Ordered the Honey bbq chicken strip basket. The chicken was almost hard as rock and almost no sauce. Fries were chewy. If I hadn't ordered to go, I would have taken it back immediately. I did get a good strawberry sundae though.

Staff was awesome. Had to get a quick birthday cake. The staff described the flavors of each available cake and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She added Happy Birthday on the cake for me and had me in and out in no time.

Glad their lobby is finally open! Got a blizzard and it was good! Maybe one day they can move to a new location and have a Grill and Chill DQ considering the area, especially the drive thru is a bit compact.

Ordered four 6_piece chicken strip baskets with fries and 3 medium misty freezes last Friday. Perfect order, very fast. They had to drop the chicken so we waited less than 2 minutes in parking area for them to to finish our order. Pretty tasteful. 5 stars

Always good but very small. Needs a remodel or new location and more seating in a less awkward layout that's not shaped around the kitchen. Drive through traffic is stupid busy and makes it hard to get in.

Love love love the blizzards. Drive threw is ALWAYS busy but they move quickly. They almost never mess up our order and customer service has always been pleasant 👍 👍 I wish they would open up dine in again!

The service is always great here and so is the food! The staff is always polite and friendly even though they are usually pretty busy. My family and I visit a couple times a month and they seem to always be working as quickly and efficiently as they can. Their lobby may not be open yet but I’m just grateful that they are still serving customers through the drive thru!

Good quality stuff, just the specific location on Pershing Blvd was understaffed so the lobby was closed. We didn't have a car, so we had to walk through the drive thru. This doesn't change the quality of the food or too much of my rating or my opinion of Dairy Queen, and I also understand it was understaffed and they need more workers. Understaffing is a big problem for a lot of establishments these days, so I understand it.

We like DQ's ice cream, especially their dipped cones. They are really good, but I must say their portions have significantly decreased. I remember when a large dipped cone was, well, large! Now they are like a medium. Probably better for my health, but I'm not thinking about my health when I eat fast food!

I love DQ, and the ladies that work this one are so cool. But dang we have got to do something about that drive-threw line!! I've seen people almost get in fist fights trying to cut in to get a peanut buster parfait. There has got to be a better way y'all.

Never had a bad experience here. It can get a little crowded on hot days, as it is a small establishment. The tables aren't always cleaned promptly, but I can see how the staff gets overwhelmed with trying to keep the lobby clean as most of the times I have been in there they were slammed! Still recommend if you don't mind wiping your own table off every now and then.

About the only fast food in town that I can stomach. I love DQ. And as others said, great staff and well kept. Never had an issue here! I would say the only improvement it truly need, is the super tight drive through.

The ice cream here is so good. The atmosphere here is not so good. As bunch of teens work there and you can see into the kitchen area. When we went I seen some not wearing gloves and touching their face and clothing. The dining room is usually messy. The drive thru is busy, but if you park it is difficult to get out some days.

I love DQ's Cherry Sundae! Overall decent place and value. On busy nights usually the weekend with good weather this place gets very busy. Parking and the drive through can become an issue. Inside seating does not always get the attention it needs to keep tables clean.

We went there last night for some take out. We got four chicken strip baskets, two bacon cheese grill burgers, two onion rings, and three blizzards. Service was great and fast. It only took a few minutes and we were out the door. Everything was made correct and tasted good. We got STUFFED! Mmmm pretty darn good.

We went through the drive thru and it was fast courteous service. We've eaten there many times and it has always been excellent. I recommend the $5 lunch. Sandwich, fries, drink and even a sundae. Great value!

Food safety is something I take very seriously. When I see employees touching their hats, face, hair or anything else and not change gloves and or wash hands that is an issue. I admit there are times the place is awesome but they need to get a grip on food safety all around

The man we had help us with our order for the free small blizzards was very congenial and knew about the blizzards and other menu items. He did the upside test on the blizzard threats we got to make sure that thet were very thick yet creamy.Dairy Queen is a great place fo go for ice cream treats as well as quick other lunch or dinner food and drink items, as well as take ice cream cakes and other frozen treats.

This Dairy Queen is the only one in Cheyenne, and it struggles sometimes to meet the high customer demand during the summer, that being said there haven't been many times when I've had to wait too long to get what I want. The insides do tend to get dirty, but having worked in Fast Food, I do understand that and give them a bit of a pass.

Normally have no problem here, but my last visit was disappointing. I had ordered a chicken strip lunch. The country gravy that I received was old,coagulated, grey and was returned for another. Also,the ketchup on the table was stale and ruined my fries. 😟 Someone wasn't paying attention That day.

The cleaning staff at fashionplace mall are the most rude people I have met, my grandson dropped his slushy and the guy sent to clean it up was really put out that he had to clean it up, the little guy felt bad and the maintenance guy made it worse by his rude comments, however dairy queen was great they replaced his slushy free of charge, which was really nice of them.
