Good place to come for a burger! Little bacon cheeseburger ALL THE WAY! Always my go-to. I will say that normally they give you a lot of fries ...well this time we had enough to fill the cup, but no overflowage. Cup definitely did not runneth over. Better for my waistline, but a departure from the norm. Also, a little disappointed in the onions - they were not grilled very long - still had a raw look and taste. Not quite up to par in my opinion, so giving it a 4 star.

The order took 20 minutes to get out to us, the cashier that took our order messed up what I asked for on my burger, so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for them to remake my burger, not a big deal, they were totally cool with remaking it and let me keep the other one as well, it was just very inconvenient cause the cashier just didn't seem like he cared or wanted to be there

Cheyenne location is definitely subpar to other franchises. Fries do not come out crisp more often than not. Usually get a pretty big portion of fries but they seem to just fill the cup. Much better experience at any other five guys.

Good hamburgers but nothing special. OK fries but don't understand why people are crazy about the fries... they're just plain old fries. Super expensive. Costs $17 for ONE person to have ONE SMALL meal. Only way I eat there is when with others who want it, never my choice.

The manager/cashier was awesome, she was charismatic and entertaining. She knew her job well, and helped me pick something I wanted. The cooks we're good and made some delicious food. Relatively new five guys location, only been in Cheyenne less than 10 years. With that said I've been here quite often and each time has been above satisfactory. The food is always fresh and tasty. Service has always been on point and the wait for my food hasn't been lengthy at all. Also, the dining area has always been clean on my visits and the employees have done a good job keeping it clean. So if your fan of five guys and your in the area then visit this location.

Shout out to the manager Riley Kyle. We had a terrible DoorDash experience where the food did not show up, and could not even be confirmed that we would be refunded for our order. We went into Five Guys and explained. No questions asked they remade our entire order. Thank you for turning our bad experience into a great one.

I went to have some burgers last night. It was Sunday 9 pm I'll expect all stuff tired because of the day and of the time but it was completely opposite. Corbian (maybe wrong spelling) was an amazing server with everyone full of energy and great attitude. I was in the corner of the restaurant seeing how he was doing his job and those are the employees that any company would love to have. He made everyone smile. It has been one of the most wonderful experiences at five guys.

Looking for something fast in Cheyenne we saw they had a Five Guys. We did not realize how far off the interstate it was, but were still happy with our food. I had my usual Bacon Cheeseburger and my wife had here usual Little Cheeseburger with small fries. Everything was just as we expected from eating at other Five Guys locations.

Pretty disgusting compared to other five guys, even outside of lunch or dinner rush, expect to clean your own table off and find a new chair since they are broken but it’s still a good burger every time.

Whenever we see a Five Guys burger it's required to stop. This location is built into a mall and had inside and outside dining. The outside area was in need of cleaning. The wait for the burgers was longer than usual, but the food was worth it.

First of all SO grateful for kids eat free sundays. The pulled pork was wet(?) and looked blended. The chicken nuggets had so much salt on them, so much... Our child wouldn't eat them. Everything else was yummy... onion strings, waffle fries, brisket, mac n cheese, ribs, root beer. All tables in the back room were dirty and the sauces are now left on the tables and not wiped down from previous guests. All 3 high chair's straps I tried were broken and one was quite sticky. The ice cream tasted stale or dirty(?).

The restaurant was clean and easy to get to. They don't have a milkshake machine but the gentleman taking our order was very apologetic and friendly. The music selection was fun and lively but it was turned up too loud for a dining room - it should be in the background allowing for conversation while dining but it was nearly dance floor loud. My husband and I are DJs, we're all about loud music but while guests are dining it should be quieter. It was so loud that the young lady calling out numbers as the orders are ready wasn't able to project over it. With both the music volume and lack of milkshakes I took one star off. But the food was amazing!

For your money you get an absolutely enormous quantity of food in the way of a burger and a sack of fries. Cannot complain about that! Staff is friendly and service is generally fast. Large groups might have trouble getting in and out quickly because they cook your food to order.

When driving from Guernsey back home to Denver we specifically decided we were in the mood for 5 Guys so we pulled off a mile and a half out of the way. When we arrived we found the store was closed. The manager came out and informed us that the grill was not working and he had called the repairman. With that he invited us in and offered us drinks. We used the restroom and he sent us on our way with free drinks and a large bag of fries as an apology for not being able to provide yummy burgers. He was very personable and offered a hospitality like we were old friends. We will definitely stop there again!

A Great burger on the High Plains. Order taker was super helpful in working through the menue options s. Burger had great taste and was hot wr picked up. Cajun Fries were piping hot in temp and had a lot of heat I the spice category. The place was busy and clean. A good stop in Cheyenne.

I love the burgers. There like home. The major complaint I keep having is I ask each time "no seasoning on my fries". Each time I get them they are loaded with salt so much I can not eat them. Since Five Guys are located across town it isn't convent to go back to get fresh ones and talking to the supervisor has yet to help matters. Some people are on a strict salt diet. I want to know how this matter can be solved if it continually fluffied off. Since the prices are so high on their food, it gets a tad expensive to throw the fries away. Thank you.

Burgers fried when you order. French fry orders are huge. Can get what you want on your burger and also have hot dogs that you can garnish however you want, also. This last visit the fries had too much salt on them and that is saying a lot because we use quite a bit of salt!

5 Guys tends to be like unto In-N-Out. It has people who are devotees, or they hate it. While I think the hamburgers are ok. I don't think they are out of this world. The staff are fast and attentive, and the food is good and hot. As usually, you get a bucket of fries with everything. For me, it's just pretty much a hamburger.
