I went on 12/28 around 7PM on my lunch break and the staff was awesome. The guy who took my order and served me was super upbeat and the nicest fast food worker I've ever encountered. He defiantly deserves a raise! The food was the best I've had from BK anywhere! The service was also very quick.

The lady at the window was nice. But we ordered 2 fully loaded breakfast croissants, and asked for salt, pepper and ketchup (none of which we received) and our croissants were soggy, liquid dripping from the egg. We were disappointed with this visit, although we've stopped before and this was really our first negative experience.

Go inside, there was a line to the main road and I was the only one who went inside . I ordered three burgers fries and three drinks and it was to me and correct oh under 6 mins. Highly suggest for a quick trip

Prices can't be beat. But staff have forgotten at least one item on a couple occasions. Rolling back into a full drive thru for value fries isn't the best experience. On the flipside, staff was very kind and offered fresh fries.

Good experience, but I wish they would start serving lunch earlier! It really sucks when you work nights and you want to eat dinner but only breakfast options are available. Is it really so hard to fire up the grill a little early? Please consider it.

The first restaurant that I have been in recently that I felt there were TOO many employees. I went in after 8:30 p.m. on a Friday. There must have been at least 8 dudes behind the counter and out back. The food was VG.

Drive thru was pretty slow for a 2pm in the afternoon visit. I waited 25 to order and get food. The food was great for a burger king. My soda on the other hand needed to be changed. The syrup box clearly was low and I drove away with just carbonated water.

We are happy to have a Burger King here. They have quick and cheerful customer service (for the most part), they do the mix and match 2 for $5 deal, they have clean and well kept restrooms. they ran out of ranch sauce today for our nuggets, but all in all we keep going back... can't ask for much more than that in a fast food place. No playback, dining room still closed for COVID

What you would most likely expect. Food was hot, fries were crispy, and the staff were pleasant. The location was clean (dining area) and the manager did interact to confirm things were to our liking.

I’ve been to a lot of Burger Kings around the United States and some in Europe as well, and I’ve been to this location a lot recently. I gotta say I’m blown away by the service. The 2 most recent times I’ve been there a nice young man was the guy on the drive thru radio/handed me my food. He was very kind and I gotta give a quick shoutout to him. He said his name was Hirsch when I asked him. Definitely will pick this burger king the next time I want fast food.

My chicken sandwich was hot and fresh, and delicious but my onion rings were cold. Staff is always Pleasant and when you special orders, they don't make you feel like you are a bother. Good location :-)

Amazing employees who really care about the well-being of their customers. I overheard a conversation the employees were having, and they were going to check in with a frequent customer to make sure everything is alright. Not only that, the cashier was really sweet and rang up my order so that it saved the most money. Good people work there!

No matter what 'fast food' place we go to, this happened to be the one you can never get a hot burger. They do have a senior discount but he wouldn't adjust the price after it was ring up or offer a free drink. The manager was right there too.

I've only been to Burger King twice in my life including this visit. Super impressed with her mobile app. Jessica was super friendly and provided me with great customer service. I just noticed on the app that T-Mobile Tuesday's there's an offer. Expect to see me on Tuesday!!!!!!

I'm not rating this locaction based upon how their food tastes. After all, BK, like their other fast food competition, just fills the void. Yeah, their food is a step up from your local gas station gourmet, but it's also far cry from any number of locally owned burger joints. Instead, as a national chain with a "drive thru", I am giving them 5 stars for their great efficiency, accuracy, and speed. Now I'm willing to bet that it's mostly because a couple of their daytime employees have been there, forever. They're an intangible resource and are the best of the best of fast food workers, because they have been slinging burgers forever and take pride in their work, a rare quality in any fast food employee. They're always friendly and always ask you if you need sauce for your chicken nuggets or your onion rings. If you're looking for a quick meal on the go, their drive thru is only, at least, five or six times faster than their closest rival, McDonald's and McDonald's has two separate windows to BK's one! Maybe you like McDonald's menu better, but what good is it when half the time they get your order wrong anyway?!!! I've never had that issue with this Burger King and that's largely because their regular employees really care about customer satisfaction.

This Burger King is notorious for forgetting or messing up orders. Before leaving the parking lot after the drive thru, I strongly recommend looking in your bag to make sure you got what you ordered. The kids meal toys aren't always what is advertised. The fries aren't as salty as Mcdonald's, so in my opinion they are better.

So, tonight we stopped for dinner at the Shelburne Rd. location . Several other cars were in a row , but the line seemed to keep moving, so we went to the drive thru. When we got to the window, she was very apologetic and this is when we learned... The girl working, WAS ALONE!!! ALONE!!!!! She ran EVERY THING BY HERSELF! 🤯 THE INTERCOM, THE WINDOW, TAKING THE MONEY, AS WELL AS MAKING THE FOOD AND DRINKS. THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE BURGER KING!!! Not only dedicated, SHE WAS FLIPPING FRIENDLIER then you're regular staffed shifts. Way to go girlie! Girlie, you deserve some type of bonus!!! I have beem in retail and food service for over 30 years, & I've seen people walk out for less than that , so kudos to you young lady!! You rock!!!! 🍔🥤🍟🏆

Bei Burger King kann man nichts falsch machen. Allerdings hat das WLAN mit meinem Android Telefon oder umgekehrt Probleme gehabt. Schade! (Translation) You can't go wrong with Burger King. However, the WLAN had problems with my Android phone or vice versa. Pity!
