I like the deals on food and love the mucho margaritas. But customer service can be improved. My visit during Veterans’ Day 2021 wasn’t that pleasant. I ordered a margarita and at about half I noticed something on the glass. At first I thought it was salt or maybe sugar so I touched it and it was actually a chip of the glass and cut my finger a little bit. I told the server about it. It took long time before he got back to me and said he told the manager about it and it’s noted. He took my drink but didn’t do anything. Oh my, the manager just noted it. Deals might come with a chipped glass and for sure the manager will take note on that.

I've not gone there in a while, but I decided why not. I got my food and it was good. The waitress was good, so I tipped her well. Then I looked on my bill and was charged the tip twice. I called, and they said they didn't show it twice, but it took out of my account twice. I guess I'll be using cash only.

My steak was overcooked and the wait staff were in an obvious disagreement that made it a little uncomfortable. Purchased Parmesan shrimp & sirloin, white cheese dip & chips and a kid's meal cheeseburger & fries. Food was good and kid liked the hamburger. Bartender is amazing!

First time at Applebee's in Cheyenne and the wait was worth it. Happy hour prices are definitely worth it. Service was great. Brewtus beer was $3.13. Excellent all around

We sat at the bar top. The blonde bartender was nice. The spinach and artichoke dip we had was very runny but it tasted good. We had the 2 for $25 deal. My husband ordered some chicken dish which was great. I had a chicken macaroni which was ok. Not what the picture looked like and it came with 3 little breaded chickenstrips. One thing I didn't like is that I could here the servers and bartender talking bad about other servers. I literally heard all the employees chit chatting in every direction I turned, the whole time. All in all it was an ok dine in experience.

My kids first choice every-time they get to pick. Always very friendly and clean. Food comes out pretty quickly and always good. Unless for some reason the white cheese dip it comes out cold every time. But still good. A great perk is there kids eat free Wednesday and half priced apps during happy hour. Will be back 😀 …

Salmon, 🥦 broccoli and Real mashed potatoes 🥔 not watered-down mashed potatoes 😋. Hey, I almost passed out, they have sweet tea and it tasted Pretty Darn Good. Service was excellent, not crowded and the music was not blaring like some places. Tables Immediately cleared and sanitized ready for next hungry/thirsty customers. My only suggestion would be to have inexpensive partitions between the tables. Some conversations by adjacent customers are too personal and colorful language is sometimes a bit too much to enjoy a meal in comfort. I will request a different seating area in the future if available or come back later. This my opinion based on my most recent experience.

I only know the gentleman who took my pick up order and the name on my receipt but Donny and Brandon y’all are dream customer service employees and made this food pit stop from WA to NE one of the best food stops the entire trip. Thank you so much you went above and beyond! Everyone working night of 06/30/22 was beyond friendly and exceeded expectations!! Give them all a raise I’ve been on the road ten days and haven’t seen customer service like this in YEARS. Thank you thank you, food was fresh, on point and have no complaints. Food way okay, a little lacking. For example the sause on the chicken strips wasn't coated, just poured on top. Not a big deal, but the whole meal reflected 'just okay.' Also, the bathrooms were dirty, like a haven't been deep cleaned in 6 months kind of dirty. I'm of the opinion that if the bathroom isn't clean then the whole place is probably on the same level.

Was really surprised at the small portion sizes for the price. It was enough food and I realize prices have gone up, but it still seemed to cost bit much for what you get. Or at least a salad should have come with the dinner meal, which would have made the price a little more worth it. The steak I ordered was very tough and chewy.

A little disappointed in our visit today. The ladies restroom was not clean - the floor was so dirty my wife's shoes were sticking. Our table was not clean and we had to request it to be wiped down. The food was good, thankfully.

Went there on veterans day. A nice couple I know invited me since they were disabled vets and I'm a disabled vet as well. I was not impressed. When appetizers came out they hadn't even brought silverware which I thought was placed when the customer first arrives. Then they brought my friends wife a plate of boneless wings that were way over cooked so she couldn't eat them. Then my friend and I got burgers, one pink one no pink and they didn't even know which was which so we had to fumble through the burgers just to determine such. Didn't leave with the thought of returning unfortunately.

Food was delicious, server was great! Host/hostess staff member (male youth) was picking at his teeth with his fingers, wiping his nose with his hands after sneezing multiple times without using sanitizer or washing hands afterwards, and using his hands to play with his hair, all while on duty at the host stand. Also, menus were not cleaned between uses and one of ours had food remnants on the surface. None of the staff we observed were wearing masks.

The host seemed like he was rushing to seat us so he could get back to what ever he was doing, (not sure what that was), the table was not as clean as your would expect. You could tell the attempt was there but only halfhearted. The waitress was great. Very attentive and polite. The food was good prepared well and served rapidly after it was cooked.

Third employee offered to help and when I said I was being helped her reply was "well I hope they know what they're doing" Found this very rude and unprofessional! Update: Back again. This place really struggles with customer service. Asked for water with lemon. Got water, no lemon. Asked twice more for lemon. Food is only average, and that's given the benefit of the doubt....

Ordered a Doordash order, and the food was good, well cooked, correct, and as fresh as takeout or delivery can be. Had to call the restaurant to add something to the order and Brandon, the person in charge of to go and delivery at the time, was quick and courteous. The only con was that the Mountain Dew we ordered sorely lacked syrup and tasted more like Mountain Dew water.

The food was decent but in the last few visits any mixed drink from the bar takes a century an a half to get on a weekend. The service is good and food comes out on time but if your looking your drinks from the bar u better be patient.

Friendly staff. I ate there 2 nights in a row. First night I ordered my steak cooked medium... It came out medium rare... Tonight I ordered my steak medium well... It came out exactly like the first nights steak, medium rare... I spoke with the manager and he assured me he would get things corrected... Ill be back up here next week, so we'll see.

My husband and I came here for dinner last night and had a wonderful experience! The staff really seem happy and energetic and you can tell they all enjoy their job. My husband ordered the Chicken Parm and we were astonished by how much food we got! It was delicious and made for a nice lunch today :) We will be back very soon! But their ownership of the issue and resolve to make it right with a smile has really won me over. Once made aware that I was waiting our food was ready within ten minutes, and it was fresh and very tasty. The ladies that helped me we’re phenomenal with a great attitude. The manager came over I told him what the issue was I was not looking for anything free just that the waitress needs to listen. I realize this is an Applebee’s, not fine dining, but we got spinach dip and all the chips were crushed (like from the bottom of the bag) and the dip was ice cold in the middle. It gets three stars for the friendliness and the drinks. Use your thinkin’ brain Applebee’s.

Upon entering I really noticed how unclean the floors and walls are in the front, but we got Gabrielle as our server and she is a top notch server. She always makes our meal there great. The food was prepared good and came as expected. Maybe this location is due for a remodel?

We arrived about 5:00 pm and we always eat at the bar ! There was nobody behind the bar and other servers were just talking to each other on the side of the bar area ! We waited probably 10 minutes and still nobody would help us? So asked the other servers were our bar tender was and they said she was getting food for the take out orders because it was part of her job ? So we waited about five more minutes and our server Katherine showed up ! She did a great job compared to the other servers who don’t work as a team ?

The food & service was very good & our waiter, Brad, did an excellent job in taking care of us. My husband is a 'gf' man & Brad went back 2x's to the kitchen to check if the items my husband wished to order were gf free. He kept up on our orders progress and made sure my husband's cup of decaf was fresh and filled up. This was Brad's first week of serving & he sure gets a 5 star rating from us!

Greeter (didn't get his name) got irritated because we wanted a booth, not the bar. My wife is disabled and there was no way she was getting in and out of the table he wanted to put us at. The perfect margarita is just that, perfect! They were very accommodating when our party of 6 turned into a party of 10 at the last minute. They update their menu occasionally to make room for new offerings. Very good food.

During lunch hour rush, waitress did her best. She took alot off slack from some because your flat top isn't hot all the time and a takes too long to heat up get out a sandwich. Even though she warned everyone. 1 table left her a nickle for a tip because of it.

We were on business from out of town on a Saturday early evening. New server was put on floor alone for his first night. He didnt really know the menu had to go back a couple times and ask. Then he tried to give us someone else's bill which was twice as much. He left and came back with the same bill and said it was disounted asked to speak to speak to his manager and he still wandered like a loat puppy. Manager was great and we apologized knowing he was knew. She made sure things were right.

Came here for some happy hour. Half price drinks and apps definitely makes it great. Alexis I think was the bartenders name, was fantastic. Bar was very busy but she still made sure I had what I needed. A+++

I do like going to Applebee's, it wasn't very busy but we were there for about an hour and 40 minutes.there were 2 of us. Although we chatted and talked it was an excessive amount of time and it was noticed. They didn't have the food that we wanted, they ran out and some of the condiments were not available. I was kinda disappointed.

We were there on a Saturday late afternoon. They had several sections closed and were over-filling the ones that were open. My husband had the all-you-can-eat riblet platter. He liked it so much he had a 2nd. I had the Thai shrimp salad. There was plenty of shrimp but it wa kinda light on the salad. Was still pretty tasty though - just wish there was a little more (at least fill the bowl).

This is a good applebees, the food comes out fresh and hot. My only quarrel is that the service, while kind and helpful mostly, has a disjointed feel when we waited 20+ min and asked servers and hosts for a high chair multiple times. By the time the appetizers came, husband went in search of one. Its kind of a "everyones and no ones" fault kinda thing, so i just couldnt give 5 stars since, eventhough not very busy, the service needs a but of tweeking. Definately not something to never go again over...so I'd still reccommend this easy and yummy spot.

I purposely haven't eaten here in years. Their food has never stood out as having excellent flavor, different than other establishments, or ANYTHING that made me want to darken their door. We ordered take out, at my friend's house. Applebees was their choice. I ordered what my friend got because nothing on the menu screamed EAT ME. I had the chicken, Alfredo. Not something I would normally order. It wasn't too shabby. I do believe the Olive Garden still has 3 legs up on their alfredo sauce flavor but compared to their cardboard tasting food from 7 years ago it had about 70% flavor to the OG's zesty alfredo. I wouldn't go to Applebees on my own steam but if I find myself with guests and they choose Applebees, I will be having this dish again.

I don't know what happened to this place food was not very good this time you went from a five to a three again I got Chicken Alfredo noodles where not cooked and not enough sauce bread stick was as hard as a rock and the chicken had alot of fat kinda of a disappointment best part was the onion Rings shrimp was also over cooked spent almost 40.00 dollars.
