Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner for the first time at the Cheyenne location last Saturday. Knowing how busy this chain restaurant can get, we went a bit before the dinner rush and got seated right away. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left the service was absolutely outstanding! The staff was attentive and friendly. We even had a floor manager come up after service to check how everything was, which in my opinion shows that they care about customer's experience, which is a very nice touch! As for the food, we've been to a bunch of different Texas Roadhouses in different states and rarely had a bad experience in general but this visit by far was one of my favorite. The food came out quick, hot and tasted fresh but most importantly our steaks were cooked to the temperature we requested! We'll be back for sure!

I would say the best steak I ever have in this restaurant chain. Staffs are friendly and attentive to your needs. The steaks are cooked perfectly to our desire and their bread are freshly baked not oven heated. We enjoyed our meal and I recommend that you stop at this texas roadhouse whenever your in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Always good food and friendly service. Always busy too. We did the call ahead and only waited about 20 minutes. Our waiter was a bit forgetful. Had to repeatedly ask for things. Ordered drinks, after the others were delivered, we had to ask twice for the beer. When we placed the food order, asked for bbq and ranch for the Chicken Critters, had to ask twice after the food was served. Asked twice for more bread. Notice the pattern here? Lol. Taking our food to go, had to as three times for a lid for the ranch. Made for a irritating experience. Like I said, they were busy, and I can see forgetting one time, but it was the theme for the night. Not from here, so it will be awhile before I'm back to this particular establishment. I will continue to visit others.

First time at a Texas Roadhouse in years. Make sure you call ahead to be seated at this one. Its popular and for good reasons. The food is delicious. The staff is pleasant to talk with. We got seated at "Willie's Corner" and it made me really really happy. I didn't know he had a special spot there but now I do. Anyway. I'm not a big drinker, in fact, I don't drink more than one or two alcoholic beverages a year. This dinner I decided to treat myself to a what I believe is called a "Kenny's Cooler" with a kicker. I may have to come back and edit that because I cannot find it on google right now but I will attach a pic. I needed about 5 more of those because it was GOOD! My other half and I ordered burgers for our meal and our little one had a hot dog and corn. Great food, good atmosphere...darn good drinks! Will be back!

We frequent this Roadhouse restaurant, about 3 times a month. They are always busy around dinner, so we arrive early, and have appetizers before dinner. The staff are always great to us, and we never have issues with our food order, or drinks. The manager spoke to us on our recent visit. We remarked that the rattlesnake bites were really good, versus last time had them. She said that they tried a different approach, it didn't work, so they went back to the original way of preparing them. They are fully staffed, and try really hard to ensure your visit is good. Our server, Savannah, was very good. She was busy, but did a good job of handling our 4 guests.

First time there, and was impressed. Fried pickles are amazing, the cheese burgers are really good, and big. Don't really care for the steak cut fries, but that's alright. I do think the rolls and cinnamon butter is a bit overrated...they are good, but that's just my opinion.

Went for a good burger, but when we walked by the steak counter we had to have steak's. They didn't disappoint! Great flavor! Their salads are fresh and yummy. And topped off with a drink it was a wonderful experience. Did I mention the rolls? Wonderful staff too! Side note - the music was turned down - loved that we could talk across the table!

allergen menu was not available on paper but a manager came and sat with us to explain what was safe, questionable and off limits. The menu available to her (as an employee) was in depth, specific and I was able to safely eat off with some alterations. Our waitress was very good. She was prompt, polite, friendly, she visited the table numerous times to check on us and refill our drinks. The food was hot, delicious and filling. It was very crowded but, then again it was a Saturday evening.

The food was cooked perfectly (I love my medium-rare steak and fall off the bone ribs.) Our server was attentive and checked on us regularly without being a pest. It was a great dining experience, just like I would expect at any Texas Roadhouse. Our server this evening was Ingrid. I would highly recommend sitting in her section. Ingrid was personable, patient, and super friendly. It's servers like Ingrid that bring business back.

Busy place, expect to wait. Use the online check in to shave minutes off. Staff didn't seem to know how to the online check in worked, was told my place in line started when I arrived at the restaurant. What's the point of online check in? Luckily we didn't wait that long and it was beneficial to check in online. Wait staff was great.

I've lived in Cheyenne six years. This restaurant is the only one in town that I have been to on multiple occasions and I have never had a bad meal or experience. The food is always good. The service is always good. Zero complaints. My family and I went last night and once again, we had a great experience. The manager that looks and even kind of sounds like Seth Rogen--Jeremiah? That guy is an awesome manager. Our server -I wish I could remember her name (long blonde hair, pony tail, was working the section between the bar and a kitchen exit by the bathrooms)--she was excellent. Best service I've had in a very long time. Thanks for ALWAYS being stellar in a town filled with mediocrity.

We stopped in for an early dinner before driving back to Denver and had to wait about 10 before a server even approached our table. Then another wait to get our food order. We then waited 30 minutes for our meal to arrive! The place was not very busy on this Friday afternoon! Our server, Michael was very friendly but could have done a better job following up on our meal in awe timely manner to keep the entire experience from turning unpleasant. We visit Cheyenne quite often and have always enjoyed a meal at Texas Roadhouse before we drive back to Denver but it will be awhile before we stop again.

This place is great. I come to Cheyenne often from out of town. Most of the time we eat when visiting it’s here. Food is great, pricing is more than reasonable. I think they have some of the best ribs and sides you can order anywhere. Oh and let’s not forget the addicting rolls with cinnamon butter. Wait staff is always pleasant and pretty attentive. Environment is great with fun decor and tunes that aren’t super loud. Dim lighting also gives off an intimate vibe. Parking is a bit cramped and wait can be long if they’re busy.

The appetizer was okay. The portobello mushroom chicken was way too salty and was unable to finish. Ate less than 1/2. Even the steamed broccoli and carrots was overly salty and appear to be drenched in butter. Kind of defeats the purpose of steam vegetables. I usually have good outings at Texas Roadhouse however this one missed the mark.

Love the food and drinks are great. A shout out to Dwi at the bar she is phenomenal and is very personalized love her. Update I love coming here weekly for the great food and drinks. Honestly another reason I love coming here is Dwi at the bar she is always so welcoming and polite she's such a great asset to this establishment. Came to my favorite restaurant in the whole world tonight... We had a an amazing server named I-Sack. Very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Great Service when it came to making sure we had everything. Checking that the food was good. Went out of his way if there was anything extra needs or we had questions. TRH is again our go-to here in Cheyenne. We have tried pretty much every steak house, but TRH is consistent. I just about always order the roadkill with no onions, no salt on my potato, and medium well for the meat. Just about always right on the money. My wife and boys love the steaks and always have good things to say about their food. Service is good and the restaurant is always clean when we go in. We do like the call ahead seating and being able to wait in the car with a/c until you have a table ready. Kudos for a great experience.

I’ve not even gotten my food yet but this is one of the greatest restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of going to. When I received my first order of drink, an ice cold water with two juicy lemons, my mouth salivated uncontrollably. I gulped up the entire cup quicker then I could run around a track, which is really fast because I’m really fast. After some light conversation with my acquaintances I noticed my cup being very kindly refilled by Bree. Now this alone did not garner a 5 star response; no, it was only the beginning. As she took our orders, I slurped down the second water before she could even finish taking the orders. I didn’t expect the water to refilled but low and behold she immediately refilled my drink with the speed of a cougar. I sat there starstruck, jaw on the floor eyes popping out of my head, tongue agape. After I regained my composure, I again got to guzzling my water and now that my water tank had been somewhat filled, the rate at which I tippled the drink slowed down. Even so, when my drink was almost finished, I was again flabbergasted when I found my water being filled again. Bree, understanding that I am a water enjoyer even offered to let me use the entire pitcher. Food is still not here but that does not matter at all, if I could give the roadhouse a higher rating I would. The Office, take notes, this is a truly fine dining establishment.

I would like to start by mentioning that I do not eat out often. I do not eat out often because I feel no need to waste money on mediocrity. This is not the case with Texas Roadhouse. On a dark and gloomy day I can go here to have life breathed back into me by their world class staff. Selflessly putting my needs above their own to go the extra mile for my happiness. To truly ensure that I not only enjoy my meal, but also my experience with their smiles and enthusiasm. Not only are the employees superb human beings, but their food is immaculate as well. I can literally taste the love and care grilled into the entrees as if this was their last meal to prepare before being taken by the Lord. I have been brought to tears over their beautiful creations in the culinary arts. I will continue to go back for many years to come.

I had a nice steak dinner. The service was good but it was a bit pricey. I had a 8 Oz. Steak, baked potato, green beans and a salad. The steak was very tender. Everything was fresh and well made. I also had a margarita it was very good but nine dollars is a bit much for a drink.

1000000 stars!! I wanted to give a massive overwhelming thank you to our server Allison!! My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Denver and exploring the state and found ourselves close to Cheyenne and decided to eat at Texas roadhouse there. Our server Allison was above and beyond amazing. She was so friendly and warm and helpful!! My wife and I eat out pretty frequently and we both said she gave us the best service either one of us have ever had in our lives!! No small detail missed... she was on it and so much extra care and attention. The place was very busy too and close to closing time and she was still so amazing and upbeat and positive and helpful. Please please please thank her for us, she deserves praise and recognition for her dedication to making ours and I'm sure every customers visit top notch. Wife and I love love love her and want to steal her and keep her forever. Please thank her for us. Manager Jeremiah was also top notch!! He came to our table and asked how the food and service was during our meal, introduced himself and told us to grab him if we needed anything. We did end up taking him up on that offer but just to compliment our amazing server Allison. He was so happy and gracious and friendly and was excited about the feedback we gave him on Allison. He invited us to dine there again soon but we told him we were from Illinois honeymooning in Colorado and visiting Wyoming and he was so congratulatory and kind. Thank them both for us!! I wish we had that kind of service everywhere! Had to travel 1000+ miles to find the best service there is! Thank you all again so much!

Great dining and service every time we come here. Last time we went they had just run out of the prime rib and our server suggested a ribeye for my wife. She always enjoys the prime rib and was happy with rib eye, so now we have a back up if we go and they run out. I especially enjoy the green beans with bacon.

Steaks were cooked to our preference (two rare and one med well), the server was attentive without hovering, and the tea was so fresh it was still kinda warm. We have a positive experience each time we're in there which is also a nice fat positive.

Great food and service. Only problem was I prefer my prime rib with raw horseradish and the server kept forgetting to bring it. Went back to the kitchen 3 times before he remembered to bring it. About 15 min after my prime rib was placed on our table. I dont think the server was really to blame I know he wrote it on the ticket and he seemed to have over 10 tables just to himself. Always delicious. The wait staff is always friendly and on point. When they do make the occasional mistake they comp you, let you keep the mistake, and give you a replacement. One of the girls at the bar remembered my brother's and my name after only meeting us once. The only downside is they are almost always busy. If you can make it between 4 and 5 it's not too bad. Otherwise, you will definitely want to use the app to get on their wait-list.

UPDATE 11/09/2021: Received a call from their manager, Devin, who wanted to make it right for us and gave us a free dinner, very nice. The sit down service has ALWAYS been good which is why I specifically said the To Go Service. THIS REVIEWS IS ONLY ON THE TO-GO SERVICE: During the lockdown time their TO-GO service was top notch, but now in the last two months they've really messed up. I just picked up an order this evening and one of the meals had the wrong type of potato and some of the condiments were missing. The last order all the condiments were missing. Fortunately, we were home and could remedy that but when you pay $50++ for a meal - it should be correct all the way down to the condiments. The other thing is the last two orders, the food was cold and we had to reheat it.

Quarantine sucks but last night the staff of Cheyenne's Texas Roadhouse and their manager Sarah made a lasting and very good impression on myself and my husband! We ordered pick-up and somehow got the wrong order. I called and was asked to return as the kitchen was remaking our order right that very moment. When we arrived we were directed to pull up front, were presented with ice teas to drink while waiting and Sarah took the time to chat with us for a moment even while they were all so busy. In the end our food was hot from the kitchen, absolutely delicious and what could have been a really awful experience was made darn near fun because of Sarah's willingness to own the mistake and her dedication to making her customers' experience a good one no matter the circumstance. I've been to this location twice now. I'm fairly simple with my choices for this chain. I get an 8oz serlion blue rare, cesar salad and a sweet potato with butter. I drink a whiskey sour with Jameson, and a water. This last time my steak and 3 other people's at my table were cooked wrong. The waitress apon hearing this had them make us a new steaks. She took very good care of me and my guest both times I was here. Drinks were always refilled checking on us at just the right time and pleasant the whole visit. I will definitely come through next time I have buisenes in Cheyenne.

We were ready to wait 35-40 minutes for a table and were surprised when it only took 10 minutes. Our waitress was Cassy and she was pretty good. Kept drinks full and asked a few times if everything was all right. My potato soup was forgotten and I said don't worry about it as my entree was already there. Cassy came a few minutes later with my soup ready to go in take home containers with the condiments in a separate bag on the side. That was great! Food tasted delicious from the peanuts, the fresh dinner rolls, tender steaks and the honey mustard. YUM!

As you enter the restaurant you can see some great steaks which represent the menu fare. Pretty impressive. I had the Beef Medallions with mushrooms (as a side) and a Caesar Salad. Topped that off with a Blue Moon. The salad was cold, fresh, and crispy - very refreshing. The medallions were cooked perfectly - medium rare. The size - about 6 oz - was perfect for a light dinner. The only oddity was that the mushrooms were tiny. Not the portion, but the physical size of each mushroom. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit with accoutrements befitting a Texas theme. Recommend if you are in Cheyenne, WY searching for a meaty meal.

I haven't eaten at roadhouse too many times but I've eaten steak for decades. The bone in ribeye was grisly and Saaaalllty. Not sure if it was the state I was in. But the Midwestern states we're always good. This one however was not . I hate complaining about my food but it's hard 2 pay $26 for two bites. the Fresh Veggies were almost Raw. I've had softer steamed vegetables at a Chinese restaurant and we all know how firm those are. I'm giving it three stars because it's possible it was just so busy there this evening that they didn't pay good enough attention. Which resulted in what I received..My server was top-notch. Management took the price of the steak off my bill and gave me a voucher for free appetizer 4 the next time. Very kind of them although I would have just preferred to have a nice meal with my friend.

In the past has been very good. Today was not. My husband's blended drink came on the rocks. My house salad without tomatoes came with tomatoes. The last few visits my steak seemed to be a thinner cut, tough and grisly. Our waitress that waited on us yesterday didn't seem like she cared one way or another about out experience. I would rate it, eh...no big deal. Would have been better off saving my money and going to a burger joint.

I like the enthusiasm of the servers and staff at the Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne. I like the food too. What I don't like is the sort of pushing its of the servers and I know that that is how they're trained and it is the style of Texas Roadhouse but I do have to sort of grin and bear it when I agree to go there with my friends who actually really love it and have no problem saying no to a second drink or an appetizer or a dessert even when it's asked for the second or third time! I have to say I was pleased with the early bird dinner specials that make dining at Texas Roadhouse very quick and fairly inexpensive. And who doesn't love peanuts on the table?!
