Long lines as usual, but unfortunately it looked like they were short staffed and the only person taking orders inside was in training so he was slow. The place was decorated for Christmas and looked cool. The chicken sandwich was delicious except for the 2 pickles at the end of it.

I went here once, and it took forever to get 1 cup of coffee, so when I went here this time, I asked if there was any. The cashier said yes, but when she went to get some, she apologized and said there wasn't and asked if I would wait for some. Normally, I would, but I said no, thank you, I was forgotten last time. She then offered me cold coffee, vanilla, or regular. I accepted. Now, usually, I would be very upset, but something about this cashier made me very happy. So thank you to her! You should keep and find more like her!! Cheyenne wy!!

Unmatched quality and friendliness of staff! Only complaint could be that it is always packed and/or long drive thru line, but that goes to show how well it is loved. My new favorite is the market Salad.

Hey, if you love Chick-fil-A then you'll love this place. It's a little busy because it's very popular, but the food is great and the service is off the charts. Let me give you an example of their service. I was with a group of middle school students and they wanted to go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. As we pulled up to the restaurant, we noticed the parking lot was completely full and the drive thru line was backed up all the way out of the parking lot. We were undeterred and we had our bus driver park in a larger parking lot of a neighboring business across the street. We got out and made our way over to the restaurant until we noticed the signs on the windows indicating that in person dining was not allowed. We walked away dissapointed. We weren't upset that we couldn't dine in, but that we wouldn't get Chick-fil-A for lunch; can't take a bus through a drive thru. As we were nearing the bus, I heard someone from behind yelling so I turned around and noticed a young Chick-fil-A employee running toward us. She had run through the their parking lot around cars and through landscaping. When she caught up to us she asked if we wanted to return and place an order. We wouldn't be allowed to dine in, but she said she would get her manager to help us out. We returned to the restaurant and she along with the manager took each of our orders. When the food was ready she even offered to help take it to the bus for us. What other restaurant or business has that kind of service?? No one else does! Just incredible! Someone give that young woman a raise! Chick-fil-A food is phenomenal and the service is just as good or better. I'm a loyal customer for life!

The food is great, and the service is amazing. But it normally takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru line, if you have the time it's worth it, but if you are in a hurry, you're better off going elsewhere.

Coming from Georgia where there’s a Chick-fil-A on every corner, the wait time here really bothers me. Why does every other Chick-fil-A have workers outside with tablets, which makes the line so much faster? I haven’t seen them use the drive through ordering system in years anywhere else. Definitely needs to get with the times to accommodate the crowds.

Since this Chick-fil-A has opened, I have had very little to complain about. My food has always been good, and many times very delicious. I have grown accustomed to the long drive-thru lines, and although the place is very busy most of the time, the staff is always friendly. Today was no exception. I received a free chick-fil-A sandwich with my order because I didn't bring enough cash with me. Apparently, I forgot how to add. I would have been fine just removing a sandwich from my order, but the gentleman was very kind and made the adjustment so I could afford my whole meal. Thank you so much!!

I'm from out of town and went through the drive thru, it was quick even though it was very busy. The inside of the building was super clean and the staff all looked well put together and the food was amazing.

I don't know how hard it is to have coffee ready on a Saturday morning 30 minutes after opening, but I've never worked fast food. Maybe there's some intricate or elaborate ritual that goes into such things. So far? 4 Saturdays in a row, no coffee ready. What's even weirder? I don't even drink coffee, but have witnessed with great amusement the look of surprise on the staff's face when people order coffee. Wild stuff.

This location is amazing, the only downside is the long lines that are a constant presence in the drive-thru but even that moves fairly fast maybe 7-10 mins top when the lanes are packed.

As always, this place is busy. But the food and the service will continue to keep this place busy. They also handle the traffic better than any other fast food restaurant. Try waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce if you’ve never been.

Well, I'm 50/50 on this one. I like the food, but hate the extremely slow service. The food is warm to hot but not fresh. The fries are limp and barely warm. Problem is they are cooking so much food ahead that it sits for a while before you get what you ordered. I had a sandwich which was fairly hot, nice and crispy outside, moist inside. It was good. Shared nuggets with my wife, most were luke warm and had lost their crisp outside coating. The Chic FIL A sauce helps. They really need another store in Cheyenne.

Food was good as always however it took 55inuyes to order in the drive through. Chik fil a's all over the world are always busy however I have seen better use of space within the drive through. We went at 4 pm.

This place was good. They got my order decently fast The only thing. Was even though it was a multiple line they didn't have waiters getting orders ahead of time. You had to wait till you came to the order box. I think their customer service could have been much faster. Only if they would have had their waiters out there like they did before in the past. During the pandemic that was the very smart move for Chick-fil-A. They should have kept with that move.

I tried the new barbecue sandwich that they came out with recently. It was ok. Their traditional spicy sandwich was still better in my opinion. The service was good as always. They are always busy, so make sure to go during non-lunch/dinner times. Edit: Since my last post, nothing has changed. Service is good like always.

Customer service is good so far. Food is the same as every chick fil a. I’m from the south, and there’s a chick fil a on almost every street where I’m from. Just recently moved here for military, and when I tell you this is by far the absolute slowest chick fil a I’ve been at, I really mean it. Usually you go to chick fil a and there’s a long line, but there’s 2-4 cashiers standing outside and pushing orders through to get the line moving efficiently. I’ve always had very quick and amazing experiences at chick fil a. But you get to this one (the only one in town btw) and there’s two order speakers and inevitably one line merged to get your food. The wait at night is at least 20 minutes from the three times we’ve come around dinner time. Morning has been so far more efficient. If understaffing is the issue, it’s understandable and usually isn’t the business’s fault at the end of the day. But there’s got to be a better service system that they can input (because I’ve been to at least 20 other ones including the original in Georgia). This issue is not at the fault of any of the employees, so don’t take it out on them. Just keep in mind when you arrive here at typical meal times that you’ll be waiting a while.

Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Friendly staff. They were very busy, but we got our food within 15 minutes of ordering. Not bad! The chicken nuggets were amongst some of the best I’d ever had. BBQ sauce is key. Thank you, wonderful Chick-Fil-A staff!

Super busy store, but not a great experience on our visit. First, 10-20 minutes in line should make a great meal outcome. Eh, not so much. The cashier quickly took our order, not asking if we needed ranch even. We waited for almost 15 minutes to get our food, then received only half our order. No kids meal. I stood there waiting for someone to see we were still waiting. Finally a young man asked what I needed. I said we were missing a kids chicken strip meal with fruit. Then I waited another 5-10 minutes before another young man asked what I needed. (Mind you, the rest of our order is now cold) I told him I had told another guy I needed a kids meal chicken strips with fruit and could we get some ranch? Sure. I wait a bit longer, he brings me the bag. I take it and go. It was so busy. We get back to our hotel only to find chicken strips, NO RANCH which anyone with kids knows that is not kool at all, and waffle fries to boot. Honestly, this was my second time frequenting your Cheyenne location and am just not impressed. The grilled chicken chunks are delicious or this would be a 2 🌟 review. Not worth the hassle. Sadness. I do love that you are closed on Sundays BTW. Blessings.

I've never been to a chick-fil-a as slow as this one. I went inside and waited 15 minutes before placing my order. There were 4 people in front of me. The store was staffed more than adequately and there were employees standing around. (I'm not saying this lightly as I worked for chick fil a previously in a different state.) The food is always good. And the employees here are friendly but it's the slowest place ever.

First of all. This place is ALWAYS busy. And I mean busy. The drive thru line wraps all around the building. It took nearly 15 mins to get all the way through. The food is always good, but hit and miss if your order is correct. The other day we ordered a couple salads, and toppings and dressing were missing. Let this be a lesson. Check your order before leaving. Other than that, the food is good. They either need another CFA in Cheyenne, or more restaurants.

Drove out of my way to hit this place in Cheyenne. Been a long time since I've had a chance to visit a Chic-fil-A and was very much looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I remember. I had a simple chicken tender meal and it was soggy. Breading was not crispy and was falling off the chicken. I still ate it but I did enjoy the waffle fries. I'll try visiting this place one more time and see if my first experience was a fluke.

This branch is great, with one small complaint. It gets a TON of drive thru business, especially during lunch and dinner hours. Most Chic-fil-As do during those times. Usually they anticipate this and will have two associates outside taking orders, and the line will move very quickly. Unfortunately at this location they don't always do this, which is the difference between a 10 minute wait and a 30-40 minute wait. If you're going inside you won't experience this and in all other aspects the branch does great.

The line for the drive thru is always long. It is faster to order through the app and choose curbside pickup. We have never had an issue with the food, always taste great. Only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is because it is always busy, expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to get food. They need to build another one in town.

Drive thru was kinda long, but I was super happy with deluxe chicken and spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. I wish the waffle fries were a little crisper. We ordered inadvance for pic up and then waited 30 mins after we arrived at the restaurant for our food. The kicker was that they weren't that busy. Even drive through didnt have a line. And to add insult to injury 5 people who walked in and ordered at the counter got their food before I was even asked if I had received my order. I would not suggest going here at bight because they obviously help who they want and not the order that a ticket comes in.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. The staff is amazing, always friendly, always well dressed, clean, etc. The food is always on point, we frequent here and I don't think I've ever had a mishap with our order. The building is well kept and clean. They handle "rushes" very well, I think the longest we've had to wait was about 10 minutes with a full parking lot. Pricing is very reasonable for quality/service. *I will update this review should anything change*

Always pleasant and quick service... lines in drive through are pretty lengthy but quick. Lobby person could have been more helpful with high chairs etc. Play place clean and kids enjoyed. Great food...salads pricey. Wish they had a Dollar menu. Customer service at the counter and drive thru is always good!

Busy restaurant, good food, good service. This is fairly easy to get to off the main road. It appears that they are only doing drive through or order ahead orders, no inside dining that I observed when we went there. We ordered ahead and when through the Drive through line. This is not the right protocol for this particular restaurant. Drive through is only drive through and order ahead should park at the designated spots. Either way. The staff was very friendly and professional. The order came out in a timely fashion. Part of our order was wrong but they fixed it immediately. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. Definitely recommend this restaurant for other travelers. Enjoy.

Chick-fil-A is in my top 3 favorite restaurants of all time. The food is always fresh and tasty. There is not a single competitor in the fast food business when it comes to customer service. I was so impressed today when I went to eat here. I went a little after 2 so they had been in a lunch rush for a few hours now. The line of cars using the drive through was so long it almost went out of the parking lot. I found a parking stop and went inside. The line inside almost went out the door. I was a little worried it would take a long time to get my food. I could see that the people working here were not panicking like most fast food employees when its busy. They kept working hard and stayed positive and efficient. In all the craziness they stayed polite and professional. Chick-fil-A sets the standard for all others.

Still great service, but it's time to get back to normal... The lobby is still closed thanks to the Covid Plandemic, and it's really affecting service. The average wait at the drive through is easily 20 minutes plus, and the line will wrap around the building and out the parking lot. This is basically all day, everyday, and I feel like a good amount of business is lost due to the huge wait times.

The drive-through was incredibly quick and the staff were very kind and helpful. The location itself is quite far out of my way, however if you're nearby, it's a great place to stop for lunch. I can highly recommend going to this location over the other Cheyenne location because this location is a dedicated location. The other one is in a mall which is far slower and the employees weren't as nice.

Yummy food with super friendly employees. They even had someone walking around offering mints at your table. This is one of the cleanest fast food places I've ever been to. Even the bathrooms were spotless. I was totally impressed with the whole experience. We'll definitely be going back on our next trip through Colorado.

We brought our PLS class to tour the Wyoming museum. They voted unanimously to eat lunch at Chick Fil A before going back to Laramie. The meals were delicious and the service was great. We found the only person in the USA who had not yet been there amongst our group. He will most assuredly be coming back! It was the best part of our trip. Kids and adults were happy and well fed.

This location was very busy. Mostly with drive through. Our wait time was minimal considering how busy they were. There is no inside dining at this time, but picnic tables are provided for outside dining. All employees wore face masks.

As far as fast food goes in the states, this place is pretty good… I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A before and I was pretty happy with the service; the fellow at the drive-through was extremely polite and friendly. The food was pretty tasty too. Definitely will be one of the places that I’d be willing to stop at iand eat when I’m in the states and that’s saying something since I’m such a picky eater when it comes to the food south of the Canadian border.... not to mention the awesome first impression I got from the excellent service at a drive-through!

This is my first poor experience at a Chik-fil-a. I ordered a Chick-fil-A Deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a diet lemonade. On the app I put in the notes I wanted three Mayo. The order came out in about 12 minutes which is long for a Chick-fil-A. I asked if they had put the Mayo in it. They did not and the runner told me they would go in and get me three packs of mayo. I waited for about five more minutes watching the runner take food out to other cars. Finally I had to go to the door and ask for the Mayo. There was no apology from the person handing me the Mayo. And no one said my pleasure. Kind of disappointing when you know that the experience is pretty consistent around the country.

I am so surprised by this Chick-Fil-A's to-go parking. I mean, this lot has at least 12 spots for Carry-out/Curbside delivery. And then some regular parking. AND it's not interfering too much with the actual drive through lines so you can back out without worrying about the drive through! It's insane. This developer should develop ALL Chick-Fil-As from now on. I've been to some terrrrribly designed parking lots...and this one got it right.

Helpful staff, clean environment. There is almost never a long time to wait inside after you order and if it ever happens that there is a lot of wait, they give out free meal cards or something to that effect. The only knock I have is the parking can sometimes block you in if the cars stretch back far enough, preventing you from leaving easily. That has happened to me at least twice.

I really love their food however from a dashers standpoint they never answer the phone when we have orders that are accepted late at night and from a personal standpoint I've never been able to get a living person to answer the phone or call back especially when their mobile app states something that should be able to confirm at the restraunt but can't because of no contact until actually receiving the order. That kind of kills the grab and go style they aimed for.

Don't bother going here until Cheyenne gets a 2nd or 3rd Chick-fil-A. Nobody knows how to run a drive thru like CFA. But when a place is as popular as CFA, even the best get bogged down sometimes. That coupled with a limited amount of real estate means wait times are more often longer than shorter, like 30 min long. The food is good, lunch is always hot and fresh, but it's such a pain in the butt to get to the food that I'm not sure it's worth it anymore.

I suffer from bad GERD and Chick-fil-A is one of the few fast food places that doesn't make it flare up (which is a miracle in itself.) Plus all the food is real and real tasty. I always like Chick-fil-a, my biggest frustration is with the Deluxe Sandwich. Seems like every time I order the deluxe I am hoping for what is advertised. I always get bits and end pieces of both tomato and pickle. Why even serve those? I expect a slice of tomato, and 3 actual sliced pickles, and one decent piece of green leaf lettuce. I always get 2-3 huge pieces of lettuce, ends of pickle and ends of tomato. They aren’t even 5x6 tomatoes, they are usually 3-4 ends of Roma tomatoes to try to equal 1 decent slice. I understand food cost , but don’t serve something unless it is something you would like yourself and be a little more consistent.

The customer service representative behind the counter asked if she could help me, and I told her I hadn't lived where there was a Chick Fil A for 15 years, and their menu had changed a bit, what would she recommend? One of my favorite places to eat. Actually the only fast food I will eat is chick-fil-a. They have a really unique way of serving the food for a fast food restaurant, once you've ordered your food you go sit down and they bring you your food directly to your table. The kids love the play place and can even exchange their happy meal toy for an ice cream cone. The only down fall is there is always a pretty long wait. But it's well worth the wait. I recommend the southwest salad with avocado lime dressing!

This location definitely lives up to the southern roots! I came in with my twin boys(2 1/2 yo) past their lunch time and into their nap time on a trip and the employees were amazing! One crying and one asking for help they helped get everything to the table and even gave them a toy cow to play with! Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal on Monday - got down the road and realized it was a bagel and my hash browns were luke warm. 3 stars Ordered curbside delivery on my app on Saturday morning and it was a bit of a wait. Then, the team leader (I think her name was Kelly) came out to my car and told me that they were out of biscuits for my order and it would be 18 minutes. I must have looked crestfallen and asked if she could at least get 2 for my sandwiches and forget the extra. She managed to complete my order AND I got an extra parfait! Chick-fil-a - you have redeemed yourself! Great food and incredible service!

In the middle of the pandemic we got stuck eating lunch out of town. We hit up Chic-fil-A and were scared of the drive through line wrapped to the street. Not the menards lot but to the street. Expecting the worst we were pleasantly surprised that within 7 minutes of our arrival we were leaving with our order. They even threw in sanitizing wipes so we could wash our hands before eating God's chicken!

A fast place to grab a good meal. Understandably around the rush hour times of lunch and dinner it gets hectic, but when the wait times are long they give you your meal for free and give you chick fil a meal cards for another free meal. Easily the classiest fast food restaurant in town.

This was our first visit to a chick-fil-a and we were very impressed with my crispy chicken sandwich@ crunchy, moist, lots of meat. My husband got the roasted chicken "nuggets" which were just little cut up pieces of chicken. My sandwich probably had 2 times more meat than he got.
