There was nothing wrong with our service tonight. Our server, Nicole, was absolutely fantastic. I've noticed over the past few times I've been in this restaurant that the quality of the food has gone down. I'm horrible when it comes to cooking fresh food. I know that I can make a chicken fettuccine alfredo that would smack Olive Gardens chicken fettuccine alfredo around like it's a punk. The noodles were okay. It was really the quality of the chicken that got me.

Stopped in for a quick dinner and it was so good! Our waiter was amazing but unfortunately don't remember his name. Salad and dinner were really good, I had stuffed shells and he had tour of Italy. They breadsticks weren't as good as I was hoping, they were really dry and hard, stale maybe.

We dined tonight and our service was wonderful... Drinks were refilled so quickly and she took an interest in our daughter and loved talking to her. We started with the salad which just didn't do anything for me like it usually does. I ordered the Chicken Parm with fettuccine alfredo as my side. My husband had the fried mozzarella which was great! He ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. He was not blown away by his... Took most home from left overs but overall was not impressed. My daughter had the kids meal, shells with Alfredo and fruit as her side. For me, I had a cheat meal and wanted pasta but it just wasn't there for me... Maybe because my body just didn't want pasta. The chicken Parm is usually my favorite but it just tasted like grease and the pasta was ok. All in all it was ok and the prices have increased a lot since we had last visited ($70 this visit for 3 people). It will be a long time before we try it out again.

Less than a 15 minute wait to be seated. The waitress was attentive, but not overbearing. She brought out orders with no mistakes. It has a typical Olive Garden atmosphere. It was crowded, but didn't seem hectic. The only problem was with the self paying machine at the end of the meal. I would rather they went back to having the waitress take care of the money. She had to help us figure it out anyway which probably took more of her time.

I’m not usually one to give a review unless I am upset but last night when we were seated our server arrived at our table and you could tell immediately that he was happy to be there. His name was Skylar and he made sure to give us the best experience at not only Olive Garden but the best experience that we have ever had at ANY restaurant EVER!!!! This man made my children (that were upset to be there) have the greatest time it wasn’t 30 seconds and he had them both smiling the whole time. Honestly the greatest experience that we have ever had. Thank you Skylar. We will be back!!

My sister and I were traveling from Pennsylvania to West Virginia for our mom's funeral and stopped for dinner. Our server Nicole was so friendly and nice. Nicole talked to us a bit which was so nice because we traveled 8 hours and to have such great customer service made us feel better. If we are back in this area again we will definitely come back.

This Olive Garden delivers quality food for what they are capable of for being a chain restaurant. I've never received a bad meal and I've returned multiple times over the past few years. The only reason a star was dropped was due to inconsistencies with the servers. Some days I'll have the best server with the best attitude, other days it's hard to get them to the table when you need them. I can't entirely fault them though, I know there's a ton of circumstances that go into working at a restaurant. I will continue to return to this location.

Great service. Dinner entrees and portions that won't leave you leaving empty. You can eat there everyday, once a week or just when it's special, but you feel like it's an occasion every time. I have to admit prices keep me from eating there more often but if those don't hold YOU back then make the occasion as often as you can.

It had been a while since I had been to this location, probably pre-covid, but I was very pleased with my visit. The store was slammed, but the staff was moving customers through very efficiently and the food was coming out of the kitchen in a timely manner and was excellently prepared. 1 had the ravioli in Alfredo sauce with grilled shrimp; it was the fantastic. The kitchen staff was definitely on point that night.

Been to Olive Garden several times and always have great food. However, not only was the food great our server, Schuylher, was absolutely amazing!!! If you want a server who loves his job, pays attention to details, and has a wonderful personality ask for him. I promise you will not regret it :)

A favorite night out restaurant. Usually a little wait but they text you when your table is ready. Staff is always friendly and happy to accommodate any special requests, like extra dressing or a side of a different sauce. Food is delicious and fresh, as well as a good variety of entrées!

Soup and salad is always good. The pasta wasn't anything exciting just basic but we sat at the bar and had exceptional service. We've been many times and will continue to go back. It's always consistent.

DELICIOUS food BUT, the sticks are so salty. They seem to be popular but they’re sooo salty. I had to wipe mine off before eating. OTHER THEN THAT, Chicken Alfredo was insanely good. Let’s just say I barely made it out of this restaurant from eating so much. I didn’t want to stop. Lol definitely going back again!

Cameron was an excellent server. Food was delivered quickly. I ordered medium rare steak & fettucine Alfredo. My husband had the Tour of Italy. The steak was a little too rare & the cheese they dress it with was ice cold, but I just took that off. Fettucine Alfredo was delicious. Overall, a very good experience. Also ordered food to go for my sister, and again, it was ready quickly.

You can never beat soup, salad, and breadsticks. However the never ending pasta bowl featured sauces that were almost inedible from too much salt and grey, flavorless sausages and meatballs.

Went in and was told they were going to clean a table of for 3 of us. Them a party of 7 was seated after coming in behind us. Along with another party of 4. They were ready to take another party that also came in after that party and I steped up and they apologized and took us to a table. We were offered appetizers for on them. Everything went great , except they came to the table 3 times re asking what we order. Then when the bill came, that's was a while nother story. The table beside us had some of our food while I'm still not for sure who's we had. But they some what got it fixed. I paid 70 and got 14 back for playing the table game and being charged for the appetizer that was never on the bill. So I can't give them a bad ratting , just tell everyone my story as I think it's funny as hell! Enjoy !!!! BTW THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME eating here for real and my 15 year old sons 1st 🤣😂

TINA & HER TEAM OF SERVERS ARE WHAT KEEPS THIS PLACE AFLOAT!! This place was just okay but we had an incredible server named TINA who made this a great experience. I'd like to give TINA 5/5 stars and someone needs to promote her to a management position. We were seated promptly by the hostesses and immediately TINA came by and apologized for the delay. She had probably 5 or 6 tables already and managed to be an accommodating incredible server to everyone. The food here is just your standard typical Olive Garden. Nothing special; however, I had never seen such a hard working server here at Olive Garden other than this Kind waitress Tina. One of the managers even came by to greet us and asked if we needed anything. We asked him for two separate items and he forgot to return to bring either back. It made me question the hiring choices at this Olive Garden Establishment because the managers should be just as attentive, if not more attentive to the diners than the servers. I know this place was busy when we were here, but it seemed like the management for the evening enjoyed walking around and talking with the diners instead of actually lending a helping hand to the very busy servers. I in fact made eye contact with the one manager a handful of times who never stopped by at our table until we were getting ready to go. Not going to fault him for this, but it's shocking to see the difference in work ethic between the male managers of this Olive Garden and the diligent female servers and hostesses. Hopefully Olive Garden can improve working conditions for all employees because it's the hard working women like TINA who will build and grow the business.

This was my First experience with our Host family (8 people) eating here and walked into a very nice restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. a nice variety of meals and drinks on the menu and our order was served within 10 minutes and the Food was very tasty and delicious. Our servers were spot on with the order and quite efficient in handling various requests. Overall experience was throughly enjoyed by our Family. Highly recommended thank you.

My wife and I had an evening to our selves so we decided on here. When we arrived the parking lot seemed very full, but we went ahead and walked in only to find the foyer/waiting area very full. It took less than 5 minutes to get to the reception desk we told her party of two. "I was expecting to hear 30 to 45 minute wait" we were seated immediately! Although it was very loud where we were seated, Our waitress was very prompt on seeing to our drinks, and soon after our appetizer and bread. I believe her name was Ashley and I hope I am correct. She was very nice, prompt and polite and we would like to thank her for the great service. Then our food was delivered my wife had the ravioli and I had the chicken Alfredo, my wife was satisfied with her meal mine was very dry. I am not one to send back, I have cooked in many restaurants in my life. My food was good " flavor wise " I ate what I could to get me by and took the rest home to rework myself. So overall I would say our visit was a B the chicken Alfredo a D.

We took our Mother out to dinner for her Fiftieth Anniversary. Our Dad passed away last fall. She wanted to go to the Olive Garden. She and I had the Lasagna. It was excellent. It was very busy, people were waiting outside just to get a table, but luckily we walked right in! Our waitress was wonderful. Friendly and fast. She took our orders and brought everything right out.

The food is good, but they keep everything pretty much the same on the menu. Plus, they got rid of my favorites over the years... The cheese fondito, the pork medallions, and its weird and bothers me that they have very little gluten-free options. The alfredo is not gluten free!!! Who puts wheat in alfredo sauce??? The pasta options are meh for gluten free. The breadsticks dont taste like they used to. Only my daughter is gluten free, so she did not have any breadsticks. The service is almost always excellent. Just really wish they had gf alfredo...if they had a gluten free pizza, they would have that extra option plus they could turn that pizza into breadsticks or cheese stick. They have the options to make it better, I just don't know why they are staying basic...

My wife and I have been to this location multiple times in the past but not in the last few years. We decided to go to this location for a nice meal. Both the service and food was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, making certain if we required anything else throughout our visit. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend visiting this Olive Garden if you'd in the area for great service, friendly atmosphere, and wonderful food.

Previous visits had not been stellar and while there were issues with this visit, the resolution and professionalism of the waitstaff and manager more than made up for the issue. I recently started a new job and days have been stressful to say the least learning and handling the new roll. My husband and I decided a nice dinner out as a family was in order. The berry sangria, salad, toasted ravioli, Tour of Italy, and chicken alphredo were all phenomenal! 🤗 We had also ordered the stuffed shells and unfortunately, under the cheese there was a dark hair. I have light hair and the rest of my family has either no hair or rainbow hair so it couldn't have been ours 🙂 The waitstaff removed the plate and offered something as replacement however the hair in my food unsettled my stomach and I declined indicating it was okay and that I had eaten plenty. She removed the charge from the order while notifying the manager who quickly came to the table to ensure everything was okay. We let him know we appreciated their attentiveness 👏 and let him know we were fine and just wanted to bring the issue to their attention. Overall even though there was an issue, it was a very pleasant evening with the family and we will be returning. 👍👍👍

I love the endless salad soup an breadsticks an the ability to get them at dinner and being able to get ranch instead of Italian dressing the chicken gnocchi soup is out of this world this is by far my favorite olive garden the soup is full of yummy carrots celery kale an little dumplings all other restaurants I've been to hardly have any veggies in it its more filling this way I only ate one bowl an some salad the waiter was kind enough to send a bowl home with me I will definitely go back

We didn't have to wait when we got here, we got seated right away! Our waitress was kinda rude at first, then she became a bit more friendly. The food was good, the only issue was the breadsticks were cold and just didn't taste very fresh. Also, they were out of the chocolate brownie lasagna... The reason for the 4 stars, and not 5 is because the waitress being a bit rude at first and the little food issue. We'll definitely be returning!

Our waiter was really nice. We got everything right and food was delicious as always. I think this was the first time I was able to eat all of my food. Their signature breadsticks tasted different though. Place was not crowded and there was no waiting time. Food arrived quick too.

My Mom and I were pressed for time and in danger of being late for a nearby movie. We informed the manager (Anthony) of this and he saw to it that we were served quickly and in enough time to get to the movie without being late. Our dinner was delicious and service was excellent! Wonderful surroundings! The restaurant was very attractive, clean and very well-managed - the best Olive Garden I’ve ever been to! Our family will definitely come back to this much better than usual establishment! Very pleased!

I was with a group of 14 old friends who graduated from high school around 50 years ago who just wanted to get together for dinner and Schuylher made our impromptu evening a treat for everyone. Food was delicious too.

Very expensive food considering the portion size. I had the shrimp scampi and it was definitely not up to the expectations. For the price I would've expected an adult portion, but I don't know if a child would even be filled by the amount.

This place is very nice, the salad and bread sticks are unlimited and delicious. This is my wife's favorite place to eat. She suggest this 9 out of ten times that I ask her if she wants to go out to eat. We buy different menu dishes cause we like trying different things out on the menu. We have had just one incident here and that is why I did not rate it a 5 star. The incident is not a problem for 1 out of 20 times we have been. Staff is usually on spot and friendly. We rate this in the top 10 places we love to eat at.

Really friendly staff and good food. I haven't been in Olive Garden in quite a while but this place made me want to seek them out more often. I had appetizers, the soup, salad, and breadsticks, and main courses. It was so good I went there for dinner both nights when I was in town. The servers were very attentive and friendly and kept my water and soda full and the food all came out quickly and didn't appear to have sat under the warmers for a long time. On my first visit I was there for a late lunch / early dinner so it was slow. I overheard the manager doing an interview and job offer for a waitress in the booth a few behind mine. He really stressed that they want to keep their reviews all positive so she was supposed to focus on customers and go the extra mile to keep their surveys after checkout and other reviews all positive. They apparently do make the wait staff do a lot of side work (roll silverware, cleaning, etc...) so they can focus on their customers and stay happy themselves. I worked in restaurants for a long time and that's a great idea. I really like this place and I'll be back when I'm in the area again.

Please don't change a thing! Our local Olive Garden is one of the most consistent places to eat in town. The food? Tasty! The atmosphere? Great! And the employees? Forget about it. Whatever they're doing to garner such attentive service is working. Everyone here acts as though they love their job, and it shows. Nowadays, we order out mostly. For this store, that's never been a problem; even before the pandemic. Their new curbside service is great and they've never missed a thing. When inside, the employees all are wearing masks and the store is super-clean! Maybe it's just me but I noticed that none of the employees are fidgeting with their masks. We had a wonderful Birthday luncheon for my baby girl who turned 26!!! Somebody slap me!! I can't believe she's almost my pretend age, now I am going to have to adjust mine!!! My son in law pain-stakingly did the math to watch his carb intake, he went with plain salad No dressing or croutons..they graciously brought us 2 large salad bowls, regular fully loaded for her and I and then his special request... Secondly he went with the grilled salmon which I had to admit looked freaking awesome...I was tempted to wrestle him for it!! I had shrimp scampi and Noki went for the Seafood Alfredo. Just love love love how they offer the unlimited dipping sauce for breadsticks for only $3.99...that is awesome because the cheese sauce just vanishes too quickly!! I have to say I blew my carb allowance on the breadsticks alone!!! So diet starts back on tuesday!!! AWESOME SERVER, great time all the way around...and she got a Free Birthday Dessert and she choose the Pumpkin Cheesecake This has become our tradition, Olive Garden for Noki's Birthday!!!

The food was fairly solid as usual but nothing overly spectacular. I easily got full on a $13 meal and enjoyed it. What really stood out to me was the service. I feel bad that I cannot remember her name now, but the waitress was incredibly helpful. She was proactive in getting drinks, getting everything ready for to-go, etc. I was eating alone since I was feeling lazy this Sunday and she still gave me plenty of attention even though I didn't get a soda, alcohol, etc. that might have lead to a bigger tip.

Went for dinner because the wait where se originally wanted to go was over an hour. There was a cheerleading competition in town and both places were packed. We waited less than 10 minutes on a table and our food seemed to come out as soon as we ordered it. From car to table to appetizers was less than 15 mins. The food was amazing. I have eaten at many ok live gardens but the food was exceptional. The best part was our waitress her name was Unchu and she was so sweet and attentive. It was a great meal.

I gave 3 stars because the food was good, one waitress was good and also because I understand they might not know there is a problem to fix until someone notices it. I hope we were the first customers to notice the problem and the restaurant got it taken care of.asap. Otherwise this would have been a 1 or 2 star review. We were out of town for a special event and chose this restaurant to eat at afterwards. We had 2 waitresses(table of 9 with a bad seat configuration) and one of them mentioned tips to us twice before we even received our main course. We found this to be completely unwarranted and really quite rude. We do not need tipping explained to us. Our family knows proper restaurant etiquette which includes how to tip very well. The 2nd problem was when we noticed a few ants on the wall and table with one crawling into our Alfredo sauce. Yuck! We told this to the waitress and she said it was probably because of the sugar packet holder🙄 and she would tell the manager. Well if she did tell him he acted like he didn’t know because when he came around to our table to ask how everything was he seemed surprised by this. He reacted appropriately I feel to the problem and also comped one of our dinner plates. However the Alfredo sauce with the ant was not and I felt it should have been. Oh and just a FYI we did still tip our waitresses the appropriate amount because one, the 1st waitress was good at her job and they would be splitting the tips and two because it was not the waitresses fault there was ants.

I ordered stuffed chicken Marsala with out mushrooms, however when the food arrived it arrived with mushrooms. Other then that everything else was great! It's Mother's Day and you'd expect a long wait but the wait for 3 people was only about 15 minutes! The salad and bread sticks were amazing. If not for the error due to miscommunication on either the waiter or the kitchen staff then my rating would have been 5 stars

We were seated at a table instead of a booth, right in the way of everything. Then they seated other people in the booths right beside us.. Our server bumped into my chair everytime she went by to serve the people in the booths. Our server was a little rude when we all didn't order full entrees and still wanted salad. We understand we have to pay for it so what does it matter? We were meeting my daughters husband, she is pregnant and can't eat as much as normal. Next time we will definitely say no to the table even if it means a longer wait. The food/service wasn't terrible but it has been better.

I have ate at Olive garden in at least a third of the states in the US. This is by far the best Olive garden I have been to. We stopped in WVa - driving from GA to Canada- to take a break from driving and boy was it worth it. The place was sparkling clean, the service was exceptional and the food was so delicious and hot. The lady that served us was so helpful and indeed everyone there were- they were so willing to make us feel comfortable as if they knew we exhausted. If all the olive garden restaurants in the US were like this- Olive garden will be #1 restaurant in the US bar none. I hope I am not disappointed the next time I come this way.

what can u say about the olive garden that has not already been said the food here is always fantastic and the service is really decent. I suggest starting out with the fresh breadsticks paired with the creamy Alfredo sauce for dipping. I enjoy their chicken Alfredo pizza as an appetizer along with the house salad. the house dressing is the best. for the entree, chicken masala. they really have a tasty version of this classic Italian dish. I've never had room for dessert, but I'm confident they have mouth watering choices available upon request
