BEST STEAK IN VEGAS! Our steaks had a crispy crust that was full of flavor, spices and butter, oh my goodness it was tender and delicious. The atmosphere is very comfortable yet classy. Service was top notch and the banana pie was amazing. We can't wait to come back to Vegas so we can eat here again. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

After several dining fails at other restaurants in Vegas, we were delighted by our dining experience at Delmonico. Pricey but worth it. The food is fabulous, the staff is delightful, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was such an enjoyable dinner. Treat yourself - you deserve it!

Decent value for a star chef restaurant. Steak was juicy and had a nice crust. Scallops were a highlight. French onion soup was a star but too much cheese. Service was a little lacking, had to remind of my wine to be brought out well after the steak was served and a bit of a wait between soup and main.

Great food in a nice setting. The BBQ shrimp were awesome and our favorite, deviled eggs were good too. We had mashed potatoes and mushrooms as sides, both easily feed two people. The salmon came with some vegetables as well while the filet mignon didn't come with any sides and was cooked perfectly. Everything was really good, unfortunately we were too full to try the desserts. Service was good, nothing special though.

Christmas eve dinner was wonderful at Delmonico...friendly service and nice atmosphere. This time we chosen a lighter meal and we were not disappointed. The Chilean Sea Bass and Salmon Fillet was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, flavorful and crispy from the outside.
*Most important to us.. they’re serving our meal hot, not lukewarm . Triple ❤️!!!

Bread was amazing. Steak was great; Salted fries and mashed potatoes sides great. Mac and cheese - could’ve been much better. Consensus: great dining venue and great service albeit a bit overpriced for the quality of food.

Amazing steak. They know how to do black & blue. Food and service were fantastic. We didn’t have a reservation but they figured out a way to accommodate my party. Oysters were fresh. Wine selection was extensive and the waiter was helpful on the pairing. The desserts and espresso were great too.

I don’t know where to start. From the moment we stepped in we were treated increíble. Our reservation was at the chefs table which is an experience you must do. The food was incredible and melted in your mouth. The chefs and servers were incredible too. Thank you for an incredible experience.

We came here for dinner and were promptly seated. I was starving so some warm bread n butter was a perfect start. The cab 🍷 was fine and definitely went down smooth and we were quickly down a couple of bottles. I had the prime ribeye, it was perfectly cooked to pink center, as requested and melted like butter in the mouth 👌🏾 The rustic potatoes, mashed potatoes, mushrooms n Brussels sprouts complemented the steak perfectly. For dessert, the pecan pie was 💣, trust me.
It was a top notch meal and will def eat here again. Blindly go in and come out satisfied.

Food was fantastic, with a lot of options for people that aren’t into steak. Cocktail menu includes a wide variety of drinks but the wine list here is HUGE. Seating has open tables toward the center and intimate booth-like tables against the walls. While we really enjoyed everything we ate, we were slightly disappointed it didn’t have more of an Emeril stamp on more entrees. We did look at the menu before booking our reservations so we were mostly prepared but still felt more creole flair would be somewhere. Desserts were hard to choose - they make the bananas foster tableside and it’s fun to watch. We had the Duck Egg Creme Brûlée. Wine suggestions are a good idea with a list this large and our server was spot-on with her recommendations. I went rogue once with a random choice I read about and it was not my kind of wine; my server took it back and replaced it with a very fitting port. All our service was spectacular and we’re glad we visited for my husband’s birthday.

This restaurant was our favorite on our vacation to both San Diego and Vegas. The service was completely beyond expectations with three people attending to us throughout dinner. The wine list is extensive, the steak was delicious, and the creamed corn was SO good. Only downfall is that there wasn't anything chocolate on the dessert menu (always like to end the night with a little chocolate to go with my red wine) but other than that, OUTSTANDING! Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. Wonderful waitstaff and food was perfectly on point. Ambiance was very nice and exactly what we were hoping for. It is pricey for sure, but highly recommend especially for any special occasion.

WOW!!! Literally it was amazing! Went for my husband birthday and it was our first time here and the experience was so nice the food was delicious! We basically ordered everything on the menu. I wish I took more pictures of everything but I just couldn’t resist myself lol definitely recommend ordering the hazelnut crème brûlée , the famous banana pie!!! Literally to die for so light and so delicious!

Celebrated my husbands birthday here and although it was good- it’s hard not to compare it to my favorite steakhouse which I personally think is the best and I’ve been to many fine dining establishments. I give Delmonico a 5 star rating because of the AMAZING Banana Cream Pie!! It is the absolute best- Emeril did something right when he came up with that recipe! Since we stayed at the Venetian- we ordered pie one of the nights and just picked it up on our way up to our room…Delicious as ever!

Lots of amazing steakhouses to choose from on the strip but we are SO happy this was where we decided to come to celebrate our recent engagement. The service was top tier with drinks never getting more than halfway full, along with great recommendations from the waiters. We started with the oysters which were delicious. I ordered the petite filet, my fiancé got their bone in ribeye Oscar style (look at all of that crab!!!), and we ordered their special potato side which were basically oversized tater tots with cheese, sour cream, and chives, wonderful flavors. I also ordered 2 scallops to go with my steak. The steaks and scallops practically melted in your mouth they were so tender and cooked perfectly with great flavor. They brought us out some complimentary sorbet to congratulate us on our engagement which was so sweet! While the entire dinner was amazing, the star of the show definitely was the bananas foster for 2 prepared table side with homemade vanilla ice cream. Phenomenal. If you are looking for a nice restaurant to splurge whether it be just to enjoy good food or for a celebration, make sure Delmonico is on your list, you will not be disappointed! 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10 atmosphere.

I've visit here every year and every year the food just keeps getting better and better.
Tonight I had the most amazing pork chop which rested on top of white refried beans and topped with a delicious salsa Verde and accented with some amazing pork rinds that had a hint of Brown sugar. To put it to you simply you can hold a piece of this up to your forehead and your tongue will beat your brains out to get to it!!!! Thats how good it was.

My husband and I just returned from Las Vegas from our anniversary celebration. We ate at Delmonico Steakhouse to celebrate and they did not disappoint. The staff was very attentive from start to finish. The steaks and sides we ordered were phenomenal and the table side Bananas Foster finished off our experience perfectly. We’ll definitely make another reservation when in Vegas again.

Service was excellent... The burger and gumbo were average at best... The beef carpaccio was good... maybe the steaks are much better, but the burger and steak sandwich were average at best.. The French fries were tasty. The French onion soup was average.

It's a classic steakhouse atmosphere. They have delicious cocktails and a good selection of wines if you prefer that.
We really loved French Onion soup and Foie Gras appetizer, that was perfect. Can't say the same about Burrata tomatoes salad (onions killed the taste of burrata cheese to my taste), and the filet mignon wasn't the best, a little overcooked and missed sauce. One star off for that, as it's a steakhouse, so it supposed to be their specialty. My husband said his lobster was good though. Creme Brulee missed that smooth texture, and they didn't use a vanilla bean for that, so it was just mediocre.
Service was great and helpful.
And don't get lost, as we did. We thought it's located on top floor with a piano on plaza, but no, it's downstairs.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.. I promise you will not be disappointed and you definitely will not leave hungry..

Brian, our waiter, is truly top notch. Professional, pleasant, jovial, and smart. We had a wonderful anniversary meal. Thr steak was amazing and mouth watering. You should treat yourself to a steak and a cocktail. The Aviator Coctail is fresh and classy.

One of my best meals in Las Vegas. My server Drew and his team were great and made sure I had everything I needed. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly and I took a piece of the chocolate torte for dessert as I was too full from the meal. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend. Reservations a must.

Reserved about two weeks in advance through Open Table. We arrived promptly, and our table was ready. Service was friendly and expedient. Cocktails were excellent, and the food was delicious. I mentioned in our reservation that jt was our anniversary, and we received two chocolate truffles at the end of the meal, complimentary of course. A word to the wise, do not order more than one side per person. We couldn't quite finish them.

In an ever-growing jungle of steakhouses in Las Vegas, Delmonico remains the best. A rare combination of great food, impeccable service, and knowledgeable staff.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. Just a very impressive establishment. We had reservations and the staff seated us by name. Very neat, very clean as expected. Wait staff was very attentive and professional but had a sense of humor. Knowledgeable but not overbearing.
I think the waiter was surprised my wife selected a New Fashioned, which was delicious. I highly suggest the oysters, and make sure you get a dozen or you'll just order more. My wife had the Filet which was perfectly cooked for her since she's a little picky. I had The Delmonico and it was probably the best steak I've ever had. I seriously considered chewing on the bone.
Side note: My wife needed to use the lady's room and the head waiter escorted her. She just thought that was so charming.
We might have gotten a little tipsy and I suspect the drinks were getting stronger by the glass but I have no proof. Although afterwards our head waiter did ask if we enjoyed our cocktails with a grin. I have to say the staff made our anniversary memorable and we really do appreciate it. I'd give this place 6 Stars if I could. We'll definitely be back.

We came here to celebrate our daughters graduation. It was phenomenal. We had oysters and the black truffle in the angel hair pasta was to die for! We each tried different steaks, from the Waggu, prime boneless new york strip and certified piedmontese petitie filet mignon and all were exquisite! For our sides we had the garlic mashed potatoes and baked potato and it was great. We would definitely return. This restaurant is a great place to celebrate a memorable occasion. The service was impeccable and you get one waiter for each person deliver your plate.

Dinner was very good, we had a bone is rib eye, filet miñon, truffle parm fries. The pasta was ok, not great.. but everything else was pretty good!

You cannot go wrong with this joint! Just pure excellence and all class. Lobster Bisque - to die for. Creole Boiled Shrimp - omg!!!! Awesome Uber Level. Bone in Ribeye on point, add Fois Grass and it is rockstar status. Every visit to Vegas includes a stop here and Delmonico has never let me down.

Update July 2 - First time back to Delmonico’s since COVID restrictions, but it remains unchanged from the quality of service and food. As most upscale restaurants using dinner reservations is a wise option and Open Table worked great, along with the ability to indicate special occasions. The tables remain nicely spaced, with allows better conversation tones and spacing between parties.
As before service was excellent, and meal pace as expected from a quality restaurant. Started out with the Wilted Spinach salad and Lobster Bisque. The salad was good, but the candied pecan bacon and fried poached egg made it unique. Lobster bisque was rich and favorable, with a nice balance of saltiness. Knowing the amount of food from previous visits, single entrée of the 16 oz NY strip and baked cream corn was enough for two of us, with the steak being served whole, but opted for service to cut in half and served to us on separate plates. Steak was extremely tender, and cooked to perfect temperature as ordered. Ended the meal with a regular coffee (French pressed) and complimentary scoop of Banana sorbet (noted for our special occasion), which was a nice ending to the meal.
The continued criticism which carries throughout our visits is even though service is excellent, it remains confusing on the many people attending our table, with one of the primary hosts seem to hover about the table. Despite the service style, we still would return in the future for the wonderful food and special occasions.
Special note for the front desk and serving staff, who all commented on our special occasion. Always a nice touch when the restaurant takes the time to recognize this on the behalf of their guests.
Tips for your visit: Make reservation and for quieter dining experience, ask to be seating in the smaller room if available.

Service was excellent and timely with all the courses, including our wine service. They have an extensive wine list and full bar menu. Started out with the French Onion soup, which is highly recommended. Very deep in flavor and not salty as many soups can be, we followed this with entrees of the NY Strip, Colorado Rack of Lamb, and a shared side of Cheddar Grits. Both entrees were prepared exactly as requested, resulting in very tasty and tender entrees. The grits were very good, but are different with more body to them, which our server explained before we ordered them, that due to the freshness of the grits they will be this texture (much appreciated for the description before ordering them). Finished the dinner with a selection of Sorbets and a French press coffee.
The only criticisms I would have, is even though service was excellent, it was a little confusing on the many people helping with our service, and the dining area is a bit dark in spots which makes it difficult to see the menu or the table.
Overall the food and service were excellent and what I would expect for this level of restaurant, and we will definitely be back again in the future.
Hints for your visit: Check out the front pages of the extensive wine list, there is a list of recommendations by the restaurant, which makes it easy to select a nice bottle of wine for the novice. If you like sorbet, the Cherry sorbet was very good and a great ending to the heavier meal.

Amazing experience all around. The staff were all so friendly and professional and made us feel special throughout the meal. The Caesar Salad was beyond great and will be what I compare all salads to in the future. For our sides we had the creamed corn and potato croquettes and they were both delicious. Lastly, the steak was incredible! I highly recommend.

A truly wonderful experience! Very posh but completely comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed the entire time we dined at Delmonico's. The ribeye was amazing, as were the sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. The SHE’S MY PEACHY PIE cocktail was perfect! My favorite of all time.

There was a problem with the reservation app I used to reserve a table and we were an hour late. The staff was wonderful. They graciously honored our reservation and found a table for us, despite being a busy Saturday night.
Our waiter and wait staff were excellent. They were attentive, informative, and pleasant. We enjoyed watching the staff working together. They were truly a team.
My husband had the New York strip, cooked perfectly medium, and I had the Chilean sea bass, that came in a wonderful fennel salad and broth. Both were excellent. We shared a side of boiled fingerling potatoes. Very straightforward.
We would definitely recommend Delmonico's to anyone looking for an extra special dining experience.

LarderRoom...Dinner at Delmonico Steakhouse Vegas! 9oz angus filet mignon with a side of chimichurri sauce, pan seared scallops with handmade papardelle pasta and a lemon butter sauce, lobster bisque & for dessert, the hazelnut chocolate mousse cake. The staff was incredible, service was impeccable and the food was devine.
Update 8/2022: Delmomico Steakhouse: the seared duck special with sweet potato puree and the blueberry cobbler with fresh made vanilla ice cream! My kinda Vegas snack! Check out this spacious Venetian restaurant by Emeril Lagasse offering steakhouse fare with a New Orleans twist.

So I'm over a month late with this review but I have to leave one. Firstly, the service was exceptional. Our waitress was Katherine (not sure of the spelling). She was phenomenal. Warm and attentive. The food was delicious. I had a chicken dish since I don't eat pork or beef. It's not an extensive menu and if you're a vegetarian, well this is strictly a steakhouse in it's truest form. My partner had steak. Tender meat, perfectly cooked to preference. The restaurant was quiet and we were well spaced. Great vibe and ambiance. Highly recommended. Service alone was lovely. If you're at the Venetian or nearby, excellent location to visit.

Everything was awesome!!! Our servers Rene and Nancy were incredible!!! Nancy even photo bombed our selfie before coming to the table. Even while dealing with some difficult guests Rene and Nancy were still able to provide us with an outstanding dining experience!!! Most professional staff I’ve ever encountered! The lobster bisque was so good and I’m from Louisiana. Every side dish we tried was amazing as well: the Brussel sprouts, creams spinach, creamed corn, and the scalloped potatoes. My only disappointment was the steak… I had the petite fillet and my husband the 9oz fillet both medium. My steak was completely flavorless and was more medium well…. My husbands steak tasted like it was drenched in pepper only and was more medium well.. very sad since the restaurant is suppose to be known for their steak.

Delmonico Steakhouse has a great ambiance and perfect for that special occasion. The selection of steaks is great and the service is truly over-the-top. My wife and I came to Delmonico for our wedding anniversary and our server was great. My only reason for 4/5 stars was that my bone in rib-eye steak wasn’t the high grade cut of meat that I was expecting. Rib-eyes do have a decent amount of fat in them, but my cut had an excessive amount. Overall, very enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend !

Busy place, but excellent food and excellent service. Make sure to reserve ahead. Top notch. If you are in Vegas and looking for an amazing steak place, look no further. And again, service was phenomenal. We had the prime rib, plus a bottle of wine. 5/5.

Met here with colleagues during a conference, the staff are so attentive and make sure everything is delivered perfectly. We had several appetizers, my pork chops were perfection and you have to get the sides separately, but they are enough to share. Take the bread! It's fresh, and soft, and yummy. So far each visit to Vegas this is a must. Others may claim to have the best but Delmonico delivers! I had the filet and my husband had the bone in ribeye. The steaks are so good you just can’t stop eating. I was in misery I was so full when we left and my only regret is I couldn’t finish the last few bites!

Let me start with everything you have been told about this place, is 100% true. Unbelievable food and staff made the experience more than memorable to say the least. We arrived and were seated right on time... that's a bid deal these days. Michael took us to our table and gave us a quick run down and handed us off to Dave. Both guys are pros at what they do. We went hungry knowing the meal would be good, but really didnt have any idea what a treat we were in for. Thank you Delmonico Steakhouse for the great meal. If you are looking for a special night out, do not hesitate to make a reservation and enjoy yourself.

We made a last minute reservation over the Thanksgiving weekend and the food was amazing. The service was superb, the staff was so welcoming and if I can suggest a few items, the maple glazed double cut pork chop and Brussel sprouts are the best I have ever had.

Level of service and food quality was disappointing, especially for the price point.
We tried the foie gras appetizer and realized foie gras wasn't for us. The bed of brioche toast was great, though. The arugula salad was topped with a soft, very mild cheese (mozz?) that made the salad taste like it was dressed in milk. The filet medallions were good, but topped with foie gras butter.
The only dish I fully liked was the sea bass over a bed of buttery noodles.

Been to Delmonico's twice. Last time 12/11/22 for Anniversary dinner. Absolutely the best Steakhouse restaurant I have been to. Love the ambiance and staff. Will recommend to all and will always come back. Very reasonable prices.

Everything from appetizers to dessert was superb!! Started with poached lobster deviled eggs and they were perfectly seasoned. We both had bone in ribeyes and they were also perfectly cooked. If you haven't tried the fingerling potatoes or cream corn au gratin, you must!! We can't complain about anything except we got full quickly!

Me and my husband celebrated our 2nd year anniversary and my birthday too last month. We had nothing but the best food here. Emeril’s signature barbecue shrimp with a sauce dreams are made of, Prime Bone-In Ribeye, and Prime Boneless New York Strip—both medium rare and cooked to perfection. And while we’re generally quite lucky and get nice servers wherever we go, the hospitality at Delmonico was out of this world extraordinary. Shoutout to Captain Server Rene and Nancy for truly exceptional service! If we can give more than 5 stars we would.

Service and food are both top notch. The filet was absolutely amazing. We ordered brussel sprouts, mushrooms, creamed corn, and mac and cheese as sides. I loved everything. Go with the banana cream pie for dessert. That may have been the highlight of the entire meal.

The experience and the ambiance in this restaurant is very nice, the steak was a little under what I requested but it was still very tasty. The whipped potatoes....get them, they were so tasty! And make sure you get the strawberry fields cocktail it was suggested by our waiter and it didn't disappoint!

I made a reservation and was seated promptly. It was a birthday dinner date and we received good service. We were seated in a 2 seat table with a white cloth cover. It's a really fancy place and we enjoyed the calm ambiance.
For steaks we ordered the 100% JAPANESE WAGYU FILET MIGNON and PRIME BONELESS NEW YORK STRIPS. We ordered them Medium Rare and the Wagyu was worth the price! It was delicious and we loved the taste.
For appetizer we ordered the EMERIL’S NEW ORLEANS BARBECUE SHRIMP, which were very tasty and great way to start our course.
Overall this restaurant was a great experience for a fancy night out for a special night in Vegas. We took a taxi to this location from another location off the strip. The location convince was a plus for us and we really enjoyed the dinner.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is appropriate for the price that you expect to pay at a place like this. The service we adequate but not at the level you would expect when you will pay $100-$200 per person. The food was bland and unremarkable.
I ordered a filet to be cooked rare with horseradish and both were prepared properly, but the beef was at best choice, not prime at all. For the price it was mideocre at best.
My wife ordered Chilean sea bass at it arrived in a puddle of bland water and the fingerling potatoes were equally drab.
Oh, by the way, I ordered escargot. It was awful. Dry, chewy, with a bitter taste and grainy texture.
All in all, we anticipated our dinner and left deflated and with an empty wallet.

I wish I had taken pictures to accompany my review, they would have looked as amazing as the rest of these pictures! The entire experience was fantastic. We each had a cocktail-the "She's My Peachy Pie" and "Just A Little Treat". They were both delicious in their own way. Everything was perfect-from the "petite" ribeye (that could serve 2 people easily) with bearnaise sauce, brussel sprouts cooked to crispy perfection, to the decadent potato croquettes. The bread was excellent-popover rolls, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We started with a special salad that wasn't on the main menu-I can't remember the name of it but it contained arugula, kalamata and green olives, thinly sliced pickled onion, a meat similar to prosciutto, and smoky blue cheese in a red pepper vinaigrette-absolutely delicious. We finished with decaf coffee and the banana cream pie. Both were excellent. (As you can see in the pictures others have posted, the pie is a work of art). They also gave me banana sorbet in a "happy birthday" dish-a nice, unexpected surprise. I can't wait to come back! :)

Seafood towers are 190 and have lost a tear. So 190 gets you 4 small lobster tail halves, 4 cables halves, 6 shrimp and 6 oysters that were smaller than a dime
Gumbo was decent, presentation was all fancy pour out of the pan.
Spinach salad was delicious as usual, this is about one of the few dishes that are consistently good.
Med rare steak au pauvre style was well done nearing shoe leather on the outside. Not sure if this was from the extra preparation or because the steak was so thin I thought I was at Dennys, at this point I didn't care enough to send it back and just at the 4 onions that came with it.
Wife had a bone in filet which actually hit medium rare. Nice and thick and she loved it.
Bananas in the bananas foster could have caramelized. Was okay compared to previous times.

Beautiful restaurant. Wait staff excellent and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. Filet and mushrooms were prepared as I had hoped and cooked to perfection. The Pinot noir was a little weak for our dinners so we ordered a cab for our second glass. Much better. I looked at their book of bourbons. Nice selection. I had a very nice pour to end the meal. We walked around the hotel and shops and watched the gondolas inside the hotel. Great time!

This was my fourth experience at Delmonico and it was just as great as the previous three times and always a real treat. The ambiance is soothing and comfortable while the service is top notch. If there is one steak you get in Las Vegas, make the Delmonico cut the one.

I have had this place on my mind for quite awhile. I seen the pictures and knew eventually I would def come and entertain what all the fuss is about. So reservations were made and voile.
Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a table. Menus were given and water was brought out. The option of bottle water was asked and of course I obliged. Drink menu was brought to the table as well.
Opted for the Chateaubriand, Caesar Salad made Tableside, Hot Tea, and Tiramisu. Complimentary Popover and Salmon w/ Watermelon Spritzer were brought out. Now can I say this was everything I dreamt about. Most def. Can I say trying something so fresh that I have never had before was amazing. Yes I can. Your probably wondering what was it I never had. Well I have never had a Caesar Salad, due to an adult reading me an ingredient list when I was a child. And I will admit I have been missing out on so much.
Interior is very large. There are several table and chair arrangements to cover large parties to more intimate special moments. Everything is very clean and curated to be known for that amazing experience. Staff were beyond hospitable and courteous.
Would most def recommend - pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. The entire experience was one for the books and I am very grateful for the staff that took care of my table. Of course I needed a few defeated boxes and everything was packaged up wonderfully for the drive back to my house.

It’s a really good steak house. We ordered the seafood tower as an appetizer and it was delicious and light enough to keep eating everything that was coming. We had a rib eye and a New York strip, they were both delicious. As sides, we had creamed spinach, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes... the best by far, the mashed potatoes...absolutely delicious. The mushrooms were a close second. In the specials, there was an apricot sticky toffee that although didn’t taste like traditional sticky toffee, it was pretty good.

I really wanted to love this restaurant but I just couldn’t give it five stars. The food was good but not amazing. We got a sampling from the menu with appetizers and salads. We also ordered wine. They had the waitstaff divided to serve us and so we had multiple servers with one main server. This resulted in a mixed bag of attention. Everyone was nice but when we were ready to put in our drink order our main server was standing at the servers stand in full view of our table chatting with his coworkers while we sat with no drinks with our menus closed for several minutes. The rest of the meal service continued to be inconsistent and spotty. Our wine sat unopened table side for several minutes and wasn’t properly chilled. For this type of establishment we would expect a consistent experience with needs anticipated. The dining room wasn’t busy and there was no line to be seated. It was almost as though because they weren’t busy they weren’t on top of their game. The bathroom was also dirty and disorganized with a random rack of tissue boxes shoved up at an angle near the sinks. My grandad always used to say that if a restaurant’s bathroom is dirty you can imagine what the kitchen is like. He would always check the bathrooms first before eating somewhere. Overall I was underwhelmed with the experience and disappointed in the investment.

From appetizers to the dessert, everything is delectable and the presentation is pleasing. Delicious deep stout taste, very bold and filling. the squid was charred perfectly and flavoring without be flavorless on the inside. the salmon had way to much salt on the brazed surface. The medium well kept the flavor rich and deep sea like. Amazing flavor from that piece of salmon. The banana split pie, had very rich layers of banana and whip cream and pudding. So the amount of sea salt was down fall to a lot of the flavoring, an excess of it on the Brussels 🌱

I come here every time I have work in Vegas. So often that I go here about 10 times over the course of a year. The staff there are very knowledgeable about the food they serve. I was there again on 2/25/19 and they gave me a complimentary dish for coming so often. I'm unsure about the names of the waiters, but one that usually serves me wears a magnetic Clic glasses, and another has braces. Either way, the quality of the food they serve is phenomenal, as well as the consistency at which they are served. I recommend their bone in bacon as their appetizer, and my personal favorite, the Colorado rack of lamb.

I really wanted to love this place but I can’t. I expected so much more. I gave 3 stars because the servers were nice. First, my daughter’s fried chicken was not fully cooked. Just gross. Showed the server and she definitely agreed. They took it back, but my daughter was turned off after that and didn’t want anything after that. Our steaks were overcooked. We asked for medium well and they were well done. My son in law salmon was over cooked. I don’t think I would go back again when we are visiting Las Vegas.

I love Emeril's restaurants and was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the filet med-well and it came rare. I told them to go ahead and butterfly it when I sent it back. When it came back to the table all they had done was brown the side I'd cut into and burn the slices I'd cut off. I was served 2 bricketts. The reduction sauce was now cold. I was truly astonished at the poor quality. My server did make it right by getting me a new steak and cooking it herself, tableside, and bringing me a fresh reduction sauce. Unfortunately by this time my friends were done eating and I was just starting.

We had a memorable dinner at Delmonico's a few days ago. It was on a family trip to Vegas to celebrate three different big birthdays; one of my sons was 40 last week, one was 50 last year, and I was 75 two weeks ago. My steak was not that special, but I’m from Texas and have high standards for beef. All side orders were large and perfectly cooked. My sons’ meals were excellent especially for the one who ordered a chef’s featured dinner of a huge rib with a black truffle sauce. We ordered the bananas foster, the restaurant’s signature dessert. It was impressive, it was huge, and it did not disappoint. The highlight of the meal was the quality of the staff (including the classy wine expert) and the exemplary and elegant service provided. Staff went far beyond normal expectations by bringing out (unordered) three chocolate desserts, each with a lit candle, at the end of our meal. It was a perfect ending to our dinner and will provide each of us with a lovely life-long memory.

We were there for dinner on Wed Nov 9th 2016 - We could not ask for a better meal - my wife and I had the Chateaubriand and the beef just melted in your mouth - and yes the Banana Cream Pie is worth making room for. We had three staff members attending to us and you could not ask for better service - Yes !! It is pricey as the appetizers, meal, desert and tip came to above $300.00 - but everything in Las Vegas is expensive and we only get to go there every 3-4 years. I would highly recommend this restaurant and it is well worth the five stars the way that we were treated.

Absolutely the BEST meal we had this week. I had the scallops and pasta w/mushrooms that were plentiful and a great mix of shrooms (we LOVED them), the spouse had a filet mignon w/broccoli. Our leftovers have made us nearly as happy as the first experience. Expensive, yes. The sommelier made a perfect recommendation in our price range (thank you for that as we are not high rollers), and it was the best place for our anniversary.

I did a 4 day staycation at The Venetian Resort last week and I only ate at restaurants located onsite.
The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I didn’t even need to add a sauce. The broccoli was delicious too as was the smashed potatoes with garlic. The white chocolate strawberry cake was SO unique and delectable.
Impeccable service and I loved the ambience. I’m so glad I opted for Delmonico over Cut because it was honestly the best meal I had on the vacation, followed closely by Mott 32.

The service was great. The smashed potatoes and creamed corn were the best we've ever had. Unfortunately, all of the reviews that mention how unseasoned their steaks are, are correct. My husband and I both got the bone in ribeye and there was absolutely no seasoning whatsoever to be found on either of our steaks. For the price, we expected much more. I'd go back for the sides, but would definitely either add one of the additional sauces offered for the steaks, or pick a different main dish, other than steak.

Reservations were set at 9:30 p.m. which was just perfect for Vegas and the earliest available. Our waiter seemed distant and somewhat aloof. Not sure if he thought our group of six may short him on the tip or just didn't want to be there.
The dinner was prepared very well and to everyone's liking. The dinner rolls were lite, fluffy, and tasty! Also, the tower appetizer of lobster, crab legs, shrimp, and oysters was well presented!
When the meal was finished I wasn't sure if we would be asked if we wanted dessert, but I continued to ask for the dessert menu. Each one of us enjoyed yet another course of deliciousness. The hand press coffee was another treat. All of a sudden the vibe changed and it was time for us to exit. Granted we were the last table and did not exceed our stay by sitting late to chat, but did notice the demeanor of the staff as we finished our last bites of dessert.
As we left the front doors for the evening several staff members followed and the gates had closed. The 25%+ tip did not allow us a final moment to appreciate our meal, but only to appreciate our rapid exit.
I guess we will have to make reservations for earlier dining. One time visit is good, but I would rather venture over to SW for a fine steak meal and all the pampering staff and to savory the moments after our gluttony.

May2022-We returned to eat at Delmonico again with a bunch of friends. I changed my starts to 5 from 4. The service this time and the atmosphere was spectacular. I realize i posted this way after but I noticed that because i still had pictures on my google not posted.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from the moment we saw down. You basically have a team taking care of you. We started with the barbecue shrimp and I got the gumbo. Both were fantastic. My wife got the filet and I got the bone in ribeye. I can't recommend it enough!

Beat dining experience ever. The staff and waiters everyone was just so great, warm and welcoming. Very clean and hygienic, everyone has on masks. The only thing I didn’t like was that the straws are touched and not wrapped. I don’t like people touching my straw when I have to put that in my mouth. Other than that, it was as close to get as can get. The food was great, I will definitely return!

This place is absolutely delicious. We took a trip to Vegas for my then boyfriend's (now husband) 30th birthday. We stayed at The Venetian so going to Delmonico Steakhouse was incredibly convenient.
We were able to place a reservation online and it worked out well. When we arrive it was pretty busy so I'm glad we thought to make the reservation online.
The staff was incredibly helpful and so friendly. They were attentive and quick. The cocktails were delicious and the food was scrumptious. Our server was so helpful with his suggestions and recommendations which was great because my boyfriend wanted to try something new and different.
The food came out in a timely manner and was so delicious. The portions were generous and more than fair for the price we paid. The restaurant is beautiful, the decor is classy and the set up is very nice. There is an outdoor entrance/exit which makes it convenient for guests staying elsewhere.

Overall it was food good. The staff were attentive and happy to help. Even though I offered to let the chef use their judgement whether or not to butterfly my serving, the waiter said it wasn’t necessary. My filet was not cooked properly and unfortunately I had to send it back, at which point I knew it was coming back over cooked. Everyone else’s meal came out cooked well. The appetizer and sides were delicious.
It wasn’t till the end of our meal that the debacle started. We were a group of 15 and they were not able to sit us at a large table. So we sat at 2 tables next to each other. One would think that they would have a bill for each table, make it easy. Instead they combined both tables into one bill and perhaps added some items from another table as well. They then asked if we wanted to put it on one or two credit cards. And then at one of the tables the waiter even suggested that we play credit card roulette. We requested that they separate the check out to the two tables, which they replied we can do that it will take about 20 minutes. That was not a problem with us and we asked them to do so.
Well, the first round they had some dishes mixed up so we corrected that for them. The second attempt had the correct items for each table that were ordered, but both bills included items that were never ordered at either table. So we requested that they remove the extra items that were erroneously added. Nobody had shrimp appetizers and it was 3 martinis that were ordered, not 7. At the next review the bills were correct, but the tax and gratuity was not properly adjusted for the new amount of each bill. So we asked them to make that adjustment. Finally we were given a correct check of roughly $1200 for 7 people. We requested that it be split across 2 cards, which they were happy to do. Well they brought back 2 cards and 1 slip to sign. Again when we asked what’s going on they said they made a mistake and brought back the other slip that was missing, but it had the full amount of check on it. And so yet again we asked what’s going on. At this point one of the many managers came over with a corrected slip that half the bill on it. When we proceeded to ask questions about ensuring that the other one didn’t get charged with the full amount the manager simply crumpled up the receipt and said don’t worry about it. When we tried to explain to him our concern he wasn’t listening. We had to stop short of being rude and telling him to shut up for a minute so we could explain our concern. He finally stop talking, we explained our concerns, and he went back to verify that the charges are correct. Finally we were able to pay the bill and leave.

We have enjoyed Emeril restaurants in both Vegas and New Orleans previously. We were hoping this trip to Delmonico's would be a great experience, unfortunately we were let down. The steaks were great however the Appetizers were roadhouse quality. In fact the Pork crackles on the spe ial menu were Pork Rinds with spice on them. The service was rushed despite being attentive. At the price of Delmonico's misses should not happen.

The service was exceptional. we came there for our anniversary and they went all out to make sure that they took care of us. They gave us a little card and complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Very very attentive staff to all of our needs and very patient with us. Didn't feel any pressure at all. Some high-end restaurants are very stuffy, but not this one. I felt very welcome. The food was super good and at a very good price for what you get. The steaks were very flavorful. They were cooked just right. We had to side of mushrooms which was amazing. Extensive wine list. Overall highly recommend this place.

I will say this, 2 - 65 dollar steak entrees both steaks were not tender. They were nicely seasoned and temp was perfect but "Golden Corral" tough. All other entrees and sides were done with class and full of flavor. Service was what was to be expected and the spirits and wine selection was very top shelf. I would give this place a try again but not anytime soon.

Too much hype behind this restaurant. I must say that the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the vibe is amazing. Even the hostess, got us right in without a reservation. Everything was going wonderful, The waiter came right to us, took his time and explain the menu. The appetizer was hot and came out right away, but the big disappointment was my food. My chicken was so overcooked and to add insult to injury my waiter never came back to check on us. My partner, steak was ok, but it needed steak sauce something we never got. Overall the restaurant was great but the food was not worth the cost.

The gumbo is the best gumbo I’ve ever eaten in my life! The bbq shrimp was pretty good. The bone in ribeyes were well seasoned and perfectly cooked, topped with foie takes them over the top. The red wine reduction and chimichurri sauces for the steaks were very good as well. I’ll be dreaming about that banana cream pie and the non alcoholic Palmer drinks though.
Our service was excellent from the team they have serving your table. Our sever even entertained my ridiculous question of how many bananas in the a whole pie (the answer is 14!!!!!)
The price was as expected for a steakhouse in Vegas on the strip. A special occasion meal for us as locals, but it’s worth it once in a while! If the take out options remain I will definitely come back to pick up some of that gumbo and the banana cream pie for sure.

Friendly staff but really slow service. We waited 25 minutes to be seated after arriving on time for our reservation. Pork chop was incredible--it was slightly smoked and the best I've ever had. Lamb chops were a little tough.

Overall quality food but hard to see this restaurant as much more than your run of the mill expensive steakhouse. There really wasn't anything unique about this experience and that was disappointing.

VERY good food! I had the bone-in ribeye and it was amazing. The staff are extremely nice and professional. Something I found interesting: the menu I was given didn't have prices listed, whereas my boyfriend's did. He said he thinks it's because it's much more "chivalrous" if the ladies don't pay attention to to the cost and just order what they want.

The steak tartare was one of the best we have had. It was very simple which allowed us to enjoy the quality of the beef. The table side Caesar salad is worth the experience and for the exceptional flavor. The quality of steaks at this restaurant is superb and they get the temperature exactly as ordered. The prime rib eye was so delicious and the bone in filet was a close second on our list for deliciousness. They have an extensive wine list to accommodate every wine palate and the ambience makes the dining experience simply fabulous.

Amazing steakhouse inside The Venetian with big portions that are both worth the price and the wait. I had the 9oz Filet Mignon with a side of Potato Croquettes and it was simply amazing. We didn't have enough room for dessert but the selection looked amazing! If you're serious about steaks and good food overall in a very nice place look no further in Vegas. I guarantee you'll have a good time!

When the meal is over $100/person excluding wine, the expectations are very high. Service was spectacular and the appetizers were awesome. However, my steak- the signature bone-in ribeye was just okay in my mind. The flavor was fine, but it didn't blow me away. There was also a lot of fat. Would I eat here again? Absolutely, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

My wife and I have been going here for years, either just the two of us, or sometimes in a bigger group. Generally, it's been awesome, which is why we keep going back. The service is excellent. The food is excellent. We usually get a couple of salads, a bottle of wine, a couple of fillets, and we share the twice-baked potato and a dessert. Last time we were there, they'd removed the twice-baked potato from the menu, and my fillet was overdone. I know that a restaurant can get accused of "coasting" if they don't try new stuff, so there's always a fine line to walk, but that twice-baked potato was so good, and now it's gone. 😪

Great bar area and atmosphere in the restaurant, service was attentive and on the ball, food was top notch. Oysters were the best we'd had all week in Vegas, steaks were better than some of the other high end steaks we had that week as well, and the banana cream pie (giant pie tower is more like it) was awesome... Friends had the fish (can't remember but I think it was sea bass) and that was to die for too... Cocktails were perfect and we'll go again for sure!

I was extremely excited to visit the Delmonico steakhouse in Las Vegas. I ordered one of thier steaks extremely excited to cut into a tender piece of steak unfortunately upon receiving said steak it was one of the chewiest and toughest steaks I had ever cut into.
A restaurant itself and staff were excellent however this piece of steak was not. I wrote the manager of the Delmonico steakhouse and I promptly received a call in the next few business days regarding the quality of my meal.
I was told this state did not meet the quality standards of the restaurant and they promptly refunded part of the meal cost. I have yet to be back but I intend to visit again very soon and hopefully I'll have a much better experience.

Delicious food with attentive staff. Went there for a special meal and was not disappointed. The steak was tender and flavorful and banana cream pie the best I've had. Brussel sprouts we're excellent. Hard to imagine having a bad experience. I wasn't a fan of the bacon appetizer but that was more a function of the pork belly style I realized I don't like versus how they prepared it.

I really want to give this place 4.5 stars. The food was awesome. Great steak. Excellent food overall. The staff was attentive and on top of everything. From apps to dessert, the food was top grade. The only thing preventing me from 5 stars is I feel the price was slightly high for some of the sides and dessert. Soda was lacking carbonation too. Oh, and get the Lobster Bisque and thank me later. Perfect flavor balance.

I've been to Delmonico four times now and it has never disappointed. This time unfortunately one of the steaks was WAY overcooked so we had to send it back. They immediately apologized and got a new steak prepared (perfectly, might I add) and sent out with fresh warm sides (regular mashed potatoes and potato croquettes). We also ordered the truffle and parmesan chips which are a must. The wine list is extensive, but the sommelier was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine pairing. They were so nice about everything and making sure we were happy. They were very attentive and overall the food was amazing. The one overcooked steak is not enough for me to tell people not to come here. I'll certainly come back again!

I wanted a great steak and that is exactly what I received. The food was so great that I found myself involuntarily saying "wow" an awful lot while eating. I got the bone-out Rib Eye and it was the best steak I've ever had to date. My girlfriend got the chicken breast which I sampled and we both thought it was also amazing. From the appetizers all the way to the wine, everything was great. The staff was very attentive, they were happy to chat with us sometimes, and the environment was perfect. The restaurant is very nice but it still seems casual enough that it isn't intimidating for people who aren't used to finer dining. You don't have to be worried about embarrassing yourself here if you pick up the wrong fork or describe the wine improperly. Overall it is a perfect blend of fine dining with casual atmosphere. As for dress code, most people wore business casual or nice "going out" clothes. I was also impressed with the price we paid - about $200 for appetizer, main courses, sides, and two bottles of wine for two people. At that price range you're doing yourself a disservice by not going. We'll definitely be back.

Had the best experience here.The food was excellent i had the boneless ribeye which was cooked to perfection and my wife had the scallops and pasta dish worth every penny.Also had the best service ive ever had at any restaurant David was my server and was soo helpful with everything that i needed even helped with information for my trip and the guy that helped with my wine selection was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the best wine for me within my price range definitely recommend and ill be back for sure

Went during lunch and the service was excellent! All 3 dishes that I had (barbecue shrimp, bone in prime rib, and pecan pie) were all delicious and I'd recommend them to anyone. Food is a little expensive, but with as good as my taste buds feel right now, I don't care. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a try.

I don't have pics because i was at a business dinner with my husband. The sea bass was amazing! My husband's filet was cooked perfectly. The service was outstanding, as well. My only complaint was the Caesar salad. It lacked flavor. It was very fresh, but the dressing was missing something.

This is one of those splurge restaurants that the service is equally as good as the meal. It is not inexpensive at all. It is not pretensious or stuffy either. The staff is very welcoming and are there to make your visit special. They will ask you what you are celebrating on your arrival. It is best to call ahead and make reservations, but I have been there before without a reservation and they accommodated our group quickly. The best steakhouse in Las Vegas in my opinion.
Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the fact that the food is amazing, too.

Been here a few times and I love it. The bone-in bacon appetizer is amazing, love the popovers, the bartender makes a solid Manhattan, the service is top notch, and the wine list has a great variety in both wines and prices. On my recent visit they did overcook my steak which is a bummer but I haven't had this issue before so I think it was a fluke. This has been and will continue to be a must stop on our quasi-annual Vegas trip.

I was so excited to go to Delmonico's and left so disappointed. One steak under cooked. The other over cooked. Very bland food though. That said, you can taste the quality of the steak, but overall we were very disappointed. 3 stars because the wine & whisky list is impressive and waiter was attentive.

The steak was good. Not the best I ever had but it was good. Scallops the same deal good but not worth $50. But it is in the Venetian so what do you expect. The service is the only thing that was exceptional. Very nice waitress and staff. Other then that way over priced.

The service, food, and ambiance were 5 star worthy. My family and I were there celebrating my husbands birthday. There were 13 of us and the staff did not miss a beat. Our head server made sure our cups were full, bread was replenished and our meals were what we needed. We ordered steak and seafood mostly and everyone was completely satisfied. The steak was moist and tender. The mashed potatoes, broccoli augratin and bbq shrimp were amazing compliments. To top off our visit we were fortunate enough to meet the head chef Ronnie Rainwater. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Kudos to the Chef and Staff at Delmonico Steakhouse Las Vegas!

My party came here without reservations and we were treated very well regardless but please - try to make reservations. They are very busy even on a Tuesday. Our server Mike was fantastic, the food was impeccable and the supporting staff were very on point. The menu is not cheap for a reason... The food served here (everything from salad to dessert) is worth every 5 stars and more that Google will allow me. Please consider this spot for your fine dining and business cocktail needs.

We have been here a few times for dinner and it’s always outstanding. The steaks are always cooked perfectly and the fresh creste di gallo pasta is really good. This time we had the truffle parmesan chips and it was fantastic. The service is fantastic as well. This place is not cheap but it’s definitely worth it.

Top notch service and delicious food! I recommend the aged ribeye, which was spectacularly tender and flavorful. The snapper was also cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. The sausage-stuffed rabbit was also nicely prepared and creative. Just be prepared for a high ticket, about $100 pp with entree, drink and appetizer.

I had been sick the day before we dined at this fabulous steakhouse inside the Venetian. I probably should have stuck to the bland diet recommended by the Dr. but i really wanted to have a nice meal with my wife during our last night in Vegas. I started feeling sick right as this beautiful piece of meat was placed before me. I asked for it to be placed in a box to go. Two different manager's and my server rushed to see what the problem was. Its not you, its me. I enjoyed the steak at home the following night. It was like candy, it was so delicious. I hope to enjoy the fabulous ambience and the food when we return in July.

Always great meals at this spot. Its classy without feeling pretentious. The food is expensive, but it's top quality, perfectly cooked and always paired with sides that compliment the main part of the meal. The staff is AMAZING and goes absurdly out of their way to make sure your experience is too notch. Yes it's expenisve, but it's Vegas, and it's a restaurant owned by a top level chef. Weve been here 2x now, and both times have been excellent experiences.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the past 18 months.
My first visit was in March 2019 for memorial day weekend. My brother and I had one of the best dinners we've ever had in Vegas. Absolutely a 5 star visit.
Our 2nd visit was June 26th during the covid reopening. This visit warrants a 1 star review. The service was very slow. Not anything like it was last time I was there. The food was mediocre at best. We had a party of five.
My mother had the filet medalions which were ordered mid rare and cape well. They were dry and very chewy.
I had ordered the ribeye which came out cooked correctly but not flavorfull at all. One of the lousiest ribeyes I have had in a long time.
My brother ordered the bone in ribeye which was the same way. Just not flavorfull like a ribeye should be. Nor as tender as most high end steakhouse ribeyes are.
Our friend had ordered the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were even tough.
I am not writing this review to scold this restaurant as I absolutely loved our first visit to delmonicos. I am hoping these issues are due to the recent casino shut downs. Maybe their food distributers are having issues getting them the quality food they are known for or the cooks are a little rusty.
I am writing this review to hopefully help delmonicos find these issues and resolve them to get back to the restaurant I enjoyed in 2019.

I've now come to conclusion that upscale steakhouse are not worth the money. Steaks are no better than chain steakhouse (I've gone to quite a few upscale steakhouse). Had the filet mignon (medium). Temperature was perfect, but the steak itself was dry and not the usual soft, melt in your mouth that filet mignon is known for. Tried but could not finish it all. My husband got the boneless prime Ribeye- states the same. My son got the bone in ribeye- he said it was good. Got some sides, fingerling potatoes and garlic mushrooms - not very good. Got steak tartar - nothing to say about it (had SO much better at Eiffel Tower restaurant down the street). Got the waygu slider- family said it was good. Lobster bisque was very tasty (best I've had). Banana foster - the bomb....

We have been to Delmonico's Steakhouse in Las Vegas a number of times and it has never disappointed. This time was no different. I let them know ahead of time that it was my husband's birthday. Once we were seated we were greeted by Tom who presented my husband with a card. The wine and drink list is extensive, but the sommelier was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect pairings. They were very attentive, making sure that everyone was satisfied with everything. The food was amazing.
We started with the Truffle Parmesan Potato Chips and the Blue Cheese Stuffed La Quercia Prosciutto Wrapped Dates which were delicious. We shared the Ceasar Salad made tableside for two and our friends had the Wilted Spinach Salad and Lobster Bisque, which they said was so good.
For dinner I had the Double Cut Kurobuta Pork Chop which was incredible.. My husband had the Prime Boneless New York Strip and both of our friends had the Filet Mignon.
We were so full, too full for any dessert this time, however they did bring out a little dessert for my husband so as to not let his birthday dinner celebration go without a little something extra.
We will definitely be back when we are in Vegas.

Cocktails were perfect, our waiter was ever present but never intrusive, he and the sommelier made excellent wine recommendations, our meals were delicious, ribeye, Chilean sea bass, New Orleans shrimp and BBQ salmon, all excellent. I had to laugh at another reviewer's comments about the "bread", they were clearly unfamiliar with Yorkshire puddings - which were interpreted fabulously. Ranks as one of the best restaurants I've been to.

I went with two other people and the ambiance and food were great! We had the barbecue shrimp --which is a must have. It comes with this sauce that is so good we stopped them from taking our serving plate and used it on the steaks! It is like a rue but with some kind of asian 5 spice seasoning that kicks it up a notch. The steaks were very good and they have a huge whiskey menu, I wish they had the tasting flight like they used to but oh well. The ravioli with appetizer was sweet and balanced well with slow cooked beef almost like a carnita in texture.We got so full from having shared 3 sides, and having shrimp and ravioli starter with our steaks we did not have dessert. All told with drinks our bill was 500 with tip. Great place that lives up to a great vegas restaurant.

Went for birthday dinner with my girlfriend. The service was amazing! I've eaten at many upscale restaurants in Las Vegas and expect a certain level of service from a restaurant this classy and expensive, but this experience was exceptional. The staff was always around, but never in your face; from fresh napkins, to pulling out your chair every time you sat down, to topping off your glass, and taking your picture. You never had to ask for anything. The staff was there to please. And the bone-in ribeye was top 5.

OK, the BBQ were just OK, the sauce was good but the shrimp were overcooked and hard. Salmon was good and cooked to order, but was only barely warm. The 9 ounce filet was seasoned, but if there was a bite without seasoning, the meat itself was quite bland and unflavorful. It was cooked correctly. The Brussel Sprouts were good, but again, only barely warm. For the prices being charged, I expect a significantly better experience.

Everything on the board was delicious but we especially enjoyed the pickled vegetables. The beef carpaccio was a hit, too! The filet and sea bass entrees made for a great dining experience. The only thing missing is a wagyu ribeye. The aged rib eye is still wonderful, but could be better in wagyu. The lobster bisque was the best I ever had. Drink selections were great and most of the finest to choose from are here. If you have the money, this is one of the best fine dining places overall for 5 star meal. Highly recommended 👍

This restaurant is fantastic! The maître d' asked our name upon arrival, and the entire time we enjoyed our dinner, they addressed us by Mr. or Mrs. Hall. It was lovely! We had the table side Cesar Salad which was unbelievably delicious, and I ordered the Crispy Friend Young Chicken, and my husband ordered the Ribeye and twice baked potatoes. Highly recommend all of these, items. The food is incredible, but honestly the staff is the thing that sets them apart. I have never seen a more attentive or more respectable staff, anywhere!

My wife and another couple ate one evening at Delmonicos. This appeared to be an average night, no large tables, no strain on wait staff.
The ambience is a white room, little to no decoration and flat.
Wait staff were good when they were around, but we were clearly forgotten about for 20 minutes.
No check back to make sure food was cooked. No check back to ask if I would like another drink or water or really anything.
Even the pepper shaker was clogged and did not work on the table. Good luck finding someone to help.
Steaks were steaks. Nothing out of the ordinary in taste or quality.

Excellent food, the 6oz Wagyu filet was perfect. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they were 45 minutes late to seat us. Our reservation was for 7:30 and we sat down at 8:15.

The best steak restaurant that I have ever been to. Since eating the there I don't order steaks anywhere else. The wait staff is beyond excellent. Main courses are made with excellent ingredients and properly prepared. I usually get the ribeye and my wife gets salmon or other seafood. The creamed corn and onion soup are great. The banna cream pie is unbelievably good. Expensive, dinner and wine for two will be close to $200, for me it is worth every penny.

Recently went there and 20 min after ordering something happened on the kitchen where they had to close it down. I don't feel like it was handled very well and will look for an opportunity key to be compensated on my next visit. Just celebrated a good friend's 50th birthday at Delmonico. It was well worth the price and hype. The food, the service, and overall experience were perfect. The place has a minimalist vibe to it; the menu selection isn't huge, but seems to have everything essential to steakhouse on it. The decor is understated, but works well by accentuating what's on your plate as opposed to what's on the walls. The wine and spirt selection are very good as well. We kicked it old school with bone-in ribeyes with smashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and roasted veggies to share. We also had an amazing bottle of red and some meticulously prepared whisky cocktails. I don't think I've had a finer meal.

Had dinner October 2nd my wife of 30 years and my daughters to celebrate our anniversary. Our Waiter Ryan was by far the best we have ever experienced. He was a man in charge but we an attitude of great service. The ambience was spectacular. A true steakhouse. Ryan made ceasar salad table side, unmatched. The Chateaubriand was cooked perfect and presented table side. My daughter's had a filet and bone in rib eye again spot on. Emeral if all your places are like this you are in rare company. Masterful. I visited the Delmonico months ago for a bachelor party, and am going again this Friday. We had a group of 10 last time and the service, was great. Got us seated, listened to our inebriated questions with grace and served me probably the best steak I've ever had.
I asked every person at dinner how they liked their meals, and every single guy said it was one of if not the best steak they've ever had.
I hope the steaks and service stay up, and i'll update my review on my next trip there, but for the best priced cuts of beef on the strip, coupled with the best service and taste, this is my recommendation.
Having eaten at some of the top steakhouses in the country, i firmly put Delmonico at the top of my list with Guard and Grace in Denver, Barclay Prime in Philadelphia, Murray's in Minneapolis, and Bavettes in Chicago.

4 Star for the whole experience and 5 stars for the stake. This is the best Steak I have, beating every restaurant by a mile.
For appetizer, we ordered Classic Steak Tartare, it came with bread and dip too, it just vaporized in our mouth. And ordered antipasto for the table to get us warmed up. The presentation of each item deserves a standing applause.
We were four of us, but we ordered plenty of items to pamper ourselves.
For Main entre, we ordered Ribeye, Filet Mignon, ROASTED HEIRLOOM TOMATO RAVIOLI, Truffle and Parmesan Potato chips and for the desert Caramel Butter Cake.
We had a Vegetarian friend, the choices are too less and for that choice, the quantity was too little. They had to ordered two main entre along with appetizers to fill the tummy.
Wiating might be a problem to visit on a rish day, but we were lucky. Ambience is very sophesticted, formal dressing would be nice.
Also we ordered coule of wine bottles, one was cahors wine clos la coutale, the other was too hazy to remember.
Overall, this place is just worth to visit for their medium rare Steak, Yumm

I really cannot say enough about our experience at Delmonico. From the moment you are escorted to your table, you know that you are at a very classy restaurant and that you will be treated well. They did not disappoint. From very attentive and friendly servers, captain, and a sommolier (who offered his assistance with the wine list), we were spoiled! The captain, upon hearing our conversation throughout the night, gently chimed in, making us feel like we were welcome in his home. The best part was when they came out to serve us our entrees, our four entress were placed in front of each of us at the same time! I have only experienced that once before, and I was duly impressed! Thank you for a great dining experience, including excellent food and drink. We are already talking about returing with other friends to share the experience!

My expectations for this place were quite high when I went there for a dinner with my colleagues. It was hyped to be a super great steakhouse, but I've seen better. It's a matter of taste though, technically there was nothing wrong with the steaks.
When we arrived to Delmonico's, we had to wait alone in the bar for quite a long time. Nobody came to greet us or ask if we'd like to order drinks while waiting for the table. When it was time for our reservation we had to go to the dining hall by ourselves, nobody came to ask if we'd like to be seated.
I had the 20-oz bone-in ribeye in the Delmonico's. It's one of their signature dishes, and undeniably good, but there really wasn't anything spectacular about it. For its taste the steak was absolutely overpriced. I liked the sides; we had creamed spinach, mushrooms, asparagus, fries an d perhaps something that I have already forgotten. I would definitely enjoyed a good sauce with the steak. Without any it was kind of bland, and the amount of rendered fat was delicious for the first two bites, but after that it was getting overpowering.

OMG what a great meal here last night. We were celebrating our friends wedding anniversary. Had the truffle chips, froie and tartare to start with steaks, salad and several sides. One of the best steaks I have had! Service was excellent ! Main course took a while to come but they were really busy... Lobster bisque was outstanding too! Will definitely be back

We took our Dad for his birthday. We let them know ahead of time what we were celebrating and how we wanted to get started. Our wait staff were incredible and the food was beyond our expectations. Awesome experience!

Having enjoyed Delmonico's several times in the past was looking forward to another dinner. Sadly it wasn't to be. Ordered a bone in pork chop that was over cooked and cold. Brussel sprouts also cold. Manager comped the chop and sprouts but so disappointing that food cant be right the first time. We deserve better especially at these prices. Will not be returning. American restaurants should learn from European restaurants, they produce a stellar meal the first time. Do better!

We make this a regular stop on all of our Vegas trips. Steaks are delicious, specifically filet or chateaubriand. Banana cream pie and pecan cookies are to die for. And service is excellent. Been here well over 5 times and will continue to return

Amazing food, great service, good atmosphere. To start, we had to cancel our 7:00 p.m. reservation, and decided to try to get seated after our show that night. Even though reservations are required, I explained to the maitre de what had happened earlier and we were seated immediately. We ordered the brussels sprouts and each of us had the filet mignon, both dishes were phenomenal! We will forever remember this meal and experience and this is somewhere I would highly recommend and visit again in a heartbeat.

We always stop here when we’re in Vegas. The wagyu and crab legs are easily some of the most deliciously prepared foods we’ve ate. It’s a little pricey, but you’re getting what you paid for.

We have flown from Hawaii to have my husband's birthday dinner at Emeril's for the past 12 years. Both in New Orleans and Vegas. We are never disappointed. The steaks are seasoned and cooked to perfection. The corn gratin, so yummy and the French Onion Soup, fabulous. Of course we have the pecan pie made with that wonderful Steen's syrup. The servers are the best, always friendly, courteous, and spot on. Mahalo nui loa for a wonderful birthday dinner.

This is the place to go if you appreciate fine dining or want to be introduced to the experience. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the food and the service is impeccable, personal and accommodating. It's my new favorite restaurant anywhere. I cannot wait to go back.

We have eaten here several times for business and pleasure. It has awesome steaks and on Thanksgiving it was the best. We have watched football in the lounge and eaten an awesome burger with some great drinks. When we go we always stop in for at least one meal.

Great ambiance , the service was amazing. You definitely have to order the Seafood Tower. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this place.
