We placed our order last night through the online ordering. Waited the amount of time needed and my husband went to pick it up and they could not find the ticket/order. It was found they put it on the line and then he had to sit there and wait for it to be put in. This was our first experience with their online ordering. 👎 We had ordered a small double pepperoni pizza, a cheese stick plus bacon, a large ham and cheese salad (I added turkey to it), and their new Pizza bowl (meat monster). My salad was great but they had forgotten the ranch dressing (I was out at home). I had to drive back over there to get the dressing that was supposed to be with the salad. The salad was actually great once I got the dressing. I had turkey added to it and I will definitely do that again. With their online ordering you can add an array of toppings but it is extra. Their Pizza bowls are a bit pricey for the size. This is the second time that I've gotten one and it was okay. I had the monster meat one. As you can see based on the size it's small. I had ordered a salad with it so that I had enough to eat lol. I absolutely prefer Marco's Pizza and their Pizza bowls over Husson's. My husband and daughter were pleased with the pizza and the cheese sticks. We will order again from them because they are so close to our house. Next time I will just make sure I'm checking the bags to make sure we have all the condiments before leaving.

I was traveling to visit family and this Husson’s was along the way. I called the day before to place an order for pickup. A lady called the next morning to check in with me regarding my arrival time (aware that I was traveling). When I arrived, the two ladies were boxing my order right on time. Pizzas were hot and tasted great. Thanks for making my commute easy and allowing me to feed my family so effortlessly. Highly recommended.

I moved into the area 3 months ago without a vehicle, and order from there about twice a week. I have not had a single problem. From the person answering the phone to the driver, all have been friendly and professional. My food always comes within a good time and is always fresh. Even on busy days. Hussons has been my favorite since Jr high days, I don't know how I've not wore myself out on it. But this store is by far my favorite!

There pizzas are excellent and employees are very friendly !! The only negative thing I can say is the price for bacon cheese bread sticks are over $7 with tax which seems a bit steep for me ! Dont get me wrong ! They taste great !

The food flavor and quality is fine. We tend to have to go back and get things left off our order. We need to just start checking before we leave. The problem is you just assume that when you order something you get what you're ordering. It's simple things like sauces or dressing for the salad, but sometimes those are the little items that make or break the meal. Especially in the case of a salad.

I enjoy this Husson's. Very nice people and usually very quick service. The only thing I don't like about the company on whole is their lack of ability for online orders. You can place them, bit cannot use any of the coupons Husson's publishes monthly. You pay a higher than regular price cost (because it is a 3rd party site they send you to) and they do offer the coupons for their family bundle packs. I just want a deal on a pizza...not pizza, breadsticks, a salad, cinnamon desert bread, and a 2 liter. It's just sad in today's technical world that they are limited in that capacity, but still awesome food.

Pizza was absolutely delicious!!! The sauce has a really good flavor and the crust has that chewiness that I like in a pizza crust the guy that took my order and the guy who delivered my order were both really nice I ordered bread sticks as well probably should have gotten the cheese sticks instead as the bread sticks are on the plain and dry side with a little parmesan cheese sprinkled on top I did order two cups of sauce and only recieved one but that's not a big deal nor is it a deal breaker I definitely will be ordering from here again when I'm back in the area 'I wish this was my hometown pizzeria"

My students enjoy the gluten free pizza, salads, wings and treats from the menu. For some reason, a few employees of this location don't like giving out or accepting discounts. A few times I've been frowned upon for asking if any were available (twice was told "we don't give those; you can always go somewhere else") and looked at sideways for having a coupon. Food is good, but the other location follows the same company recipe and apply discounts when able. To those who mentioned it, you're correct: I don't mind going elsewhere. I won't fight to give you my business.

We were in South Charleston for a baseball tournament and went in for lunch. Half the baseball team and families, we filled up the place. The service was great! My daughter's wings somehow didn't get ordered and I said it was ok since we were pressed for time and we had pizza. Lindsay went above and beyond and went ahead and made her order for us to take to go. Thanks so much! Great hospitality!

They answered the phone quickly, and were knowledgeable about the food. I just looked up their website and told them what I wanted. The delivery person was quick, professional, and wore a mask. Definitely ordering dinner here for the family again.

Ooooo Goodness One of the absolute best Pizza 🍕 EVER!!!!! If you have never tried it, DO!!!! I started eating 😋 back in 2010. When I was in CMA School. Then also while I worked in different Doctor's offices. Where I live now there is not one for like fifty miles. 🙄😥🙁!!! So now when I go down to Kanawha City, I usually place an order online 🙃 for pickup. Husson's Pizza 🍕 on 36st Street. On the left, right as you get on the Bridge. Now about the Pizza 🍕. I love it. The Large is truly the biggest Pizza 🍕 in the area! Thin crust or Sicilian style, both are good. I like the Sicilian style best. Light sauce extra pepperoni and 3x mozzarella cheese. Oooooooo yummy 😋! Of course they have lots of other tasty foods. The cheese sticks are really good. They have a wide variety of Gluten free options. Sandwiches, Salads 🥗 and desserts. I have always had great service when I have been there. The staff is nice and helpful.🙂 I don't believe that I have ever really had any problems with anything, since I have been eating here. Anymore I order online,💻/📱 but I keep their phone number on speed dial☎️ and, I pick it up. Ordering on line💻/📱is easy, just take your time. Look over the menu, it gives you a wide variety of menu options, and styles of pizza 🍕 There a loads of toppings. Meats and Veggies. Styles of crust. Also you can be specific on how you want your toppings placed on the pizza 🍕. Like pepperoni under the cheese or green peppers on the right side and mushrooms on the left. I just wish they had room for a drive thru. 🚗 The prices are not bad, and they have combos, not just for the pizza🍕, but a lot of different items. They all come with a drink. There is also daily and monthly specials. But the pizza 🍕 is worth getting out of the car to walk in the store and get MY favorite pizza!🍕 I could eat pizza 🍕 everyday! Try it out! You won't regret it! I promise you! 🙂🙃😋

The crust and sauce is what sets Husson's a part from other pizza places. I grew up eating this pizza and still try to stop by whenever I get the opportunity. They have calzones which taste amazing. If you're there for lunch, grab a sub. Hmmmmm
