated and once we were seated it took a while to get service. Tiahra the only reason why I took away one star. Their hot and juicy sauce is a staple item and you must have it on any seafood you choose. We had the green muscles and shrimp and it was amazing. Loved the taste.

This place has great food, and everything is well prepared. The service is excellent, and despite the 45-minute wait for a table, it's a great experience. The only reason for the 4 stars is the amount of waste that is generated. Everything is plastic and styrofoam, and everything is disposable. At the end of the meal, they scoop up the plastic table cover and everything on it, and dump it all in the trash. It's a LOT of trash, and I can't help but feel like, with a little forethought and effort, they could easily reduce the volume of plastic they push to the landfill.

We really enjoyed this place. We have a similar style restaurant in Toronto, Canada called "The Captains Boil" but this place was even better. If you like seafood and eating with your bare hands (or provided plastic gloves if preffered), this place is perfect for you. You can customize your meal by selecting the type of seafood you want such as mussels, clams, shrimp, crab legs, etc. Then you pick the flavor of sauce you would like plus any additional sides. The food is brought out to you in plastic bags, all you have to do is get your hands messy and enjoy!

My go to seafood place for me and my family. Our favorite mix is garlic butter (I like it SPICY, family likes baby spicy) Pro tip: order a huge order to go on the weekends. I could go on for days about how fantastic Hot n Juicy is but I'll keep it short, basically make sure you come here before you leave Vegas! The staff is friendly and seated us relatively quickly considering it was packed on a Saturday evening. It's basic place settings and minimum decor set the tone for the seafood to take the main stage. Everything was super fresh and the Hot n Juicy seasoning was superb. We finally ate here and it was delicious. I’m originally from the south near the gulf so live crawfish are what I’m used to eating 3-4 months out of the year, it’s been tough out here in vegas y’all! However I’m happy to report when they have them live they are good, the size, flavor and temperatures are customizable and make it to where you can get them just right. The only reason I won’t be eating here 3-5 nights a week is because I’m used to crawfish being $5-7/per pound this time of year not $10-15, but I do understand the geographical difference I’m up against. I ordered a 2lb round of live mud bugs and enjoyed them so much I ordered another round, I could have kept this going longer but decided to cut myself off. I highly suggest ordering at least 2lbs at a time because you get a free corn + potato and they’re tasty! We had Kim and she was a gem, her smile, service and pace were perfect for this environment. We even added a po’boy and fries which were decent as well. Not sure why it wasn’t served with tarter or cocktail sauce, it came with ranch? Either way I’m guessing if my partner wanted it we could have gotten it, he’s from New York so I just let it go 😂

Our first visit and it will not be our last. Place was packed and ambience is family friendly. Servers were very nice and they made sure we were taken care of. Ordered the fired blue crab basket and it was okay, needed a little more seasoning. But the crab legs were awesome. They have several levels of spicy ness we should have went with baby spice because my husband and I are babies when it comes to spicey food. But seriously crab legs were great. Fish put me in the mindset of Long John Silvers and fries were bland. $43 basically for nothing in my eyes. Staff was pretty dope tho. This is one of these places that always makes me happy. The wait can vary and it truly depends on when you go. The employees work fast considering it is always busy and they are so nice. I have been here multiple times and I have yet to have a bad experience. The music is usually fun and light and sports seem to always be on the monitors. The bathrooms are always clean. I recommend going, especially around Mardi Gras since there is a crawfish eating contest :)

My wife had me wait 40 minutes to get seated then another 30 or so to get our food. I've never been here before and normally don't have to dismember my own food before eating it but when the wife wants something the wife gets it. We ordered some sort of crab and crawfish with potatoes corn and sausage. Before our meal arrived they brought us a hammer and chisel so that we could open the crab legs to get to the snack sized portion of meat. The food arrived in a large garbage bag that we had to pick through. Now I'm starting to understand why they gave us a bib and gloves to wear while eating. After using the hammer and chisel to open the crab legs and then dip them in the juices they were cooked in they were amazing. The corn was to die for and the sausage and potatoes left me wanting more. The crawfish was ok. Too much work for not enough meat and didn't taste as good as the crab legs. I shed a couple tears eating the crawfish at their lifeless bodies sat there watching me consume their innards. The atmosphere was great, the service was spectacular and the food was to die for. You've converted me. I will eat here again and again. I just wish I could take home a bag of that amazing savory sauce so I could use it for my home cooking, I'm addicted!

I finally stopped in to check out this joint. Heard a lot of good reviews from friends, and coworkers. It was certainly more upscale decor-wise than I expected. Nice, and spacious seating. Decent flat screen TV's, and the waitresses were very friendly, and knowledgable about the menu. My uncle, and I got 2 lbs of crawfish (you get a free corn, and potatoe if you order 2 lbs). The crawfish was tasty. If you've never eaten it before it can be a bit hard to get into. If you have the time, and the inclination though it's worth a try. They also have plenty of other tasty options by the lb.

Visiting this restaurant was my final stop before going to the airport to come home. It was my first time in Vegas and my hotel was across the street from the Hot & Juicy on the strip. The entire 3 days I was there my schedule was so busy I didn't think I was going to make it there, and I was kind of bothered by it lol because the place just kept calling my name 😂. Literally 2 hours before I had to be at the airport, we drove past 2 more of these restaurants, so I HAD to go before I left... and honestly, I couldn't have been more happy with my decision. Great food at a great price. I ate at the other location nearby a couple years ago. That place left my clothes smelling "hot and juicy". When we packed our clothes back into our suitcase, our entire suitcase ended up smelling "hot and juicy". Sure, it sorta smells good, but not the smell that you want all your cloths smelling like. This location didn't leave my clothes smelling like food at all. Maybe they've got better ventilation or something. Enough about the smell... That's that. As far as I know, this is probably the place to get the best tasting shrimp by the pound in Las Vegas. They shrimp is big, delicious, and tastes fresh. Yes, it can get a little messy, but that's all part of the fun dining experience. I stick to the shrimp only and not the crawfish because there just isn't much meat inside of crawfishtoo much work to de-shell and hardly any meat. The shrimp is a bit cheaper or the same price, so the shrimp is just more practical and satisfying, if you ask me. Their corn fritters are really good, and I like to get a couple pieces of corn as well, just to add a bit of variety to what I'm stuffing into my face. You might feel a little weird having eaten a meal consisting mostly of shrimp, but it sure is tasty! I wouldn't eat here every day, because a diet of that much shrimp probably isn't healthy. But once every now and then is definitely recommended. =)

I've tried crawfish in a few other places, but this place and thier hot n juicy recipe left me dreaming about their crawfish, and their shrimp is is so big you can get two good bites out of them. Their sausage in the hot n juicy recipe is also one of my faves... Hands down I AM ADDICTED to hot and juicy. This place is AWESOME and now at the top of my list of amazing places to eat.

Don't rub your eyes after eating here. That happened to a kid once, and he was cryin' all the way to Mama's house. The food is pretty damn good. It looks fresh, it tastes fresh, it comes in a plastic bag. The bag is gonna be hot. I was told that if you wear gloves, you're a noob. Well, then, I'm a noob. I like keeping my hands clean. Everyone's pretty nice, and the service as a whole is pretty good. It's kind of like a Hooters for seafood, not that I'm lookin'. I'm just saying.

This is the best place for garlic saucy shrimp that i had taste since i been in vegas . In CA they have a place like this and i was so afraid i wouldn't find a place like that here in vegas but i was wrong. We order a pound of shrimp with all sauces mix , corn and a side of rice It was so delicious and flavorful then with the sauce left we mixed it with our rice Yes you will end up smelling like garlic and your hands too but for some one who loves garlic that is just a heavenly smell i am lucky my fiancé loves garlic too lol I really recommend this place and i cant wait until i come back - we came here around 1pm and it wasn't crowd it at all. They do have a thing on yelp where it says you call and dine on us -it isnt really specific but call and give it a try ! Dont come here wearing white because you will sure end up with some stains or just use your bib
