This is our second time visiting this chilis and we have no complaints. The food is good and the servers are really nice.

My server, Zae, was so patient, sweet, and accommodating. Despite working a 13+hr shift, they took great care of my friends and I by providing terrific service. The food was reasonable. I ordered the Caribbean salad with shrimp and the Santa Fe burger. The greens in the salad was a bit dated, but the burger was incredible, tasty and wholesome. Overall the experience met and fulfilled the needs of the evening for my friends and I and our expectations. Thank you Chili's!

depending upon staffing this can be a great spot in cheyenne. food is pretty good, and drinks are better than decent. like stated b3fore depending upon staffing, this can be a great place for friendly and up beat service as well. you can't expect the waiting staff or cooks to split into multiple pieces.

Appears they were short staffed, and our waitress was new, but she hustled her tail off to keep her tables as satisfied as possible. Food was okay, sat at the warmer a bit, but was tasty. Overall, a satisfying experience. IMHO, the restaurant could use a solid cleaning, top to bottom.

Took 1/2 hour to take our food order, another 10-20 for our chips. When our chips came out they were cold and soaked in grease. Sent them back for warm chips and waited another 10-20 minutes, nothing. We checked around the corner to see our waitress on her phone. We had two kids under 5 with us who were tired of waiting so we walked out….. the gm contacted us asking us to give them another chance and come in the following night so we did and everything was amazing! Service was friendly and paid attention to us! The food look and tastes picture perfect! By far the best experience we’ve had at a chilis. Gm mentioned he is new management and is working very hard to retrain employees and get the place running better ♥️

We have always been satisfied at Chili's. We went for lunch and the portions were more than adequate. Took some home as well.

The steak and chicken fingers were great. We called in and picked it up but they forgot some things. They gave us a complimentary meal for the mistake which really covers the cost, but we have to drive back there now, pick up what they forgot, just to drive back home and finish the other half of our meal! :) Better luck next time.

Here for dinner the other night, ended up having to wait 20 minutes or so, when the restaurant didn’t seem that busy. Our waitress came after about 3-5 minutes, to get our drink order. Then it took quite a while to get our appetizers, and it seemed like we had to keep reminding her of stuff we had asked for throughout the meal. We all ordered off of the three 410 menu, most of us getting some kind of sandwich or a hamburger, the chicken patties for the sandwiches being decent size, but a small portion of fries came with it. We ordered chips and salsa as one of the appetizers, and had to keep asking for refills because they kept bringing smaller amounts and were being eaten quickly without being refilled. And when the waitress asked if we would like a fresh set to take home with us after we paid our bill, she disappeared and never reach her to the table with them?

The 2 for 25 deal is great and the food is super tasty! The only down side is it took the waitress half an hour to even bring us waters. Then an hour before we had our order taken. Then the food and the starters came out at the same time! Overall I wasn’t impressed with their customer service.

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadilla, well at least it was supposed to have chicken and bacon. It still tasted ok but a cheese quesadilla only goes so far and when it is the only thing now on the plate, I left hungry. It used to come with beans and a lime cilantro rice (my favorite), but it is no longer even on the menu. I feel as if they are "cheaping out". Service was great however and very prompt, even with as busy as is was. The watermelon margarita was good too, how ever they did lose it for a bit (bar tender sent it to the wrong table). So all in all the quesadilla was taco bell level, service was great and your drink might go MIA for a bit. It is going to be a while before I return.

We really enjoy all the foods at Chili's. We have always had great service as well, although it always seems like there is a table of employees sitting in the dining area as all the working servers are stopping to talk. Could just be the time of day? But we always go at non-busy times.

This place has been here for such a long time, as long as I can remember and I am surprised how well it has kept up! I absolutely love the chips and salsa. The staff are always friendly and provides fast service. Perfect for a birthday party of any size!

Food was decent. Not too expensive. Sat in the bar area and the server was very unattentive. Didn't get a single refill. He didn't check how the meal was going or if everything was ok. He delivered our food and I was the last time I seen him at our table. The mango tea is NASTY! I had to wait for food to be delivered to ask for a different drink and it took 10 minutes to get that drink I was almost done with my meal.

The atmosphere is great. Our waitress was wonderful. It had been a long time since we had been to Chili's, so we thought we would stop in and have lunch. We both had the ribs. They were good, but not as good as we remembered... maybe it was because it was lunch and not dinner... the appetizers were very tasty though!

CALLING ALL VEGANS/VEGETARIANS: I had the Black Bean Fajitas and I was absolutely amazed at the quality! Even after the 20 minute drive they were still hot and delicious! Kudos to the chef, and couldn't have been happier with the service. I follow a very specific diet, and the team was great about following my needs. I'll definitely be back for more!

We had a really great experience here tonight. We were seated promptly at a large booth as requested. Our server greeted us in a timely manner and had our drinks at our table quickly. We were very well taken care of throughout our evening of dining. Also, the table was pre-bused so we didn't have a bunch of empty, dirty dishes cluttering it. I really appreciate the positive attitude and pride our server had. It really makes a big difference when dining out.

I spent a few hours with a friend there on a Sunday afternoon and it was a wonderful atmosphere for that. James Martin was our server and he took great care of us. We shared appetizers and had blackberry lemonade. The place was clean and well managed. We will be back.

Our server was very friendly and congenial. A few complaints about the food...4 of us ordered soup and all 4 came out lukewarm. Also, I got cheese curds instead of chicken tenders in my appetizer. Waiter brought out hot soup and the chicken immediately when mistake was found. Separating the bill was a nightmare, everyone's bills were mixed up. Side note, I really hate the machine at the table. We have never had it work correctly at any restaurant! Just let us pay a person!!

How sad this place...besides the food... is sad..don't know who's running the place but they need to get the whole team in to clean. The bartender is a slacker.. we got there and the same mess remained as long as we sat and ate. All it would've took is for her to wipe down the bar. Come on no work ethic anymore. But the boss walked by the same mess and nothing.. don't get it.

Our server was amazing jessica was very attentive made sure everything was good and that we were taken care of. Our food was hot when it arrived and wasn't just sitting in the kitchen forever. My Mom took me there for my Birthday dinner and the Carribean cilantro lime salad she had was about the best salad she said she has ever had!! The salmon I had was incredibly good!!! The service from Collette (Not sure if that is the correct spelling) was great and the Blue Moon was great!!

I say this with no disrespect. Typical bar/restaurant. I will say they have always been accommodating of my big family since they always gotta make arrangements for us with tables for a party of 10+. Our servers have always been friendly and the food has always been good. It seems every time we go though they mess up a few items on our order but it happens.

Important parts of the meals were missing, curbside pickup didn't happen yet was requested, waited 30min before finally going inside even after I messaged their app stating I had arrived. Needless to say my food was cold. There was no apology given from the staff nor any method suggested or taken to remedy the issue.

SO we haven't eaten here since my last review which was over a year. Decided to dine in for lunch. The service was good, the food was good, only complaint is we got there when they just opened and the table was dirty and so was the bathroom. We ordered curbside pick-up. when we got home so many things were wrong with our order. My son was missing his soup. I ordered mashed potatoes as a side and my daughter ordered fries, we both got corn on the cob. My daughter's corn was very cold and her chicken crispers was just one big piece of chicken, not cut up. My crispy mango habanero crispers was made with original crispers and my mango tea was unsweetened tea. It was very disappointing. I called to maybe get an explanation to why so many things went wrong with one order but of course there was no answer. We will not be eating here again anytime soon.

Your best chance at fast service is at the bar itself. It's also helpful to be prepared to ask for refills/ another drink when the bartender walks by, as it may be awhile before they come back, and they dont typically know to ask those questions themselves when your glass is empty. Thankfully the food is a fair trade for the poor service

My experience with this Chili's was good overall. We waited a long time for our food, but we expected this with how busy they were, and we didn't mind. After a while our waiter, Paul, came to let us know that there was a mix up in the kitchen, and that another table had received our food. He was very apologetic, and paid for our meals. We appreciated that. We believe Paul handled the situation well, and would make an excellent manager.

Dropped in while passing through Cheyenne. Food was great but service could have been better. There were employees yelling in the back ground. And it took them for ever to bring out dessert. So much so that when it did come out we boxed it up and left.

Chain food so that is relatively consistent. They had corn on the cob on their menu then stated they were out...ok, thats fine. However, after waiting for about 45 minutes, we mentioned to a waitress we were still waiting on our food (our waitress didn't put in our food order). We were not in a hurry so we simply waited, finally got our food. Then, within minutes we wanted them serve the table across from us corn on the cob. My wife asked a waitress cleaning tables if they were out of the corn on the cob and she engaged my wife with an attitude and laughed as she walked away. This was kinda the breaking point where I immediately completed an online complaint with Chilis. Got a call the next day from the owner or manager and stated they would like to give use a full refund and a gift certificate to come back, apologized, and asked for a description of the waitress who was extremely rude. Went back weeks later and had a wonderful experience. I appreciate management here to not only resolve the situation but also encourage us to give them another chance.

We order chips and queso to go pretty often. We go in and they raised the price 2$. Didnt mind it too much. Then we got home and found both queso cups were less than half full. We paid for 2 full skillet quesos, which was definitely not the portion size they gave us.... also was on hold for almsot 15minutes trying to get it fixed then got hung up on... I'll say that's just phones being phones.. They are very busy tonight but this is not acceptable as it's a very simple order. The girl at the counter is very nice and polite, you can tell she's doing her best to keep up. she did make it right so I'm editing my review to 3 stars instead of 2.

Final review. As a professional food critic, known as the The Criticus, I base all restaurants on a 10 point score system. For every 2 points, restaurants earn 1 star. 1. Initial Customer service. 1 point 2. Customer Service during visit. 1 point 3. Cleanliness of servers. 1 point 4. Cleanliness of dining area. 1 point 5. Cleanliness of restrooms. 1 point 6. Order correct, including Drink satisfaction. 1 point 7. Food temperatures and appearance correct. 1 point 8. Server knowledge of menu and specials. 1 point 9. Meal received in a timely manner. 1 point 10. Correct bill or tab at end of meal. 1 point The host/ess was very quick to acknowledge me as I entered the restaurant. Very quick to seat me as requested. My server was very prompt and attentive. My server was very prepared and knowledgeable about the menu and food suggestions based on my questions. This same server became busy with other tables but quickly requested help to my table by other staff when they could not be attentive. My order arrived quickly, fresh, exactly as expected, and food temps were accurate. I've tried just about everything in Cheyenne that claims they have the best BBQ. Most are mediocre at best. I was very pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of the menu claims to the actual plate placed before me. After further investigation, I discovered that Chili's now hand smokes their BBQ meats on site and fresh. Cheyenne's House BBQ sauce is made fresh almost daily using fresh ingredients and no corn syrups etc. in them. The standard Chili's BBQ sauce is still corporate made but tasty. Chili's has gone back to it's origins in Texas. I was surprised to find the best ribs and brisket in Cheyenne at Chili's. I am an independent food critic not affiliated with any organization or group. Honesty and integrity are important in my reviews. It is very difficult to receive 5 stars from me. I average a rating of atleast 3 visits to any establishment. Chili's truly earned their 5 stars. Great Job Chili's!!

1 steak dinner that was to be med rare came out well done. Sent it back and it took 30 min to get the replacement steak. Other wise it was ok. All of the other Chili's that I've ever been to give you warm chips these chips were colder than room temperature but it was snowing outside.

The manager is outstanding. He went out of his way to help me fix my car. Together we took apart my subwoofer and some fuses attempting to fix the problem. All together he spent a hour of his time helping us. He went above and beyond the standard making sure his customers were well taken care of.

I took a group of 13 people into Applebees for lunch today 3 of which are in wheelchairs and was told by the manager Mark, "we do not serve people like that" I was blown away with the absolute disrespect! Another patron asked why they couldnt seat us in the banquet room and again he stated, that they do not serve people like this!" They lost my business totally!! My coworker called Chilis and they were more than willing to accommodate, had tables set up before we arrived and we recieved SPECTACULAR service from Quentin and all the staff!!! My daughter and I had an awesome experience. She is T1 diabetic so counting carbs is essential to her life. Our server was awesome. Got me carb information for everything I needed and was on top of keeping us happy. Tim was our server. Didn't get his last name but he had a clean shaven head. The food was great as always and our service from Tim was above average! Thanks again for making my date night with my daughter great!
