The server was fantastic. She wasn't too in your business, but was there when we needed her. Didn't want to go too far for pizza and wasn't disappointed. Everything tasted great. The fried lemons in the calamari were a sleeper hit. Cool space and a nice place to people watch.

The pizza was very good. Go during "happy hour", certain pizzas are marked down (don't remember the price)🤔. We had the garlicky pizza and a sausage pizza, Calamari with fried lemon slices 😋 👌🏾and the happy hour staple ... wings. I would definitely go again when I get back to Vegas.

I was here for a conference and I like to try new places. My friend and I reserved a table and we were seated right away by Jared who also ended up being our server. We asked him for suggestions on what drinks to order. My friend went with the Italian margarita and I went with a 9 island. These drinks were so light and refreshing that they can sneak up b on you and so delicious we got a 2nd. We split the Hawaiian pizza and just kept the mushrooms on my half. It was so good. The crust was light and crispy, I love that fire baked taste. The flavors were fresh just like the ingredients. We suggested this place to fellow conference attendees and they thanked us for telling them about our experience. If your looking for pizza and drinks, I suggest this place.

Awesome pizzeria. My son and I shared a pizza (he had the side without the basil) and he said it was the best pizza he ever had! I had the sangria and everything was excellent. Our waitress was so nice! Would totally come back here.

Good ambience, nice service, tasty food. But I still give 3 stars why? We asked for pasta without chicken, which they happily served us but the portion was very small(not enough for one person) as the removed chicken from it. I feel that when they charge us the same for the food with or without the meat then at least they should have the courtesy to add some extra veggies to compensate for the missing protein and make portions a little okay.

My fiancée and I went here everyday just for the garlic-cheese bread! We’ve never in our lives tried cheesy garlic bread as cream and delicious as it is as Flour and Barley. It’s definitely one of a kind and something that’s a MUST try when you go to Vegas! It’s right next to the In-N-Out on the strip by the Linq Roller. As far as other foods- we tried the margherita pizza but I was not a fan. It tasted very bland and it was extremely greasy. Definitely had to be one of the worst tasting pizzas I’ve tried personally but the garlic cheese bread- I LOVED. It’s soft, crispy, creamy, cheesy, flavorful, and just so delicious! Make sure you go during happy hour on Mon-Fri from 2-6pm! You’ll get a discount on the garlic cheese bread; pizza too.

I really really liked this restaurant! I'm gluten free so to find out they had gluten free pizza crust I was excited about it! It was by far the best pizza crust i've ever had in my life! I literally went twice in three days!! They seem to be pretty good with cross contamination as I didn't get sick and I can be pretty sensitive! I highly recommend!!

Solid 3 stars. Twenty bucks for a pizza on the strip seems like a steal. Pizza was excessively greasy but good. One of the better pizzas I have had in Vegas and also the cheapest. Was ready less than 15 minutes after placing an order to go.

This was the BEST pizza I have ever had!!!! I am gluten & dairy free and the crust was so fluffy and vegan cheese tasted like real cheese! I am blown away I’m just sad I didn’t try it on the first day of my trip it was soooooo good!!! My husband who does not have food allergies had a bite and loved it too! Seriously, best gluten dairy free meal of my life!!!!

Absolutely love this place. There is a restaurant and outside is a to go walk up counter where you can grab a quick slice if you're in a hurry. I always stop here when I'm at the promenade. They are so friendly and the food is always good. There is an outdoor patio attached to the restaurant. The waitress was so sweet. There was a service dog in our party and she asked if she could bring water. We requested just a small plastic sauce container and she brought 3 full sealed ones. Its the little things 👌 👍 ❤ Will definitely be back.

I came here twice in one day, the pizza was that good. I have Celiac and need to avoid cross contamination, which means pizza is hard to get. All of the servers I talked to explained their process to keep the gluten free pizza as safe as possible. the first pizza we had was with caramelized brussel sprouts and bacon and was definitely the highlight. Guys. The crust was so fluffy and delicious looking, that I waited to eat it until double checking with the server. It's without a doubt one of the best gluten free crusts I have ever had. The gf crusts are square and the regular ones are circular so it's easy to tell the difference. My friend who is not gf actually brought up going back for dinner after we split a gf one for lunch. If you have Celiac and are hard up for pizza, STOP HERE

Pizza was ok, I was walking by and saw they had open tables so decided to go and give it a try. I tried a few restaurants around the area and this was my least favorite. Pizza did taste fresh and they have nice customer service, and a clean place. But it wasn’t anything special.

Fast friendly service, great music that wasn't overpowering, wings were crispy and juicy, and the pizza was a light and airy thin crust, good sauce, super cheesy and crispy old world pepperoni. They have an outside window where you can also grab drinks and slices to go.

My wife and I love the Parma pizza. We tried a slice 2 years ago and have craved it since. Back in Vegas and had to stop by and get a whole pizza. Really cool bartenders and excellent service. I know we will be stopping back by before leaving.

We had a taste for pizza and came up on this spot. They did not disappoint. They didn't have lemon pepper which is an all time favorite, but the ones the had was really flavorful. Drinks are always a big hit. We enjoyed the night.

The Jumbalaya Pasta dish I ordered was not good. The presentation was nice but it didn't taste good. The chicken tasted like it had been boiled no seasonings or anything. The best part of the dish was the shrimp and bread. The Big Apple pizza was good just very greasy.

Was greeted and seated promptly. I believe our servers name was Jeffrey. This guy is high energy and does a great job with his guests. He cares about his patrons and referred to us a family several times. The pizza was very good. The picture is of the gluten free pizza. I also had the chicken wings and they had a great sauce and the wings were prepared perfectly. I will definitely visit this place again on my next trip to Vegas.

Not bad. Really thin crust. Their pie only comes in 12 inches which kinda stinks if you are really hungry or have a big party. Also need better appetizers options. Come on guys!!

We stopped at Flour and Barley as part of a food tasting tour. My wife and I spotted this brick oven pizza place and wanted to visit anyway, so this worked out really well. Our tasting was a margherita pizza (lovely crust, sauce a little sweet, cheese was decent) and then the crispy brussels sprouts (the sprouts were amazing, even if you don't normally like them). Highly recommend this place.

Delicious food! One of the best appetizers I’ve ever had was the Brussels sprouts 10/10 would recommend! The egg on top was a unique touch. We then ate the Parma pizza which was also delicious (I’m a big fan of arugula on pizza). So good in fact that I forgot to take a picture before my friend and I dug in. I would recommend Flour & Barley for good food right off the strip.

Nice place in the LINQ Promenade. We had calamari for an appetizer which was done well. The pizzas were delicious and the perfect size. Cocktails were good to but a bit pricey if you ask me. I had the Limon Rye, so good, I've been making them at home now!

Great place to have pizza. Lovely ambience. They gave indoor and outdoor seating. Their garlic bread was so good and yummy. Very good service and friendly staff. No parking area available. Lively place. Near to flamingo and linq hotels. Great view of high roller. Also there is a small water fountain located outside the restaurant.

Can't you tell we liked it!? The pizza was great. My guest was skeptical about the egg on the pizza but our server told her it would bring out the flavor and after trying it,she agreed. Yes, the egg is runny,but apparently that's tasty on a pie! I got the Hawaiian pizza and adored it. The salty,sweet tang of the pineapples is always a delight with the ham. The atmosphere was great. It wasn't far from our hotel, the Linq. So, it was ok the perfect location and we will visit on our next trip when we want some good pizza or Italian food!

Good place for groups as well as date. The pizza is really good and I hadn't eaten that kind of garlic bread anywhere else. They also have a huge variety of beers and other alcoholic drinks. Ambience is good too and the staff is great. Most of the times reservations aren't required but it's always good to call before hand. They have good tiramisu too.

Been here a handful of times and also dined at the San Diego location a few years back. Located between the Linq and Flamingo Hotel: The Linq Promenade. There is outdoor patio and indoor seating available. I've sat outdoors in the past on a nice warm evening and I enjoyed it. There has never been any issues with the service. Everyone is always so nice. This last visit I'd like to make mention that someone had a dog in the restaurant. As I do understand about ESA and Service Dogs, this owner did not keep the dog on a leash and close to them. Instead, the dog was walking around the restaurant. I brought it to the attention of the server and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Some pet owners need to be responsible for their pet. Food: * Crispy Brussel Sprouts with smoked bacon, potato maple spiced honey and a sunny side up egg. * Pepperoni Pizza * Garlic Cheese Bread The brussel sprouts is by far the best I've had in Las Vegas. The flavors are amazing and I like that sweet yet saltiness from the bacon and the spiced honey flavors. In Hawaii we would say "broke da mouth." The pizza and garlic bread was also good but nothing like the brussels. Overall, a great place to dine at when you're on the strip and don't want to spend a lot on food.

We had pizza two nights in a row out of all the choices available in Vegas! The Flyin Hawaiian was amazing, the chicken stuffed manicotti made us drool, and the calamari appetizer was fantastic! Wood-fired pizza can't be beat! We sat at the bar and Adam took great care of us! This was one of the best dining experiences of our visit!

Brick oven cooked 12 inch pizzas made to order with a wide variety of topping options. They also offer appetizers, salads, and other entrees including chicken alfredo, spaghetti, and salmon. They have an extensive beer list as well as wine. Pizzas are good and a good size for two people to share. Friendly staff and fast service. You can eat inside or they do have an outdoor eating area.

All pizzas have the option of being gluten free. Server understood the need for wiping down areas. They have a separate space for assembling the pizza and utilize separate utensils. Only issue is the same oven is used for gluten and gluten free crust.

Service was good and food was mediocre at best. We had our family Christmas meal here. We had a set menu. Appy's were very tasty: Meatballs with tomato sauce, Calamari. Both of these food items were very good. However we got the Brussel Sprouts which wasn't that good. I didn't expect that they would cook them with so much oil and saltiness was off the chart. Is it me or Americans are eating so much sodium? Even my main entree, the NY steak which was cooked medium rare had so much salt, I did not enjoy it that much. My wife had the Chicken Parmesan and the other entree was the Shrimp Pento Penne. For desserts, we had the cannelloni's and the tiramisu, which had loads of Mascarpone cheese and not enough biscottis.

Flour and Barley is the place to go if you are looking for delicious pizza, nice beer selection, and a nice variety of meat appetizers. The staff is friendly and the place is simply charming, a great mix of current food trends with a little bit of old American diner feel to it.

If you’re gluten free, this place is a MUST! They have deep dish gluten free pizza crust. And it’s AMAZING! We actually ate here twice in a week, seriously, it’s THAT good! Flour & Barley Pizza is located along the LINQ Promenade which connects the Las Vegas Strip to the High Roller Observation Wheel. We recently dined here and, after having had several expensive meals at resort restaurants, were quite happy with the more reasonably priced pizza meal here. The restaurant layout is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a variety of table sizes, making the venue ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. Their menu includes a handful of pizza (red and white) varieties and expected salads and starters. Flour & Barley also features a rather extensive beer list. During our meal we tried the Calabrese (US$19.5) that was four nice sized slices of well baked pizza. Meatball sausage and prosciutto ingredients were fine and we enjoyed the chili and salsa verde, which added a nice little touch to this pizza. We happily order this pizza again or try other varieties if we were to return. Enjoyed the pizza along with a Squatters Outer Darkness, which is a Russian style stout brewed in Salt Lake City. More oat than malt with hints of coffee and slightly bitter, this was a nice stout that made a good companion to our pizza. In the end, we were quite pleased with our pizza dinner at Flour & Barley and would be happy to return here for another meal during future trips to Vegas.

Best pizza I've had in a long time! Was so excited they had gluten free crust. The gluten free crust was different than normal pizza dough- it was a thicker fluffier bread almost like focaccia. It was to die for! Also, our server Darren was awesome! He was so kind and helpful! We want to come back just so we can see him again!

I ordered the Big Apple pizza. Alex was my server and was great. The pizza was very hot when it arrived. It was also large for one person. The flavor was a great brick oven pizza. I don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on the drink selection. I ordered before 6pm on a Monday evening so the pizza was cheaper also.

Initially we tried their side window where you can buy pizza by the slice. This time we went inside, great service, we ordered the meatballs which have a bit of salsa verde, so tasty. We also ordered a half and half pizza (sweet pig & sausage with olive), also very good. Note that the pizzas aren't very large and they only come in one size. Delicious nonetheless.

Food is fantastic but what makes this place special is the attention you get from the staff. The guy behind the bar is always got great advice about your stay in Vegas where to go and what to do. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure they are having a wonderful experience at their establishment. I can't recommend this place enough. It's fantastic. Be sure to order a margarita as they have an Asian Mexican recipe with agave juice that is the best margarita I've ever tasted.

I had the most amazing gluten free pizza crust here. It was light and airy like bread sticks, rather than dense as most gluten free bread is. They also have dairy free cheese, so this spot is friendly to vegans and those with allergies. The bartender was awesome - attentive, friendly, engaging. The drinks were a bit too sweet for our liking but still alright.

I only gave a 4 because it took a bit before someone came to our table to get us started! BUT, when our actual waiter came, his name was Jeffery and he was AWESOME! He made us laugh and enjoy our time. We came mostly because they serve Maui brewing company beer! Their pizza was pretty good. We had the bacon blue pizza. My husband added sausage which I’m glad he did. It gave it some good flavor. I didn’t care for the blue cheese on it but that was personal preference.

Fabulous pizza. They said it was a personal size pizza so my hubby and I ordered two to split. Too much food. But delicious food. Calabenese ( I know I'm wrong but the red sauce one) and margherita pizza pictured were amazing. The margherita almost tasted sweet from the basil to the point it reminded me momentarily of roasted marshmallows with the burnt crust. So yummy!!

I went to this place literally like 6 years ago and STILL randomly daydream about their cheesy garlic bread! Lol I am a garlic bread junky and theirs has remained #1 in my rankings to this day. I have also tried to recreate it multiple times, but of course wasn’t as good. :) If I ever went to Vegas again, this would be my first stop off the plane.

Update- this visit pizza had way too much cheese, overwhelming the other flavors. Very good pizza, similar to Napoletana, and a good selection of craft beers. They also have a decent selection of wines by the glass. Great service. Back again this year and still excellent. Try the local beers- Foxtail or Angry Dog IPA.

Definably a winner here! If you're in the central Strip area on the Linq, check this place out. I liked this facility as they had outside access for slices, and inside full service area and a bar option (where I sat)!! Loved the bar as it was fast and the folks working it were awesome and added to the experience. Really appreciated the bartender and he seemed to anticipate any need I might have. Fun to watch them make drinks! Now to the pizza. As usual I typically order a margherita pizza (if this is not on the menu, you have to wonder if they know what they are doing) to focus on the basics and the crust which is THE key to any pizza. The pizza was excellent overall! The crust had a nice flavor and a good texture (light, chewy, crunchy). Sauce had nice flavor, the cheese was good as was the basil. They topped it with some olive oil and overall the pizza was very good. The only item that was 'off' in my opinion was that part of the bottom of the pizza had a grey color on the bottom and it did not appear to be the color from the cooking (it came off on my fingers)...that would be char and a little burn. I would say the temp of the oven could probably be a little higher. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend this place and would place it in top 10. Enjoy!!

Come early in the day when its not crowded. Pizza’s have thin crust, freshly baked out of the oven, which makes for a great bottom if you decide to ho wild in Las Vegas on the strip. Stella Artois is the lager you can get for $7, where all other imported beers are over $10. Not sure if there is a happy hour at this place, but I’m sure when you come to Vegas, you bring plenty of cash. Go wild!

I ended up going with the Farm House Pizza adding Basil and truffle oil! Absolutely fantastic for their version of a New York style pizza in the heart of Las Vegas! It may have had something to do with the brick oven, but what ever it was it was legit. Lol. I also had three watermelon margaritas (don’t cast judgement lol) that were absolutely delicious and refreshing; not as ice-y as one would have thought. I recommend these as well. We stopped there just before closing time on April 10, 2022. The service was excellent, better than expected since it was so close to closing. We ordered a Calabrese pizza amd it was one of the best pizzas we have ever had! The crust was perfect, with enough chew to make it stand up to the pizza, but tender amd crispy. Their sausage is flavorful, but not too spicy and the sauce was very good. The kicker was the basil sauce they added to the top. They called it a Salsa Verde, but is closer to basil pesto. The salsa verde name had me concerned when ordering!! I would suggest changing the name of the topping sauce. I only wish this place was closer to where I live because I could eat that pizza once a week!!

I can not express how amazing our experience here was! We were in town for our daughters wedding, and our group grew to over 30 people, the staff at Flour & Barley were extremely attentive and kind. We have been here before, but it was a few years ago. This time we happened in on happy hour ... margarita pizza for $10 and chicken wings for $8. Both were very good. Our waiter was fantastic and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. A bit off the beaten path, but well worth it.

We made a reservation and showed up on time. We were seated quickly. However, we apparently were not assigned to a server. After about 15 minutes of waiting we flagged someone down and explained that we wanted to order. She was confused and kept referring us to the online menu we could access on our phones. When we finally did get a waitress to work with us our pizza came quickly and correctly. The flavor and texture of the pizza was average. We also expected a bigger draft beer selection based on their name and claims. They had a large canned beer selection with variety and did feature some local breweries. But we had hoped for more on draft.

Service was just okay, the server was new and didn’t seem to know much about the menu (especially happy hour, which we were there for) but he tried his best. Told us that the chef burned all the pizzas, which 1 of the 4 of us had ordered, so she had to wait an additional 10ish minutes for it when we all had our food. However he suggested he could advocate for us and she got it 50% off. Happy hour includes well drinks and some beers.. pizza special does not include all (only a select few and it is a few inches smaller) and appetizer special does not include all on the original menu either. Also, the table the host sat us at looked dirty and therefore had to be cleaned after we were already seating there (from our request). Overall, it was a fine experience for just stopping in in the middle of an afternoon. The food was good!

I have been going to this restaurant since the Linq Promenade first opened opened, and it has always been a favorite of mine. Coming back once the restaurant reopened after the initial quarantine we were greeted by amazing service, totally on point and a pleasure. I had a standard pepperoni pizza and sangria. The pizza was among the better that had, the cheese was a bit too broken so there was a higher amount of grease but nothing overwhelming. The sangria was also good, more on the tart and dry side than sweet, not a bad thing just something to take note, and for a 9 dollars a glass it was a pretty fair price. I just wish that the pizza itself was a better value. For 16 dollars it was rather small, and I feel I could have had at least half a pizza more, and its a shame because I swear the pizzas are *smaller* than they were in the past. It was an enjoyable meal, I just wish that there was more to it.

The wife and I decided to venture out today on the Las Vegas strip, now that the monorail officially went back into operation today. We traveled to the Linq, where we came across Flour & Barley brick oven pizza.. and we loved it! From the wife's margarita to my mojito was very delicious!! And their personal pizzas put other personal pizzas to shame! I had the Big Apple pizza; which is all pepperoni, and the wife's Margherita pizza was awesome as well. The atmosphere is great, as well as the music. You can sit inside or outside; and the staff was super friendly. Brick oven pizza is the only pizza.. hands down!!

Frankly we came here because it was less crowded than other places. That was great for us--we had an excellent time (we even made sure to come back on another visit). Our timing was excellent as well: in accessing their WIFI, I was sent a coupon for a free appetizer! The pizzas are great and the drinks were well-made. We're looking forward to our next visit. UPDATE: We've visited several times since. The menu is limited but the food is great. The drinks are as good as I remember, but they're quite expensive for being so small. One point, I strongly recommend getting on their mailing list: we've used coupons for a free appetizer on at least 3 visits there.

The outdoor seating of this brick oven pizza joint is the real reason to visit, though the food isn't bad. The beer selection is pretty minimal, but there are a few craft choices to pair well with a pizza. The pizza is quite good with a nice crust and a bunch of different topping choices. Service is pretty fast too. The location is right near the strip so it's quite convenient.

I’ve had a lot of different gluten free pizzas and this was by far the best one yet. Around an inch thick with a great crisp on the outside. We went for lunch on a Monday afternoon, our waiter told us it was his first day and was super friendly. We ordered two brick oven pizzas with added toppings. When they were brought out they were both incorrect, one we sent back. The manager came out, apologized profusely and gave us a complimentary meatball appetizer that was amazing as well as covered the whole meal. Food was great and service was phenomenal!!!

We were wandering the plaza just south of the LINQ and stumbled into Flour&Barley, it turned out to be a great surprise! The staff was great, they were very friendly and fast and had a few awesome pieces of advice for where to go and what to do next nearby. They were spot on with their advice on the menu as well. We ordered four pizzas to feed six people and it worked out perfectly. We tried the pepperoni, the mushroom, the hawaiian and the cheese pizzas. Nothing super exotic but it provided an excellent basis for comparison as all are likely to be familiar with some form of these recipes. That said, the pizza was fantastic. Even though these might have been on the basic side of what is offered at Flour& Barley, they were all very well done and very interesting and tasty versions of familiar favorites. The mushroom was especially exotic with a strong savory truffle flavor to carry the arugula and mushrooms and white sauce. The restaurant was very well kept and the service was fast. The restrooms were some of the cleanest I saw all weekend in Las Vegas. A great operation run by great people.

Delicious pizza! Great location near the High Roller Server's didn't seem to know their ingredients very well though. We thought the pizza was much better than the higher rated Grimaldi that Google suggested! The slice option out front looks dry, so go inside and place an order. This is a family friendly location and because of the high ceilings, crying children are amplified! This can easily ruin an evening!

I had an amazing meal at Flour & Barley. The service was very quick and efficient. They were really personable as well. My favorite appetizer was the Brussels sprouts.... so good! My friends and I decided to share the kale salad, which wasn't too heavy on the dressing. We decided to go with 3 pizzas and there were 5 of us. Plenty of food! I loved the Farmhouse pizza because the dough was great and so were the toppings! For dessert, I went for the lemon tart. No regrets at all!

I had an average experience at Flour & Barley. This restaurant is located inside the Linq promenade. They have an outdoor patio which is great to see all the action outside, especially during the evening when the sun is down. You can see the giant Ferris wheel and there is a ton of foot traffic in the area! The food that I ordered was mediocre. I feel like I have tasted much better for the value. Some of the pizzas in the display looked like they were waiting there for a while until they were reheated. Either way, the food is alright. A little expensive in terms of value. The service was quick. The food was served quick. Staff was polite and did their job.

We ordered the antipasti board, it was delicious. We ordered 2 pizzas, one gluten free for me, and a regular pie for him. Both were good. The gluten free pie was more like sicilian, the crust was about an inch thick. It was different, but good. The regular pie looked good, but I can't comment since I can't eat regular pizza.

Great service and good food. We ordered the Lasagna pizza and Mushroom white pizza to go. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for the pizza. We waited at the bar and both bartenders were very friendly. We ate the pizza back in our room at the Linq and both pizzas were excellent! If you like thin crust brick oven pizzas you have to try this place. If you only need 1 or 2 slices they also have a to go counter outside.

If you only eat gluten free, you absolutely will not be disappointed. Gluten-free pizza crust normally tastes like cardboard, not this one! I had the verdure pizza while in Las Vegas with my wife. We really liked the combination of vegetables and mushrooms. The crust was excellent. The sauce was great. Went there twice this week.Food was good but the service was very mediocre. Both times, we had apps and the server took our plates. Both nights we had to ask multiple servers to see if we could get plates or utensils while out food got cold. I did like the food but waiting for plates while your pizza gets cold or utensils while your main course gets cold was frustrating. In both instances the first request was met with a smile and an "of course" and both times the request was forgotten and I had to chase down someone else 10 minutes later. I would not return.

Calamari appetizer was a meal in itself, including lightly fried thin slices of jalapeño and red peppers and lemon. As non meat eaters we had the seafood pizza without cheese. A bit sparse on seafood but great thin crust pizza nevertheless. Happy hour starts at 2pm, so best time to arrive for delicious cocktails @ $10 instead of $13. Keith gave us great service and advice. Since we only have 2 days to do the whole town we now have a dilemma whether to try anywhere else.

Delicious! Excellent deal in the heart of Vegas - only like $15 for a yummy pizza. Enough to share with someone else. Their watermelon salad is refreshing in the heat, but they don't use enough watermelon or cucumber. Still loved it. A great deal for good food right off the strip.

I went here for St. Patrick's day to try to the Corn beef pizza. When I mentioned it to the waitress she had no idea what i was talking about but I manage to find it anyway. The pizza was great. Thin crust, nice amount of corn beef, cabbage, bacon etc. I will definitely order again. All of their pizza is cooked in a fire oven. they also have non-pizza entrees. I didn't try them but they looked really good.

We had the Holden delight pizza and garlic bread with cheese. The garlic bread as well as the pizza oozes freshness and soft whiff if the ovens. The ingredients we're super fresh, generous and portion size was perfect. Coupled with a friendly staff and great music around the place, it is a must visit for Italian fare.

The servers, the music, and the food are all great here. We're visit during covid pandemic, so we may not be receiving the fill experience. Nonetheless, the food has been so amazing both times. Nice thin crust pizza. Had the Margarita, it could have had more basil on it, but it tasted pretty good. It also did not have fresh tomato on it, but the marinara was good. I would get another pizza here but probably not the Margarita again. Also had the Eggplant Parmesan appetizer which was good. Two pieces of eggplant with marinara and mozzarella on top. Would definitely have that again.

Here in the UK, we are in lockdown. We have painted everything that needed painting. We dug everything in the garden that needed digging. Cooked all the dishes we could think of, then came up with a new game. For every dish, try and remember the best one you ever had. We just made pizza, so the best one we remembered. It was a long time ago? We think it was 2015 in America. Vegas. Just of the strip, we came across ‘Flour and Barley. Simply the best pizza together with the best wheat beer we ever had in America. I remember having as good pizza in Italy, and good wheat beer in Belgium. (I also worked on the promotion of the first Belgium beers into the UK) but together in one restaurant, Flour and Barley win hands down! What made it even more memorable, was the next night we had the worst wheat beer I ever had. It was orange looking and was actually served with a slice of orange floating on the top!? Anyway, sorry for the very delayed review and recommendations.

Hubby and I had lunch here a few days ago. We shared a Calabrese pizza (prosciutto, meat ball, sausage, salsa verde and mozzarella) and an order of calamari. The pizza was delicious! Nice decor but really not impressed by their "fresh" Mozzarella and tomato appetizer. I eat fresh Mozzarella often and I expect it to be soft and easy to cut with a fork. Their cheese was harder than it should be (I had to use a knife to cut it)and when I asked the waitress if it was normal, she plainly said that it was hard because it's how it's supposed to be. Lost trust in their food right at that moment.

Oh m'gosh everyone needs to come here right now. We came for their happy hour (goes till 6pm) and prices are actually fair which is hard to come by in Vegas. 11" Pizzas for $10 and select drafts for $5. We had the Big Apple and the Bianca and both were great! Seriously DO NOT go to any of those dumb hotel "fine dining" establishments. They are all overpriced and mediocre. Our service was outstanding with multiple waiters checking in on us and food that was actually good. So very, VERY happy!

I LOVE their pepperoni pizza! It has a thin crust, none of that deep dish nonsense. The pepperoni is delicious, the right amount of salty and crispy. The cheese melts right into their tomato sauce, which is not sweet, something I find to be a problem with most pizzerias. It's a tad bit greasy, but it is so worth it!

Decor was upscale meets urban trendy. Our waiter was prompt and helpful with going over the menus food and drink choices. Full liquor bar along with huge draft and bottled beer selection. We chose the special pizza of the night, Hawaiian. Crust does have a charred flavor being it's cooked in brick oven so that was nice but flavorless. Sauce added dimensions but no flavor. Mushrooms n ham was the best part. The pineapple although it was fresh was pieces cut close to core so hard to chew and bitter tasting. I'd go back for apatizers or drinks but pizza was not our liking.

Customer service is good, we had Cherelle. The pizza was good as well. I gave a lower score because I asked if you could buy pizza by the slice and we were told NO! But when you walk in and walk out there is a window that serves by the slice. I guess they only let you get by the slice as a to go order and not dine in. The other thing I wasn't happy with is they dont let you do half and half. So everyone at the table has to be willing to eat the same pizza or pick off some toppings or you will be buying multiple pizzas. And lastly a soda is $4.

A hot day in a busy street was the decider to try and get a seat, a cool drink and a pizza. Like the other food outlets in the street, it was packed inside and out, but we managed to get squeezed into an outside table. It was off putting that we could hear everything people were saying at the next tables, as they were so close. But at least we had a seat.☝ Sitting in the sunshine waiting for our order was a bit like being in a zoo.🐵🐵 Hordes of tourists just like us, passed by the "fenced off" area, looking in as we looked out. The pizza✌was okay when it arrived and the beer was cool.👌 Like many others leaving feedback, we found, the auto gratuity isn't an incentive to provide good service.

We ordered two pizzas, calamari, caprese salad, chicken fingers (kid's meal) and a bottle of wine. The pizzas had scant toppings, were burned black on the bottom with tough crusts, but were still edible. The rest of the food and wine was very good. The problem we had was with the bill. We were charged for two extra pizzas and an arugula salad which we did not order. How can three additional items show up on our bill by mistake? Since we have encountered this problem before at other Las Vegas restaurants, we scrutinize the bill every time before we pay. I'm sure that many customers do not check the bill and pay whatever they are charged. Shame on the restaurants (and waiters/waitresses) that are resorting to these tactics to make a few extra bucks. They will definitely not get our business in the future.

Right from the start this place did well for us. My wife and I came with our aunt and uncle and initially were facing a wait outside - which offers a good view of the Linq and new ferris wheel- but we preferred inside and were seated immediately. Initial greeting by the hostess was courteous and informative. The gianna pizza is an interesting combo with the nuts and came highly recommended. It did not fail. Normal servings are 10.5" so expect 1 pizza per person or to get a salad. Be sure to ask for the salad before the pizza so you've got something besides the bread sticks to snack on. And let's not forget the beer. 50-ish options (and Spaten Optimator). My fav. Ask your server to check for seasonal beers or anything that might not be on the menu. My wife had one of the black cherry cocktails which was not watered down at all. One thing to look out for: the ladies room needs some help. It's a single so there can get to be a wait. Final comments: our server Kayla did a good job. She was attentive, came by when we needed refills and didnt ask us "how is it?" while our mouths were full. Polite, courteous and conversational. Also, enjoy the tirimasu.

Top notch ingredients on the Big Apple. The quality of the mozzarella ALWAYS shows through with the distinct chewy texture. Ordered a second Big Apple with mushrooms and the texture and the quality of the mushrooms were very good! Found out they do a quick saute in Olive oil and a little parmesan. Boy did this change the texture of the mushroom. Made it more meaty/chewy in texture and not shriveled up... No issues with our check, and hope bad karma catches up with the person(s) found doing this. Not everyone in Vegas has had too much to drink, and or been taken advantage of...

I have only been here a few times but it's the best oven brick on the strip or very close to the strip. Abigail was a great host and answered all my questions before I was sat. She was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully she is there when I go back again.

Flour and barley brick oven pizza is a most excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the over crowded Las Vegas Boulevard. Delicious pizza served with a smile dine in, eat on the patio or get it to go. Get extra you will want leftovers for breakfast.

Their slice of pizza is ridiculously expensive. However, if you're drunk AF, this greasy pizza might be the best pizza you'll ever taste. If you're sober, it's just going to be an expensive slice and you'll wish you had Costco pizza, instead.

It is hard to come by a place that sells slices of pizza and veggie at that. The pizza was so good, the veggies were fresh and it was a decent size slice. Kinda pricey but hey it's the strip.
