Dinner was perfect! The portions were great and I was able to bring some home for lunch. We ordered the chefs favorite and the tour of Italy. We also had a a desert and it was good too. Would recommend this place to others. Nice quiet place to relax and enjoy a meal with your loved ones

As my first time trying Napoli’s, I instantly fell in love. The restaurant environment was calming and the food was amazing. I tried the Gnocchi Al Pesto, a very creamy and delicious treat. They did seem understaffed (granted, my trip to Napoli’s was during a holiday weekend). Our waiter, a taller, blond gal was great and made our experience super enjoyable!

I’m from back east so naturally I know good Italian food. This place literally deserves a gold metal! My boyfriend and I literally drive up from Fort Collins to come here. You won’t find anything better from Colorado to Wyoming as far as authentic Italian food. I’m literally transported back to my Italian roots and back east with each bite. Amazing food deserves 5 stars not 4.7 or whatever the rating is. The tour of Italy is a great choice if you’ve never been. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks you guys for providing the best Italian in the Wild West!

Traveling solo, just passing through, and my first dinner choice was bust. I like Italian, and Napoli's was one of a couple places pointed out to me. The bar was nice, bartender and a couple people at the bar were all friendly. Good service. I had their chicken parm; while it was good, I have had better. Still, I'd be willing to try other items if I'm ever back that way.

Beyond our expectations! Our first time in Cheyenne. We didn't know what to expect. Everything we ordered was amazing and the portions were great. We even had leftovers. Our server, Dave was amazing. Thank you for your service. I hope you get through this tough time during Covid-19 cuz people need to try the amazing food on your menu.

From the time we walked in the door we were smiled at and greeted and treated like royalty. Such fun! The food was delicious, the service excellent, the atmosphere lovely (the music was absolutely beautiful), and the entire experience celebratory. This is my new favorite restaurant. Oh, and to hear the server and bartender speaking together in Italian--such fun!

We went for Valentine’s dinner and for my first time in the restaurant I am excited to go back! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable. The food tastes great, comes out hot, and is reasonably priced. The ambiance is very nice, has modern amenities, and isn’t intimidating for new comers. Some of the seating is a little tight, but if you want great Italian food in Cheyenne, I recommend Napoli’s very highly!

Amazing! Celebrated a birthday with our family and it was perfect!! Everyone cleaned their plates, even the 18 month old. Service was amazing too. They let us in before they even opened because it was cold outside. It was a perfect birthday.

While traveling we stopped overnight in Cheyenne and decided to find an Italian restaurant for dinner. We found a winner! Since we’d just arrived we hadn’t made a reservation but thankfully they had a table available. Our server Gino was very pleasant and helpful, from wine to food choices. Our entrees (Chef’s Special and Eggplant Parmigiana) were excellent and we’d highly recommend both. The rolls were some of the best we’ve had, fresh, warm, and seasoned.

The only nitpick is the difficult to read menus in the dim lighting (italic description text). I'm sure you could pick a few things at random and they'd be great, anyway. Can't wait to come back!

One of the very best restaurants in Cheyenne. The staff is incredibly friendly. I've had the same server a few times and he always recognizes us and is wonderful. The food is also great, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend the tiramisu.

Timed order took a little longer, but not much. Had the Stromboli Sandwich and the bread and seasoning on the bread was phenomenal, very tasty.

First, the food was delicious. All of it. These guys make incredible Italian dishes. But we won't be ordering again for a different reason. We ordered 4 entrée's and paid just under $80. The amount of food we got was extremely dissapointing. I shouldn't have looked at the posted photos when coming to leave my review as those photos show portion sizes at least twice as large for at least 3 of the four items we ordered. For example there were 3 mussels and 3 shrimp in the seafood Alfredo, which I don't think was unfair, but there was so so little pasta you could see the bottom of the tray. Out of curiosity I measured it. Just under one cup of pasta. So 3 mussels, 3 shrimp, and one cup of cooked pasta w/ sauce for $22? I value good food and I don't mind paying for good food, but I also value my budget and I can't fathom how anyone would willingly pay for what I recieved. And the pictures online showing these nice sized portions just adds insult to injury.

Adorable old building, extremely attentive staff, excellent wine list, excellent menu, excellent food. Don't eat the warm fresh bread when you sit down, you will need it to soak up every drop of sauce! Get the garlic shrimp appetizer, perfect for two. That sauce is worth half of your bread, save the rest for the chicken picatta sauce. Yummy! And if you still have a bite of bread, butter it for a nice finish to the meal to go with the rest of your wine! Try the penne with pink sauce, sausage and ham too.

An evening at Napoli's is among the best dining experiences Cheyenne has to offer. The food here carries the flavors and indulgence of fine dining, however, the portion sizes are all home cooking. You'll leave full and immensely satisfied. Some of the standouts I've tried are the Napoli's Special, Tour of Italy, and Chicken Alfredo. Their mixed drink specials are also excellent and refreshingly different. Furthermore, the prices are well worth the quality. Though, the absolute best part of this whole establishment is David, the server. This man is the embodiment of professionalism and courtesy, and he truly makes one feel at home during their stay. Thank you David!

The food here is amazing it is truly the fine Italian food that Cheyenne has been missing. It definitely leans a little more to the fine dining aspect instead of the family dining that they advertise. Make sure to try their fresh baked bread, additionally we had the Napoli's Special and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The sauces are to die for!

We drove in late from South Dakota, making our way south back to Denver. This was Valentine's Day evening, we were wearing sweats and did not have a reservation. The restaurant was clearly busy, yet they were able to seat us almost immediately. Feeling a little underdressed, we were taken to our table in the middle of the back room, packed full of couples. Long story short, the martini and the wine we're outstanding, and the food absolutely superb. We came in hungry and exhausted from a long drive, and left with two big grins on our face. Still had another 2 hour drive to Denver in the middle of a snow storm. There is not much more to say, this was an easy A+. Thank you to the staff for a great experience! *Added 2 photos from SD.

On my way from San Francisco to Boston I found Napoli...a little gym of a place. Honestly I wasn't expecting super great Italian cuisine in Cheyenne. Not being critical of Cheyenne, it's just that I did not expect it. Boy was I wrong. Wonderful homemade bread, wonderful salad, and incredible pasta. This place could easily thrive in San Francisco or Boston it's that good.

For a second, I forgot I was in Cheyenne the first time I went there. This is a place that could hold it’s own in Denver, Dallas , Atlanta, you name the city, this place would be among the top slots to dine. It began when I walked in and was met with an extremely courteous and professional hostess. Then I took a seat at the bar. This is where I was really taken aback. The wine service is off the chain. They really know what they’re doing here. The presentation, the pairing, the descriptions of body and flavor; first rate and accurate. I thought I was in Chicago or The Bay Area. The waitstaff and bar staff are as professional, genuine, and hospitable as you’d find anywhere. On my second visit I already felt like a valued regular. I’ve been four times now and have tried four separate entrees with nothing but satisfaction. If I had one complaint it would be that each time I go in, they’re already out of veal. Which is probably it’s own five star review by itself. I’ll be back again and again. Best restaurant in Cheyenne with the best staff in Wyoming. And with the quality and ambiance I get when I’m there, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices.

My wife and I ate at Napoli's for the first time yesterday. We both ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. We have tried ordering fettuccine Alfredo from many different restaurants over the years, and the chef at Napoli's totally nailed it. It was very good. The service was friendly and the ambiance was nice. We plan to return the next time we get cravings for pasta (and will likely become regulars there).

Food was delicious and the service was fantastic! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who was serving us because he was so polite and just absolutely amazing! We had arrived 30 minutes before they closed and he was just so polite instead of rushing us! He was also very respectful of my service dog. I wish he had not pet him the first time he saw him but he ignored him the rest of the time we were there and didn't obsess over him the whole time like other restaurants I've been to. I will definitely be returning for sure!

I've been all over the U.S. and this is the best Italian food I've ever had. Such a unique find in a small town. Customer service is unmatched. The staff treated my kids with absolute respect...that might sound odd but you'll understand when you go. They really felt special being there and being treated so well. This was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had, and I've been everywhere. My whole family (kids included) just loved everything. The service, the ambiance, the food. THE FOOD! Oh it was devine. They could have charge $10 more a plate and it still would have been worth it. The drinks were fantastic as well. The appetizer was spaced perfectly from the main course. Other restaurants bring your dinner out five minutes after you get your appetizer, but these guys had their timing just perfect. Didn't get to try desserts, but I wish I could have. I'm sure they would have been just as amazing. I will come here every time I'm in town.

I was a little hesitant to bring my casually dressed family including two youngsters who are not used to going to restaurants, but the staff couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. Piatti deliziosi! Beautiful restaurant and ambiance. I called in advance on my way, had my wife and 5 kids. They welcomed us, and treated us well. The kids loved the pizza and Chicken Alfredo. Although it can definitely be called fine dining, my children are used to it so the others there were undisturbed. Will visit again anytime I'm in Cheyenne.

We had dinner here and Dave was our waiter. The food was amazing and Dave was one of the Best waiters we have had in a long time! The calamari was cut stripes from calamari steaks which is hard to find and makes for the Best calamari. The pizza and chicken parmesan we're both really good as well. So delicious and the staff is amazing! I had the shrimp alfredo... the shrimp was tender and the sauce was creamy, yet light. My husband enjoyed his chicken piccata. It was cooked to perfection with a tasty wine sauce. And don't forget the tiramisu... heaven!

- Phenomenal service, charming atmosphere, delicious food and all for the same price as some cookie cutter, chain restaurant. First off, as soon as you enter this restaurant, the atmosphere is amazing and unique. Especially in Cheyenne. It looks like a place that would have a dress code to dine in, but fortunately for me no dress code here. My family and I were immediately seated. Our waiter greeted us with the menu shortly after we were seated. As this was our first time dining, we asked for a recommendation. The waiter said the the calamari was a good choice, so we placed an order of them with our drinks. The food was served piping hot. Calamari can be tough and chewy if over cooked and it is EASY to over cook it. It was so soft and tender, there was no fishy after taste. Absolutely cooked to perfection! Also, my children kept calling our waiter a "Water Ninja" because he refused to let our glasses reach empty. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone considering eating quality Italian cuisine for a chain restaurant price. I will be returning soon.

Pretty nice dining experience. The server was awesome, my water glass was never empty and empty plates were not on the table long after they became empty. The menu was good but to me it lacked in some real Italian cuisine. Don't get me wrong, they had good choices, but the choices honestly felt the same as other places and it seemed like everything had spaghetti noodles in the recipe description. The food was amazing though. I had the chicken picatta and the white wine sauce was honestly one of the best white wine sauces I've had. I would definitely recommend and go back to eat at Napoli's.

Great gem in Cheyenne. The staff is top notch, the food is great. Our 2nd visit. Seafood alfredo, shrimp ravioli, manicotti, their moscato is very good. The raspberry cheesecake is also quite good. The building inside is old and gives the restaurant a vintage look with a contemporary spin on execution. Danny was so nice to us and chatted with us at our table for a while. The prices are more than reasonable and the food portions are HUGE. We can not wait to go back. Thank you guys for all of your hard work.

Prompt, friendly service and amazing food. Went here to have a great Italian meal and catch up with an old friend. I had never been here prior to this but I was most certainly impressed. The servers are well dressed, friendly, and professional. The manager is very welcoming as well. The food is authentic and tastes great. One of the best chicken parmesan dishes I've had. OMG. The atmosphere is lovely and evocative, with Italian opera playing softly in the background. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food, oh the FOOD! It was perfect-really excellent Italian cuisine, and the cocktails were yummy as well. I had the Tour of Italy, which included Chicken Parm, Fettuccini Alfredo, and Lasagne, and every one of them was to die for! I would have gone back the next day and done it all over again if I could! Took the boyfriend here for his birthday and it was our 1st time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting and the service was phenomenal. I took my wife for dinner there a week ago and the food and service were wonderful. The place was full and they really worked well as a team. I don't write reviews that often but these guys went above and beyond after we left. I didn't know it but had left my nice sunglasses at my table and my wife got a facebook message from the waitress (not sure what she looked like with the mask) letting us know they had my glasses at the front. I feel like most places would have pocketed them. First class food service and they go the extra mile.

Great food good atmosphere and not too loud like other restaurants so you could actually hold a conversation. The Chicken Parmesan was excellent and the spaghetti with meatballs was great, we were both full and didn't even get an appetizer or dessert. Our waitress seemed new so she struggled a bit with water and forgot to offer us fresh grated cheese on our meals but the staff was friendly and courteous, we will definitely go again.

Good, but not great. I felt the portion sizes were small for the price. The flavors were all individual and everything we had tasted great. The desert was clearly from a box as half of it was frozen. The alcoholic drink we had was overpriced. The meal came with a very nice bread, but no salad with the entree. Our waiter Aiden was fabulous and very attentive. Over all we were pleased, but definitely not impressed.

If you have a special occasion, don't go to Olive Garden, come here!... Even if it's not a special occasion, the prices are very reasonable and the food is incredible. Service is wonderful. Baton, our server, took very good care of us and made the night memorable. This was the perfect place after a long day of errands. We came by casually dressed, but felt right at home. I hope to come back for the weekend, the atmosphere is classy for food and a drink.

There was another family there while we were, who were being rather difficult, but the waitress kept calm and still treated them kindly. I was impressed. I got the Tour of Italy and a Tiramisu and everything was very good. The meal came with bread as well which was fantastic! My only complaint is that the chicken parm was drenched in sauce, so it got a little soggy. I did take my food to go, but once Covid times subside I would like to eat in the restaurant and give it another try.

The food is a very nice change to other Italian places in Cheyenne. Very good home made sauce. You are greeted immediately upon entering. We had a trio of food and all was excellent! The only thing we didn't care about is the price for a salad was $7. It was not included with your meal. Their bread is freshly baked and wonderful. I hope this place makes it as it's very good!

The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and they were so accommodating to my husbands uncle who's in a wheelchair. The food came out relatively fast and everyone was so nice, but the bathrooms were disappointing to say the least. they were cramped, the paint on the walls was cracking and scuffed and dirty. They need to completely redo the bathrooms for it to be better. The bathroom looks nothing like the main restaurant and they're also really hard to find

My husband and I had lunch here today and were very impressed. I had the chicken piccata and thought it was excellent. Very good flavor, fresh and good portion size. I had a Cesar salad that was good, maybe just a little more dressing? We shared a Tarimisu dessert that was excellent. Our server was attentive and kind. A couple of gentlemen checked on us, assuming they were owners and they were also quite nice. We just had a real enjoyable experience and plan to return.

Great price for the best Italian food! We have eaten at many Italian restaurants in Ca, Ny, Il, and paid top dollar, but this place was the best!!!! Service was amazing. Our server was Kelly and she was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Between my Hubby, son and I, we tried the sausage, peppers parmesan, the baby clams in white sauce, and the fruit de mare. They were all amazing. We also shared both the cheesecake and the tiramisu, while the they both good, the tiramisu was phenomenal. This was our first visit, and during COVID the staff all wore masks and stayed at least 6 ft from each other, we had an early dinner so there was only 1 other table and they were across the restaurant from us. I highly recommend this place! We will be back, often.

Italian food is my favorite and I eat it whenever I can. This was the best I've ever had. I had the chicken parmesan and my daughter had the tour if Italy, she said the same as me. I stole a bite of her Alfredo and it was different (better) than any Alfredo I've tasted. I can't say enough about this place, Cheyenne is lucky to have it.

My fried ravioli tasted frozen not fresh. The marinara, was in need of more garlic!! Tortellini tasted frozen too. For the price would prefer fresh. Bread was good, but would like maybe a pesto versus just plain butter. Drinks were spot on. Will reconsider if they improve. Staff was nice enough though, atmosphere ok.

This is the second time I've been here and ordered the Osso Bucco both times. Absolutely well cooked, so tender with a very light juice and two vegetables. There were there of us and everyone totally enjoyed their meals. Atlantic Salmon and Chefs Choice, shrimp chicken tortilini with cream sauce. Very well attended to by the waiters. Dave was very attentive to the us and other diners. Highly recommend this restaurant in Cheyenne. Very good service.

Probably one of the best Italian food places in the city. Great atmosphere, great food, prices are fantastic consider you can spend as much as you would at a Denny's and yet you get infinitely better quality food. They also do doordash, and if you get "a taste of Italy" you easily get enough for a full meal and some leftovers, which by the way even when reheated is pretty freaking good. The meatballs are straight from God.

We were driving back from South Dakota and exhausted. Looking for "the best Italian food in Cheyenne" and Napoli's came up, so we went! Dave was great with my kids, and opened them up to the experience (cloth tablecloths are not a regular dining experience). While there was a mistake with our order, he brought my daughter a paper napkin rose to make it up to her, and she spent the rest of the drive trying to figure out how to make her own. As for the food!!! The kids both had pizza and swear it was the best they've ever had. I can agree that the leftovers might not be eaten by them. We're all looking forward to an excuse to get back to Cheyenne and make sure to stop in at Napoli's and save room for dessert!

This location is ok. The portion size is half the size of the Grand Island Napoli’s which is disappointing for the cost. Don’t order the pasta sampler through DoorDash. Was expecting a good sized meal but only came with 1 ravioli, no manicotti (which was supposed to be included) and a bite size piece of lasagna. Sent a comment through DoorDash and never got a response back as to what happened with this meal. Don’t think we will be eating here again. Food taste great but just not work the high prices.

I ordered the sausage pepper parmesan and I recieved a very large portion for the price. The peppers were cooked to perfection! We also ordered the shrimp with white wine and lemon as an appetizer. While relatively new, this establishment has incredible potential. The building is beautiful and perfect for a downtown restaurant. It almost feels too high class for Cheyenne's environment. The food is absolutely excellent. However, there are a few downsides. The restaurant could use a better delegation of space and staffing. The reason I give Napoli a four start rating is because the food is five star worthy, but the service is currently lacking. Napoli is understaffed and would benefit from a few dedicated staff. With the right management and staffing, I believe this restaurant could run Olive Garden out of town.

Hands down the best Italian food in Cheyenne! The service is always on point as well! Water glasses topped off, plates cleared quickly (yet never feeling rushed), and the servers seem to care about your experience. People who complain that the alfredo separates just don't realize that it separates when it is made the authentic way, with butter, heavy cream and cheese. Go to Olive Garden for the frozen stuff full of fake stuff that stays creamy - come here if you want GOOD REAL ITALIAN!

WOW, traveling through Cheyenne and hit the absolute jackpot. My dad and I stopped in not even an hour before closing and got exceptional service and the food was more that we expected. He had the chicken parm and I had the tour of Italy (lasagna, chicken parm, fettuccine) and started with a caprese salad. We both agreed the fettuccine and chicken parm was the best we've ever had. Chicken was beyond tender and the fettuccine was the perfect mix of buttery and creamy. Even had the chance to talk to the owner, very humble talented man! And they have patio!
