Reasonable prices, and phenomenal authentic middle eastern food. Went for lunch and ordered the humus which was perfectly creamy / flavorful. I ordered the lamb masoaka special, and the SO got a kabob. Our friend got the chicken shawarma. Rice was surprisingly good. The food is ON POINT in its authenticity. Definitely worth a stop. 4.8/5 stars

Stopped in to give the hummus a try as it was recommended and picked up a vegetarian platter. Was not let down by selections. The hummus was good as expected and the platter was filling and flavorful. Good customer service and respectable prices.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! 100/10 recommend. We got the combo for 2 with a shrimp skewer and every bite got better and better. The workers are delightful, quick, and provide great quality service. They were helpful in recommending items and even though I was full to brim…. I had to leave with some desserts. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing 10/10 place, I dropped by when I was spending the weekend in Columbus and was craving shawarma, I was very presently surprised with quality of the food, the shawarma tasted great and the fries were very good. The staff were very friendly, the owner came by our table and he gave us some free hummus to try which was very good. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

I went for lunch with family. Great and relaxed service. Had Lamb kabob with rice and vegetarian combo. Vegetarian combo is not very heavy. Only thing is very limited choice for kids.

The food here was wonderful and the portion sizes are very good. We got these appetizer dishes and were recommended the half chicken half meat shawarma by the staff and loved everything. Simple but good ambience .food tasted well, portions are just right , so no wastage of food. Clean plates and clean silverware , so very less use of plastic. Little expensive the photo I added is a dish for 14$ and if you order the falafel separately it will be 5$.the salad and the hummus costs 9$ which is a rip off.

We tried the chicken, mence lamb and kefta. Kefta was spicy with some aromatic herbs we hadn’t try before. So if you are looking for something that tastes more neutral, go with the chicken or mence lamb. The staff were super friendly and caring and gifted us some baklava. The price was a bit high for the type of food and location but the experience worths it.

If I ever visit Columbus again, I will absolutely return to Lavash. Best gyros in the Midwest. Cheesecakes rival Cheesecake Factory and my son said the baklava is the best he has had. The owner Nasir warmly greets all guests and is particularly kind to children… never have been treated like this at any restaurant ever by the owner.

If you’ve never eaten REAL mediterranean food like me, then I suggest this place be your first. So very herbaceous, and seasoned with such delicacy. Everything was cooked to perfection, but what stood out was the presentation of the food. Perfectly plated. Last but not least is how friendly and efficient the staff were, cherry on top of the sundae. I would definitely be dining here again!! Thank you mediterranean food <3

Loved my experience here at Lavash cafe👌🏼Went here for lunch and ordered Lentil soup,Shawarma Sandwich (Chicken and if you want Lamb+Beef it’s extra $1),Chicken Shawarma with tahini/garlic sauce. It comes with Basmati rice which was so good. Lamb chops in entrees which was so damnnn perfect, this one’s my fav from this place. They also have few varieties of Baklava and other desserts one should definitely try em. A well maintained and friendly staff. Added few pictures from this place.........

We ordered to go but the dining area looker pretty clean. The staff was really friendly. They even offered us drinks as we waited for our order. Our friend who lives locally brought us here as it is one of his favorite Mediterranean restaurants. I had the chicken kabob and my wife had the chicken shwarma. We both enjoyed out meals. My wife remarked how much she liked the rice. The meat was juicy and spiced really well. I would definitely eat here again.

Excellent Mediterranean cuisine with many options to choose from. Lots of tasty bakery options I look forward to trying. Service is polite and prompt. The effort and attention to detail is really outstanding, this place cares about giving you a positive dining experience. Definitely a must try!

The only way to have more delicious authentic Middle Eastern food, would be to actually be in the Middle East. As long as you stick to the Middle Eastern choices. We started with a truly delicious Lentil soup, my wife doesn't really care for lentil soup, but this definitely changed her mind. The Hummus was silky and wonderfully seasoned. The Lamb Mencef was outstanding, fall of the bone softness with a accompanying sauce that was reminiscent of how lobster and hot butter go together, simply delicious. Also ordered the Red Snapper Entree, didn't really have anything new to offer. Should have ordered another dish, plus it took a while to be brought to the table. Very busy place, and seems like many come here often. Definitely plan to come back again.

Outstanding service, the facility is very clean, and the staff is quite friendly. It’s pretty hard to find a Middle Eastern restaurant with an easily labeled vegan or gluten-free food options. Check out their grilled meat section which looks very fresh. Bonus point, you gotta try their banana pudding dessert along with mint tea😋

I loved my experience there it’s was very clean and while I was waiting for a table they were very very quick in cleaning it up. Everyone that worked there was very nice. The food was very very good it’s was my first time going there and I loved it definitely going there again make sure to try the humus and the pita that was eally good and the meat was very well cooked and seasoned also.

As advertised! Which is rare in the food industry. Most places don't live up to the social media post and word of mouth, but Lavash is an absolute home run! Great food, in which I recommend the Lamb Chops and better service! Is there anything better than the owner of the restaurant walking around checking on their guest? Please go give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Some of the best Arab food I’ve had in the US, and I used to live in Jordan. They have excellent shrimp kebabs. Also, very diet-friendly. A loved one is on Keto and it’s one of a few places in Columbus I can reliably take them to and know that they’ll be able to have a bunch of options to choose from.

The food is so good here! I went with my husband and we shared the whole red snapper and the sampler platter. Both of them were great. Its hard to find places in Columbus that have fried whole red snapper, so this place is a gem.

Lavish always has delicious Mediterranean food, from simple gyros and kabobs to beautiful lamb chops and seafood. Everything is fresh and flavorful (a friend thinks the tabbouleh is the best in town), and is available to go or to eat in the restaurant. Orders are placed at the counter, then food is delivered on trays. In the summer, the outdoor seating is pleasant

I was picking up catering from there for a work event and an employee helped me carry all the food out to my car. The lamb was really tender and extremely flavorful. Everything I heard everyone else say was the same. My only complaint would be that their online takeout menu only lists baklava as one of the desserts available when in fact, they have; walnut, cashew, and postatio baklava, to be discovered upon arrival for pick up. My baklava exceed expectations regardless. My recommendation would be to go there a couple of times and then start going there every day. You won't be sorry.

What can I say about this place? The Shwarma is the best lunch item in Columbus, OH. The atmosphere is nice and clean and bright. The pistachio baklava is proof of a benevolent God. If you've been here then you know my words speak truth. If you haven't been, then I forgive you. Now run on over and get a treat. It's delicious.

I ordered the Lentil soup and chick shawarma. Both dishes were fantastic and reasonably priced. A waiter came around and ensured I had enough pita and pita chips for the meal and even provided additional pita at no extra cost. I had a chocolate whipcream cake for dessert and that was also fantastic

I absolutely love lavash, one of my favorite Middle Eastern restaurants in Columbus. They do the food right & I love that they keep it authentic (I’m from Egypt so I appreciate it). I almost always get the chicken shawarma on pita bread with an order of fries. Their hummus & pita is also incredible, we love having it around the house as a staple. I also really love their cashew finger baklava! Cannot go wrong.

Ate here on NYE 2022. So delicious! Perfect for vegans and meat lovers alike. Great tabouleh, grape leaves, falafel, and hummus. Salad portions are huge! Fantastic Turkish coffee and baklava as well. Definitely recommend for great Mediterranean food.

Lavash was hopping on this drizzly Sunday evening! All tables full while we were there. Had the always tasty gyro and fries. Finished up with a piece of pistachio baklava. Parking behind the restaurant makes eating there very convenient.

We've been ordering lunch catering lately for a bunch of small group meetings and we've tried to choose from a variety of approved local vendors. They've mostly been okay but, I'm just going to rave about Lavash for a moment... They confirmed the order; each order was labeled with the recipient's name and was 100% correct; there were plates, napkins, condiments and cutlery; they included plenty of extra hot sauce; the hot food was hot and the cool food was cool; AND they emailed an itemized receipt so that we could conclude our transaction! Additionally, Matt was SO nice when he brought our order in, he walked it all the way to our office, offered to go back out to his car to get more cutlery if we needed it and checked off each item to make sure it was there before he left. We all know Lavash's food is excellent, but what really sets them apart are the little details and kindnesses that come standard with every order. 10/10 will order catering from them again :-) Thanks Lavash!!!

we went there to celebrate a graduate and ordered 4 mixed plates for a party of 15 people and was waiting for the order after having paid when the manager came and warned us that what we ordered is too much for 15 people instead he advised us to order 2 plates and if we finish that then we can order more, we did just that with his help and we had enough food for 15 people and had to carry- out some ,it was so delicious and thank you for your honesty I recommend this place for their food, service and honesty. we would surely come back as that was our first time.

Lavash is one of my favorite restaurants in Columbus. I specifically wanted to come on here to thank my delivery driver for doing an awesome job!! He purposely used a hot bag over my food to keep it warm during the drive, and he got to my location speedy quick. And he was so kind! I don’t know his name, but thank you so much! We love Lavash! Coming from a large middle eastern family, without fail, every time we visit, we always order the hummus, falafel, kibbeh and grape leaves for the table then our meals. Their mansaf, kebabs and shawarma are also delicious.

One of the best Mediterranean cuisine in the area. I like the area around the cafe, full of bikers and rock band. Pleasant ambience inside and we also have a outside seating. We ordered chicken shawarma and Kefta chicken kabab entree plate, both are very juicy and chicken pieces are very well roasted which gives perfect taste of a shawarma combined with pita bread. I loved it. I ordered a mango smoothie which is very true to the taste of mango....it’s more tasty if you try it with little whip cream mixed in it. I am sharing some pics of this place and their menu. I would love to go again.

I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich with the garlic sauce. It was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised when I got my plate and it had lift (pickled turnips) and pickles adorning the sandwich. I missed seeing the fries on the menu until after I had ordered but will definitely get some next time. I saw a few other patrons eating them and they looked perfect. Looking forward to eating here again. That picture says it all!

Lavash is great. They really treat you like family. The food is fantastic and authentic. The best middle eastern food I've had since I lived in the UAE. Their hummus is sooooooo smooth and flavorful. I dream of as I write this review. The baklava is divine. Seriously, Lavash is fantastic. Go eat there and enjoy yourself.

By far our favorite Mediterranean food in Columbus. Not only is the food delicious, but the service is always so pleasant and friendly. There is plenty of seating (including outdoor) and options for pretty much every diet. Ordering at the counter can sometimes be a bit of a cluster if there are several people waiting in line from the front door, but that is honestly the only thing that I could think of that they could improve. Overall, fantastic food, pleasant service and a very clean, calm atmosphere.

Great dinner at Lavash tonight! We originally planned to carry out, but the owner warmly invited us to sit outside and eat at a patio table that had just opened up, and even cleared the table for us himself. All of our dishes were fantastic! The hummus is always a favorite, but the Moroccan chicken special and lemon cauliflower stew special were definitely standouts as well. The service was great as always. We love Lavash and will continue to be loyal customers!

One of the best if not the best Mediterranean restaurants in town. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Food is absolutely delicious. Ambience is nice. Ample of space. Centrally located near OSU campus and easy to spot from the main road. Note to Owner: The back room for eating doesn't have the same ambience as main hall and needs work.

So I had a different kind of experience here since I'm on the keto diet. It works if you get a chicken kebob (without rice) and a side salad. The chicken is really good! My friend got a couple desserts and said that the cashew one is really amazing and mouthwatering. One of the workers there is super! If you run into him you'll feel immediately happier from his cheery presence.

Absolutely fantastic!! The food is prepared fresh and it is delicious. Everything is of course halal. The restaurant is very modern and clean. They have a musalah (prayer area), a separate area for women to eat and the owner is amazing. Good things happen to good people. We were visiting from Maryland he talked to us as if we were old friends, very easy going and friendly. He gave us free hummus and baklava for the road. There were a few children in the restaurant he gave them cupcakes, a homeless women walked in he gave her a sandwich. Great owner mA. I hope his restaurant continues in success inshAllah! Forgot to mention they also have a charging station for your phone!

After living in Seattle for 30 years and relocating to rural Ohio I have been craving the amazing Middle Eastern food I love. On a trip to Columbus I happened to find Lavash. I’m planning to go back any time I have a chance to get to the Columbus area again. By far the best food I’ve had here in Ohio. The food is fresh, delicious, melt in your mouth flavors that deserve to be fully enjoyed. My friend (also a Seattle resident) and I ordered a large sampling of items from the menu intended to eat there and take home. We were both in our happy places while we marveled at the quality of the food and the preparations. We were visited at our table by the owner (not typical of a small, fast food style cafe), a pleasant, friendly man. When we gushed about how much we enjoyed everything and told him we would be sure to plan trips back (even my Seattle friend said she’ll fly into Columbus so we can stop there for lunches) he offered us complimentary baklava. He assured us it was a one time deal and we could pay for our next one charmingly. I love this place!

I've been coming to Lavash since it opened. They have great food, and all the staff is super nice. Even the owner comes around and will chat with you, which is always a good sign. You know a restaurant is confident about their food when the owner is willing to show his face! They have baklava that slaps pretty hard. I usually get the beef and lamb rolled pita, but sub in Garlic sauce and remove the tahini. There have been times this sandwitch is legit the best sandwitch I have ever eaten from a restaurant in my life. Its always decent, bit sometimes on very rare occasions the sandwich is god tier. If they can ever figure out how to make the rolled pitas 10/10 good every time, then I will adjust to 5 stars.

My husband has come here since about the time it opened, and brought me as one of our first dates in 2018. Now that we live all the way across town, it's an event to come eat at Lavash, and one that we look forward to each time. The hospitality of this place is truly outstanding, and only matched or surpassed by the quality and taste of the food. Everything on the menu is appropriately priced based on the amount of skill and labor that goes into making it well. Some favorites of ours are the baba ghanoush (which has generous chunks of smoky eggplant to give it a really indulgent quality), sandwiches (my favorite is the veggie combo, which has several delicious dips on it - get it with the crispy lavash bread and thank me later), kabobs, and moussaka on weekends. The selection of desserts at the front counter will make you salivate, but rest assured you cannot make a bad choice. Whatever name comes out of your mouth, it's going to be so great. I also have to applaud their takeout game. At the height of pandemic, when many places struggled to embrace takeout and maintain their business, Lavash made it look smooth and practiced. We got several takeout orders during that time and never had a complaint. That said, we prefer dining in so we can be surrounded by other happy, well-fed folks enjoying this place.

I’ve started using them for catering for work and my clients absolutely love it. Not only is the food phenomenal, but the owner, his daughter and staff are super friendly and courteous. The restaurant is always clean and you can tell everyone their takes pride in what they do, starting with the owner. The food and customer service is top notch, especially if you are looking for authentic middle eastern food. Large portions are worth the price. Whatever you do….don’t sleep on the dessert case. The pistachio cake, baklava and seasonal cheesecakes are all awesome.

This was one of the best dining experiences we have had ever. Upon learning that this was our first time the chef gave us an extravagant welcome, talking is through the menu and letting us know what was safe to eat for our dietary restrictions due to allergens. We ended up getting 3 different kebab platters—all tender and cooked perfectly, a gyro sandwich—very delicious, a bowl of lentil soup, falafel and hummus and a small spicy bowl of housemade hot sauce. Everything was amazing and has us seriously considering eating here on our way back through town on our return journey.

Great energy, the place is hopping! Good baba ganoush, tabbouleh and kibbeh. The chicken shawarma sandwich did contain what tasted like tzatziki sauce. I have visited Lavish Cafe 3 times over the last year. For starters, it is family owned and is a small business. The food here is divine, very flavorful and filling. The portion sizes of the entrees are also large enough for leftovers the next day. I have had the chicken kefta each time I have visited. It comes with a large serving of amazing rice and peta. Safe to say this has become one of my favorite places to stop for Mediterranean food (and food in general) in Columbus.

Had their traditional gyro and Tabbouleh and they were both amazing. Normally when you get a gyro from somewhere, the meat is greasy and slimy. Not from Lavash Cafe! I was very impressed with the quality of their meat as well as the perfect blend of seasoning applied to it. The tabbouleh was also very good. I'll definitely be going here again when I'm out in that area. Also, the staff were very nice and kind.

Shawarma-tastic! The lamb and beef shawarma is wonderfully seasoned and the baklava...it is a flakey sweetness that dessert dreams are made of. Lavash is my go to Mediterranean restaurant when in Columbus and the one I crave when I'm away. I've always had it as takeout and loved every bite. Oh and the chocolate mousse cheesecake has a great combination of textures and taste. Highly recommend that you check out Lavash Cafe, even if through delivery or takeout.

The space is relatively new construction. You order at the front off of an overhead board and are given a buzzer so that you can come up when your food is ready. The lamb I had was a little burnt and the lavash salad was good but I was expecting a little more for the price

This is a catering review! Lavash catered our brunch the day after the wedding for about 120 people. We has a great experience working with their catering team! Our contact was so helpful in suggesting popular entrees and appropriate quantities for the number of guests. The food was delivered to our venue, and we were provided with chafing dishes and sterno to keep everything warm (which were easy to return to the restaurant the following week). All the food was delicious - we got a variety of meats, falafel, rice, salad, hummus, grape leafs. We had a decent amount of food leftover, but their quantities are always generous so we thought that might happen! Love to support one of local businesses and we will be back!

I can't believe it took me this long to try Lavash! Tried a few different things and everything was incredible. I had the chicken shawarma sandwich as my main dish. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and the wrap was toasty and held everything together perfectly. My friend I split a few different sides/appetizers as well - grape leaves, fries, traditional hummus and black bean hummus. Everything was great but the black bean hummus was my favorite - had the perfect amount of kick to it and fantastically complimented the pita that came with it. If you enjoy Mediterranean food you have to give Lavash a try. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get and the quality.

Been here a few times and have tried a couple dishes. This past time I had the lamb and beef kefta in pita and it was absolutely delicious. Anyway I also had a lemon mint smoothie. All of the food was really good. All of the staff were really helpful and nice. I'm assuming that I was talking with the owner who was also really nice. We joked around a little bit. I ate out on the deck. Everything about the place was really nice. I also had baklava for dessert. It was delicious. This restaurant is the definition of a family run business from the fresh made pita and desserts to the amazing entrees prepared fresh in house every single day you cannot go wrong! The combo for 2 is our go to order, and add a shrimp skewer, to serve 3 with leftovers! They also do larger platters perfect for a group of friends night out, company lunch, or any gathering, it’s an awesome experience to share all of these fresh meals! Simple, well prepared Mediterranean food. Today I ordered the lamb chops, which was served with rice and a few cuts of seasoned red onion, and the chops were prepared to the temperature that I wanted. They were tender, juicy and flavorful! Not only was the food beyond delicious, but the owner stole all of our hearts at the table. It was our first time eating here, and he treated us like family. After our meal, he surprised us all with a plate of baklava (which I HIGHLY suggest you order!!) And endless jokes/entertainment. I ordered the chicken kabob and and it came with a tangy, puffy, lightly whipped garlic dip that blew my mind. The lentil soup was wonderful. Usually I am left underwhelmed by a restaurant's lentil soup, but this one was creamy and smooth but still a thin texture with the perfect seasonings. And if you're into Turkish coffee, you absolutely want to try theirs!

Can’t beat the quality and value! The best Hummus I’ve ever had, without a doubt. The Fatoush salad is a perfect chopped salad, fresh herbs flavor it enough so you don’t even need dressing (but it’s amazing). Truly, I’ve never had anything at Lavash that wasn’t perfectly cooked or seasoned, I’d eat anything on the menu! To top it off, the staff and owners are so wonderful, if you dine in you will feel like you are eating at a family members house. One of my favorite spots in Columbus - a must try.

Loved it! We came from Cincinnati for a day trip and searched for something halal and found Lavash, it was alittle out of our way home but I’m glad we made the extra 20min trip. The lentil soup, chicken sharwarma, and lamb kabobs were amazing. Now the best part was the key lime pie, I love key lime but don’t get it often due to it not being halal but this was the best key lime pie I have had in 9 years since my gran passed. It was heaven. Lavash Cafe is hands down some of the best food experiences I’ve had. Every time I go to Columbus or know people going to Columbus, I immediately go or tell others to go to Lavash to get a kebab and garlic sauce fix. The quality of the food is incredible, and you can tell each dish is made thoughtfully and fresh. Don’t get me started on their home made hot sauce, I literally put it on everything. The customer service there is also amazing, some of the nicest people and so helpful when I say I’m allergic to certain nuts. The desserts are like a French pastry chef comes in from their Michelin rated bakery and makes them, they are so good. Coffee cheesecake with a light fresh chocolate swirl? How can I say no?? Probably the only thing I don’t put their hot sauce on though (it would probably still all be so tasty). I can go on and on, but from years of going to Lavash I’ve never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone with any type of dietary restrictions, want to eat healthy, and make your wallet happy. You won’t be disappointed!!

Doesn’t really matter what you order because it’s all delicious, but My favorites are their lamb chops and chicken keifta. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend trying their homemade hot sauce 😍! It has a nice blend of flavor and heat! My mother pretty much lives off of their house blend coffee ☕️! The fresh hummus and peta are easily the best I ever had! The deserts are insanely good too (carrot cake, baklava, and rice pudding are my fav). You will have leftovers for a few days, but for a carry out/pickup place, the food is incredibly expensive. Just came into Columbus to visit friends and they suggested Lavash for lunch and I’m SO happy they did. Lavash is the one of the best restaurants I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a ton of places. The food is fresh with amazing quality. We tried over 5 dishes and all were incredible, especially the lamb chops and baba ghanoush. They get their spices straight from Palestine and it really shows, and probably the most flavorful Mediterranean food I’ve had. On top of the perfect dishes, the service was phenomenal. You’re treated warmly and we were given thoughtful recommendations. Will definitely be going back without question!

Great food with a daily vegetarian special. The portions are a decent size and come packed with flavor. My favorite is the vegetable stew. And don't forget their black bean hummus! The atmosphere is pretty calm and the dining area feels spacious. Unlike a lot of other restaurants in the area, Lavash Cafe engages with the community through occasional charity drives and bulletin boards of local events. The only downside is the parking availability. I can't fault the restaurant for that because they have their own parking lot with ample space for exclusively for their customers... but some people take up the spaces even though they are going to other places.

Outside tables were first-come-first-serve and with the weather on the day of my visit being 80 degrees, much sought after. The owner walked around and joked with customers. Parking is about on par with a medium-sized location in Clintonville. With the crowd, it was a bit challenging to walk up and get water and utensils. Will most definitely come again!

Great middle-eastern cuisine, very casual setting and you go to the counter to get your order after placing it. Preparation is usually very quick. Many great things to eat, but have a favorite lamb chops dish and a skewer of grilled shrimp. The staff is great and cheerful. Ask for the spice to top your rice and meat with, sumough,or sumac, a red, ground spice that has a unique flavor, but is kept behind the counter. Just sprinkle a pinch on! Place may seem pricey when you first look at the menu, but once you have eaten, you know why. Desserts are mostly baked and plentiful. Don't leave without some, even if that means taking the desserts to go!

We really like this restaurant. It's mostly meat and rice. I have seen a few vegan items on their specials screens. They have a few simple salads, a soup, hummus, gyros, fries and a few other Mediterranean staples. We have not had a bad meal yet, although we have had meals that we felt were over done/dry, but nothing awful. I would tell you the recipes were very authentic. They do attract a diverse crowd, and many immigrants that dine here. They have teas and fountain drinks. I have seen drinkable yogurt. I don't think they serve alcohol. I'm not sure if they serve it, but I have not seen coffee here. I also have not asked. They have a number of pastries here. Mostly phyllo types, but I have seen cakes and cookies too.

I just randomly picked this restaurant from TripAdvisor when I was in town on a Sunday evening. It was excellent! The food was perfectly flavored and was not overrun by garlic, which happens so many Mediterranean restaurants. I had gyro platter salad and rice. All the items tasted fresh and salad was really crisp and had excellent dressing. The inside is supercasual and cramped, but I was able to eat outside on the patio which was nice. I would strongly encourage Keri out in most cases if it was crowded.

About six months ago my seemingly never ending search for grade A Mediterranean takeout ended after my discovery of Lavash. This establishment has a quick order turn, allowing the food to still be warm while it’s presented at the door. With every order the team at Lavash checks every box. Although I am a vegetarian(so I haven’t tried everything), everything thing I’ve ordered has only been satisfactory. The portion sizes are large, so if you’re like me and can’t resist good food sitting in front of you, dish out your meal and put it away immediately. Unless you’re ready to eat yourself into a comatose state, unsure that you’ll be able to stand after the food is sadly gone. This is hands down one of my favorite places to order from, and a staple in the diversification of the Columbus food scene. Do yourself a favor, and place an order. I’m confident you won’t be displeased. Thanks for greatness Lavash!

Although I miss dining in at Lavash during quarantine I order take out very often & they have been graceful with the hard changes they have had to make. My order is never missing any items & they quote you the right time for pick up & bring it right out to your car. Even with the masks on you can tell they are smiling! From reading reviews we expected better quality food. Compared to other Mediterranean cafes such as Tazikis or Zoes, the food here was subpar. The lamb was over cooked and dry, and the rice was boring. The best part of the meal was the small salad. We did enjoy the outdoor seating. PS we did eat there while driving through Columbus. To repeat, this place was not up to the standards of other quick service Mediterranean restaurants.

This place actually has authentic food unlike other so called Mediterranean restaurants that populate Grandview. Top tier food. The staff gave my son a tour of their prayer room, and they stop to say hi every time we are there, even if it's just to buy pita (a huge package made in house for $4!). I highly recommed ordering from here if you want some awesome authentic Medditeranian cuisine. All their food is delicious, but here are my favorites: Their bread is fantastic-- homemade and fluffy, and the tabouli is one of the freshest I've ever had. For main courses, chicken kabobs are really well grilled, and yet juicy; and the beef and lamb kefta with rice really flavorful too. And for dessert, get the baklava.

Lavash has always and will always be a Columbus staple. It's the go-to mediterranean restaurant my family has frequented for more than a decade, whether for a special occasion or a quick lunch. Absolute favorite is the mixed grill platter to get a taste of everything (and has enough to go around for my family of 7), but if you aren't going with a big group I recommend the chicken shawerma with a side of hummus and fattoush. I recently moved from Columbus and Lavash is definitely the #1 restaurant I am missing!

Still the very best Mediterranean. The Latif family has created a fantastic atmosphere where everyone is treated like family. I've been coming here for years when I was introduced to the restaurant by my great neighbors, Lavash was my husband's and my first date, and we celebrate our daughter's birthdays here because it is her favorite place to go. My very picky children love Lavash's food, especially the black bean hummus and falafel. The staff is very friendly - Hachim was the best! Also I am vegetarian, and I consider Lavash to be very vegetarian friendly. They are good about letting you know if something isn't vegetarian or gluten free. Try the hot sauce! We only wish this place would open a restaurant in Dublin so we could eat here as often as we used to.

Best. Restaurant. Period. There is no comparison to subway or any other restaurant. Where else can you get fresh lamb, shrimp, or beef cooked to perfection, served with unlimited bread and a salad. By the way, each portion is large enough to feed two sumo wrestlers who haven't eaten in a week. Service is also great. You could eat off the floor if you so desired. Also, the owner, frequently makes rounds throughout the dining room, making sure people have everything they want. Shame to the man who compared this fantastic establishment to subway.

I agree with Gayle. My fiance and I were addicted to the place when it first opened, but now the food and service is completely inconsistent. We usually order to-go, and I can't tell you how many times I've gotten home to find they gave me the wrong meal or a ridiculously small amount (like $9 moussaka that was nothing more than 4 small cubes of eggplant and a ton of rice). I've taken food back and not gotten so much as an apology. I'd love to see the restaurant succeed, but I think the people working there just don't care.

Always good. If you go with a sandwich, it's fairly cheap, but the prices can get high on other items. Haven't had anything that wasn't great. Dessert selection is good, baba ganoush and hummus are good, and pitas excellent.

I love their shish kebab and their baba ghanouj as well as their rice pudding dessert (with cinnamon) The baba tastes as it should, smoked. The meat is always tender. The kibbeh is excellent also.
