Made a spontaneous lunch trip here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! It wasn't busy but for the food quality I was surprised, I'd expect it to be a lot more busy for how delicious it is. Wonderful service. Really good lunch prices. A good variety of dishes to choose from but not an overwhelming amount. Very nice decorations. Would love to visit here again the next time I am downtown!

We found this restaurant around 2 years ago and fell in love with the people and the food. They definitely offer more than sushi, that’s our favorite but they have a wide array of many things, like PHÓ. Love the food, love the people. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Honestly kind of surprised on the taste and quality of the food! Started with the egg rolls which were super crunchy and flavorful. Then we had the tempura avocado which was creamy and umami. My wife had the Japanese combo which she enjoyed and I had the seafood pho which had a great lime and garlic broth. Very surprised for this being a small Cheyenne restaurant.

Bejo is amazing. The sushi rolls are made to order and served fresh. Each roll is huge and perfect for sharing. The cream cheese wontons are stuffed full and served with sweet and sour and a hint of spicy mustard. We also had the vegetable lo mien, which was exquisite. The staff is attentive and courteous. Overall, we had a phenomenal experience! Try the Flaming Sake roll and the King Kong for extra tasty options.

Personally my favorite sushi joint in town. Hard to get quality sushi in Wyoming, but this is as good as you’ll find! Staff is friendly and usually prompt. The portions are good size and the building is always clean

Nice mix of Asian cuisines in a very large restaurant. There’s street parking in front and a lot behind it with a rear entrance as well. Clean and being socially distanced. Service was excellent with frequent drink refills and additional item delivery. They thoughtfully provided chopstick trainers for the child. Standard offerings in the cuisines, nothing spectacular, but all prepared nicely. The pho was good with plenty of included veggies and spicy sauces to add. The tempura pieces were good. Egg rolls were crisp though they might have spent another minute draining as the hot oil remnants weren’t great. Asian chicken salad could have used smaller chicken pieces but the peanut sauce was good.

The wantons are delicious. I usually get the Dragon Roll and the eel is very good, but I am disappointed they use imitation crab meat instead of real crab, especially for the price. Hardly the finest ingredients as they try to claim. The environment tries to look upscale but it's been cheaply done and is obvious. The owner is a bit of an odd ball. My brother and I met him and he spent way too much time at our table. He pointed out his daughter who is a chef and jokingly threatened to kill us if we spoke to her. I'll go sometimes if friends want to go, but I definitely prefer our other sushi establishment by far.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the sushi was delicious. We got several different rolls along with crab cheese wontons, soft crab, edamame, and miso soup and everything was amazing. The sushi is fairly priced for what you get, and the menu was extensive and showed photos. Highly recommend.

Great sushi place! Not what you might expect for a dining option in Cheyenne, but a welcome addition. The owner was great to talk with. The flaming sake roll was an excellent choice. You will not go away hungry.....the sushi rolls are huge.

Hum...the sesame chicken was filled with fatty meat. It was pretty gross. The spring rolls had an odd flavor and not in a good way. We did like the egg drop soup and the tempura veggies and shrimp. On the fence about a return visit which makes us sad...we wanted to love this place.

Tried this sushi restaurant out today and it was so good. The interior is beautiful. I tried the chicken Pho and the portion is big. The pho was so so good and tasted genuine. I also tried the Cowgirl sushi roll and it is delicious.... um it has steak on top, what is not to love. The service is good and polite. Definitely will be coming back soon. Thanks.

Just moved to Cheyenne and was feeling like Pho. I saw they sold it and was hesitant to go to a sushi restaurant to have Pho. Glad I did because it was very very good. Good portion, and had a good mix of noodles and beef. I’d definitely recommend coming to get the pho. The sushi looks great too.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. My only complaint is that it took a LONG time to get our food and it wasn't very busy. The young kids got their food fairly quick and were done eating before the adults got theirs. It was difficult to enjoy the good food while dealing with preschoolers who were finished eating and ready to go! Some adults had to wait longer than others. It was odd to not all be served at the same time. Maybe they were short on staff. We may try it again.

This place is quite good - we enjoyed a fabulous "cowgirl roll" which had the most tender and perfectly cooked steak atop a sushi style rice roll with cream cheese, cucumber and seaweed - it was the bomb! The roll was pretty big and can easily be shared by 2 people. The pad Thai was also really good and we enjoyed the food very much. They had many types of Sushi on their menu to satisfy whichever kind you like. I could definitely recommend!

Your options are slightly limited in Cheyenne but here sits an Asian restaurant with varying cuisine from Japan to Vietnam. Being an outsider to the area, I didn't have the guts to try the sushi. However, the calamari was phenomenal and highly recommended. The chicken fried rice was too cold and made me wonder how long it sat before being placed in front of me. It did taste just fine 2 days later out of the microwave. The cold chicken loses a star. The service was attentive and friendly.

Food was great, customer service....... not so much. My friend was almost done with their food by the time mine came out, and they had totally forgot my cup of egg drop soup that came after I was done with my main course. My check came before my soup! Went back for lunch today to give them a second shot. Can't beat the price of a good tasting meal for $8. Service was better today.

This has always been my absolute favorite sushi spot, but I was disappointed today. The rolls were almost all rice. I know rice is cheap and salmon is not, but we'd glady pay an extra $5 for adequate filling.

I definitely am giving Bejo Sushi and Asian Cuisine a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. The reason why I am giving Bejo Sushi and Asian Cuisine a 5 star rating is, at first when you walk in and you look around the entire place looks like an actual inside of an Asian Cuisne restaurant with all of the Asian culture and details. Second the staff are really friendly and they are also really helpful, plus they even give you some good suggestions for an idea of what you want to have. Third the food is really amazing and really delicious. If I were a food critic I would definitely give them a 100% for how amazingly good the food is. Last of all the place itself looks very clean and very relaxing. And these are the reasons why I'm giving Bejo Sushi and Asian Cuisine a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. So if you have a craving for some amazing Sushi and Asian Cuisine food then Bejo Sushi and Asian Cuisine is the place I would recommend to go to.

We absolutely love this place! It is our go to for sushi. I have literally tried a different entree every single time I’ve gone and have never been disappointed. Even the vegan sushi is delicious. If you go you have to try the soft shell crab.

Honestly, it's not bad. It's not the best out there, but it seems a solid choice for food. I had the lunch special of teriyaki chicken with the standard fixings. Additionally, I had the tempura California rolls. The rolls weren't anything special, but I would order again. The teriyaki chicken left a little to be desired in terms of flavor, but the texture and portion was decidedly better than I expected. The rice was standard, and the veggies had a good snap. The wonton and eggroll certainly meet their intended purpose. The hot and sour soup was better than I've had elsewhere, and well portioned for a lunch special. The service was friendly and Covid compliant. For the price point, a great spot. An easy decision to make regarding where to go for lunch. I'm not inclined to give five stars because I know they can do better, but they definitely should feel good about how they're doing, regardless.

I love this restaurant! There are times I have come here multiple days in a row because they have fast service, the food is always fresh and delicious and all the employees are very friendly. They have the best sushi and a wide range of other items in their menu, plus the hot and sour soup is absolutely delicious! Any deep fried sushi roll is amazing but I also order the Philadelphia roll when im looking for something simple yet delicious. The lunch menu is super affordable and not too much food for a quick lunch break. Highly recommend

Great food as usual. Went just for sushi and honestly I think the sushi selection here is better than the other restaurant in town and the sushi tastes better here as well. The egg drop soup was on point and the service was great. My water glass never got to empty and dirty plates were removed from the table quickly as well. My husband and I love sushi and didn't expect a lot from a sushi restaurant on the edge of Wyoming. We were shocked to find not only huge portion sizes, but delicious sushi. The atmosphere was relaxing and the wait staff was attentive and fast. It isn't cheap sushi, but you get the quality and portion sizes you pay for.

None of us had sushi so I can’t speak to that but the food we did try was awesome. We had lunch on two occasions and enjoyed the lunch menu items. The price was great and the food plenty and yummy. With an egg roll, soup and a wonton in addition to the entree we were well sated. We’ll definitely be back soon and often.

I felt kind of eh about the Sushi. There was nothing super wrong with it, but it wasn't outstanding either. We had the lunch special and each chose two rolls. The eel was downright rubbery and very hard to chew. The "crunchy" roll was kind of dried out and had nothing on it that would qualify as "crunchy". The outside of it looked exactly the same as the tempura shrimp roll. The tempura roll had huge pieces of cucumber in it, so you kind of lost the rest of the flavor. The portion size of the rolls was great, definitely larger than the portions that you get at some of the other Sushi locations in town, but overall, the sushi lacked flavor. The star of our meal was the tempura fried avocado appetizer, which was fantastic, and something that we would go back for.

I've been coming here regularly since they opened. They have amazing customer service and the food is amazing. It is an "Asian fusion" type restaurant, which means you can find a little bit of every Asian food on the menu. It's perfect when you want sushi, but your friend wants Chinese. I used to special order something I had seen online called a "chirashi bowl," which has since been added to their menu.

Sushi and sashimi was good, tasty.The spicy tuna roll was spicy and good, the crab roll was tasty. The sashimi salad had 3 different type of fish, all very good. The salad part of it was kinda of wilted lettuce.. The service was attentive and friendly, but there was only 2 tables sat. It was very cold in the building, very cold. The bathroom was not very clean.

Just went there with couple of coworker literally was just walking by. Our first time in the city and first time in Bejo, I’m very careful when it comes to food but hands down it was the best sushi I’ve had in a while. Make sure to get some the banana tempura for desert. And fried avocado for appetizers as well. The owner was there and kept checking on us, very nice... Must go

This was our first time at Bejo and we were really impressed! Delicious food, prompt service, and a very nice atmosphere all around. I think my only very mild complaint is that it was a little dark. But that definitely isn't enough to keep us from going back! I will say: be prepared when you order the rolls. They're quite large, 10-12 pieces versus the 8 I'm used to. We ordered four rolls and took at least half home!

The food is always good and has gotten better since they first opened. Staff is prompt and friendly but never hovers. They remember me as a bit of a regular now that I've gone a few times. I was once overcharged for a bottle of wine when I only got a glass, and now they give me free wine when I occasionally order it! Very kind and honest business tactics.

Good Sushi. The Sushi Deluxe is the best deal. I really enjoy the warm sake served at the correct temperature of 98.4 degrees Fahrenheit. One drawback is the very dark lighting.

I love this restaurant. I am a regular, once a week usually. Take out is great. The owners are friendly and responsive. The staff works together to make sure you are taken care of. Try the Beju Noodles and the flaming Sake Roll. I also like the wings and the fried Tofu. My vegan friend eats here regularly without issue. They will cater to your tastes.

Doesn't look like much from the street but the food is always great. Don't let the decor and awkward spaces throw you off this place is great. It's common to be uneasy about inland sushi but they do a great job. Makes me feel right at home on the west coast. Awesome staff, not usually busy, very quick. Highly recommend.

The rolls were pretty good. We got the Paradise, Eel and Avocado and the Dragon Roll. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of eel on the Dragon Roll. It was awesome. Wish we would've been told about the automatic gratuity. And could have given me at least one refill (others in my party did, I didn't).

I wanted to give this place a second chance after not having the best first experience when we went on their birthday anniversary. I was unfortunately again disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the sushi is great! The manager and the staff all work their butts off, but being that they are so short staffed it doesnt help too much. During our first visit, our appetizer was forgotten about and then on our second visit on March 8th, two of our sushi rolls we ordered weren't even put into the system. We asked one of the staff about it, and he said they weren't in so he added them at the time even though we were already done our other roll. We never got brought additional water, or chop sticks or napkins. Never once did the manager come over to check on us after seating us, although he went and checked on every other table around us. I'm disappointed and am not sure if I will be back.

The atmosphere was calm and lovely. The food was great. We ordered six different kinds of sushi and they were delicious. The miso soup was on point, just like what we tasted when we were in Japan. We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the japanese udon. They were tasty. The servers were nice. The only thing is they don’t serve tamago sushi, the only kind of sushi that my daughter eats. The prices were descent. We paid less than $100 for 5 people. I highly recommend this place! We’ll be back again!!!

Service was excellent and the owner stopped by a few times to check on us as well. Beautiful space. Good drink menu. They appeared able to accommodate a range of dietary requirements. Hot and sour soup, miso soup, Mongolian beef, and General's chicken were our favorites. The Pad Thai, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, California roll and spicy tuna rolls were all very good. We will definitely return the next time we are passing through Cheyenne!

My wife and I have finally eaten through the majority of this menu so I feel like I can leave a definitive review. I will start with the sushi since that's why you're here. It is not inconsistent and on a good day it is incredible. The sashimi cuts are thick and fresh (though I can tell they recognize and reward regulars), the quality is always sushi-grade, and they have a great variety of fish and rolls to choose from. The artistry and ambiance is average, but don't be fooled, they get their cuts from Denver on the daily and the chef knows his craft. My favorite is the sashimi salad (which I specially request with white tuna because it is on point here). The rest of the menu is not to be forgotten, everything is at least average and a couple of the dishes are really fantastic like the pho. Considering the sheer scope of the menu (from Vietnamese to Mongolian) and the lack of quality Asian food in Cheyenne, this is really a one stop shop. Oh and the prices are all low, I really am surprised by my bill every time. The sauces are all light and thoughtfully designed from the salad dressing to the sushi rolls, which is becoming less and less common in this country. The ingredients are always fresh and high quality. The portion sizes are large (though the apps are moderate compared to some places) and they even have a comprehensive bar. The servers are great too, they can be shy and hard to understand at first but they always remember your order and treat you well.

It's not LA, or Las Vegas but it's up there with the best. These guys work from 8am til 9pm close and stay til 11pm. Not your average 8 hr workday. Sushi was great, had some great prices, if you go from the 11 to 2 there's a great lunch deal. The California rolls are almost twice as big as Wasabi's, for roughly the same price and just as good if not better. They also have a whole bunch of other stuff that's not sushi, will be trying that later, but when it comes to sushi I'd say they're probably the best in town.

Granted we're in a landlocked state, the fish is fresh and the chef's are knowledgeable. Matthew runs Bejo and as far as Sushi goes in Cheyenne I'd pick Bejo. Located downtown, it's a large restaurant with ample seating for multiple guests. A few private rooms, and great service. The picture here is my Viking friend and Gede the head waiter - pronounced G'day.... We ended up doing Sake Bombers a few occasions. While it's not Alaska, Cali or NYC sushi. This is the best place to go in Cheyenne.

Bejo is an absolute delight for the taste-buds and tummy. The decor is highly appealing and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The wait staff are very attentive and customers are warmly greeted as soon as they enter. The menu includes house-made Pho (which was the best I've ever had), freshly prepared rolls, and the entrees are served with the best house-made wasabi. The sushi and sashimi was so fresh and delicious that you just have to go and try it for yourself. They really do have something for everyone.

I can't ask for much in the way of good food anymore when we're living in this age of fast food, fast problems & generally fast times but for one gleaming minute in Bejos, I had exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is great, simple and effective. I got a clean, single booth for myself and I had a very good waiter by the name of Gedy Lee. He was quiet, attentive and knew to make sure I got exactly what I want. He delivered water silently & without complaint. Then I believe the chef himself, came out to deliver my food and not long after I started eating this luxurious meal (the combination pad thai if I am correct) he came to make sure that I was okay. The food itself features full, real carrot slices, pungently spiced meat & a kind of pad noodle I hadn't had in years. The restaurant was clean as were the lavatories. They even have those really nice sinks that look like wide-mouthed well heads. The food was modestly priced and altogether after my burnout with another, incredibly-good-restaurant-run-afoul, I may make Bejos my go-to. I only wish I had more money at the time, I would have tried more of their extensive menu. A menu so nice, I used coinflips and dice to determine what I had that night. Give Bejos your money and your time. They are exceptional in this prairie land selection of sit 'n' eats.

It had 1 Tuna Roll {6 pieces}, 1 California Roll {8 pieces} and 6 pieces of Nigiri Sushi {shrimp, cuttlefish, snapper, tuna, salmon, albacore}. It came with a small bowl of Miso Soup.
