Customer service here is extremely phenomenon. The staff was extremely friendly social and very accommodating. The greeter was amazing she opened the door for us and guided us to our seats as well. Food was right on point, table was fantastic. Thanks so much from my family to yours.

Coming here on and off for a while now and the place is really improving. From the presentation and effort you can see the cooks put into the food, the attentivness of the servers, and the over all cleanliness and ascetic of the place! The manager (Yessica) is great always checking in with how our food and service is. Even checking in with her employees it was refreshing to see such dedication. Definitely a place i would recommend to go visit or revisit, Definitely worth it.

Typically I do not write reviews about my service experience at restaurants. But today I felt it was necessary to do so after going in with my family and receiving possibly the best customer service to date in my 30 years of living. Our server Yolanda greeted us with an enormous smile and was very attentive and FAST! She went out of her way to make sure my kids were enjoying themselves and that we had the best experience possible. Overall my family’s and my experience was outstanding.10/10 this is my new go to Denny’s location. Thank you!!!

It's been over a year since PDQ left. Over a month ago, I saw a sign that said Denny's coming soon and I was more than thrilled. It's America's diner and I always enjoyed eating lunch or dinner at Denny's. Especially on those road trips with friends. I decided to try out this new location. The interior was very clean and I was seated immediately by a staff member. I ordered the chicken fried steak plate. You also have an option of either toast or pancakes. The waitress Reina was very friendly and attentive. Besides the gravy being a little salty, the food came out really good. I'm going to have get the toast instead of pancakes next time because I'm stuffed. I'll admit, I miss the PDQ chicken tenders but I'm also glad there is a Denny's that's walking distance from my home. I definitely will be back again.

We were on vacation staying at the palace station and walked to this dennys. The food was awesome, we actually came back 2 days later because it was so good. The manager was very professional, waitress was great. Honestly we love IHOP But this dennys was actually way better. It's a 5 minute walk from palace station, and very safe to.

So my family and I dined here on New Year's Eve and the service was fine, the food was good but the only thing that bugged me was that three different times including this time, I used a 20% off coupon and the cashier forgot to scan it even though it was the first thing that I handed him and he said sorry there was nothing they could do and just save it for next time, it's happened three straight times so I'm getting to think they do it on purpose. I won't be coming here no more, I'll just go to a different Denny's.

Thank you to the wonderful women that was there.. And the chef on sight.. I just went there for 5 to go orders..just 5 light breakfasts's ..my family flown in from Connecticut.. I was not going to bring them,mind you to..and after a long flight to Robert's tacos or anything near the Strip of any sorts...jet lag is real... The best slams of any good eating...is Dennys. Always will be....long story short...I wish I got names...but hearing from this post...she'll know who I was...5 orders to go...delayed at the airport..in vegas..noo..lol I was told I can put this order on hold...already paid....I could go pick them up ...and bring them back.. If this is not 3am morning service...40min we all come in... I share from the door ..spot on service.. Welcome in.. We've been waiting...any coffee..water...maybe a soda...this is 3am.. It was lay over after lay over.. All they kept saying after the great service an hospitality...how great the pancakes were... Fresh. fluffy. Tasteful.. Eggs ..bacon.. The service and hospitality was home warming for a 5hr bad flight.. We thank you.. I thank you.. The food was awesome P.s I haven't seen my cousin in almost 30 years.. I was so very impressed that the Denny's on Sahara has a drive-thru! The wait was not that long considering the food isn't prepared until you order and pay at the window. I ordered the french toast breakfast with a side of hash browns. I know prices have gone up but the $17 dollar bill did not even include a beverage. I can't blame Denny's for that. It's this craZee US economy. The woman who took my order was friendly and professional and my to go order included everything I needed once I got home.

It's Dennys. There's a c 🥪 that they had For years. Still kinda om the menu but they changed it m was a roast beef on sour dough bread its no longer on the sourdough bread grilled which was where alot of the flavor came from. Now on reg. Bread not grilled and nothing special. Will never order it again. That sandwich had alot to do with why we went there. May not go again

What can I say about this place, is okay but you better be lucky because the place can really get full and the wait times are really long, the food is like any other denny's but the problem is the service and parking loot, I will give this place a 6/10 it can get better but need to work more on the service and staff

This is THE BEST Denny’s we have been at. It is clean, service is super fast and friendly. The manager helped out our server when the food came. Claudia was our sever and she was so nice and had a smile the whole time. Seriously this is a breath of fresh air to see good service nowadays ❤️!!!!

This is by far the best Dennys. Clean. Amazing staff, friendly, caring, courteous and accommodating. Even with a busy/full place, the food was done quick and perfectly cooked. My family and I came twice during our visit to Vegas. Management has done a great job hiring and training their staff. Wow!

Went with a friend to this location across and one block west of Palace Station Casino. We were seated very quickly. The server whose name I do not know but is very distinct. He is very tall with tan skin and a very large hairdo similar to Elvis. Young man. Very friendly and helpful and pleasant to be around. We had the pot roast Bowl. Absolutely delicious! It arrived very quickly to the table. There was no traffic jam in service. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend this particular Sahara location. Everything was very clean and organized. This includes the bathroom being clean.

The manager saved the night but the staff is the rudest we ever seen …… we were waiting for over an hour just to get water when everyone else was getting there orders ……. We understand people might have bad days but should never make the customers be involved. Things got straighten out after asking for the manager who did great job taking care of us but overall it wasn’t a good experience… even that we still tipped them and wished them a good night.

This was the 1st time I've ever eaten at this Denny's, and I will definitely go back again and again and again! From the time I was seated to the time my food was brought out to me was 10 minutes. And the restaurant was more then 1/2 full of customers so ordering and having my food in 10 minutes was great because other Denny's around Vegas weren't this good at all. My waitress (Angela O) was very professional and checked on me 4 times in the 30 - 45 minutes that I was in the restaurant. I recommend (Angela O) as your waitress if you go to this Denny's! Overall I'd rate them a 10 star but the scale only goes to 5 stars so 5 stars it is. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, great people. Best Denny's in Las Vegas NV. as far as I'm concerned, and I'm a picky person too!

#9392. Server makenna needs to be more attentive towards every patron equally. Order#541113. Table#62. All was good until I finished my oj. My table was only visited one time. To leave the check. I finally received my second oj at the very end of my meal. I always place my empty glass, hoping the server is attentive enough to notice, at end of the table. She passed six times and not once did she notice. I've received such service in any of your other restaurants. Sorry for being a Karen about it.

Freezing cold inside. We understood they had a large party in the back room however we also watched them serve that party and then watched our food sit waiting to be brought to us for almost 5 minutes and finally had to say something. Other than the large party, the restaurant was not busy and there was no reason for us to have been there as long as we were and wait for our food. We will not visit this one again. And we visit almost every Denny's we see.

This Dennys has an amazing staff. We had a mishap with spilled drinks but they were quick and pleasant with handling it and replaced the drinks quickly. Excellent experience with a team of very professional and personable staff. Two thumbs up from this family!. Btw the food was delicious!

Denny's has been remarkebly consistent over the decadesn, comparablevto In-n-Out Burger or Starbucks' but it screams "bottom shelf" in every way, particularly in the servers' refusal to accept even the tiniest, most reasonable, substitutions. On this trip my server was not the least bit reluctant to charge me full price for a three-item breakfast on whicb I'd omitted two of the items, then, for two strips of bacon she charged me the full price for a "side of bacon", an item that's not on the menu. Denny's would have to improve 150% to be rated "not terrible", but I'll still go there a few times anually when - even in Las Vegas - it's the only restaurant open. I love to visit Denny's on the rare days that they're serving free pancakes so that I can leave an enormous tip in order to fill part of the profound gap created by the retards who don't tip af all on that day.

The meal was pretty good. Their bacon is micro thin come on even if you give 5 pieces not the same as a couple of good slices. Waitress upsold cheese on scrambled eggs didn't say was an extra 1.29 plus you could barely find the cheese. The Waitress got a 2.00 tip she only checked on us once had to ask the bus boy for refills go box and check.

It's difficult for me to give credible ratings with the star system rating. I'll explain; I'm giving this Denny's 4 stars only because the food was decent and the building clean. I would hope it's clean seeing as this is a fairly new establishment - building and all. Anyway, as I stated, food was good and proportions adequate. Service was poor to non-existent. We were seated and initially waited on rather quickly and that's where it ended. It took nearly 40 minutes to get our food. Not one came to even refill the water received upon being seated. If you guessed we got no other beverage you'd be correct. So, I'm hoping this is a one time ordeal and if that's the case I'll be giving this Denny's a better rating in the future as I'm not going to make a final decision not to go back based on this experience. Button line, if you're not in a hurry and you want good food at a reasonable price, give it a go.

Food was great, not too packed (went on a Friday morning - 11am). Our server Bill was awesome! He was super helpful and Attentative to our needs. Took no more than 10 mins to get our food and less than 5 minutes to pay the bill. For the location, the experience was quick and easy.

Had to ask for napkins, water n condiments. Was told customers have to ask for napkins. Did not have regular syrup for pancakes they only had light syrup n small containers. another table gave us their left over syrup. They gave us small packages of syrup although it is a breakfast place. Ordered ice creme cookies. We asked for our desetrs. Later said they did not have ice cream or cookies for desert. Was told Sunday is not a good day to order chocolate chip cookies deserts. cause on Sundays churches come in large groups n order. since supplies came in on Monday. Served strawberry lemonade that was red at the bottom of the glass had to stir the strawberries to make it strawberry lemonade. Had to keep asking for things n received it from different kind waitresses. My pastor received his plate n stated he only wanted one pancake instead he received two of them

Most impressive. I came in and nothing seemed out of place. Allow me to explain. This is a busy location. Lots of happy customer and staff. Everyone doing their job and in my opinion excelling at it. When I was finished, I wanted to complement the manager on a job very well done. The manager thanked me and then revealed something to me that blew my mind. She told me that this was a training restaurant and most of the staff here were training. I told her as I am telling you now, I would have never known. Everyone was so professional. Great job for presenting yourselves as professional but more importantly, a team.

I placed my order online and for some reason when I got to my cart it wouldn't let me finish my transaction but yet still my bank account dinged me and said that my payment went through. The night manager and the waitress the Best customer service I ever had in Las Vegas since I moved here in 2004, I eat out alot 5× a week, not only were they attentive but anticipated our every want and made sure our experience was the best . Get used to the new normal. The food is good but the service is given as though they don't want you there. DON'T GET ME WRONG, THEY WANT YOUR BUSINESS BUT you have to wait extra time to be seated due to social distancing.
