Pizza is always fantastic and most of the time not missing ingredients. However when online ordering please be patient during Covid it takes a little longer than normal. Would rate it higher but walk in orders seem to get their order faster (the last 2 times we ordered) and not just one or two but 5 and more.

High quality ingredients, good service, order online through the app and you won't ever have to wait. App is a bit clunky but works. Prices are decent but the big pizza places are actually cheaper and you won't have to CIY.

Custom ordered my cowboy pizza. All I asked for was no black olives and garlic instead. They obviously don’t actually read the orders. Did not have time to wait around to have it remade. Don’t offer customized orders if it’s not going to happen

Awesome pizza. We love the vegetarian gourmet with the white sauce and thin crust. My teenage boys love the Chicago pizza pie. The ingredients are always fresh and the place is clean. Friendly staff, even when it gets crazy busy. I recommend calling ahead for your pizza on Fridays.

Great service. Very busy on Tuesdays and Fridays, so call your order ahead of time. Can also make orders online with the phone app. Food is great! Just take it home and bake it. I do suggest that if you get any of the pizza pies, move the toppings evenly across the top but clear of the center so it will cook thoroughly in the center and not be gooey.

I've known about this place for years, but somehow my subconscious associated them with Papa John's, and therefore, I'd rather have starved to death. Huge mistake! Their pizza is really delicious. Great for a quick dinner or having friends over. Staff was really nice too.

Online ordering leaves something to be desired. Ended up having to call in order and lose the discount. Very confusing walking into the store, sign to the right says to pay there for online and call in orders but no one at the register and management blamed "lazy workers" for the sign not being turned around. Ordered a dessert pizza which the manager yelled at me repeatedly that it was in the fridge in the customer lobby area, it was not! Another employee had to get it from the back because they hide them? The pizza was okay, and thats being generous. I used to order a pizza a week here but the quality has really gone down hill, rude management is less than welcoming and the online system screwing me out of a discount because I pay with cash is frustrating. I'll probably try them again in a couple of months but really have no high expectations for this location.

Ordered online and a worker was outside as I started to dial to pickup my order. He said he would run in and pick it up but I sat for longer than they said it would take if I would have just called myself. When I called the same guy answered and said "now where is that". He came right out with it so obviously it wS sitting beside him the whole time. Good pizza though.

We moved to Cheyenne from the west coast just before the school year began and was pleased to find multiple locations of Papa Murphy's. I mean, keep meals simple while unpacking right? This location gave us excellent takeout service. The pizza was delicious as usual, the salad was the best ever, and u-bake chocolate chip cookie dough is a miracle to my taste buds! Just like the pizza, you can't get this kind of quality from your average parlor or bakery. Man, how do you guys pull this off? The crew was very friendly, down to earth, and seemed as though they enjoyed serving the best pizza on earth. This is why my family will keep coming back for more. Thank you for being in our new home town!

This place is always packed, make sure to order ahead. The crew is always very courteous and proficient with getting orders out. Get pizzas here more often than anywhere else in town! Always recommend papa murphys.

It was crowded for 10 dollar Tuesday. They still need to work on their pizza making queue. There was about a half hour between when my first pizza was made and my last two pizzas were made. That was after I had to ask them about my order which was put in over a half hour earlier. There were people who came in and ordered after I got their that left with their pizza before me.

I love Papa Murphy’s but last time (Tues)was disappointed in the lack of enforcement of the 5 person rule inside the store. Eight to ten people were waiting to get served and most had no masks on and were not distancing. I would like to see the employees take a more active roll in enforcing their policy and have patrons wear masks. WY is doing pretty well with Covid but we need to be vigilant to keep it under control.

Before I started working here, i made a few visits as a customer and i must say that i was surprised at the cleanliness of the place. Three service was great and the food was top notch. Definitely a place to grab a gourmet pizza without breaking the bank!

If you go around 5:00 on Tuesday, place your order at least an hour in advance of when you'd like to pick it up. Even with additional staff it is pretty hoppin' with the Tuesday pizza deal.

The choice of selection of items is wonderful and the efficiency of the staff is noteworthy. Understandable instructions are provided. If the pizza turns out wrong then the fault is yours. It is hard to go wrong.

Love the pizzas and the employees but the management is kind of a joke. They dont even take $50 or $100 bills even if your bill equals $50. I'm a Papa Murphy's fan for life but it seems like they have questionable managment standards almost everywhere in the country.

The pizza was delicious, but the wait doe it getting made was terrible. I did my order online but I had to wait over a half hour between my first pizza and my others to get made. There were people who walked onto the store while I was there and ordered and left with their pizza before I got mine.

Ordered a large THIN crust half and half pizza - half red sauce, pepperoni & black olives and half creamy garlic sauce, green onions & onion mix with Italian sausage over the whole pie. They overdid the creamy garlic sauce and didn't use the THIN crust using their regular crust instead.

I just can't ever get all that excited about this pizza. The price is not great given the overhead they save from not having to cook your pizza for you. Still costs the same as any delivery and the pizza is average (at best) for the price.
