Fish Bizkit

For some reason every table in this place is crooked. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe weak walls, thin steel, or oversized guests. They all lean slightly. The food still makes it to my mouth, regardless of the table slope. I generally get a stack when I come, and they've always been tasty. I've attempted to put every ingredient in, just to challenge them to fold and grill it, and they always succeed. Well done stack stuffers. Service is usually pretty good, and staff generally appear to be in good spirits. This time no one yelled "Welcome to Moe's", but who wants to yell through a covid mask. Well, probably all of us, but not 500 times a day for work. So. Yeah, I'll be back to Moe's. Cuz it's legit.

I don't know what is going on with this place and not having air conditioning. Went today and had sweat beads running down my forehead while waiting. I have a hard time with heat so it was a lot by the end. Food was decent and the workers good considering how miserable it was inside. The kicker for me is that the ac has supposedly been broken for 3 months.

Went for the first time today. Been wanting to check it out. I interacted with 3 employees; the first 2 hate their job, and it shows. They also were downright rude. They should never work in customer service. The last one, the cashier, was much better, nice, fairly friendly. The food was good. Nothing to rave about for sure, but also nothing to complain about. Again, it was good food. For those reading this who think, "Well, maybe it was busy and those first 2 were having a bad day." It was not busy at all, and there is NEVER an excuse to be rude to customers (aside from rude customers, who may well deserve it. I, myself, was smiling and friendly). Adults in customer service need to keep their personal issues personal, and at home. When you're at work, you're being paid to help customers -- you know, the people who are the sole reason for there being a business for you to work at? And the more customers the better for the business, and the better for the employee. Be rude to your customers, you will lose.

I always love moes until today. .As you can see by picture I ordered close talker but was told it would be put in bowl at end. That did not go well for me..A big mess. Is this temporary?? Place was dirty...floors...tables..and salsa bar was empty almost. I gave 3 stars because of taste. Very disappointed. ..

Moe's until August 8 2022 he used to be a great place. no anymore for a African American citizen,one of is employee mistreated and disrespected me in front of all costumer I was treated very badly I will never forgot or going back to Moe's I won't recommend anyone to go to Moe's specifically if you are a African I mean if you are a color person as they like to call us do not go to Moe's I try to talk a manager for a second time to know about my situation they even don't wanna take my call anymore but all I know is the person who disrespected me deserve to be fire

Good food! Their workflow is a little slow/messed up because they're doing online orders at the same time. I feel like they should have one person at the register for inside orders, and a separate person building the online orders, but other than that, it's great.

The last three times I've gone, I've had to wait for them to fill a half dozen online orders while I'm just standing there. I guess online orders are more important, so i recommend submitting online. Also, they have been running out of basics like rice. Seriously?!?! And the decor and menu just look cheaper and less southwest. I like the old menu and old look.

I ordered online, the estimated pick up time was only 10 minutes and then my car battery died. I called because it would be at least an hour to have AAA arrive, the manager cancelled my order and it was painless.. No hassle and they were very empathetic for my situation. I reordered once the battery was replaced and when I picked it up, they asked how the car issue worked out! Nice people, fast online order fulfillment.

Faith was wonderful at getting our orders right. She was efficient, personable and detail oriented. The chips were perfect as was the salsa. Unfortunately the soda machine was nearly empty and the tables were dirty. Regardless best visit here in a while.

Food ordered outside of the meal kits was tasty, unfortunately we ordered 2 meal kits a fajita kit and taco kit. Got the kits without tortillas or tacos shells.

I've been a regular customer at this location for years, and the staff appreciates the business. Anytime I've had any issue, no matter how minor, the staff has gone out of their way to make it right. My public safety colleagues will often join me for lunch here and the staff remembers my order. My family also likes it as well!

I waffled back and forth between 3 and 4 stars for Moe's. I like the food bit the service is super spotty. My most recent visit was good, the staff, while visibly frustrated with someone who had apparently disappeared from their shift, was friendly and the line was moving along. My last visit was different, the dude who was making the food, well, I've never seen someone move so slowly. I strongly suspect he didn't last more than a short or two, and that I just got unlucky, but someone put that guy on a food line in public.

Not as good as I have experienced before. Maintenance of cleaning tables and floors and garbage not kept up. Service slow and inconsistent and my bowl looked like someone slipped the food in without a care.

Standard Moe's fare. Staff seemed on top of it though they seemed to be paying more attention to online orders than in person customers by 3 to 1. I got there with 2 ahead of me luckily but those in line behind me were told of a 30 minute wait though they were 10 people behind me. Add more staff.

Moe's is a great place to get quick tasty southwestern style food. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is good, a little loud sometimes, but fun usually, food is great with lots of options for gluten and dairy sensitive diets. Overall one of my favorite eats.

Food was ok this time around. Waited a while for my food that I ordered as pick-up. Saw my order sit throuh the few people that had sparatically come through, so it would have made more sense to walk through than pre-order my food. The quino mix was different this time around - wasn't a fan.

Usually, love Moe's. Not this time. Have changed menu and done away with Taco shell salad. Now just served in plastic. Boring! Beans and rice were bland. I was going vege and nothing had any flavor or zip. Generally, not what we experience at Moe's! Time to fix things! We will try one more time but if no better, we will not return.

I literally go to Moe's once a week before my night class. I have soccer games at night and getting something filling in before class is essential. Moe's provides me with good food at a reasonable price. The staff has always been courteous to me. It's no coincidence that I return every week. These guys rock.

Offers a lot more variety than just burritos. The stacks and nachos are on point. Get yourself a Wrong Doug and leave full and content! Edit: this location has really gone downhill. Seems constantly understaffed and slow. Quality not great anymore.

A family favorite that has unfortunately declined of late. Quality, service and cleanliness are not what they used to be. Food is inconsistent depending on staff. Sometimes good others not so much I'm sad to say it but it's not the same.

Moe's is consistent. It's my favorite chain Mexican place. Every now and then you'll get a little more queso (their melted cheese sauce) or lettuce than you bargained for, but overall a good stop.

Reliable burrito place. Fast and tasty, each entree is made to order from a broad selection of fresh ingredients. They have vegetarian and vegan options. They have a great rewards program, and it is easy to accumulate points and get a free $10 to spend! Fun Cinco de Mayo celebrations, and a free cup of queso on queso day! Fresh housemade salsas of varying heats. Overall, a solid choice.

Long lines, but great food. Another reviewer mentioned cold food an flies. I'm not going to discredit that, but I've never experienced anything remotely resembling that at this restaurant. Always have a good experience here.

Welcome to Moe's! This place is always tasty. If you like Mexican food you really can't go wrong here. A great and reasonably priced place to eat lunch locally if you are in South Burlington. The "Billy Barou" (Caddyshack reference) is a favorite of mine; a heaping pile of nachos which is essentially a taco salad.

"Mexican" food minus the flavor. The tofu offering is pretty gross. I suggest that Moe's looks at Chipotle's "sofritas" for an example of delicious plant-based protein. Also, the "Welcome to Moe's" thing, while it might be creative marketing, is just WEIRD!

I always get good food at Moe's and the staff is always helpful. The one complaint that I have is when ordering online. If they are busy and it will be 30 minutes, I am ok with that. But don't tell me it will be 10 minutes and then make me wait another 20 minutes when I arrive to pick it up.
