We ordered tonight and picked up Chick-fil-A. I absolutely love using their app and planning orders that way... We always do a curbside pick-up if we aren't dining in. Tonight I ordered the Market Salad with cold grilled chicken. I like the freshness and summertime vibe this salad combination gives off for a fast food salad. It has apples, strawberries, blueberries, and blue cheese crumples. I topped it with the roasted almonds pieces (and skip the granola that comes with it) and my own homemade ranch dressing I have at home. I also had an 8 piece grilled nugget and diet lemonade; yum! My daughter had the 5 piece nugget meal with chips, diet lemonade, and dessert. In case you didn't know you can skip the kid's meal prize and opt for dessert (ice cream). We always get it in the container and throw it in the freezer until she's finished dinner and top with sprinkles. It's a win every time!

Kidz ate here tonight and the food was good they said. Only complaint I have is the drive through was super slow compared to ours here in Beckley! I think corporate needs to figure out something better to get people through the drive throu. They was pulling up like 5-7 car at a time, on one side then the other, why have two lanes at that point?, ( the new one here in Beckley is the same way with two lanes that turn into one I think it’s stupid) then you gotta wait on everyone to get there food before you can get out and leave! Thinking now I should have just went inside lol 😂 would have been quicker plus space is to small, traffic back up to Sam’s gas station and all in the road. It’s a good problem to have!!! Just needs to be more efficient for a drive thru. Chick-fil-A is awesome hope they figure this out and fix it!

We really like Chick-fil-A and we're overnight parking or RV at the Cabela's just down the road and this location offered delivery. So we placed our order via the app and all was fine until the driver got confused... not sure if our note included with the app is visible to the drivers? However I tried to call and text via the app, but calls just disconnected and I don't know if the driver got the texts... but he finally got close enough that I could get his attention. 🤬 The driver was very friendly and the order was well packaged... unfortunately we didn't find out that my side salad was missing until after he'd departed. Funny enough... they did remember to include the dressing and toppings for the salad. 🤯 Fortunately Chick-fil-A has pretty good customer service and I've already submitted a complaint due to the missing food item. I'm sure they'll make things right. 🤞

Great food - busy place – This location is right off of the East side of SR 119. We thought we had pre-ordered and stopped in to pick up the order but the app seems to have been challenged and did not want to work for us. So we made a decision to park and go inside. As with many Chick fil a, it is a very popular restaurant. It is in a line of places up on a hill right off the road. There is limited parking and lots of cars as it is a popular place and was extremely busy on the afternoon that we visited. Line was backed up to the side street. We checked at the counter about the order and it came out within minutes. We noticed that there are 4 different food delivery services. The staff was very friendly and took our order quickly and efficiently. The inside had tables to the left and right hand side of the main door with the counter directly in front of the door. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good staff and reasonable prices and I would recommend this location to fellow travelers in the area looking for good food.

Great food! Great staff. The place was absolutely packed to the maximum capacity. Since we had Lenore with us (our family's pet chicken; see photos) we dare not go thru the drive-thru. We limit her, but Lenore totally loves Chick-til-A waffle fries. We limit her to one only. Being that the restaurant was totally packed, it was to our usual amazement how fast our order was completed. Chick-fil-A is the absolute #1 in fast service and pleasant professional staff. Two employees recognized Lenore and had to say hello again.

ALWAYS consistently perfect!!!! I wouldn’t change a thing. Also, props to the female employee outside at the drive thru yelling “Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!” As our food was delivered to the car! This absolutely made my night! I was on the phone with my mother and my aunt as they were placing there order through the drive thru. I'm unaware of the young mans name(register 54) but he was excellent, very friendly, never rushed them, oder was accurate. Made my day to hear someone actually enjoy doing there job. I have my 82 year old mother-in-law with us and all of the parking is now numbered curbside pickup or handicap parking. I have to unload her and then move my vehicle to the outer area of the lot. Then when we leave, I have to go get the vehicle and pull back to the door. Meanwhile all of the 20+ spots are mostly empty. I love the sandwiches and waffle fries, but the breakfast seems a little pricey. $10 for a small chicken McMuffin, tater rounds, and a large unsweetened tea. My wife and mother-in-law each got 4 PC chicken minis and small drinks. $23.21. Doesn't seem such a great value.

People, stop parking in the curbside pickup and STOP leaving your dogs in the vehicle - they offer drive thru and curbside pickup - for the black F150, black dyed hair chic who left her poodle in the truck- try the drive thru and don't be cruel. Great service, love the friendly Christian atmosphere. The only place around that truly appreciates my patronage and always gets my orders right.

You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Then come on. Try to turn down one of their chicken nuggets, I dare you. The staff here is always pleasant and they never stop cleaning the place. I just witnessed them shut down the restroom to change the batteries in a soap dispenser. That's dedication! Lol!

Took my dad on his first outing to Chick-fil-A. He was amazed that there was a young man opening the door for people and he appreciated the kind team working there. I was sure to point out the various things the employees are trained to do in order to exceed customer expectations. This one is on top of it! Now my Dad knows why I always brought in applicants to interview if they had a work history with Chick-fil-A!

The experience wasn't all that great compared to the locations I've had on the west coast. My food was cold by the time it got to me due to some confusion in the drive through. Otherwise it was alright, a decent chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. I'd probably not revisit, but hey, it's another Chick-fil-A!

I absolutely love chick fil a and the people working there are cool. The food is usually good. Love their sandwiches, lemonade, and waffle fries. One time I had the type a flu I was recovering from and they messed up my order with the chicken sandwich I got a spicey pepper jack chicken sandwich it was awful it burned so much. So I went to them and told them the order was messed up and that I had the flu with sore throat and that didn’t feel good so they redid everything and gave me a free cookie and brownie. They are so generous and give you refills on your drinks. I love this place and come here all the time

We ordered breakfast and picked it up through drive-thru. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were great and the breakfast burrito was very good. Also. Customer service was spot on. They were standing there waiting on us in the drive-thru to make sure we got our order on time.

So I actually tried it two times so far, but both times food was pretty darn good, the fries are nice golden and has a sweet and salty taste to them, I had the fried nugs we're pretty good, sadly a bit on the small side and a bit on the expensive side when it comes to other fast food nuggets, but flavor wise they are good. Overall a good experience, and the staff are just amazing.

Peach milkshake is awesome as usual. Only issue is only comes in small and I know wasn't too long ago there was a large also. Five bucks is a bit pricey for a shake. Get 3x as much an Arby's for same amount. Got to give Chick-fil-A's ingredients the nod by a bit though.

Once again, Chick-Fil-A has delivered a great experience. The one thing I can say about Chick-Fil-A is consistent. Every time you go there, you know you will get a great meal at a reasonable price, served by people who are kind, courteous, and genuinely seem to be happy you're here. You know the tables will be clean, the floors will be clean, and the trash cans will be empty. Chick-Fil-A is what every restaurant should be. (If you use that for your new slogan I expect a royalty!)

Love the friendly staff the effort to move cars and customers so quickly. I do wish sometimes they would change up their menu slightly as it gets very repetitive. But hey if it's not broke don't fix it I get that. And the fries are only good for like 3 mins and then once they are cold they get soggy in that bag they are in and it all goes down hill. So just eat when you are there!!! And get some of those delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies while they are hot nothing beats that not even a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut.

Usually the service is absolutely amazing and I never have a problem, but with my most recent visit there were a few employees who were rather rude in navigating us through the line and taking our order. The food was amazing as usual, but the service was less than satisfying. I've never had a problem with Chick-fil-a before but I believe that customer service could have been handled better than it was.

Relatively disappointing.. the fries were past their prime, the chicken nuggets were stuck together, the cheese sauce for the fries just BARELY covers the bottom of the bowl.. I tend to expect better from CFA but I'm not seeing it.

They have the fast food game down to a science. Every time I eat there, I receive my food with the same, excellent quality each time. I should also mention that there are more customers there than any other fast food restaurant I have visited, yet I get my food faster there than all of the others. This has always been the case; from when I was a child to now as a young adult, the service, quality, and consistence has never wavered and has remained one of the best fast food restaurants, in my heart, forever.

You all made my horrible day so much better. We pulled into your drive thru at seriously 9:58pm. We noticed they were closing when the man in the drive thru waved us over because we wouldnt fit through the drive through. We worked all day and had ate breakfast at 8am and hadn't eaten since. They not only took our order they took it to the next level. The made sure our food was fresh and hot when we got it and put 2 chocolate chip cookies in the middle so it would warm them up. I wish we could've tipped them. Your alls staff is amazing. Especially this evenings staff. We really appreciate what they done. Thanks you all so much.

Workers are always very nice. The drive thru is super fast! I usually place a mobile order and pick it up through the drive thru (I have found this to be faster than the option where they bring it out to your car). They are generous on sauces, they have a lot of gluten free options. Their grilled chicken on a gluten free bun is amazing! They have what I would consider my favorite gluten free bun. Only complaint is that rarely (maybe 1 in 15 times or so) they do mess up an order (giving me breaded nuggets instead of grilled, forgetting the gluten free bun), so be sure to double check it before you leave! This is minor because they are very fast about correcting their error, so I am still giving it 5 stars!

I love Chick-fil-A, but getting in and out of this location is a pain. I know they are not at fault for the road traffic, but if you're anywhere near this location during peak hours it blocks traffic in all directions.

Chick-fil-A gets these 4 stars because of their friendly staff. If not for them, this trip would warrant a 3 star rating or less. Grilled chicken nuggets were good, but the kale salad ... all two tablespoons of it ... was pretty sad. It looked old and had drippy-looking cheese. It might not have been cheese. Not really sure. I didn't even open it. It was probably the most expensive item I purchased. I would have taken it back had I not been in another location. I'll give the place another chance, but they need to slow down. Quick service isn't everything. Most of us will wait for quality.

My recent visit to Chick -fil- A was very good. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We got our orders quickly. This is the first time that I have had breakfast at Chick -fil-A. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin with tater tots. The sandwich was good and I was surprised that the tater tots weren't greasy at all. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I will definitely return when I am in the area. I will give them a big thumbs up!

VERY fast service and I have never met a more friendly staff. They often have long drive thru lines but they place staff outside with iPads to take your order and because of this step they take above the norm , they typically will have your order ready before you even reach the menu screen. I've never had a bad tasting or "sloppy" to go order. I do wish they would get onions as a condiment option and BRING BACK THE CHICKEN SALAD. This is why I gave 4 stars and not 5. I hated Chicken salad until I ate theirs but sadly they don't carry it anymore ☹️

Ist time ordering Naked Chicken. This was the drive thru. Never heard of naked chicken.. something sounded wrong.. so I ordered lemonade 🍋. My niece payed we went to the picked up window got our ordered...OMW... Those naked chickens were cook to perfection 👌 with the sauce i believe it was honey mustard dip...loved them..I'll be back for sure

We decided to stop by this restaurant after I got off of work, and it was a wonderful experience. Our cashier was Dakota. I'm assuming he's new due to the cashier receipt saying Melissa. He was wonderful and very respectful while taking our orders. He let us know that at this location they have a special cheese sauce for the fries, and also was really helpful whIle we ordered. He was super friendly. I hope the next time I come in he is working as well. He really made an impact, and is doing his job very well. The food was wonderful as well. This was my first time eating the chick-fil-a sauce. So I was pretty surprised by how well it went with the food. Overall I will be eating here more often than I was previously due to such outstanding service.

No matter how busy it is, it never takes too long to get my food. Staff is super friendly, and they always run extra to make sure they almost never become short staffed. Being in Corridor G/South Ridge, the traffic around it is abysmal, but that's a small price to pay for the great food and customer service you get.

This is the first time I've been inside a Chick-fil-A, I've always chosen the drive thru before. This place was CRAZY. So loud, so crowded. We needed a break from the road, so my family sat to eat, and the kids played in the play area for a few minutes. The play area is small, not much seating for parents. However, although it was small, my kids liked it. Kids meals prices felt steep, nearly $5 for a 3 inch chicken strip, small fries, juice box and a plastic dirt sifter toy. I only chose the kids meal because the sign indicated the "toy" would be a book, and I thought it would entertain the kids in the car for a while. Food was tasty, but I wasn't feeling this place. Maybe I'm jaded, but for $30+ bucks, I need hotter food, less noise, or bigger portions.

It's Chick-fil-A, what else do I need to say? They have good food and have the best customer service out of all restaurants AND retail combined. With the dining room closed (thanks Covid) the whole parking lot is for carside-to-go orders.

It is still Chick-fil-A, the food on offer is still good, the service is still fantastic though in comparison to other Chick-fil-A locations this one is lacking in several key areas. The first being consistency, it's hard to say how quickly you'll receive your food, it's also hard to say if you'll receive skimpy portions. Being the only nearby Chick-fil-A for such a large number of communities the store often gets overwhelmed with customers. The second being is parking. This store has overgrown it's parking lot. I know they can't do anything to control these two things so I'm only choosing to dock one star.

I have to report the most amazing thing I witness today as I ate in your restaurant. I have over 20+ years as a GM in the restaurant world and it became increasingly harder and harder to convince my employer to allow me to hire employees that may not always fit the fast pace world of food. Most of these people have the heart and mind to do a great job and would last longer at the job than most. I am speaking about individuals with a disabilities. I believe that we all have disabilites of one type or another and employer's must over look the flaws to see the real heart of an individual and their desire to be part of success. I was amazed to see a bright smiling face, attentive to the customers order, as she entered it into the register. She spoke every word with a smile and delivered that famous Chick-fil-A message, "It was my pleasure" as the customer said thank you and walked away. The employee I am speaking about was in a wheelchair. I am truly amazed that this business is putting their customers and employees before profit. Well done just well done!!!!

This is the BEST Chick-fil-A I have ever been visited. I have only ever been through the drive thru (many times) however, the customer service that all the employees show is OUTSTANDING. They have employees standing outside in all kinds of weather taking orders to keep the lines moving and when you get up to the window your orders is ready and acurate. This is ACTUAL FAST FOOD! Imagine that .... a fast food restaurant that is actually fast that treats their customers great and provides good quality food. Been there so many times. Clean playground. Very polite workers and managers. It is a great enjoyment to have some quiet time for weekly planning, personal reflection, some light paper/computer work, while my kid makes new friends.and plays together. There is blue Powerade, which is not available in some other Chick-Fil-A. The french fries are a bit too salty, and the sweet tea is extremely sugary. But the servers are willing to prepare no salt fries and half sweet and half unsweetened tea. Be sure to let them know before hand. There are wall outlets at the tables beside the playground entrance. I only see boring types (bug, grass, water, ghost at night) pokemon there. But I have never been there early morning.
