Never knew this location was here, it's on west Charleston, instead of having to go to the one at ballys on the strip. The place was pretty quite, we were there around 1pm, there was only 1 server, which he was the host and I think the bartender too. That being said, our service was good, drinks and food came out promptly, he was nice, we had a Calamari appetizer, I suggest getting an appetizer, because if you plan on ordering a deep dish pizza it takes 45 minutes, so do not be on a time limit, we had the small deep dish for 2 of us, and we still took 2 pieces home, the crust was really good, not greasy, which was good, it almost had a flaky biscuit consistency. Nice amount of cheese, maybe could use a bit more sauce. Overall we will go again, maybe for dinner next time and try the thin crust, our server said that is his favorite.

My husband and I came in on a Tuesday evening around 530pm. Greeting immediately at the door and seated within minutes. Our waiter informed us if we were getting pizza we should order that first, then move on to apps. We ordered a deep-dish to go and had Calamari and Italian beefs for dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing. (Forget to snap a photo of the deepdish!)

Absolutely Phenomenal! Our server, Brian, was completely accommodating and made us smile. Huge thumb's-up to Brian for his cheerful and efficient service! The pizza? Deep-dish was as good as I remembered from my first taste (in Chicago - over 20 years ago). Funny, I have to drive (8+ hours) from San Jose, CA to Vegas in order to experience REAL Chicago-style pizza. But I'd do it again!

We we’re passing through Vegas and Giordano’s was recommended by a friend. We got a small deep dish pizza and it can definitely feed 2 maybe 3 people if you have smaller appetites. We will definitely go back again if we had the chance.

I wanted to always try a real deep dish pizza pie. My brother told me this place was good. Well the pie was delicious 😋. If you want tons of cheese, a thick tasty sauce and quality pizza pie crust and savory toppings this the place. I had 2 pieces and I was full. We ordered it to go but the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked clean. No trash on the floor anywhere. I've gave it 4 stars cause I thought there should have been a little more pepperoni and Canadian bacon, black olives. But there was more cheese in this pie than I ever had in any other type of pizza or pie. The mozzarella was high quality and stringy. I got a medium and it weight 2 pounds or more. It will serve 2-3 people no problem. Go hungry.

Once you go to Giordano's you may never go anywhere else.. Or if you do it will always be comparing it to to Giordano's Pizza. And this is the small or individual size pizza.. How about that? Enjoy

The only flaky thing here was the crust ;) The cheese, the sauce, all of it was so good! When I originally looked at pictures I was afraid I wouldn’t like it because the amount of red sauce, but it has amazing flavor and was not overpowering anything else. 4 stars because the service wasn’t great. The wait time for a pizza is minimum 45 minutes because of the thick crust, and the server didn’t return to refill drinks. Refilling a drink is something simple, but important to me.

This location is several times nicer and easier to get to than the location on The Strip. I have been to that location when we used to visit Vegas. The pizza was great (both locations),the two of us took enough home for dinner that same night and lunch for myself the next day. Even at 24 hours old the crust was still light and flaky, yet retained the perfect amount of crispness. The garlic fries rocked and the crispy garlic bits from the fries made a wonderful topping for the pizza. It only took us 13 minutes to get home (about a mile east of The Wynn) at 2:30.

Best pizza I’ve ever had!! So cheesy and delicious! We went for my husband’s birthday and got the Chicago deep dish meat lovers pizza. I’m not typically a fan of the meat lovers but it wasn’t overly meaty and my husband loved it too! It came second only to a place he loves in DC. Phenomenal pizza!

The pizza is always really good there. Make sure you get a light appetizer due to the thickness of the pizza, its very filling but takes a bit longer to receive possibly because of the thickness. Its well worth the wait. The staff are always friendly and we always enjoy going and coming home with leftover slices.

Giordano's Pizza is a chain best known in Chicago. When I visited Las Vegas I knew I had to try and see how it lived up to my favorite pizza place in Chicago. I was not disappointed. It's the same place and the same Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza! With Giordano's you do have to expect a 30-45 minute wait, but that has never been a problem for us. We came here at a time it wasn't too busy and it was actually much less than a 30 minute wait. Wish Giordano's was located in more places :)

I want to say that if you're a fan of Chicago Deep dish pizza this is the correct place to get it. Sorry to seem like an idiot.. but in my opinion no other place in the Las Vegas area has good deep dish pizza. I had gone to this location on a Monday afternoon around 4pm.. no waiting and our table server was awesome. I highly recommend this place to all.. the prices are not too high for the pizza in my view.

I eat at this Giordano's location once or twice a month. The service, food, and facilities are consistently top notch. Bryan is usually here at lunch. He gets me seated right away with menus and drinks immediately after. He's always polite, friendly, and attentive. When I have questions about the menu, he offers me thoughtful suggestions. On my last visit, he suggested roasted garlic with my pepperoni extra thin crust. It was amazing. The pizza was piping hot. The cheese was slightly browned on top but still had that stretchy, melty goodness I love. The garlic added a pleasing aroma and punched up the flavor. I can also say I never had to ask for a refill on my drink. When I wanted the check, it appeared quickly and was processed just as fast. And the bathrooms are always clean and well stocked.

As a Chicagoan I feel way more qualified than any "local" to let you other Chicago folks know that this location is indeed a "legit" a Giordano's that is doing things the right way with extra friendly service and a very nicely run establishment. Giordano's makes a great "stuffed pan" pizza and even in Chicago it's in my top 5 of this style. It's nice to have them nearby while I'm visiting in Vegas.

After being to Chicago and my Airbnb host said Giordano’s is rather authentic… he being a native Chicagoan as well. Had to try… it did not disappoint. Most California deep dish is 80% bread rising to 1-2 inches with thin topping. Not Giordano’s with its crispy corn meal crust. Layer of pepperoni and sausage. 1 slice weighs like 1 pound… I kid you not. 2 slices sunk my battleship!

Definitely recommend the spinach, mushroom and alfredo pizza. The crust is great, perfectly crusted parmesan. The wings are excellent, and the calamari is definitely a must! The calamari is not chewy or overdone. Highly recommended! Definitely a must stop for Chicago style pizza. Our server Anthony was absolutely great!

Giordano's specializes in deep dish pizza from Chicago. First time trying deep dish pizza. So good, so filling, so many toppings . It was delicious! Check them out ,but bring a big appetite ,because the pizzas are very filling . The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are huge. Absolutely fabulous pizza. Absolutely fabulous service. Nice size restaurant. Great service. Your pizza is made upon your order, so it is freshly made pizza. The deep dish pizzas are no joke, so you can share amongst a group or take the leftovers to enjoy at home. Lovely atmosphere. Even if you are watching your carb intake, they have salaf options and the meatballs are delicious. I enjoyed my time and dining experience here.

I've had Chicago style pizza before and, although I liked it, it's never been my favorite (I lived in Chicago for one year and tried quite a few). This is certainly Chicago style pizza but it in not as deep as some and the crust is not as thick - and I liked it even better. We had the meat version (sausage, pepperoni, bacon and salami). The toppings were very good. I especially liked the sausage which had a lot of fennel. The medium size was certainly enough for 3-4 people. My one complaint was that at about $30.00 it was relatively expensive. We will definitely go back and try other versions.

I decided to stop in one day after shopping in Target. It is conveniently located in Boca Park. The food was delicious. The best pizza I have had in this area. I tried the thin crust pepperoni pizza. The bartender Bryan was wonderful. He provided great service, he was great to talk to, and was very attentive. I have been back several times and tried the chicken parm sandwich, chicken parm entree, spaghetti bolognese and all have been delicious. I will definitely be coming back for the food and the service.

Native Midwesterner and I absolutely love their Thin Crust pizza. They are famous for the cheese-stuffed deep dish, which looks amazing, but don't sleep on the thin crust! The extra thin is good too if that's your jam, but for me, it's the thin-crust all day long 😆. This was my first time in the restaurant, but I get Giordano's delivered a few times a month. This was OK but it wasn't epic. If you're in Las Vegas, Windy City Pizza has the best deep dish in town. Amore is pretty solid as well and I've heard there's another place in the north part of the city that's good but I haven't gotten there yet. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the service was good. The flavors just didn't pop. I don't know how else to put it. It was OK but not great

The pizzas and cheese bread are pricey, but the pizzas are VERY filling, which is awesome! They are very thick. They took about 45 minutes to bake. Pictured here are the spinach pizza and the "Meat and More Meat" pizza, which had pepperoni, bacon, salami, and sausage. That one was pretty good.

The first time we've tried their food. The pasta was excellent. I've never had a stuffed deep dish pizza before. I was a bit disappointed I think the crust was a bit doughy. Not really sure deep dish is for me. It was still very tasty.

I was expecting to be blown away. Don't get me wrong, it was yummy--but not earth shattering. The wait was 50 minutes for the deep dish which was the main reason for going there, but the regular hand tossed pies that passed us looked pretty good too. If you are a party of 2 like we were, if you order an appetizer, you're probably only going to get through 1 slice of pizza, don't over order.

Food and service was awesome, everyone is very friendly. We have Tamika as our server and she is great! Love her. She was accommodating when we asked for all the sausage to be on half of the pizza because one of us doesn’t like meat. She’s so sweet and her vibe is the best. This location is more laid back and has more of a neighborhood restaurant feel to it than the Strip location. The Greek salad was ideal because it wasn’t swimming in dressing, the deep dish pizza was great and the tiramisu was perfect and creamy and just the right sweetness! 10/10 recommend.

First timer dining at this location. Walked in, was greeted right away. Same person who sat me ended up coming back to take my order. She introduced herself right away, Baylee, and proceeded to ask about my drink order. Then she asked about food. I wanted a small pizza but also a sandwich, knowing I’d be getting a togo box later. I told her what I was looking for and she took care of it. Sandwich came out first, she also delivered it. DELICIOUS italian beef! Cheesy! Fresh! She refilled my drink, make sure I had everything. While I was eating, the manager on duty stopped by to check on me, introduced herself, Jessica. She asked how my food was, if she could get me anything. I said everything was great and I was content but I thanked her for checking in. Very friendly, very caring. Later, the pizza came! Again, she delivered it. Mushrooms. Sausage. Extra garlic! Extra cheesy! She served my first slice with all its cheesy perfection. I was impressed for sure! She came back multiple times to check on me. Finally, when I was done, she boxed all my stuff. Timely cashed out my check, thanked ME and said to come back soon! I said “Absolutely!” Presentation?! 10/10. Food? 10/10! Service?! Best I’ve had. Definitely coming back to this location and requesting Baylee. She knows her stuff and knows how to take care of people. FIVE STARS

It is a little bit of Chicago right here in Las Vegas. They make deep dish pizza. The real Chicago deep dish pizza! Amazing. Staff are delightful and funny. You can order the deep dish pizza on the phone before you come to eat. It takes 45 minutes to cook. We ordered before, came in, sat down and had pizza in less than 10 minutes.

Had a great time, great service. The deep dish special was super good along with the chopped salad and house salad. We also got bbq chicken wings and calamari and everything was just great. If you’re eating in be ready to wait a bit for your deep dish as the large ones take some time to cook. Our sever did a good job of setting that expectation and making sure we are being taken care of. Good, comfortable seating with spacious booths, lots of TVs with different sports games on, and still a good family environment. We will be back!

One of my favorite pizza places when I visit Chicago is Giordano's. Now we have it in Las Vegas and it does not disappoint. I was able to call ahead and have my deep dish pizza started (takes 45 minutes) and when we arrived we had some of their delicious apps while we waited for the pizza. When I bit into that slice it was like a trip down memory land from my visits in Chicago. Truly one of the best!

This place was great. Good atmosphere the service was outstanding. The only thing that I have to complain about was the margarita I ordered was not balanced at all. The Chicken chopped salad was really good it fed my family of five with a little bit to spare. The pizzas have to be ordered quickly because they do take a little bit of time but perfection takes time. Chicken wings were great cheesy bread had a very good texture and was fresh.

We had been encouraged by friends to try Chicago style deep dish and that Giordano's was the place to go. I had my reservations on the concept, cheese on the bottom and sauce on the top? Being from the North East it goes against everything I know about pizza. So many people had suggested to "just try it" it's different in a good way! The service was great, we were seated immediately on a Friday night and the waitress was so sweet. She warned us that deep dish takes its time to prepare so we ordered the caesar salad as well. The salad was okay, nothing I'd have to try again. I'd love to say the pizza blew us away. It fell short. The crust was flakey like a fruit pie, not what I was expecting from a pizza almost like a quiche. The sauce had more than enough herbs mostly oregano with very little tomato coming through. I personally prefer a sweeter sauce on my pizza which might be why I didn't care for this. Overall it wasn't "It" for me.

This review is to praise their manager Jessica. The pizza was amazing too, but she and our server went above and beyond. We arrived a little before an hour before closing and a very rude female employee told us that they are closing and don’t seat an hour before the latter, and then suggested that we go downstairs and order from the to-go window with prepared items. One person in our party spoke with Jessica who happily seated us, and provided us with a competent and attentive server. Thank you Jessica! I was hungry and left happy.

Great Pizza and Great Staff are the theme at the West Charleston Blvd Giordanos. We tend to work with Roman the most and he is outstanding. Great personality and very attentive. This was one of the first restaurants that we connected with after moving here last year. The staff were all so welcoming and made it feel like a neighborhood hangout. We leave town for an extended period of time each year and when we returned this year, we were immediately greeted by the staff with warmth. The pizza and wings are delicious and the kitchen staff consistently makes a wonderful meal.

Just as good as the one in Chicago! Very nice staff too. Def worth going. If you haven't been before, Chicago pizza takes a long time. A small will take 30min if the place is empty. So plan ahead. You can call ahead or just order as soon as you're seated.

Awesome food and great service and good background music. The appetizer sampler is a meal by itself. The deep dish pizza gives a new meaning to the word deep, and there will be plenty to take home. I promise you won't be disappointed in this restaurant.

The deep dish pizza is so good and extremely filling! It does take about 45-60 min to cook so recommend that you order appetizers/drinks as you wait. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, however the hostesses are unprofessional/careless. I just wanted to share some details about my last dining experience here. Whenever you go to get deep-dish, you have to expect to wait up to an hour for your pizza. Obviously, that’s fine. What shouldn’t be fine is for the ingredients of your deep dish pizza to be relatively raw inside after you’ve been waiting so long. I hate leaving bad reviews - but the pizza was a 2/5. Our server and drinks were great - so the overall experience was a 3/5. Please strive to improve your pizzas and you’ll have an amazing location!

I had lunch today at Giordano’s in Boca Park, and it was my first time there. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a really nice light field greens salad with the best spinach and cheese deep dish pizza. There were 11 of us and I have to say that the service was excellent, thanks to our waiter Brian. He suggested we put in our order for the deep dish pies first since they take longer to make, kept our drinks refilled, and got the first dish out quickly for some very hungry kids! All told, it was a great experience and I plan to make Giordano’s in Boca a frequent stop.

We got thin crust "meat & more meat" pizza -- loaded with pepperoni, bacon, sausage and maybe another meat. The sauce brought out the flavors without overpowering. My friend eats no sugar, so the crust tasted too sweet to her. I thought the flavor was unremarkable and the texture perfect. We waited a bit to be seated though the place wasn't busy. Table service was great though. Attentive without hovering and super-friendly -- even when I accidentally almost stiffed him by leaving $10s instead of $20s. Doh!

Unfortunately this place was pretty busy and there was only one server. He did his best. The food was not great. My grand son did not like his spaghetti. He eats like a horse for a 2 yr old. I love the pizza at this place the only problem I have is this new 3% Covid charge that was placed on my order. I always order pick up never eat inside even supported them last year 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. Regardless if you eat inside or not still charged a 3% Covid fee. That makes no sense. Hmmm - my first time trying this place was in Chicago - and omg was it good! I continued thinking about the calamari (best I ever had), the wings and the pizza! Was excited to try the one in Vegas, during a recent trip - but the food was not nearly as good as the one in Chicago. The calamari was barely edible, the wings were not even close to what I remembered. The pizza was pretty good - but still not at the same level. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food is very good. Unfortunately my experience with service, not so much. So last night I ordered from them for delivery, literally like 1 mile away from there, to my work place. I ordered at 7:50 and was given a delivery time between 8:31-8:41. Nobody showed up in that time frame. I only have a certain amount of time for lunch, and the person relieving me so I can eat can’t hang around indefinitely waiting for my food to show up. I called twice and was told the first time, the driver was seconds away. I called a second time and was told he was stuck in traffic (on Wednesday night in NW Summerlin...). When he finally showed up around 9, the driver said the restaurant was very busy and running behind. I hate being lied too. But salad was delicious and the bread sticks pretty good. So I decided to try them again tonight. Ordered the salad again and wanted to try their garlic Parmesan fries with their signature ranch dressing. This time I decided to do curbside and eliminate that delivery debacle. I ordered at 6:50, it was to be ready at 7:20. I sent my roving Officer to get it, and again it wasn’t ready. 20 minutes late again!! And the fries had no signature ranch with them. The food is good, and would have been my work go-to for pizza, pasta, salad, and appetizers, but I can’t make it work when the times the give me for delivery or pick up don’t mean anything to them, because it really matters at my job :(

We always bring friends here when they come from out of town and haven't tried deep dish pizza. To be clear a lot of places offer deep dish pizza but they're not really truly a deep dish pizza. If they can get it out to you in less than a half hour then it's not deep dish. If you haven't tried them before I would recommend it to make a phenomenal pie that tastes great.

I ordered delivery and it was way overcooked. I expected it to be like what I was used to in Chicago. If it wasn't overdone it might have been but it was not good the way they sent it to me. I might give it another try some time since I did like their pizza when I still lived in Chicago. If they over cook it again I will know it's a choice, but maybe I just got it on an off day. Three stars instead of one because I know the potential for 5 stars is there.. and it may have just been a single mistake. However, it was not cheap and I didn't enjoy it that day so I also can't be too generous.

I had a pretty good experience at Giordano's. The deep dish pizza is good, but the crust needs to be changed. It was dry, and flaky. I threw it away after eating the pizza. We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer. Good flavor, but they were very little. They should make them larger like the ones in the Midwest. A bit pricey. I would come again tho.

The food is really good, especially the chicken sausage and spinach pizza. The service is okay. The last two times we have gone there have been issues with our check: once our card was run multiple times (an honest mistake) for an incorrect amount (not sure about this one), and the next time we received the bill for another table (they almost paid our higher bill without looking).

I've been to Giordano's with my family two other times- once in Chicago and the second time on the Las Vegas strip. Both times excellent. This time, while returning home through Nevada, we decided to visit once again. Thank God the is a location of the strip! Once again, Giordano's did not disappoint! Deliciously delightful deep dish pizza that we can't find in California (hint, hint). Now that I'm thinking about it, I may reduce my rating to four stars in protest until Giordano's comes out to our state. J/k... kinda. The pizza coupled with the atmosphere makes this restaurant a must visit anytime we're in the area! Oh, also our sampler platter was awesome. Or at least it looked awesome. The kids finished it all before I could truly sample it.

The manager comped our meal but the point was they lied. If they told the truth it would have been better because my husband would have ordered something quicker knowing he had to go to work later. We spent almost three hours there waiting because each deep dish takes 45 minutes. The food is good what myself and my children had I do want to go back and try again but this time on a day my husband has the night off.

First time I had Giordano's was in Chicago a few years back. Same pizza much closer to home now. We ordered the Hot Doug and Chicago Classic and did half and half of each on a large. Service was great. The only thing I didn't like was the pizza takes 45 min to bake. Other than that no complaints. This location was rather quiet, maybe because I went on labor day? This place is worth a visit for those craving some pizza especially deep dish.

It's the best original Chicago deep dish and thin crust pizza here in Las Vegas. The crust is a butter pastry thick around the edge but thin at the bottom that's soft yet firm enough to hold it all together. You have a large selection of proteins and ingredients to choose from and many other delicious choices on the menu. The salads are wonderful. Bon Appetit everyone!

If I could only go to one pizza restaurant in Las Vegas this would be it. Best pizza in town. It's actual Chicago Stuffed Pie Pizza, not fake "deep dish" pizza that is simply thick crust. Bartenders were extremely friendly and changed the TV channel immediately upon me asking. I recommend calling ahead because it takes 45+ minutes to bake a stuffed pizza, but its worth the wait.

In my opinion, if your going for anything other than the deep dish Chicago style pizza, then don't my go. Not that the others are bad, it's just....you don't go to a Mexican restaurant, for a burger...or a seafood restaurant for a steak. They are a Chicago style pizza restaurant. People need to do research about places instead of just walking in randomly not knowing what to expect. Google is your friend. Pizza is great! Pricey, and it can take awhile but...your not getting Domino's here either, so if that's what u think this is...yet another random pizza place, go somewhere else. Giordano's was great! We only had a short wait to be seated and we were welcomed by the friendly host. The wait staff was great getting refills quickly and always making sure we a had what we needed. They have something for everyone if you want pizza at the bar while watching the game they have it. If you are looking to sit back and relax they have you covered as well. They have TVs on both sides so you never miss any sports action. The food was terrific, we had the mozzarella triangles to start and the Ceasars salad, both were great. The pizza was also awesome lots of sauce and toppings and cheese everywhere. 2 smalls were more than enough for me and family. If you are looking for great pizza and food in general this is the place!

I've yet to try the deep-dish, but their thin crust is excellent. Sauce, cheese and crust all have great flavor. Do yourself a favor and throw Garlic-broccoli on your next pizza. Customer service is also A+. Only downside is it's a little pricey, but in this city the good places know they can charge a premium.

Not many places, if any, that you can eat on the strip for dinner and get a great view of the lights and the bellagio water show (in the upstairs dining room) for a mere $30/$40 for two. Eat here.

I went to try the legendary deep dish. First a tip if you want to order one please call ahead even if you don't want it to go. It takes on average 45 min to cook one which I found out the hard way (starving children) I ended up having to order an extra meal to share while the pizza was cooking. I'm sorry also to say it was pretty under whelming. Yes it had alot of cheese but other that nothing special and the leftovers were not good. The first time in history I had to throw leftover pizza away. In my opinion papa Murphy's take and bake Chicago stuffed is more flavorful and even if you order extra cheese on it, it's $20 dollars less. The waiter was nice and the place was clean. The extra meal I ordered was chicken parmesan and it was delicious. That's why they got 3 stars.

Atmosphere is loud so you have to be very close to the person to have a conversation or maybe come at a time that they are not so busy. We had the stuffed crust pizza & it was so good. I have had better crusts, but I'm not a crust snob, so I dont dock for that. Prices are a bit higher then expected for a pizza joint, but it is well worth it. Customer service is spot on even though staff was spread very thin. Oh just an FYI, if you are going to try the deep dish stuffed pie....it takes 45 mins to cook, so plan accordingly. Did not satisfy my craving for cheesebread. Been wanting to try out this place for quite some time and I was pretty disappointed. Ordered the sampler with bbq chicken. The chicken wasn't bbq flavor - was plain. No sauce on it nor on the side. No ranch either. Pieces were rather tiny as well. The cheesebread was definitely not from scratch, it was frozen. The marinara was orange in color - typically marinara is red. The mozzarella triangles were good though. Overall not satisfied. Oh and the best part was they initially gave me the wrong order - a worker ran out to my car before I pulled away and swapped the boxes lol

Giordano's transcends the entire idea of pizza. If you think you like pizza and you haven't tried Giordano's then you must adjust your priorities. Imagine a beautiful flakey supportive crust. This fantastic bowl of flavor contains enough mozzarella for you to really understand the simply essential flavor that cheese can truly bring to pizza. Tomato sauce that exudes fresh. Any other toppings you deserve bring wonderful additions to this inexplicable culinary delight. The service was great too, but they could spit in my face and I would still happily eat their pizza.

My friend ordered a sangria and they literally opened up a box and poured box sangria in a glass. The food is good which is the reason for the 3 stars. My visit was for deep dish pizza, having tried many other places in Las Vegas who claim to have Chicago deep dish. Well Giordano's did it right, oozing cheese off the piping hot pan and melting right on your plate. The thin crust, with it's cheese, sauce and toppings is making me hungry now just thinking about it. Definitely worth the visit, and seeing they will deliver anywhere (parbaked), might do a surprise package this holiday to other family who miss the true Chicago deep dish!

Simply ok. The wait was 48 mins and the thin crust tasted like an awesome frozen pizza. Our server was kind and did her best. To be fair we didn't try their stuffed deep dish which is what they are known for but still they get an ehh from us. Cheers.

When we got there it was pretty empty, and our waiter came pretty quickly to take our order. We ordered the garlic parmesan fries for an appetizer and a sausage and pepperoni pizza. The appetizer came out quickly and was delicious. Then we waited almost 45 minutes to get the pizza. The waiter checked in on us and made sure our drinks stayed full. As we sat there the restaurant filled up, and at one point I felt it was funny, because the restaurant was full but not one table had any food. When our pizza finally came out, so did everyone elses! Even though we had been there alot longer. The food was good, service was good but I felt that the wait once we ordered was too long.

When you're craving pizza and you really want more than a mouthful this is the place to go. Deep dish pizza at its finest. This is the pizza that got me hooked on Deep Dish and now I want it all the time. My wife and I love to get a pepperoni pizza with green peppers!

Great family style sit down pizza restaurant that lives up to the Giordano's quality deep dish Chicago style pizza. It takes a while for your pizza to come out, but they do it right. I got the BBQ bacon chicken without bacon and the other half of our small pizza was the veggie pizza. The broccoli is a little soggy so would not get that next time, but the rest of the pizza was delivious and fresh - perfect for two people (hungry ppl at that) with two slices to take home left over (6 slices in a small). Altogether paid about $30 for pizza and a soup. They serve Pepsi products for drinks so no coke zero or Coke, which I usually like for pizza. If you're looking for New York style pizza instead there's a Grimaldi's down the road, though I haven't tried it. Overall I had a great Giordano's experience and would recommend you come hungry.

Food always good. I don't know why they only have 1 waiter during lunch for the entire restaurant. Each time we visited in the last 3 months, the waiter was rushing around like a madman trying to accommodate diners. Long wait times.

Ordered two pizzas for take out yesterday, one deep dish and one thin crust, thin crust didn’t look or taste like how thin crust pizzas should be, no body ate that in our family, we still have whole pizza leftover, three stars are for their deep dish, which was really good. I wish I read somewhere before ordering thin crust from here.

Delicious food, quick service, and huge portions. Pizza, especially deep dish, one of the best in town. Meatball sub, Bolognese, and Chicken Parmesan and pasta enjoyed by all. Don't forget the Cheesey Bread appetizer!

I really liked the pizza. If you get the deep dish it will take 45 minutes to get, they do tell you this so it should not be a surprise. It is also on the menu. Staff is nice. I will be going back.

Went there to try this supposed famous pizza. Had to wait 30 minutes for a table which of course is to be expected when going out. Sat down only to find out it takes another hour to cook the pizza. I understand it takes a long time to cook them but to wait an hour and a half for a pizza is kinda of ridiculous. When the pizza finally arrived I was honestly very disappointed. It was just okay nothing great. If your looking to get pizza in summerlin just go to Grimaldis it’s in the same shopping center and is much much tastier.

This post is about outstanding service. I've been wanting a Giordano's "Go Deep" shirt for about a year now. Went to Chicago a year ago, saw the shirt, wanted the shirt; they didn't have my size. Got to Vegas a year later. I was originally told they didn't have my size. Then the manager, Melisa, walks out and volunteers to check the Giordano's "To-Go" spot across the patio. Comes back with a medium. She didn't have to do it, but she did.

This place is a super nice sit down pizza restaurant but it ultimately was a let down. The meals all look amazing but taste less than. For the high prices there are many other options. Still the service was great.

Service sucks waitress brought our soup after the main course never came by to check if everything was ok. My drink was never refilled . The server Brian seems to be the best server ask for him. Our bad luck to be stuck with Tenikia. On a better note the food was great. Gave 3 stars because of the food and because Brian stepped in and helped us.

Stopped in today for lunch and was excited to see that the menu had been expanded and the bar now had comfortable chairs with backs. One of the best happy hours in town with half off draft beer, house wines and appetizers.
