Reviews of Edge Steakhouse

This place has such great service!
Our waiter, Kim, was extra helpful in having the kitchen watch out for my gluten allergy and my husband’s dairy allergy.
((While no allergy preferences are specifically marked on the menu items, I am sure that the chefs were knowledgeable and careful with out dishes. ))
They did an absolutely FANTASTIC JOB!
The food was all amazing! Especially the gluten free French onion soup, dry aged NY strip, and the flaming crème Brulee!
It was so delicious, and such a nice experience to have a server that cared and was careful!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

For my birthday The atmosphere ambience and service was fantastic The presentation was a little concerning. I ordered a filet steak 10 oz butterfly well done with the fully loaded potato. Next time I will try medium well. My dates meal however was not to her liking. The shrimp Cocktail and salad was OK her main dish should not have been served on the plates that they were served on. The dish was over cooked. This was a first date and I'm sure she's going to remind me of this meal for years to come.

My husband brought me here for my 50th birthday. We ordered the Wagu Steak…so good. We ordered a shrimp cocktail that came out smoking with dry ice! So cool. We ordered the creamed potatoes that were delicious. I had a chocolate martini and my husband had an Old Fashioned. Both were great. They brought out a complimentary cheesecake for my birthday. This really didn’t have any taste to it. They brought dinner mints with the check. The service was phenomenal. Our waiter was really prompt and great personality. It was a great birthday dinner!

Edge Steakhouse was quite the experience. When I say everything was perfect I mean everything was perfect. The food was all perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We ordered the 6 Course Chef's Choice and it was well worth them money. We had everything from Wagu Tartare and (still on fire) Cream Brulee to perfectly medium rare steak. If you are looking to treat yourself like a star Edge is the place to do it. Enjoy!

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed but upscale. Felix was phenomenal. He made us very comfortable and made us laugh and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Great for a fine dining experience. The food is spectacular, the service is warming, and the wine list is extensive. We had the oysters, the steak tartar and the wagyu ribeye. The chocolate ball desert was phenomenal, one of the best dishes I have ever had. We also found a vintage year 2000 bottle of wine at an amazing price. Thank you Bobby for the great service and attention.

I really enjoyed my experience at this upscale restaurant. I thought the prices were expensive but reasonable for what you are getting. The staff was excellent and the food was amazing. The portion sizes are excellent and it's not the type of place where you leave still hungry. I did the 3 course wagu steak with a three course wine pairing and I do not regret my decision. I recommend this place if you are celebrating something or just have the money like that to spend on an excellent meal.

Popover bread: Excellent
Wedge salad: Excellent
Dry aged ribeye: Cooked as ordered, tender but kind of too fatty (not trimmed correctly), slow to come out and was cold when it did.
Whipped potatoes: Average
Loaded baked potato: Average
Mac n cheese: Good
Desert: Good
Service: Friendly and attentive.

Dinner was exquisite. Savored every bite; The Edge salad, shrimp cocktail, bone-in rib eye, cheesecake. This was an amazing meal with great service. We were never rushed. In fact, they seated us right when we arrived 10 minutes early. We will be back next time we are in Las Vegas. The Edge never disappoints!!!

This place is phenomenal. To start, it's absolutely pricey, but you probably knew that before considering this as a place to eat in a casino. But you're on vacation and deserve an excellent dining experience. That's what you get here. The service is excellent and tolerated our indecisiveness and jokes as we had a few beers already prior to sitting down. The waiter was taking it in stride and looked like he was enjoying himself with us. Then the food, my god. Best steak I've ever had. Bone-in ribeye that was super juicy and perfectly seasoned and prepared. Complemented with huge spears of asparagus slathered in a slab of butter that was so good. Topped off with a great dessert and wine throughout the meal, you're not leaving this place without a smile and being unsatisfied. Do yourself a favor and splurge on this place, you won't be disappointed.
