Pleasantly surprised. The last time I came here the service was horrible, food was cold and the dining area was a wreck. Fast forward 3 years later, first visit since then and it was a complete change. The dining area was better, a lot of tables needed to be cleaned up, but I can't fault the staff for that, it was literally like everyone left at once. Our server was freaking amazing. My water was never left empty and she always updated us on the status of our order, the food was great, yep, it was great. Eggs cooked perfectly, the pancakes were perfect. I will definitely add IHOP back on as a breakfast location once again.

It's an IHOP for Christ's sake. You know what you're getting, Pancakes! All kinds of Pancakes! Pancakes with delicious stuff on them. It's hard to go wrong! This location is pretty good with their service. The manager advised at the door they were short a server and to expect delays. I appreciated that. Food was, well, Pancakes! I ate them, and I was happy!

We had the best server for brunch today! Arianna greeted us with a smile each time she was at our table. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was phenomenal although the restaurant was packed wall to wall. Definitely would recommend going here!

Pretty good IHOP experience. We were there twice for breakfast. My only ding is that they aren’t distancing the tables and there aren’t protective dividers between booths. The food was really good the first time and not quite as good the second time. Same with service. First time, all of our food was great. Hash browns in particular were really tasty and well prepared. Second time, the bacon wasn’t as crisp and the pancakes were slightly overdone. Chicken fried steak was good. Standard egg platters were nicely done.

The employees in Flagstaff were working under severe limitations ... they didn't even have a basic skeleton crew working (it was December 26th ), but they cheerfully served us our DELICIOUS food, never once making us feel like we were a bother! I was highly impressed!!!

Went in for breakfast had a waitress named Brandie. I'm very picky about my coffee being full and she kept it hot and as soon as my food was in the window she grabbed it. She make sure I had my hot sauce and everything. Amazing service and great food she made me feel like family

Our server Brandie was amazing!! For her alone I would recommend she's very attentive and was very good with my kids. Best server I have had in a very long time especially at IHOP. This was a second attempt from a bad experience and I'll definitely be back. Food was okay

Very great experience and great food. Jamie was amazing. He was basically running the place alone, minus the cook and he was handling it so well and was very friendly! My only complaint is they didn't have sweet tea but I guess the further north you go, the less people drink sweet tea

Typical IHOP fare. Menu has been updated, fresh design not so busy like it used to be. Not busy/no wait even though is was 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Got Red Velvet Pancake Combo, ate way too much, enough food for two to share. Pancakes were delicious, tasted just like a slice of Red Velvet Cake!

The food was good, but it was the stuff. There was 3 groups of people when we came in, one of the staff members walked over to us, looked, and walked away. She didn't even say "I'll be with you shortly" or anything. She didn't seem friendly and seemed annoyed. When we finally got our food and finished, it took about 10 minutes to get a to go box. Not to mention the people behind us had to get their own silverware, because they were trying to call someone over and they just ignored them.

Good evening! I would like to share a rave for Logan at iHop. She was alone working when stopped in for an early dinner. She was the hostess, server and busser. She look as if she was ready to give up but she didn't and smiled through all she was going through. Logan - we hope you have a great night and hope we made it a bit better and thank you for your service. This happened on October 7, 2022.

Excellent! The food was great, hats off to the cook he did a great job. Now our waitress Bobbi Rae was phenomenal. She didn't miss a beat and her customer service was on point. The manager guy that was on duty last night is the what a manager should be, very caring and just as helpful. We don't really care for IHOP due to the Northglenn, co location. Having really bad experiences but after last night's experience we will return more often. Thank you for a lovely meal and family fun atmosphere 👍

My family and I eat here I'd say a bit often . The food is always good and the staff are always friendly. However, at times I've noticed it can be a chaotic environment in the cooking area with arguments between staff which sometimes can be witnessed by customers. Also, I think sometimes it's hard to pinpoint the managerial presence here. I think a little more professionalism is needed here. Other than that I really do like the food here.

Went there for breakfast this morning. It was a great experience from the greater who got everyone seated right away, he also bused the tables and just didn't stand around. Sam our waitress was wonderful and took good care of us excellent service.I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet. It was the best omelet I have ever had, not only was it cooked perfectly and filled full of mushrooms, onions and spinach. With such a great experience I will be back.

My foreman got us lunch, as usual, this time from IHOP. I had the turkey dinner. It was ok, everything was in a bowl which is not my favorite, I prefer my food separated. However, tobasco sauce does improve many items.

I used to love IHOP but over the years iys gone down the drain. My bacon was so undercooked I had to send it back. It didn't even taste like bacon. It was super thin and just ugh. Wasn't impressed at all.

Service depends on the day and the staff. Often the kitchen staff has their music much louder than it needs to be and it would be considered offensive by most people. Accuracy of your order depends on who is working, most often they miss something.

It is alright. Service was not great. Food is too sweet for me. If you live sweets then this would be the place. The food is greasy or over sweet. Diabetes is a real thing in America! Crazy, there are no breakfast places in places like Netherlands or Belgium. Simple yogurt and a granola bar. The sugar rush was real. Still, nice and clean.

Food n service are good. The building could use a face-lift, especially the men's restroom. Seating areas Need to be rearranged. Windows could use some windex on them. Great team work by the person picking up dishware who helps out the waite staff.

Samantha was beyond amazing! She wasn't even our server and saw my little guy was very fussy because he was hungry. She got him some food to snack on while we waited for our meal. Then after he ate she came back by to check on him ❤ so sweet seeing other mamas checking on babies! She also was so great with helping her co workersA someone dropped a syrup and she didn't even hesitate to clean it up for him! When someone broke a plate she ran right over the broom! Our sever Kid was amazing as well. He had so many tables and was just go go go ! I never saw him stop moving!

It was busy when I went, service was friendly, they offer a military discount. However, I ordered my eggs over easy, and when I cut the egg with my fork, there was clear fluid of an uncooked egg leaking out. I'd be willing to try this place again when it isn't busy, but if that happens again I will change my review to 1 or no stars because food poisoning is nothing to be taken lightly.

Service was ok as was the food. Didn't have the week day specials that other IHOPs have so it cost us twice as much as breakfast the fay before at another IHOP. Refused to split the check by people ordering until we got to the cash register so everyone had to go pay at one time.

Careful here if you are not on your game you won't remember that you left without your change. Or leave with the satisfaction of knowing that your waitress just got two dollars less and not the full ten she would've received if she had brought my change back i know she wasn't too busy cause we were the only patrons there and I know she was doing her job but really how many times do you need to wipe down the register "Concha" ??....

I decided to give this place a second chance after not cooking my eggs properly the last time, and I was disappointed once again! This time my bacon was barely cooked where the fat was chewy, and truly was a choking hazard. When I complained the cook sent my bacon back to me burned! Aside from the fact that my order was wrong to begin with, the fact that they were blatantly rude about the bacon makes me very upset! How unprofessional! They are the only place in town that serves crepes, so hopefully they can get it together!

We went on a Sunday morning every table was filled, and they were short a cook, despite all this they seated us very quickly and got our food out to us in a timely manner as Well. The wait stuff was awesome and everyone was working as a team. I especially noticed the gentleman in the kitchen in between putting away dishes also bussing tables. I came to Cheyenne a couple years ago for Walmart Academy. After experiencing the worst continental breakfast ever, I stopped at IHOP. Ever since then, for a whole week, I went there for breakfast. The staff was amazing, got to meet the owners and the food was delicious! To top it off, the coffee perfect every time! I told my boyfriend I wanted to come back just to go to this specific IHOP. I hope to see everyone soon again! ❤️

Well the food is good the wait staff is great however our only pet peeve is that everytime we go we are waiting to be seated when they have so many open tables and booths nobody is sitting at. When they should be filling them up so we are not waiting so long. And I think others agree with me on that!

The wait was over 30 minutes, with open tables. The food was mediocre. There was a large amount of people waiting and tables that were not cleared from the time we sat down till we left. As we were leaving we noticed 5 employees out back smoking. They claimed to be understaffed.

I don't understand where all the bashing of IHOP is coming from. I go there every other weekend and the customer service is always great and the food is even better. maybe because I always choose the same thing on the menu. Lastly I love the coffee there. If you're in Cheyenne I would recommend going to IHOP rather than Denny's or pennys dine in restaurant as far as breakfast goes

Lately whenever we go eat here it takes forever. And whenever we order IHOP to go they always forget something or get something wrong. Even if they tell you everything that's supposed to be in your order, check it because everytime I've checked it, it's wrong or something is missing.
