Probably one of the best restaurants I've been too. The service was great. My waiter was cool, funny and took good care of us. He had great suggestions and descriptions. The food was fresh and really good. Lettuce wraps for days! The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. That was a big plus for me. I'll definitely stop in here for lunch next time I'm in Boston.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful gluten-free options, including the best soy sauce I've ever had. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and fast, and they will remember you. They play great music and there's a delightful atmosphere. This is the best place to have a good time and eat delicious hot pot. I recommend reservations.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. This was my first hot pot experience and it did not disappoint! I was with my son and his fiancé and this was their recommendation. They had been before and loved it! Everything was so fresh and absolutely delicious! It was fun trying new varieties of mushrooms I’ve never heard of before. Our server was very friendly, attentive and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the food choices. This will definitely be the list for a repeat visit.

4.5🌟 Pretty good authentic hotpot, albeit a little pricy.
On a snowy Boston afternoon, What better than a hotpot. We go it, without reservation and were tabled pretty quickly. And, The hotpot experience, overall was a good one. Hotpot was yummy and food was good for the tummy. Chicken breast was well cut and nice portion. Meatballs and noodles was great, too. The portion of veggie and mushroom platter was on the lower side, for the price. However, for the quality—can be understood. But…
…the most annoying thing, (reason i had to dock one star, although I wanted to dock half if possible)—the service. The server seemed so hasty in returning the bowls, one guy (not our designated server) even took our sauce/seasoning while we were eating. I mean, what’s the rush for? Winter Olympics?
Will visit again, with friends.

Great experience.
They have a whole lot of options for broths. Vegetarian options available too.
You can order stuff other than hotpot too. Their house special friend rice was amazing.
You can also order 2 different broths.
All in all a really great family experience restaurant.

Calm, authentic restaurant offering great sitting availability and a plethora of food choices. Friendly, outgoing staff and nice pop music playing. I had the hot pot choice for just one. It added up quickly but it was amazing. I got an appetizer, hot pot and the chocolate cake. I was able to take some to go. I would recommend

Intimate, posh and sensual. Just right. We ordered hot pot (of course) and the lamb and sirloin were amazingly marbled and sliced perfectly! The broth options are substantial. I prefer spicy and ai wasn't disappointed. My guest chose a more savory tomato option, again, no disappointments here! Our server was attentive and did not hover. The bar has Soju (bonus points!) and the price was right. Great appetizer list. Cozy little booths and even a sushi bar. All in all I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!

MAKE A RESERVATION. Visited for 6pm reservation on Saturday, 5/28, 2022, the beginning of Memorial Day weekend. Lined up, lots wait till 7pm. The second wave started around 7:30. Pick one/two soup form the spicy/non spicy sections. My recommendation-> PICK TRADITIONAL HERBAL SOUP. That was exceptional. Our server was VERY nice. Just ask how to order the pot. I’ll be back here many times when I’m in Boston.

This place was simply amazing. I had a great experience eating here with my many friends. The food was good but not the best and the staff was just super duper nice. The atmosphere of this place just reminds me of a good restaurant that knows what they are doing.
Dominique
The bartenders seemed like they were on one accord, I liked that.
The sushi was okay...we got the Volcano roll and the T&T roll.
The drinks were good! But that fried rice.....Even better. The seasoning, flavorful!
Eli Moslemi
In our visit to the Q restaurant, we ordered chicken wings, golden shrimp balls, chicken mushrooms, and the famous soup, Miso soup.
The place was beautiful, clean, and cozy.
The food was delicious but the portion was small compared to the price.
It wasn’t the best for me but I tend to visit there again and taste more food.
Anthony Scott
The service was incredible and the recommendations suggested were spot on. The sushi was very fresh and delicious, and came point quickly. However, the food was on the pricy side. Unless you got a basic roll, like California, you were close to $20 for a roll. Still recommend trying.
James Christie
This really was an experience. If you haven’t done hot pot then I recommend you give this place a shot. They bring a big hot pot with a soup base to your table and then you cook all the various meats, fishes and vegetables. It’s a lot of fun and very tasty although it’s rather expensive. Expect to pay somewhere between 30 and $50 per person.

Wow, awesome experience, one of the best dinners I have had in a while. The place is always very busy even on weekdays. We started with the fried rice with beef and teriyaki chicken skewers then we got 2 broth, the classic Mala (mild spicy) and herbal chicken
They have great variety of options of veggies, meats( great cuts of lamb and beef) and noodles,
our waiter Johnny was awesome and explained everything very well
Food: excellent
Customer service: excellent.
Ambiance: busy
Prices: fair.
Cleanliness: Adequate.
Camille
I loved. The atmosphere is great, cozy space. Prices are super worth it, amazing food. Quality of sushi really good and everything came very quickly. Apart from the service, which was great too

Awesome food! We ordered many dishes because we were at a birthday bash. The quantity and quality were amazing. Would definitely recommend. Now what's left to try is the Hot Pot 🍲

What a fabulous restaurant! We are in town because my husband ran the Boston marathon and we booked this place to eat after the race because of the reviews. The high ratings on this place is well deserved. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with friendly faces. Our server (didn’t get his name but Asian man with hair tied back) was very helpful and informative. We told him we were visiting and he gave us some pointers on what to order. Everything was delicious! We had two young children and he was very patient with them and accommodating. One of the dishes was delayed but he was always giving us updates and checking on our needs. Our children even said they loved everything which is rare for our 2 and 4 year old! Easily the best restaurant we tried in our five-day trip.
Wamuyu Thoithi
Not five stars because they kept us waiting for 15 min after our reservation time. That notwithstanding, excellent food. Had hotpot for the first time and it was amazing.
The crazy mala broth is VERY HOT. Not for the faint hearted.
Our waiter was amazing too.
JINXED MOMO
It is a great restaurant for the Hotpot, the ambience is good, service was amazing (brownie points for our server!).
Was our first time trying out this cuisine; we tried the hotpot split : Szechuan Chili and Black bone Chicken broth. It was delicious!
But we would recommend that they simplify the menu, especially for someone who has no knowledge of how to order. Even though it was an early dinner for us, a couple of their popular items (that we wished to try) were already over for the day. Would love to go back and add the fifth star to the review.

It’s been so long since I’ve return to this place when it was first born in Quincy. Met with some friends here with reservations and it seems pretty packed at dinner time. Waiter was very welcoming and attentive to us. They have many selections of superior broths versus other Shabu places around. They still remain as one of the best Shabu in Boston. High quality meats , fresh veggies and good appetizers. Drinks are also good here. They also have sushi if you decide to have both Shabu and sushi. It was a satisfying night with friends.
Kelly Cambridgeport
Lovely restaurant and atmosphere, attentive and friendly employees, and enticing dishes from different Asian cuisines such as Japanese sushi, Hunan, Sichuan, and Cantonese. The servers take good care of me whenever I visit. Dishes I recommend: spicy garlic pork, dumplings (any kind), the seafood salad, and the hot and sour fish soup. Cash discount if you pay with cash (ask first).
Jarret Miller
Ambience was great. The waiter was amazing, he asked if it was our first time here and walked us through the process of ordering a "Mongolian Hot Pot". He was also helpful with drink recommendations. If you are looking for delicious Asian cuisine in downtown Boston, Q is where it's at.
Summer Bordelon
I could go on and on about how amazing the food is here because it really is, we will be forever customers whenever we visit Boston. But even more importantly the staff here made our night. They were top notch and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed as newbies to the hot pot dining experience, they even went out of their way for our 10 year old daughter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
yhu2009
Best hot pot so far. The four of us recently had hot pot here. The food is super fresh, particularly the hand sliced beef and lamb for hot pot has the best quality you can possibly get. There are many options for sea food, fresh vegetables and tofu as well. Both meat lovers and vegetarians would love the food choices here. It is amazing to see 15 options for broth and we picked 4 different flavors (JAPANESE TONKOTSU, ORIGINAL TOMATO, BLACK BONE CHICKEN and WILD MUSHROOM). Each of them is different and very flavorful. I can tell they are all freshly made from scratch using carefully selected ingredients. The service is also excellent and fast. We will definitely come back.
FYI, advanced booking is highly recommended otherwise the waiting time can be as long as 1.5-2 hours.
Luis Vanson
Went there with friends! We were serviced quickly and our server was generous. the atmosphere is not heavily lit and modern.
We ordered a half half mala and tomato broth (I personally didn't think regular mala was that spicy). Both had lots of flavour, I don't know if the pot was just big, or if it was just half full when we first got it.
Loved the beef tongue ($19) and Angus, cut beautifully thin, soft and well marbled! (both go well with a combi sauce of satay, soy sauce, and scallions 😊)
Noodles looked a bit raggedy but cooked well; each enough for a 1.5 person serving. Vegetables came in small portions, great to get potato, bok choy, or bean sprouts to soak up the soup as they cook.
Drinks I'd personally recommend is the avocado smoothie! I grew up drinking it as a child and the taste was very nostalgic. It's blended to the point of being light airy, not too heavy on the stomach as you dine.
Dessert was the coconut and mango sorbet, you can't really go wrong with these two. Cold, sweet, and the coconut had flesh bits in it. Better for warmer temp weather, I still enjoyed it nevertheless.
One small complain is that there was to be a dead gnat on the bok choy, unsure if it's just because it was cleaned too quickly or something else. I also prefer using small spiders instead of a spaghetti spoon, longer chopsticks to scoop noodles.
Alon Seal
Nice place for hotpot. It has an upscale atmosphere, and maybe a good place for novices or people who place higher importance to ambiance. Doesn't mean their food is sub-par. Not at all... Great selection on the menu, from mainstream to O.G.
Shardul Telharkar
Amazing and authentic experience for having a hot pot dinner!
Long wait times of more than 30mins on Friday/Saturday evenings is a little concern that I feel worried sometimes, but the staff try their best to resolve the situation!
Highly recommend the Oriental Herb over here!
Shreya
Great food and quick! We went here the other day and their sushi is simply amazing. Beautiful plating and such a great combination. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because there’s absolutely no vegetarian/pescatarian dumplings offered which was a bummer. Overall though a great restaurant and they seat you quickly, and get your food out to you quickly too.
Giselle Ramsay
Came here for hotpot. We had the szechuan broth and herbal chicken broth. Both so good! The flavor of everything ans freshness of the beef was fantastic. The individual vegetable plates come with A LOT of veggies but the vegetable platter felt a little underwhelming with only 1 piece of mushroom, 1 tiny corn, two slices of carrot, and three peas. Pricy but worth it if you'd like to splurge. Drinks are always great here. I felt like the waiter was rushing us, which is why I took a star off.
Gregory Amato
Outstanding! I did the hot pot by myself and they didn’t disappoint. Great service. Koh helped put together a great variety. Will absolutely return next time I’m in Boston.
Seth M
Beyond having a nice decor in the lobby, there's nothing discernibly special about The Q. The food is about average for what you'd expect in Boston, perhaps even lesser than what you'd expect for this location.
The menu is confusing, as it's partially online and partially not, yet that wasn't made abundantly clear (days later I'm still confused) and little effort was made to correct that. Some drinks are on the paper menu, some drinks are on the online menu. Both are incomplete without each other.
The prices are ridiculously high for hot pot and quite high for sushi. The quality of the hotpot wasn't enough to want to pay the prices and the experience is lacking.
The service wasn't as attentive as it should have been and almost tried to make us feel bad for not dining there before, but perhaps we caught them on an off day.
It's a solid 3/5 star experience, with the price of a 5 star.
Matt Toy
I've known about this place for years, but the first time I tried it was a few days ago in celebration of the Lunar New Year. And I was very impressed. The inside is sleek and clean, great for a date or time with family/friends. I recommend making a reservation during dinner because this place gets crowded. Especially in between ChinaTown and Downtown; I did hot pot with the beef and seafood platter. As well as takoyaki. And it was great. I do wish the seafood had a little more size wise, but overall, still good. A la carte might be best for those looking to get individual value items wise. The platters come with veggies as well as rice or noodles. It was busy, but the waiter constantly checked on me and refilled my broth. The check might be a little higher in the end, but the cleanliness and quality are fantastic. I'll be back

Went here for breakfast on my birthday. Got the crazy mala and wild mushroom (very inspiring) with shaved prime rib, quail eggs, Taro root (a huge personal favorite) and udon (also one of my favorites). The crazy mala has that szechuan mouth tingle and mouth melting chilli heat, and the mushroom broth had enoki which is probably my favorite mushroom. I enjoyed wrapping my quail eggs in shaved meat and making a little pouch, and going back and forth between the exploding flavor of the mala and the mild rich flavor of the mushroom. This is a fun experience, but I'd recommend bringing lots of people because it's more fun to be able to order a huge variety of foods and broths to share out, mix, and match. Build your own broth! Overall one of the best hot pot places I've been to and worth a visit.

Amazing experience, amazing service, and verified A5 Miyazaki Wagyu. I'm not sure it is possible to go wrong with anything on the menu and we will be back again and again.
Yes, the A5 Miyazaki is expensive and many may not consider it worth the price per increase inn quality, BUT it is the best quality wagyu I have ever had with a verified birth certificate of authenticity. If price is a concern I would recommend the fatty sirloin or prime short rib which were still absolutely fantastic.
Next time I would order at least two noodles instead of one large order of the handmade noodles as it wasn't quite enough for 4 people. It was of course, perfectly crafted.

Decent hot pot restaurant in downtown Boston. Little over priced menu but overall good one time experience if you want to try hotpot dishes. Be careful while choosing your broth it can make or Mar the your experience. Choosing sichuan style hot broth was a mistake as it was having too many red chilies.
DeAndre Walters
Friendly, outgoing staff and nice atmosphere. The staff was soooo Chill.
Hotpot Menu had endless options, they give you a Pen And you’re pretty much circle what you want on the sheet. No pressure just a plethora of food choices.
Heads up the Szechuan is hot hot that cleared me out good. Ha it was awesome
Chocolate cake was for my birthday 10/10
Clara Serrada
I don’t know if this happens to everyone, but even if you try to eat not so much, you end up so full when you go to a hot pot. This is no exception. Good and abundant food
Juma Nyumba
Weekend lunch.
Hotpot food is good but pricey.
Maybe 40-50 bucks per person.
Carged 9 for szechuan chili broth and 7 for mushroom broth. The broths are quite good and they have variety compared to spring shabu or zen.
Meat beef combo sampler was 37.5. Nice marbling and good cuts. Meat shared w two not enough so ordered veggies carbs etc too.
Bok choy 5.5 and enoki was 7.5.
Mushrooms are so good at soaking up flavor from the broths btw. Tastes like meat.
2.5 noodles and 2.25 small bowl of white rice. I feel like rice and noodles portions were tiny.
Menu has sushi and other dishes too.
I like buffet hotpots usually but this was nice and conveniently located in the city.
Ngl i missed spring shabu shabu's buffet style but the broths here are better.
Ambiance is nice, comfortable and felt like a nicer hotpot establishment in Boston.
Service was good no issues.
Bathrooms clean enough too.
Near public transportation.
Street parking

My husband and I are in Boston for our 1 year wedding anniversary, and we came here for dinner our first night. Omg... Okay. So. I highly recommend calling ahead and making a reservation. They get super busy, and for good reasons!
We had popcorn chicken and scallion pancakes for apps, my husband had the spicy Q Special soup and I had the chicken pad thai. The Q Special was vegetarian, but my husband absolutely loved it. The pad Thai was probably the best I've ever had, and I've had it in several places back home in NYC. The popcorn chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly. The scallion pancakes were crispy yet chewy, not greasy, and came with a nice dipping sauce (hoisin with tamarind? Not sure).
For drinks he had the Rush Hour and I had the Half Moon Mojito. His drink was so strong it was like drinking shots lol Mine was perfect, on the lighter side, and delicious. I took pictures but not until we'd already started eating, so I ruined the presentation.. Sorry!
Our waiter was very sweet and attentive, made sure we everything we needed without being intrusive. The restaurant is very clean and cozy, all the staff were friendly. If you do the valet parking, it's $7 cash to validate so make sure you have cash on you! There's literally no street parking, trust me. We tried. Overall a great first dining experience in Boston. I seriously wish they were a chain with a location closer to home..
Michael Cirillo
What an experience! This was my first time trying hot pot. The menu is loaded with options for everyone. Absolutely need to make reservations, people walking in were being told 3-4 hours. With a wait like that, you know the place was good. My waitwe was friendly and trained me on hor pt
The manager is very friendly and checks on customers to make sure they are enjoying themselves. Will be going back here for sure
Anna Lane
Our experience at The Q was great. We went before a show at the Boch Center. We didn’t have reservations but could sit immediately at the bar with full dining menu available. We got the paradise roll and Shanghai chowmein with shrimp. The food was out in less than 5 minutes and both were delicious and fresh. Our bartender/server was very friendly and helpful. Overall really great experience and would definitely go again!!
Mariah Nosich
Incredible! They sat us right away even though they were busy. We considered hot pot but decided to keep eating sushi after our “appetizer” roll. We started with our waiter recommendation of The Q Roll and then had the Mango Sweetheart Roll. In between rolls, the sushi chef made us a ball of our left over ingredients. So thoughtful and delicious. We ended with the house made dumplings. Highly recommend this place for their food and service!
mark osterman
Consistently yummy hotpot!
Please, please, please get the Iced Beancurd (frozen tofu) - it soaks up the flavors of the broth better than anything else!
Also, great sushi and good drinks!
Josee Molavi
A bit overpriced but a great experience for a meal. The service was great they showed us how to make everything in the hot pot. It was definitely a filling meal. I liked that you can choose two broths too
Olivier Chriv
Absolutely loved it! I was by myself but very well taken care of. Staff members were really helpful about recommendations, I strongly suggest the beef supreme 🍖
Anthony Tayoun
Very busy restaurant. The food was OK, and the experience could be better. The staff is generally nice but not very helpful especially with first timers.
Ay-Ay -Ron
Great food, great environment, best if all phenomenal staff! Super friendly and made our first experience amazing. Can't wait to come back again. Best sushi and you have to definitely try their mango sorbet!
Amanda Carriger
Our waiter showed us how to do hot pot for our first time. Talked us through each step recommended things. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price.
Jessica Barry
Good service, and beautiful, clean restaurant. A little pricey for a late lunch. Spent about $80, but the food was good.
Zach Giordano
Always an exceptional experience dining here. The drinks are fun and the food is delicious, no matter what you're craving. Hot pot, sushi, noodles, rice, you name it. A great spot for a nice date or a dinner with friends. The service is also exceptional. Definitely one of my top picks for a great meal out in Chinatown.
Jonathan Stinnett
What an incredible find!! Their menu is vast but every dish was prepared expertly and efficiently! Friendly and fast, delicious and soulful, this is a great place for great food!!
Abigail Noll
I went here with my family and highly recommend it. We got a hot pot and we were extremely satisfied! Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained everything to us seeing as it was our first time there. I would definitely recommend going there!
Sanjay Talluri
They were VERY accommodating of the allergies in our party and the taste was still excellent. Our group had a wonderful meal with great sake. They even reassured us that we'd have time to make it to our show at the Wang and served us quickly to make it happen! Thank you so much for being such a great place to visit on a such a frigid night in Boston!
Xiu Nguyen
My friend group and I enjoyed this place a lot! The hot pot was good and really affordable and I thought the Sweetheart Roll that we ordered was super cute. Our waiter was really cool and made our environment feel comfortable/fun too ! Definitely will be going here again. :D
John West
Service was awesome! Hot pot Phenomenal! Nothing bad to say at all! Pictures say it all!
Amelia Bedelia
The food was amazing! My husband got the beef stew with chili broth and says it’s the best soup he’s ever had. The Schezuan string beans were flavored super well. We also got the General Gau’s chicken and loved the flavor. We recommend drinking the mango Taiwan beer with the meal.
John Vacca
Very cool experience. Chan our waiter explained the menu nicely and Jackie our bartender, so nice… good people.
Vahe Yacoubian
I am very excited to make this review, because I have had absolutely amazing experiences at Q both in-person dining, and take-out. Every time I have eaten from Q, the food quality and taste have been out of this world. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cool and definitely a vibe. Everything I have ever ordered from the menu has been delicious. I order new things every time and find myself shocked with how good the food is. Q has a cheesecake-factory style menu with many things. You would think it would be a jack of all trades where all the food takes ok, but quite the opposite - Q is a master of many trades.
My most recent order was takeout of some of my favorite dishes.
1) Sesame chicken - sweet and savory combination with a hint of spiciness. (5/5)
2) Mushroom Chicken (5/5) - Mushrooms are cooked well and are savory. Chicken is salty and savory. There is roasted garlic that adds even more flavor. Definitely a healthier alternative to some things on the menu and is very rewarding in that aspect.
Abigail DeVone
Excellent food and service! They are doing a lot to exercise safety during COVID while still making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. Sushi was fresh and bursting with flavor. Pad Thai with tofu and sesame chicken were superb! Highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Boston!
Alyssa Perez
Walked in here randomly and was not disappointed! AMAZING hot pot, good service, delicious cocktails. I loved everything, highly recommended. We tried the wild mushroom and korean kimchi broths, both were fantastic.
Marianna Sovic
This is my favorite Hot Pot place in Chinatown. I have been coming here for the past 8 years. Four years in a row I have been coming for my birthday here! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The food is fresh and quality! It's always full there and the line is long for a reason.
Yanay Sova
Overall great restaurant, sushi was fresh and tasty, quick service even when the restaurant was full of patrons
Lilia Mundelius
Pictured in order: Julienned Peking pork ($17ish), Beef and scallions ($19) and green beans (unsure - friend ordered it).
Friends and I went inside for some lunch. Masks required for entry but not during eating. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food comes out very quickly and is super delicious. Server told us that if we pay in cash, we have a 10% discount on our bill, so that was nice. Kind of pricy if you are a working class individual like myself, but the food quality is very high. I would recommend for people to come due to service and food quality.
Aditya Kamath
The food is delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back here
ShanFL S
First time having hot pot, and Johnny was amazing! He walked us through everything, was very attentive and hands down the best server we have had during our trip in Boston. Food was incredible!
Jim Michaud
This is definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in C-town. It gives off a higher class vibe than other places. And the food was fantastic! I ordered my usual (ma po tofu) and told them to make it spicy. It was on point. I'll have to remember that when eating at other C-town places. If I don't order it spicy, and they see that I'm Caucasian, they make it bland as all get out. It's happened 4 times already, so it's not just coincidental.
S W
Nice place and staff. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving on a week night. Went alone and the staff was helpful in deciding how much I could probably eat. Ordered a few meat dishes, bok choy and rice. Perfect amount and quality. Server recommended the perfect spice level of broth as well. Good vibes there.
Bob Antonius
Brought my daughter to The Q in Chinatown for an authentic experience. Our server, Johnny, helped my daughter and I with choices and also how to use the hot pot and best ways to cook. Lots of advice and he was pleasant and talkative. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. We cant wait to go back!
Layla Lai
The meat was very good and the broth was decent. Docking a star because the service wasn’t amazing (took a while for plates to get cleared and never got a broth refill) and because the price ended up around $75 per person, which is a bit pricey for the quality.
Pamela Benedict
Generous portions
Hot flavorful broth.
Fun! You get to ”play with your food”
We weren’t sure how much to order and menu didn’t say how many people it fed. We got a full broth, one meat, Chinese veggie sampler, plus shrimp dumplings. 3 adults ate their fill and we took leftovers home to my husband.
Alexander Kirchberg
Hot pot at it's best. There are a few things that set this place apart in a good way. The selection of broths is great. Their mushroom broth is full of flavor without being thick. The tom yum broth is tangy, slightly spicy, and well balanced. The cool thing about the soup ingredients is they can be ordered as platters and/or alla cart. The have great mushroom options/platters as well. The tuna ball appetizer is special. It's a good portion of high quality fish well crafted and flavors are on point. This place is great and I can't wait to go back.
DrPrang Dentist (prang_piyarat)
Very yummy
I love everything here
Kofi Boateng
Good place for hotpot with an fancy ambiance. The service was really good. I liked the meat/hot pot vegitable selections. The price is higher than other places, but worth considering for special occasions.
Christopher Wise
Great place. Ask for Fancy C. He will take care of you and make so your experience is taken to the next level.
Went back the next Friday and had a great waiter name Thomas aka Master L. The place is one of the best places in Boston.
Also forgot to mention that the bartenders rock! It's totally worth it to drop by for drinks!
Suzie Doherty
I cannot say enough good things about The Q. We were evacuated from The Wang on one of the coldest nights of the year, so after standing outside for 45 minutes in single digits, we showed up at 6pm. We had a reservation for 8pm. Billy was so accommodating and seated us even though we were early. He even got us hot cups of water to hold which was so thoughtful! Our waitress Yu Z was so funny and helpful. It was our first hot pot experienceand it was one of the best meals I've ever had. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I don’t know why this restaurant is called the Q, because we give it an A+! My friends and I hosted our second quarterly blind taste test event where we ordered General Tso’s chicken from six places around Boston. We are pleased to report that the Q was the resounding favorite, and it wasn’t even close! Our tasting notes included “Yum!” “A great balance of sweet and savory,” “Oh wow!”, “Juicy, tangy, and citrusy,” and “A real spice!”. We look forward to trying other dishes at the Q and know they will be “Boston’s Best.”
JC Parmley
One of the best hot pot places in Boston. They definitely have the most variety when it comes to authentic broths. One of the very few places if not the only place who next day air A3 and A5 Wagu beef from Japan.
Hilary king
My absolute favorite restaurant on the entire planet! Such great food and the staff is always amazing! I don’t know how they do such a great job, every single time we go! Even on Christmas Day… everything was above and beyond! Wow! Thank you!
Janneke van Ooyen
I love the Q for some good authentic hot pot! They have a good variety of ingredients and amazing broths!
Swapnil Prabhu
We loved the broth. Overall great experience!
Nilay Chakraborty
Great food.. Great Staff... Great ambiance... Great Experience...
We tried their Sushi specials and Hotpot. Both were really delicious...
Our favorite though was the 'Q' roll. We just can't get enough of that 😋
Thomas Hull
Good food really enjoyed the brown rice. It's hard to eat upscale Chinese food when to me Panda Express is just as good at a fraction of the cost. my visit was a pleasant experience.
Emily Baton
Great find! A bit pricy but the food was fantastic. We were seated quickly and the staff were very accommodating to our party which included a wheelchair. The drinks were wonderful. Our favorite drink was the Mai Tai but the Royal Q was great too. We picked the Japanese Tonkontsu broth. The mushroom platter is a must pick!
John Strong
The beef stew noodle soup was amazing: very flavorful with super tender beef and good selection of veggies. I ordered it with rice noodles and chili oil on the side. I didn’t think I’d be able to eat it all (it’s a huge pot), but it was so good, I did!
The restaurant was very nice and clean. My waiter was friendly and helpful.
So many people were eating the traditional hot pots, which looked amazing too. I will be back!
Carol Murphy
Excellent hot pot dishes. We had 1/2 spicy and 1/2 regular chicken broth. Enoki, portabello mushrooms, shrimp, fatty rib eye sliced paper thin and bok choy made this delicious meal. The spices you add to soy sauce from separate dish bring up the flavors to superb sensation. The servers were polite, knowledgeable and very attentive. Pricy but worth a splurge!

Love this place
They have an authentic Hot Pot which I love! Look forward to be back to Boston and come visit again
The Hot Pot was great! I took meat platter, mushroom platter , broccoli and udon noodles
Yummy 😍
Justin Okonski
This is a must for anyone traveling through Boston. Hotpot done right with great menu options and delicious cocktails. Everything we had was great and I would highly recommended the chicken teriyaki skewers and the supreme seafood hotpot.

Best Hot Pot in Boston! Q knocks it out of the park with ambiance service staff and food. This is our go to restaurant anytime we are in Boston, everyone loves it from the sashimi, sushi and soup dumplings to the Mongolian Hot Pot. We love the Tom Yum broth and black bone broth, split the bowl so you can have two choices. We order the beef rib eye combo which comes with a wonderful assortment of bok choy, Napa cabbage.mushrooms, woods ear, enoki, crimini, carrots broccoli corn fried tofu etc. We often get the Udon noodles, but there is a wide range of noodles and broth to choose from.. You will be so stuffed and satisfied but in a wonderful way. The desserts are not to be missed..the chocolate pyramid with crunchy hazelnuts, the tiramisu and caramel flan presentation is gorgeous. Do not forget your Lychee Martinis or Sapporo beer as they match perfectly with food. The kids love the bubble teas! Johnny is one of the best waiters we have ever had at Q and is the person to make sure you have for large dinners, parties or celebrations. Tell them you have a special occasion and they will make it a very memorable event!
Kaitlin Douglas
100% recommend this restaurant!!! We sat at the bar and The service was so attentive we did not need to ask for anything they were on it before we even knew we needed it! The food was absolutely incredible and will make a special trip back to Boston specifically for this restaurant!
Scott Hall
Wow what a great place with family. Super hot pot and very tasty food. Great service and helped guide us as newcomers. A must go place in Chinatown.
Joshua Laber
Good food! Great experience! Hot plate idea is really cool! For people who haven't been here you can order the type of broth you would like then the sides. When the broth comes to the table it is out on a hot plate then shortly after the sides come out. You put the sides in the broth and let them cook. Different yet fun and exciting! Great service!! Even let us keep some food there while we went to a concert. Enjoy!!
Greg Holland
Incredible. 3 of us had as much as 3 people could eat from a variety of dishes. Sushi, hotpot, dumplings, drinks. It was all top notch delicious and artfully prepared. Wait was a bit long, but once we got our table everything was super great. Bit pricey at ~$80ea for the smorgasbord feast, probs would have been half that for a normal dinner. Outstanding dining experience.
Blu Luna
Food is delicious and our waiter was great! Loved it and will go back. They do validate parking if you use the parking garage next to the restaurant.
Sabina Shorey
Great hotpot with alot of options. Good for people new to hot pot or long time hotpot lovers! They also have sushi and other non hotpot food.
Jesse Price
You pop in, select the items you want in your meal, I recommend the platters if you aren't sure. You typically pick a meat, 2-3 veggies, and some mushrooms. Enoki are the skinny long ones that look like grass with buttons on it, shitake are thick brown caps, both good options. You pick a broth. I like the tonkotsu. They then take the card where you circled the items and bring you a big pot of broth. It sits in the middle of the table on a cooker. They then bring the other items you selected uncooked. You add the longer items, like noodles and mushrooms, then you dip the quick stuff like meats and greens. Very good stuff, hope this helps!
Andrey Osher
My friends took me to the Q for my birthday dinner. It was amazing! The food was delicious and we just couldn't stop eating :) . Everything survived in a very interesting manner. I loved it. Deserts were amazing. Drinks are really good quality too.
Ethan Froelich
Fantastic introduction to Hotpot. No need to be intimidated if it's your first time, they walk you through all your options. We got the Tonkotsu broth on one side and the Szechuan broth on the other. Very good!
Caroline Owen
Food was excellent & service was great. We had a group of 6 with 1 vegan & 1 gluten free & had plenty of options for everyone. Beautiful presentation, delicious flavors & food came out quickly which was perfect since we were heading to a show.
William Ruiz
Wow. One of THE best hot pots spots in MA, and dare I say north east. I wish they were paying me to say this 😆
Staff, Incredible.
Food, Tasty!
Drinks, Spot on.
Can't wait to return
Saravanan Ram
Awesome restaurant. The authenticity is tremendous and I highly recommend to try their soupy noodles. The food is fresh and delicious. The service was good and their tea with boba rocks! Do visit the place if you are in the neighborhood.
Laura Maxi
I've been here multiple times and never leave disappointed. The atmosphere is nice the food is always delicious and the drinks are good. I would recommend making reservations which is only available on yelp.
Ashley Pezzone
I went here last night and had so much fun. The atmosphere was beautiful. The sushi was really fresh and the spicy broth was amazing! Definitely recommend it if you are doing hot pot. The selection of food was amazing and had something for everyone to try. Definitely the best place in Chinatown I tried so far!
Saturn
My friend, Jam, who is a master reviewer taught by the legendary BARBARA D who has a phD in google reviewing and who has 1050 reviews on many iconic places including the White House, Pentagon, Big Ben, Coliseum, Freedom Tower(NY)and more said that this was the best hot pot he has bin to (out of the 7 he has been to) he said kinda the best hot pot in Boston maybe even the whole East Coast.
Barbara D was with us too and she said "so good we went there every night for a week, great atmosphere". Our waiter Jonny N was so kind, understanding and patient while we were ordering. 5 stars.
Joey Tran
Pretty good Restaurant famous for their customizable hot pot (you can choose: broth, meat, and veggies). Cocktails were also pretty good!
Wait was kind of long, but with a popular restaurant its kind of expected.
Nicolle Dananberg
Went on Christmas Eve and got impeccable service and the food was amazing 😍 definitely a must try - hot pot and regular dishes!
Annie An (Annie An)
Not the best hot pot I have had, but the waitress were super friendly and helpful. They serve hot pot with a giant pot, good for a group, but might be too big for an individual. The sauce plates were amazing, with five basic ingredients(hot sauce, sha-cha, garlic, cilantro and scallion). I also asked for a plate of white vinegar, and glad they have it(many Chinese restaurants only have red or black vinegar)
Kartiké
Delicious, spicy hot pot!
s
Loved this place so much, I definitely look forward to coming back when I’m in town again. Our hotpot was so yummy, and everything was served in generous portions. Cocktails were great. Our waitress was so friendly, happy, and sweet! :) I was freezing and I asked if they could turn off the a.c on top of us, and they were so nice to. The manager even checked on us to see if I was okay, something like this really takes a restaurant from “great” to “amazing” ! We really had a good time. Thank you so much!
Shiina Yuri (yuris)
Great hotpot place, wait time is long but the experience is good. The seafood is not perfect but others are fine
Caesar Alarcon
It was noodle day. Udon beef gravy noodle. I had a chicken soup with noodles, celery, carrots, onions and beef chow fun.
I could have pass on the soup. The chicken was of a good quality and the beef was of good quality.
Danmur15
We tried the summer roll, crab rangoons, and of course, the Mongolian Hot Pot.
The summer roll was the best sushi roll I have ever had, and the crab rangoons, although smaller than at most places, were up there with the best.
The hot pot was AMAZING! I have never had anything like it and I would come back for just that.
The customer service was among the best I've ever had. Our server, Johnny, was patient, attentive, and funny.
Overall is probably one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant.
Vikram Seshadri
Loved the place. Great experience for first timers. Really great vegetarian and Vegan options. Must try their Mango sorbet.
Cheymony Fennell
Love Q! It’s a great spot and the food is pretty fresh considering the area. Definitely coming back!
Marvin Lahoud
One of my all time favorites. Everything here is amazing. Try their non hot pot dishes. Just close your eyes and pick!
Sam Stevens
Man oh man. There were soo many delicious options for things that sounded good. One of our favourite foods was the salmon tartare tacos with sriracha mayo and the general Gaos tofu. The fried tofu is or one of the best fried tofu dishes I’ve had. Great place for a date night or just a nice dinner. There was one dish that I would say was bad, the mango shrimp. It was weirdly bland and just didn’t taste right. We didn’t realise how large all the portions were fit the dishes, so we got our dessert to go. We ordered the caramel brûlée and the tiramisù. The flan was good but there was little to no caramelised sugar but the custard inside was great nonetheless, just a bit disappointing for the sugar part. The tiramisu was much better than the caramel brûlée.
Emily Walsh
Pretty exceptional 👌 If you're going for your 1st hotpot get a 1/2 spicy half not spicy pot with the beef platter and the veggies. I think the veggies may even be better than the meat. My family fought over the the beef and chicken skewers, house fried rice is delicious. They refill the broth so don't feel like you need to go overboard on the meat etc eat et cetera the soup is very filling. Let them know you want a hot pot when they're seating you. Foods comes out super quick once you order.
Victor B
A fantastic dining experience. The waiter was friendly and explained the menu and options very well. Prompt beverage and food service. Really appreciate the pots in the middle of the table and preparing the food. The spices, seasoning and food all top shelf. The restaurant was comfortable and our large group had great conversation while enjoying the dinner. I made reservations a month out because this was a special occasion. I received text reminder a few days out.
Olivia ciarfella
I love this place!!! If you're like me and you enjoy Hot pot, this is a great place to eat at. The menu has great variety and the server we had was incredible helpful. He mixed our dipping sauces for us based on our preferences and made lots of suggestions. The cooked Tempura Sushi roll he recommended for a member of our party who didn't care for raw fish was so delicious that we ordered another. Now keep in mind that it's not cheap but to be fair, we ordered a lot of food and drinks and in the end we left feeling full and satisfied. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others.
Jordan Rowe
Went for the Thai tea and found myself over my head. The waiter was outstanding and helped me pick out the the amazing culmination below. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do and he was beyond generous to show me without judgement. I wasn't prepared for the explosion of flavor that I experienced and I find myself longing for more. It isn't cheap but it is delectable and a fascinating experience.
I got the supreme beef sampler in hot and sour tomyum and black bone chicken. The sauce with chili sauce, seafood paste and green onion was a large part of the flavor explosion.
Tina Mariano
Had a great time at The Q for a friend's birthday. We had reservations for 7:30pm on Wednesday and was seated promptly. Staff was attentive as we ordered and happy to answer questions. The only thing not ideal was we ordered Scallion Pancakes to snack on which didn't come until halfway into our dinner, but we didn't mind.
We had 4 broths - Mala, Oriental Herbal, Malaysian Satay, and the Chicken broth. All delicious and rich in flavor. We ordered Veggie Platter B, Tofu Platter, and 2 meat plates split between 5 people and were content. Also had the special cocktails which had fun flavors. Great experience overall.
Adelina VG
Hot pot very tasty. The spicy broth and black bone chicken were perfect. The staff was nice and helpful.
I recommend !
Welt Reisender
I came here with another coworker for an early dinner and we ordered a tofu platter and some vermicelli noodles. The veggie and tofu platter were reasonably priced around $11 but it wasn't a lot of food. I was satisfied from the noodles and broth but could have been happier with a little more to the plate. The meats were really expensive so I skipped oon those. The food seemed very fresh. I am not a huge eater but I wished their portions were larger. It was like Asian Tapas. Our waiter was nice though. On the positive side, we left not feeling full so we went and got a desert in the North End.

It is THE HOT POT PLACE for entire state of MA and I'll tell you why!
🙋♂️Staff- always welcoming, always nice, and always so helpful! Customer service skills!
🚗Parking- they validate your parking at $7 in the parking garage NEXT to them. I mean you walk out of garage and you walk right into the restaurant 30 seconds later! Convenience!
🥘Food- they have some of the exotic ingredients on the menu, such as Boneless Duck feet and Fried tofu skin! Their broths are FIRE, literally, if you like it fiery! Lots of vegetable options and tons of noodles and some high quality beef and lamb!
🍸Drinks- you know how they say "You get what you pay for!", yeah, turns out they're right! It's not cheap, but it is great! Their "watermelon" drink is my go to. I always ask for it, and it is a secret drink during winter season, try unlocking it, be nice to the waiter or waitress , better yet talk to the bartender maybe even get him a beer or two and he might just make it for you! Psst, winter edition is better than the one they serve in the summer!
The place is typically very busy during the "you know what time it is" hours, so get there early. They've got a bar and also sushi bar. They have big tables for big groups, they've got high chair sitting as well. I've seen families with kids here as well. Also, the place is open dope hours!
Thank you!
Holly Manning
My husband and I had an amazing experience here last night! We had a 5pm reservation, and when we arrived about 10 mins early, we got a table for hot pot right away. It was our first time trying hot pot, and our server, Lu, was fantastic. He was so patient and helpful, walking us through ordering and each step of the process. We really appreciate that he was able to take the time to help us, and it was good timing because it wasn't too busy at that point (it was a Saturday night and right before Father's Day, so it was definitely getting busy when we left!). We enjoyed everything, especially the shrimp dumplings, and the beef (I had everything in the Tonkotsu broth, and the beef was one of the best things I've eaten in a while!)
We wanted to say thank you to Lu and to everyone there for making it such a fun and special meal!
Shibya Pandey
Try scallion pancakes here. The spring rolls were good too.
The waiter serving us was very rude. Also, the portion wasn't that big.
Tip: spicy broth is really really spicy.
Sid Ford
My first experience with hot pot. This place is awesome. Great staff and food.
Ella Gee
We had a reservation around 8:30pm but we weren't able to get it until about 9:30pm, pretty usual for a busy friday night. As first time customers, we were surprised how affordable everything was despite the modern location. We had the regular spicy szechuan broth and non spicy bone broth, both were amazing in their own way. Unfortunately, one of the set backs was our drinks. Pretty sure they forgot about it since they didn't serve it until ALMOST the end, I'm not talking about some fancy drink they had to make up, it was just Coke and Mango shake. All in all, the food was awesome.
Igor Middlebrook
Awesome! Great concept. Wonderful service. Delicious food. Great find for us today.
Brian Grover
Amazing food. Can't go wrong with anything you order. Our waiter Johnny was top notch!
Bridget
Loved the hot pot and the customer service! Definitely recommend booking a reservation in advance or you’ll be waiting.
Matt Harvey
I have never had anything like the fried rice cake! I was expecting a compacted stir fry, but got a meal which featred great taste and a wide variety of textures from the thick, solid rice noodles, baby bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, and pork. We waited 40 minutes to get a seat. The place was packed, but after eating there I can see why!
Daniel Purtell
Food was great, staff was awesome. Waiter tried to keep me from ordering way too much food. Did a great job.
Alex
nice hotpot, with an semi-large selection, but inexperienced staff. we waited a while to get more broth for our pot and we only really got more as we got ready to leave. also drinks were not handed out/considered when we sat down. hotpot is pricy so the bill was within reason.
Mike Erdely
The food was really good. I ordered the sashimi deluxe meal, a rainbow roll, and a Pink Panther roll. I'd never had the PP roll and I really enjoyed it.
Trương Lan Hương
The food was good, not too special but good over all. There was a long line where I got there but staffs arranged really quick.
Laura Koehler
Call ahead for your seats/it'll make your life easier . Being from out of town I had to try something from each category. The food did not disappoint. The plating was beautifully done (especially on the volcano roll). The soup dumplings isn't too different from most places but I would def suggest it. And holy cow their MAI TAIs (someone finally made it right!!)
Annie Jang
It's pretty good hotpot. The pad Thai is also pretty good. Crab rangoons are OK. The place gets super crowded, so show up early for dinner and expect there to be a wait.
Keith O'brien
Unfortunately The Q failed to deliver on the high ranking it had. Though they'll serve you tea in a plastic cup, the food was satisfactory. My main issue was the interior of the restaurant itself. It's a cold environment without any sort of appeal. I would also suggest to change the music repertoire away from top 10 radio hits toward something... perhaps Chinese.
Tobias Nagle
First and foremost, this place is well and truly a MUST when visiting the area. We were able to fortunately walk in and had a table within the hour.
I can't say enough about our server, Andrew. I'd never been to a hotpot before. Andrew truly took it upon himself to keep us company, as well as serving all of his other tables, and make sure we were fully informed of the menu.
He repeatedly checked in on us, and really facilitated the enjoyment of the experience. He knew we'd never been to anything similar but made the extra effort to educate us and we never felt embarrassed or awkward, rather really excited with the knowledge Andrew gave us!!
He was without a doubt one of the best waiters I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. When he came to clear out table (90 mins later - there was alot of eating happening!) His face lit up when we told him we enjoyed our meal. He truly cares. Honestly. If you are in the neighborhood, go to this place and ask for Andrew.
If it's bad blame me. You won't tho.

The ambience was nice and the staff was friendly. The food was okay, they forgot my husband's drink after asking for it three times, and the steak plate was pretty unique, but didn't have much flavoring or anything, so we asked for duck sauce and soy sauce to help add some flavor. The chicken wings are made in peanut oil (you can taste it), so just be careful if you have an allergy.
Laurette Garrand
Awesome place to eat can't wait to try it on my next visit with the hot table. Gluten free menu items were good. I loved sushi. Sample of the other not gf dishes.
Alonzo Ramon
Very affordable restaurant with a cozy low-light atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
Melissa Elle Garodnick
Delicious food and great restaurant. Our waiter was patient and made the dinner exceptional.
Vishal Das
Fun! The HotPot was quite an experience in dining. Perfect meal for a chilly day in Boston. It's gonna warm you from the inside. Go for the mushroom broth, add some meat and veggies, and top it with noodles. Add soy sauce swag anusar. Maza aayega.
Tab Fellows
Awesome world Chinese food. Its about the wonderful flavors. Not your typical Chinatown restaurant. Friendly hard working staff.
I M
Not really a restaurant for me. Visited because my boss likes it, but high fat, high salt, high sugar.. which is to be expected I guess, just not my thing.
Nice atmosphere, nice staff and if you like this type of food then you'll probably love it.
Dmitry L
I was genuinely surprised by the flavor of their hotpot.. must try their fried rice -- everyone raves about it. Really friendly staff too!
Riya Santra
Got half tonkatsu, half classic mala broth with lamb shoulder, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, scallops, udon, and hot pot noodles. Really enjoyed the mala broth and lamb shoulder. Great late night vibes
Chris Blaisdell
This is the best hotpot I have had outside of Tokyo. Delicate, complex, house made soy sauce. House made fish sauce and broth. The freshest vegetables and most beautiful meats. Unbelievable for the price.
Bob Vescera
Great experience. We had the avocado spicy tuna app. And the combination seafood and meat Mongolian hot pot.
Privy Thomas
One of the best restaurants, as far as the quality of food goes. Service could have been a bit better, but can't complain given good food
Katharine Seay
Aside from our server being an absolute angel, the sushi was really good and very affordable. The atmosphere was relaxing and aromatic. I'll be going back again and again to try the full menu.
Faizal Westcott
Had to wait about an hour when we were told 30 minutes, but food was well worth the wait. The general gao chicken was excellent; crispy exterior and very tender inside. Hot pot was great as well.
Abby Tobin
Our server Phanna I was incredibly nice and walked us through our first hot pot experience! Thank you Phanna for the great service!
Addison Non
Great Hot-pot. Recommend 👍
Andrea McDermott
Found this place about a month ago and now it’s my goto spot for sushi in the Boston area. The takeout is amazing quality. Love this spot!!!!
Denise Epperson
Amazing hot pot experience! Our server Johnny N. was friendly, professional and so informative. Great experience overall!!!
Julie Yan
The hotpot taste and environment are OK. The amount in each dish for the hot pot is much less than other similar restaurant based on the price
Irina Dogotari
I live in Boston over 10 years, I've beed in several hot pot restaurants in Boston area and in other states and I can say that Q is absolutely the best! Absolutely best broths on the market, try half tonkotsu half tomyum (our favorite), seafood or mongolian beef are great options as well. Angus sirloin combo, add side of pork, side of salmon side of mushrooms or mushroom platter and you got best dinner ever. Reasonable prices, amazing selections of sushi rolls and appetizers. Great service, convenient location near T, only down thing could be crazy wait lines, so don't get there in rush hour. They have lunch specials too! This place is absolutely best and I will be forever their customer!
Irina D
Yummy sushi & main dishes. Got the founder with snow peas, mango lover's maki, and thunder roll for 2 people. All were delicious with gorgeous presentation. Reasonable prices too. There's always a line and they don't take reservations, but we managed to get a bar seat as soon as we got in.
Katie Kasica
A bit pricey but the hot pot was so yummy. Tons of different options for meats, veggies, broths, etc. Service was GREAT. Sczechuan broth was delish but definetly get a more mild broth to compliment it. Super satisfied with our experience.
Mjolnier Odinson
If you've never been, don't be afraid to ask for help. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wide variety of foods to try. Highly recommend!
Toshiba Mitchell
Great Mongolian hot pot! $$$ A bit pricey but enjoyable.
Cathleen Voss (Cathleen Ellis)
We ate at the bar so I couldn't get hot pot, but the bartender offered Q special soup and it was a delicious alternative. Excellent service from the bartender, Andrew, as we were rushing to get to a show at the Wang. Great experience all around!
Brian Points
We stopped in on our way back to the hotel after a day exploring. We sat at the bar and chatted with the bartenders for suggestions, who were both great. Two of the big hitters were an avocado ball appetizer, and their volvano roll. And from looking around the place, I imagine everything was just as good. Will definitely be back.
Dillon Cullerton
Had never had hotpot before, our server, Lu, was the best! He explained the whole hotpot process, made great recommendations on what to get, and demonstrated how to cook everything.
Whether it is your first hotpot experience or 100th, you will not be disappointed!
Dennis Farkas
Incredible Asian cousine in the heart of Chinatown, Boston.
Super friendly servers. incredibly delicious food.
Stacey Gensel
Very nice restaurant.clean and bright .friendly and timely service..
Saba Ali
This was my first hotpot experience and it was the best. I went back on my birthday as well. Their Tom yum broth is my favorite. The vegetables and meat was so fresh. They also bring a cake slice with sparkle candles to celebrate the birthdays. It’s very busy so make sure you have a reservation. Amazing service.
Ron Betancourt
The meal could have fed three. Best Kung pao chicken I've ever had.
Gourav Shenoy
I had never tried a hot pot before. One of my Asian friend recommended me this as an authentic spot for spicy Mongolian hot pot. I must tell you, this The Q didn't let me down. Yes, depending on what you order it can get really really spicy but you'll enjoy the food. The ambience was so welcoming and soothing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic Mongolian cuisine!
Alice Carcilli
We just had hot pot for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We did not have a reservation and the hostess was able to seat us after a short wait. Our server, Johnny N, was so welcoming and showed us how to prepare the meat and veggies. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be returning when we visit Boston in the future.
Adam
Can't speak for the hot pot because there was a wait. I had sushi - Chirashi bowl - and it was pretty good. Good variety of Asian food choices and the Hotspot looked worth the wait. Will come back.
Jüri Kiin
Definitely check this place out if you haven't already! Food is consistent and amazing! My favorite place in chinatown., And location near the T makes it so easy to come in from out of the city!
GENERAL MENU
Their menu is great! The food quality is incredible we loved everything! We had the spicy popcorn chicken tapa and soup dumplings. (I do wish the spicy popcorn chicken came with spicy mayo as a dip, but we simply asked our server for some and got it right away) then we split the tangerine chicken and beef chow fun. Both were amazing and portions large, but the tangerine chicken was the star for me. Got the seasonal cocktail which was great! Was some sort of peppermint cocktail but very delicious. I also got the rush hour which was alright. Not bad, the flavors just a tad weak, which was a disappointment after reading the fresh juices involved.

HOT POT
The first thing that hit us entering the restaurant was the smell. Even through our masks we could take in the amazing aroma. We had 7pm reservations but weren't seated until almost 7:10, which isn't a big deal the place was definitely busy.
We initially went there for the sushi, but decided to go for the Mongolian hot pot instead. We even went as far as to cancel an order for a spicy tuna roll we had asked for.
We got the supreme beef combo, which came with 2 great meats and one good meat. It comes with a vegetable platter and we also ordered a serving of enoki mushrooms and another beef serving. The glass and udon noodles were both amazing, and the Mala and Tonkatsu broth were fabulous. As a big fan of broth, I was quite excited when they came around and refilled our broth after it had reduced over time.
Overall a very good meal and definitely recommend.
Allen Garneau
What a place. Visiting Boston for work and colleagues wanted to visit Chinatown. Based on reviews and looking for a place with a bar, I put my name on the waitlist. Showed about 10 minutes early and were were able to get a table right away even though it was very busy.
Server was awesome. None of us had ever had Hot Pot. He walked us through the whole process, was patient as we asked questions, and made solid recommendations.
Overall we loved the food, atmosphere and experience. Will definitely visit again when in town.
John Jenness
We went for my wife's birthday and everything was excellent. We were sat at our reservation time and food was delicious and served very quickly. The crab rangoon was light and tasty. All our rolls and sushi were excellently prepared. I would have to say the pork fried rice is probably the best we've ever had. We even had an awesome birthday dessert that included a huge sparkler candle on top. The staff was very, very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Q.
Jeff Seifert
We didn't feel like getting the hot pot so we just ordered dishes off the menu. We had some hesitancy since we were afraid a restaurant known for hot pot might not do justice to their other dishes, but we were wrong. Everything was delicious, from the soup dumplings (we ended up ordering two servings of these), to the chow fun, rou si, and Liang pi (cold spicy noodles). Everything came out fresh and super quickly.
Our server was top notch! I didn't catch his name but he earned the larger than normal tip we gave him.

My family comes here every couple of weeks. The food, the atmosphere and the service is always really good. Shout out to our waiter Luan for always taking care of us. He’s the best! We always request him. 5/5 service.
BC 1983
I love coming here and every meal I order is delicious. The prices are not expensive, the staff is friendly and the bar is great.
Yuval Dagan
Pretty good meal with good special flavors and a good quantity of meat. Nice to sit in and great service. I felt like it was a bit overcooked imo
Karen Strat
Delicious, unique, flavorful. A wonderful experience and moderately priced. They accommodated our party's food restrictions nicely.
Brennan Fallis
Best Asian hot pot food I've ever had. Great atmosphere, and awesome device. And the mushroom selection was rockstar
Sharon Rose
Literally the best hot pot ever!! The service was amazing as well, plus the sushi was so unique and amazing
Dave Kinney
The only times I dont call ahead for a reservation/wait times I get stuck in a long line. That's my only complaint. I'm a recent vegetarian and am still a little hesitant to eat much tofu but I had this massive plate of spicy green beans that were to die for.
Melissa C
One of the best dining experiences I have had in Boston in a while! Sushi, hot pot, amazing apps...even basics we got Pork Fried Rice and sesame Chicken were the best we have had! And the soup dumplings were aaaamazing!
Edit: Andrew, our waiter in the bar area was phenomenal. We had a big order and he got it perfect. He is an excellent representation of your restaurant, very good natured and professional. Kudos.
Lilith Bittersweet4u
Always great friendly staff, very attentionive, and the food are delicious.
Edit: I need to stop.coming here!!! Its too good!
Quyen Nesbeth
We found this spot through a quick google search of best spots in Chinatown. We were out late so not everywhere was open. The moment we got there the service was impeccable and fast! Our server was really nice even though the kitchen was about to close. We ordered a variety of things between the 4 of us. All the food was flavorful and large servings even the mango juice was fresh. The fried rice was authentic! The broth in the noodle soup just right all the vegetables cooked just right.
karen lucht
The best our server was so kind and helpful we go the hot pot highly recommend will return
Erin McGee
I'd say the only downside to this restaurant, is the long wait time. They don't offer reservations, so often you have to wait at least an hour to get a table. Otherwise, the food (especially the Mongolian hot pot) is unlike anything I've ever had. Such a fun (and delicious) experience. If you're going as a two-person party, make sure to get their yin-yang pot, so you can choose two different broths.
Shefali G.
Hot pots are a fun interesting concept. The level 2/3 spicy is really really spicy and comes with a fair warning- don't go for it. Khimchi hotpot was good. Fresh fruit smoothies are yumm especially the lychee
Vonnie
Authentic flavors. Delicious! Johnny, our waiter, was funny and very attentive.
Kevin Hodgdon
Only waited 10m to get in. Food and drinks are fantastic. The volcano roll was out of this world. Q keep up the great work.
Katherine Shuler
So so so so good!!! Food came out fast! Service was okay. Felt like we were waiting a while for checks, water refills, etc. Being from the south something I've noticed about Boston Chinese places in general is they do not serve rice with their meals. I got the red Sox roll, highly recommend!!! We also got steamed pot stickers, ponzu sauce was not my preference so used sweet chili sauce for dipping instead. For meals, got General geau which was also delicious.
Trang Mai
Love their classic mala and blackbone chicken soupbase.
Service was a bit unorganized though!!
Emma Hargraves
Expansive menu, hot pot forward to cook your own food at your table, great sushi and cocktails
Michael H
Best sushi I have had in years.
John
Absolutely delicious. The hot pot is the best I've ever had. The thin sliced meats make cooking only take seconds.
Jane Prusakova
Excellent food and lovely ambiance. Service was excellent on a busy New Years Eve night as well.
The restaurant is COVID-conscious, taking care to prevent the spread among workers and customers. Booths are large and comfortable, all the staff we saw were wearing masks properly, there is plenty of air flow.
The veggies were crispy-fresh, and hotpot was very tasty. Will definitely go back.
Zhongxia Yan
The hot pot is decent, but not worth it for the price. The xiaolongbao is very bad and doesnt taste fresh at all. The atmosphere and service are nice though
mike rotch
decided to try hot pot for the first time, this Is a great place to do it.its awesome service and great portions.
Would absolutely recommend 👍
Terry Singh
I had a great experience the waiter was awesome...the waiter answered every question I had it was my first experience he made really good
Curtis Register
Great food and great service. Delicious variations of traditional favorites and they keep true to the spice. Greatly enjoyed my time here and glad I took a risk on a new restaurant. It will not disappoint. Will be a recurring customer for sure.
Myrlaine “Milly” Henry
The food was very good, fresh and the experiences was fun. The Staff was very accommodating.
Geoffrey Gould
A wonderful dining experience in the heart of Boston! Definitely adventagious to theater goers. We tried the Hot Pot dinner and the 4 of us ordered sushi rolls as well. The hot pot was a new experience for me, I was able to select different broths and the freshest of vegetables to go along with thinly sliced chicken cooked to perfection right at my table, on my own to my own liking.
Looking forward to our next dinner at the Q.
Robin Foster
The service and food was really good. What we were thrown off by was we have never been to a Chinese restaurant that didn't have hot mustard. Hate to say that it kind of killed our beef teriyaki cravings.
Will definitely try hot pot items on the menu next time.
Connie Mashock
Nice service, explained the menu and helped us through it. Delicious.
Ale
The mountain sushi roll was great, I will come back for it. The chicken curry and soup dumpings were pretty good as well. Avoid the pad thai
ippotis
The Q is a great restaurant if you are interested into hot pot. We had a few of our friend gatherings at this place, and they loved it. The Mala broth is going to be very spicy, and gives a great flavor to meat. I recommend having combo broth for your hot pot, one spicy and one normal. You don't have to go crazy on ordering hand sliced meats. Depending on your meat preference, there are a few affordable options that taste very good.
Danny Kim (DK)
Liked the place opened late--we went in around 11 and had no problem ordering. The broth was above-average. 8/10. Would do again if I miss Schizuan style hot pot
Melody Li
The food is delicious. The price is on slightly higher end and the service was so so though.
Kyle Cooley
Szechuan broth was absolutely amazing. The Thai hot and sour broth was also really good.
Claire Beekman
First time having hotpot and the staff was so accommodating and friendly and helped walk us through the experience. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone and everyone and would definitely go again.
Daryl Byrne
Great Sushi! Great Atmosphere and cool holographic sign! Just on the edge of Chinatown in Boston Massachusetts.
Krishnan Vishwanathan
What a great place. We are from out of town and didn't make a reservation. I called ahead and the host was such a nice man, he told us to come on in. It was a super busy Saturday night but he was able to give us hot pot seating at the suchi bar. We had never had a hot pot before and our waitress, Niko, was so great with explaining the menu. Also, when our food came she explained all the cook times. We ended up getting the vegie platterB, mushroom platter, beef/lamb platter, and soup dumplings.... ohhh my gosh the food was awesome... our two fav drinks were the maitai and leechee martini. Really fun place. Very nice staff.
Abhishek Paul
One of the best restaurants I have been to. Definitely try the beef appetizers
Thomas O'Neill
This place is so goooood!!! I got the Mongolian hot pot and I highly recommend it. You choose a broth, a protein, and a noodle. They have a lot of choices and you can even order everything ala carte! If you can't choose between 1 broth they have special bowls that can hold 2 at once (but you pay for both). They will give a giant bowl of broth on a hot plate and all your meat and vegetables on the side. You put the meat in the veggies in and it cooks within 1 or 2 minutes. I got the Black Chicken broth and it was crazy good. They give you several toppings like garlic, cilantro, red pepper paste, green onions, and bbq paste.
My fiance got Pad Thai and it was also very very good.
The only con is this place is on the expensive side, but the price is worth the quality and quantity of food you get
Courtney K
What a gem in Chinatown. Upscale decor and stellar service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menus and cracked jokes the entire time. My husband ordered the beef and scallion, the beef was incredibly tender. I ordered the house chicken fried rice and it was honestly some of the best fried rice I've ever had. Super strong garlicky aroma but the flavor was very well balanced and the chicken was also very tender. Huge portions too, great leftovers! I also tried Soju for the first time. Dangerous stuff, it literally just tastes like juice. We'll be sure to stop here every time we're in Chinatown!
Sid Nigam
Incredible hot pot, great vegetarian options (spicy mala is amazing), and delicious broths.
Luke Olson
Great selection. Good broth flavors. Attentive service. Nice drink selection.
Shay Cat
Forgot to review when we went a couple weeks ago! I’ve been before and had amazing service from Chanthra. It was busy so we expected to wait but the host got us sat at one of the high tops right away. My friend and I were celebrating our new jobs and we had the best service from Jason. He was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and made our night so special. The hot pot was delicious as were our smoothies. The celebratory dessert and flaming sparkler made our whole night! Thanks so much again!
donald garrepy
Our server (fancy) was wonderful. The food was equally as great. It's a must try restaurant, and I'll surely be back. Thanks guys!!
Kelly Doan
Went here for the August 2021 Dine out Boston. It was such a nice place. There were a ton of friendly staff and and the atmosphere was nice for all sorts of occasions.
The appetizer Xi an Cold noodles were pretty good, not as spicy as I would like it, the popcorn chicken was really good, crisp, warm and flavorful!
The seafood sample platter and meat platter was enough for 2 people, although I wish it had more than 5 prices of meat on it or maybe a variety of meat.
The Creme Brûlée and tiramisu was also not bad. I liked the plating design of it.
Debbie Richardson
What a welcoming environment. Wait sraff so helpful. Management so genuine! Food delicious.. I'll be back.
Michael Metz
Food comes out fast. Great flavor and quality. Surprisingly filling!
Amanda
my friend and i go here all the time. not only is it the best place for hot pot, it's one of the only places i have found in boston that i really love to eat. we spend a lot on meals here but i've gone here with others and sharing vs splitting the pot and getting your own items can really make this a very inexpensive meal. i dont mind how much i regularly spend on it because i like the variety in items to cook in the broth and always have tons of leftovers. they also have amazing mai tais. the staff are also incredible and so friendly!
Lyndsay O'Connor
Q has delicious cocktails and amazing food! They've got an appetizer special after work that gets you half off of their appetizers. The golden shrimp balls are delicious!!
Katarina Ball
Every time I travel to Boston I make sure I eat here at least twice! The broths for their hot pot soups are fantastic, and I find myself over eating every time. They also have the best calamari I've had in my LIFE. The staff are very kind and accommodating for hot pot beginners and helped me figure out what I was doing my first time with no embarrassment. Its now one of my favorite restaurants, and I've even made the 3 hour drive to Boston before just to eat here for my birthday! You won't be disappointed, and the menu is large so there's something for everyone.
Darsy Rodriguez
I have been here twice and each time, I have had such wonderful experiences. I don't know what kind of fried rice I've been eating before but it didn't taste anything like what I had at the Q Restaurant. The texture was just right and the flavors were good. The sushi rolls were also delicious, no soy sauce needed, trust me. And the drinks are consistently good. Their moscow mule is great, must try!
Jack Vestal
Hot pot or go home. The gold standard for Asian cuisine.
ms lady
Awesome place to go and you can eat for cheap. Broth veggies and shrimp can eun you about 20 and yoyr still full!
Victor Shing
Reasonable priced lunch specials. Hip hop music, modern look, high ceilings, and deep booths. Lights in bathroom a bit dim.
Elaine Yi
Great food and service. However, some plates are so small for the price and way too expensive. My family of 4 ordered some hot pot with smoothies, and the bill came surprisingly at over $200 with everything.!
Just bean sprouts in the pic cost us almost $5 but so tiny…. They shall up their size of the plate.
the waiter gave good service though. I would say be cautious with the price.
Tammy Silvia
First time experiencing hot pot our waiter was amazing and told us what we needed to know and made suggestions cause it was our first time...so good
Angel G
Great service, fresh sushi, awesome hotpot. I'm there almost once a week on my lunch break
Warren Luo
Hands down the best beef chow fun in ctown!
Good portion, flavorful noodles and perfectly marinated beef.
This dish was recommend by Alan the bartender in the background. He’s a food wizard and the best at making drinks. Awesome guy!
Dustin J
Sat at the bar. Had no reservation and staff made sure we got in. Sushi was superb. Nice drink selection. Bar service was above average. We will come here on our next stop into Boston.
Jessica Lee
Food was fresh, delicious! Large array of options which we all were very satisfied with. The service was excellent! Our waiter went above and beyond, he even brought out a slice of chocolate cake with a sparkler candle when he found out it was my daughters birthday!
Thea Pan
Highly recommend the spicy fish (spicy steamed flounder I think? Aka Shui Zhu Yu) Extremely well-balanced flavor, better than most I’ve had in China actually. And very tender texture too, it just melts in your mouth (which denotes GREAT quality). The cocktails were delicious, I hate vegetables but I actually ate the whole plate of bean sprouts with my friend. and the service staff were all amazing.
Definitely recommend everyone to try this place out, they’re so busy for a reason! I see myself being a regular here.
Ryan Whitt
Great food! Easy plates to share with people. Recommend the pork dumplings!
Anastasia Sobolina
The Q has always been my favorite hot pot place in Boston. Definitely suggest trying tofu skins and just dip it into the soy sauce or try it with one of the sauces that they bring with the hot pot.
I took out one star because the prices became borderline ridiculous. $60-70 for hot pot (nothing else! just hot pot!) for two people is not normal. The Q is far from being fine dining, so the price point should be appropriate as well. Will probably start exploring other places.
Elise Goldstein
All good until they basically said “get the %^^# out as soon as we paid our $200 bill! We had just finished a bottle of wine and hot pot and no sooner did we pay did they tell us “the next reservation is waiting”. Seriously rude considering we paid $246, with tip, for four of us.
Noah Perkins
The food is amazing and has a huge variety.
Vishal Sheth
The food was great. It was different. I had this type and style of food Street years.
Juan Arocho
So good! Always getting the hot pots after I went to the TD garden
spencer guerschuny
Waiter was great what a nice guy! They validate parking so that's also a plus. The sushi, general goa's chicken and scallion pancakes were very good. Overall I was very happy with the experience. My mixed drink was also very good and they went the extra step with the fancy garnishes. I'll definitely be back again.
Bill
Hot pot was great - we got the mushroom platter plus the ribeye and some other vegetables. Tangerine chicken was very tasty. Service was very quick and the server was a great help with a great attitude to match. Would definitely recommend.
Oscar Carrasco
Not bad, but everything has the same taste, the soup taste.
Melissa Joy
we ordered the tuna tataki, beef hot pot with mushroom broth, and sushi lunch special. everything was delicious and the service was quick and attentive!
J. W.
Ordering a hot pot is confusing and so expensive as everything is a la carte and highly priced.
My entree arrived as an appetizer.
Cocktails were tasty and server was attentive.
Tom Catlin
She was okay I wouldn't rank it as fantastic but good food.
dan gazaille
This is my favorite spot in Chinatown and one of my top favorites in Boston. My wife and I go there often. They have the best hot pot in Boston! The soup bases are outstanding, the meat and veggies are fresh as fresh can be, and the atmosphere is great. You would not expect the bartenders at a hot pot restaurant to be mixologist but they are here! Any cocktail that I have had is out of this world. I've even asked them to make me a drink that they make up and it was out of this world good! They even have fantastic sushi and other favorite Asian dishes. They really have something for everyone. The Q is the perfect place for a date night or out with some friends.
Wendi Manduchi
Very friendly staff
Very greasy food.. But I am starting to think that is a Boston thing
Lo Mein noodles were perfect
Avery Ciano
My absolute favorite place to eat when I'm in Boston. Super friendly staff, super delicious food, and the pricing is perfect. It's not super cheap, but it's worth absolutely every penny and made 5 hungry adults very full.
Isabel
One of my favourite hot pot places in Boston. The meats are good and so are the sauces they provide. I would just say that their mala isn’t actually that spicy or yummy. But of course I would recommend this place to people who want to try hot pot in Boston !
James Robinson
Feel a little spoiled that this was my first hot pot experience. Server explained the process well, both ordering and cooking. We had a spicy and non-spicy broth; the spicy was the only one I tried and it was superb. Do not overlook the dipping sauce! Be sure to order enough protein and veggies. We should have ordered more.
Neyoriquans
This is an excellent Chinese/Asian cuisine restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices, and excellent service every time. Very well situated, with a parking garage right next to the restaurant that can be validated.
My favorite place to go whenever I feel like eating Chinese food. Aside from the classic dishes they also serve Hot Pot for those looking to go to a hot pot joint. Can't recommend this place enough
J M
Would recommend. Great service and great food. We had the pork dumplings, soup dumplings, spicy tuna rolls, chicken skewer. All fantastic. Pretty closely located to the Chinawall Gate. Not too expensive, which is always a plus.
Ronnie Kenny
Excellent food, excellent service. Will drop in again next time we visit.
Esther Bien-Aime
The food was amazing. The service was even better. Made celebrating my birthday such an experience.
Donald Mayotte
One of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to, always amazing food and great service. They even gave my wife a cake for her birthday and k didn't have to ask.
Anthony G Canizares
Ouch. Not what I expected to pay for a bowl of soup and a few beers. Everything is alacarte, including each veggie. As you can see from the tab. One and done they call it.
Lyra Lan
Service is good but the quantity is really small. Would rather go to some hotpot buffet to get more meat
Lorena Paulino
I love this Hot Pod place. Their Avocado wrap sushi was nice.
Curtis Northcutt
Our server Lou made our night. We've been here several times, but never had a server like Lou. He single handedly made this a 5 star experience with good vibes, good drinks, and just the right amount of engagement. Incredible experience and fantastic food as always. Greatful to get Lou as our server.
lenny mo
Very good food and bartender at the bar is super cool!!!! Definitely one of the best bar and food in boston
Raquel Noblejas
Food was super tasty and not greasy at all. Great quality food and amazing soup dumplings.
Joe Batista
The food is great and cooking it in the hot pot makes it that much better. Good spot to go with friends
Robert
I had a fantastic mai tai here before seeing a movie!
Michael Case
Honestly been a while since I’ve been somewhere with such an varietal menu and EVERYTHING was spot on. The takoyaki, the soup dumplings, the hot pot, the sushi, the tiramisu, all of it was solid and amazing. Best service we’ve had as well. Been to all the hotpot places around China town now and this is the one we’ll come back to now for sure.
Arik Burakovsky
We had a wonderful lunch here. The Tonkatsu broth and hand-made noodles were incredibly tasty. We did not particularly enjoy the beef balls though.
Susie Karlowski
I've been eating sushi and other Asian offerings for years. I can't believe I've never had a hot pot! I was intimidated, I guess. But if you follow my reviews, you KNOW I'm better off cooking it myself! Phanna was an AMAZING server. This 58 year old dog learned a new, delicious trick today! Thank you Phanna!!!
Cecilia Gee
Great place for hot pot! Came in incredibly late on a Sunday and they still accommodated me and never rushed me. Had the herbal broth and vegetarian menu option - was not disappointed. Very flavourful. Comes with little dishes of hot sauce, seafood sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, cilantro, and spring onion. Only thing I was missing was either a sesame or peanut sauce. 10% off if you pay with cash. Reasonably priced anyway. Even the sappy romantic music was great. Thanks!
Ashley Hayes
Food was amazing, highly recommend. The service was good, but the place was a bit busy later at night and we were asked to leave because another reservation was coming in, even though we had wanted dessert. Great people, but I recommend setting up a reservation or coming in a less busy time of day.
mike hamlin
Make a reservation. Great food and pricing isn't bad
Marit Planton
Yummy Mongolian hot pot! Also Sushi Tacos were divine!
Jennifer Sisk
Our first Hot Pot experience was amazing! It was so good that we came back for a 2nd time on our 3 day trip from Arizona. We couldn’t get a reservation last night but the owner, Milee, remembered us and squeezed us in. We felt like experts by this point and tried new dishes which were so good. We had the Sesame Chicken, Beef with Scallions, Chicken Chow Mein and the Mongolian Hot Pot soup. Definitely will return when we come back to visit Boston! Thank you!
Joelangie Soto
I took my friend for her birthday, and we loved it. The server was great very attentive. We didn't eat any specific entree because we decided to kind of taste a lot of things from the menu. The menu is great, very extensive, and we got to eat a lot of different things for about $120.
The SmartShopper
Not being natives of the area, we asked a local where to find good food, they immediately said Q. We decided to try it...and we loved it!! Everything was amazing! We got food mainly off the Chinese section of the menu and it was so delicious! Everything was delicious!
On a whim we decided to try the watermelon smoothie.. Hands down, one of the best smoothies both of us have ever had in our lives. The two of us shared one.. Then another... We both wanted to get a third but declined as we decided that was overkill. A little while after we left, we both were like, we should have gotten a third smoothie... :) I highly recommend Q to anyone looking for good food and drinks. Thank you random stranger who was local to the area for recommending Q to us!
Alexa Back
Best items: Kung pao tofu, pad Thai, Thai iced tea, milk buns
Chad Pettis
Great atmosphere, staff, and food options. Also a nice drink menu. Would recommend!!!
James Dowd
I don't like to give 5 star reviews, the The Q deserves it. Hot pot is flavorful and the portions are satisfying. The sushi is good and the sake is better. All in an upscale and friendly environment. Even better, they have an extensive gluten free menu. One of my favorites in Boston.
UP TO SPEED
Amazing experience very good food good service would definitely try again .
Kelly Maglio
SOOOO yummy. Waiters were great helping us with our selections.
Glen Jackson
We got the Mongolian hot pot and it was delicious. We loved how we could flavor our soup just the way we wanted it. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the heaters built into the tables kept the soup simmering the whole time. Call early to hold a table, there were 18 people ahead of us so it took over an hour for our table to be ready. Would go again.
Sochi
Amazing! Been here a few times now and always great. The sushi is well prepared, and the hot pot is so flavorful, it was fantastic. It was perfect for a small group as well to be able to sit around and cook and eat together like that. I will say, if you're going for dinner, you definitely want to make a reservation as the restaurant is a little small and can fill up quickly.
al leclaire
Beautiful place, staff extremely nice, hot pot was kicking! Can't go wrong.
KaiLife TV
Luan our server took great care of us. Food was amazing and fast. Luan also had us try some green tea shots and try were great.
Natalie Nou
YUM! I came to Q the other day for the first time since highschool, well over 8 years ago so it was like trying it for the first time again. Did not disappoint at all. Hotpot was amazing, I love that there are SO many flavors to choose from. Didn’t realize crazy mala was the spiciest broth but it was tolerable (if you eat spicy regularly lol) and delicious, did have a huge kick though. Had appetizers, sushi and drinks as well. They all get an A+ from me. Definitely going to be my go-to hot pot spot from now on. Already thinking about making another visit soon! Service was great as well :-)
Kimberly Zikmund
There was a fantastic selection for hot pot as well as plenty of appetizers to choose from (including freshly made takoyaki which was delightful). Not only was the food absolutely amazing, the staff was incredible as well. Everyone was so hospitable and attentive and made it an experience beyond my expectations. Highly recommend The Q!
Thomas M
First time trying a hot pot and the service could not have been better. They gave us the best dining experience of our trip in Boston
Google Master
Came in on a whim, been trying random places i walk by.
Menu was confusing until the waiter (friendly and patient) walked us through the hot bowl and how to order based on things i liked and had suggestions.
Tables have a single electric hot stove built into table. We got shrimp, broccoli, spinach and noodles and two recommended broths. The bowl is split in two sections for each broth.
You throw the fresh ingredients in your self and just take it out when its done (easy to tell when)
Wasnt too pricey. Was tastey and fun experience. Drink was strong and tasty and waiter was top notch service.
James DeCelle Jr
First time having hot pot. The broth was done extremely well, tried the Mala broth. Very flavorful with a good kick to it. The beef combo was a great lunch deal and it had a great amount of beef and noodles. A big bowl of lettuce,, with a tomato, piece of broccoli and mushroom accompanied the order, which was a little odd, in my opinion. But the beef, noodles and broth were delicious.
Food Enthusiast
Had the dumplings and Hawaii sushi roll. Absolutely amazingly fresh. Mango you could eat alone. Dumplings were perfect pot stickers. Staff was friendly. Great variety of food. Hot plate on the middle if needed. Great portions and good prices.
Mari Baci
We made reservations here because of the unique and large menu. The place is very spacious, good during these Covid times. When the waiter initially came over we said we needed a moment to look but it took him forever to come back to us. They were very busy so we weren’t so stressed but man were we hungry. We ordered 2 single hot-pots (one vegan, one with pork) and an order of general gao’s chicken. As well, we ordered a side of kimchi, scallion pancakes, and accidentally ordered steamed buns (we meant to order the golden buns), 2 dragon lotus cocktails and some type of sangria. Ordering took forever but the entrees came out QUICK. Our apps and drinks took awhile however which was a bit annoying. But the staff was incredibly friendly and the food AMAZING. It seems expensive but honestly 2 people could easily share a hotpot. It’s totally worth the (slightly) higher price!!!
Dana Giuliana
This was my first spot for hot pot and it really was incredible. We have returned probably three times since. There are other hot spot places in Chinatown but this one is a bit upscale with private seating and a full bar. The broth choices are all awesome and that’s the most important component. Service has always been great They don’t offer reservations but if you get there before 6 it’s not usually a problem - but there is a good wait by 7 pm usually.
Brian Thiebault
Helpful staff and delicious food with a variety of combinations and fare everyone! Prices are reasonable.
Cameron Burns
Incredible hot pot and sushi, easily one of the best restaurants in Boston.
Alexandra Langer
A great spot! Delicious hot pot and sushi conveniently close to the movies and Paramount theater
S L
Our first hot pot experience! It was delicious!
Mike Cavanaugh
Great food great service would definitely recommend checking this place out.
Mari F
I have been here twice and I've never been disappointed. Food, atmosphere and service is on point. Hands down one of the best hot pot places to check out. They are following all safety precautions to the T and following all the guidelines. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!
Calvin Do
Good prices, good food, and good service. Their main dish offered here is in their name - the hot pot. Hot pot is a great and fun way to enjoy some freshly cooked food. It can be exhausting and chaotic at times but it lets everyone at hot pot learn about each other in food tastes and eating styles (messy vs organized, etc). All in all a good experience at The Q!
Yihang Li
You’d better make a reservation as we waited for half an hour. The food was great and is also good. A little expensive.
Justin Cooper
Wow, the hot pot was amazing! This is a great place to take your friends for a fun evening. I felt very comfortable hanging out with my friend all night chatting, drinking and munching away. This is great for vegetarian or meat eaters I definitely recommend this place for your next date or gathering of friends. I would also recommend getting two types of broth for hot pot. I like that it's a short walk from Chinatown.
Sheronia Aiken (Sheena)
Its not hard to find a hot pot restaurant in Boston these days, but this one is great. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious and the portions are great. I love that I get to take home what I haven't finished. The ambience is wonderful, everything feels very intimate even though you're surrounded by people. I have to say this place is hopping so call ahead or be prepared to wait, it would definitely be worth it though.
Lauren I
I first came here about 3 months ago and never stopped coming. I was skeptical that a place known for Hot Pot would be good out there sushi. I needn't have feared. Their Sushi is excellent. They also make incredible cocktails, and their smoothies are just delicious. Of course the hot pot is exceptional as well. All around a fantastic place for lunch or dinner.
Theasha G
We love going to Q for their hotpot. Fresh cuts of meat and the most delicious tasting broth. They also have great lunch time specials. Our go-to spot for hot pot. Expect a manageable wait at times. Service is also good.
Br G
Great tasting broth. Fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the A5 Wagyu.
Shawn Patrick
Koh was the Best waiter I've ever had.. He made this restaurant for me.. The food was great but I would have been lost without Koh... We would love to take him for a beer sometime great guy
Tom F.
This place has a great menu, and everything was excellent! Their hot pots are authentic and tasty, their sushi is fresh and delicious, and their appetizer selection is big and tasty! Last time I was there I had their pad Thai, which was surprisingly good for a place that doesn't specialize in Thai food, and Taro bubble tea, which is always good! I highly recommend you try this place if you have the opportunity!
Ting Sung
One of my favorite Hot pot places in Boston. They have a variety of choices for hot pot and good soups. I especially like that they have the choice of sushi as well. Service is fast, however weekends always have a wait time. Definitely recommend!
Erik Labieniec
I asked for no meat or shellfish. There was a pork shoulder in my broth and some kind of shellfish in our food. Everything was tasty but they didn't seem to accommodate our restrictions well even after we made them aware.

When I tell you we are regulars at Q, I literally mean we go (at least) once a week for hotpot. Their other food looks great and their menu is HUGE and probably awesome, but we've only ever had hotpot.
So here's the deal. Pick your broth, pick your meats, veggies, sides, literally anything you want to put in a soup they probably have. Add as you go. Enjoy.
We had one awful experience and even that didn't deter us from coming back. We will always be loyal to what we consider to be the best hotpot in Boston! The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They don't take reservations but you can do "call ahead" to put your name on the list and then check in when you get there, but not sure that really saves you much time. There is almost always a wait and for good reason, Q is great! They also validate parking for the garage next door so there's no excuse not to come here!

One of my favorite restaurants in Boston through the years. It’s not orthodoxically “authentic” (they have a mixture of styles) but it’s very, very good in its own way. Good prices too! Don’t miss out on the reverse side of the menu — the noodles are really good as well. Can’t recommend enough. Park at the lot right next door, get a discount ticket from Q’s front desk for only $7. Just wish they weren’t always packed!

Food is great. Had an assortment of dumplings, fried rice. They serve food from different parts of Así, not only Chinese, which is great! Music was a bit loud. Overall a good place to eat!

This is one of my all time favorites. I've taken friends, gone for birthdays (including mine), great for dates and the other night a business dinner with co-workers from Germany where people go to eat to socialize not just eat. I've gotten hot pot and sushi, both outstanding but I love the hot pot. In the winter, you walk in and are immediately hit with the steam of amazing broths to warm you up. The vegetables and mushrooms are unreal fresh and while I don't eat them the meats looks amazing too. Dinner here takes a long time as you cook each bite in the broth(s) (you can get two different broths to have variety). This is great if you want to eat, chat, drink and be happy. No reservations so I recommend calling ahead (30 minutes during the week, 60 min on the weekends). I have personally waited over 2 hours (when not calling ahead) which should tell you how amazing this place is as who would ever wait that long. For this place, I would! One note, the sushi is some of the best in the area. I don't get it often but when I do I am extremely pleased with it.

Absolutely amazing food and such a neat experience! They are wonderful to work with if you have allergies (even soy allergies). The staff is so sweet! We accidentally left my daughter's bottle at the restaurant and were half way down the street when our waiter caught us and gave it to us. Highly recommend!

Truly memorable experience at the Q! It was our first time having hot pot and our waitress walked us through the whole process and was very helpful. The food was delicious!!

What an absolutely amazing experience!!! Easiest 5 stars of my life. Stellar food, both from hot pot and sushi menus. Our server was incredibly kind and funny, and he made the experience memorable! This is a place I already want to go back to, and I'm literally on the train home...

Great ambiance, food was delicious and fresh, and our server -Brandon- was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The price point was about average what you'd expect to pay at an eatery of this type and for those who have not been, then expect to pay similar prices to a hibachi. My family and I decided to try this out for the first time together and we all had a blast. Ample portions left us satisfied as well as new and classic tastes making this one of our faves when we're in town together. If you have never tried a hot pot out I highly recommend this place as one to wet your feet into this type of cuisine.

Awesome service and great food! I was dumb and didn't finish submitting my online pick up order. The hostess had me checked out and on my way with food in hand within 10 minutes of entering the restaurant. House fried rice with lamb was good, but I would recommend that you pick whichever fried rice meat/veggies you know you love because the lamb itself wasn't exceptional. That said, the chicken in spicy garlic sauce (default spicy level) was exceptional! It's definitely the kind of dish that I would order again and could easily be my go to. Absolutely recommend. :)

Good restaurant, quality food. Quantity of the sides can be a little better. Their White Mushroom broth is fantastic
James Betts
Our meal was excellent. I think hot pot is popular here. We didn't have hotpot, everything was delicious and the staff was friendly and prompt.
Ankit Goyal
Love this place for hot pot... Have tried several in Boston but nothing can beat Q. Amazing broths.. so many flavours even for vegtarians and the freshest of veggies. Highly recommend this place over any other hot pots in Boston.
Demitra Bremer
The wait at dinnertime was long but worth it. Portions are large and all the meat was so tender. Also their smoothies are amazing and they offer boba. My party of 3 did share a table split down the middle with another party on the other side, so it's not a private dining experience but it's definitely unique. Will go back if I get the chance
Tom Kwok
Great restaurant with great service. Our server was very helpful and kind. We has sushi and hot pot which was delicious. I highly recommend The Q.
Gio
Premium high-class hotpot restaurant. High quality meat for good prices. Should give more vegetables though. Friendly and fast staff. Open at convenient hours. Would definitely come back if in the Boston area.
gregg brackman
Authentic and fresh. Very clean! We had a great time.
As a chef and restaurant owner it's hard to go out..just not a lot of time! Service and food were amazing. Garage parking was great and validated! $7
Highly recommend this place!

Hot pot was good but nothing amazing. Gluten free menu was non-existent despite website. They were even out of tamari sauce. My celiac family was not happy.
Mary Appold
First time visit. Tried the Mongolian Hot Pot. Absolutely delicious! Friendly staff who happily explained items on the menu, as well as the "how to's" of using the hot pot. Great atmosphere. Great use of small footprint w/o feeling too crowded. A definite go to for anyone in the Boston area.
Amanda Wimble
This place is really unique! I love the decor, its so fun and stylish. The food has been great, I've done both sushi and hot pot. The food and service are relatively fast, which is good if you're going to a show. The wait time though can be outrageous. I've been here twice, but have tried to go probably 6 other times and left when it was a 2+ hour wait. It seems a little pricey but I think its a really good value, especially the hot pot because the volume of each item is so big!
Adam Palmer
Came here for restaurant week, though we went on a day which was not part of it which was never indicated until we arrived and asked for the restaurant week menu.
We all shared a hot pot with both Mala broth and basic broth (Mala is highly recommended). We got both seafood and Rib Eye, plus veggies to cook and all were delicious. You will have more than enough food if you order the amount the recommend.
Sean Essex
The beef noodle stew was phenomenal. It's a huge portion too. Our server was cool and recommended cocktails that were well made
Kenneth Horner
Awesome food with helpful staff. The poke bowl was on point and the extra spicy chicken and broccoli gives me faith that the rest of the chinese menu would be great, too.
In Boston for 3 days on business - I typically try a new restaurant a night and this is one of the ones that makes it hard to not go back.
Shauna McCarthy
The hot pot and service were both fantastic. The restaurant was clean and well appointed, and we had a great waiter. We ended up doing split broth with the kimchi and the tonkotsu, and I was seriously impressed (but I'm also biased because I love kimchi). The meat and vegetables were a great quality, and were absolutely delicious. The only thing I was not a huge fan of was I ordered a green tea, and it's served in a glass cup! In and of itself, it's not a huge problem, but it does mean you have to wait a while for it all to cool so you can pick up the glass. Overall a great place, and I'll definitely end up going back!
Gwendolyn Wilbert
Good food and friendly service. Lots of different types of sushi, but some of the more creative rolls really didn't seem to meld well in terms of texture or flavor (e.g. the pizza maki seemed like a cool idea, but none of us ended up really liking it). The staples are well executed, though, and everything is plated and assembled perfectly.
It also seemed somewhat understaffed during our visit, so although our server was great our dishes arrived very sporadically and not in a sensible order.
Tina
The broth here is the best amongst all other places I've been to. My favourite is the Tonkotsu; it's just a good base overall. Avocado smoothie is also one of my favourites here. Great selection of hot pot accompaniments. Reduced parking available with the garage next door to the restaurant ($7).
Sam Wagner
Have been here many times and love the whole experience! It is true they can get pretty busy like most good restaurants downtown! But the food comes out in a timely manner every time I have been and you get to cook it yourself! Also they have the best scallion pancakes in all of Boston! Personal oppinon but overall it is a great place to eat and is very fun especially for date night
Drew Appling
Came here for the Mongolian hot pot, wasn't disappointed. I was going to check out another place and am very glad I stopped here. Lots of options and great quality. The spicy broth is amazing, I barely touched the other broth. By far my favorite was the Angus beef, shrimp a close second. The staff are very friendly and there's a great atmosphere here. Bring friends, there will be plenty to go around.

Amazing hot pot and the nicest people at this restaurant! I can't wait to go again!!

I’m from Seattle so when I traveled to Boston I didn’t think the Sushi could be better but at The Q it was.
Z Hashmi
Variety of food options available, including hot pots and sushi. Customer service is top notch. Nice atmosphere as well. Make reservations beforehand!

Unique restaurant with a lovely ambiance, not too classy, but not too casual. The 6 of us were seated right away. Waitress was amazing, remembered all of our orders and explained the menu to us as many times as we needed. We ordered tons of food, and the food started coming out almost immediately, as if we had ordered ahead. Food was top notch, I've been to Nobu in NY and this food quality wasn't far off from that. When the bill came, we were surprised by how CHEAP it was! We each ordered multiple rolls of sushi, drinks and apps, but the bill was way lower than expected. Great value and quality and great service, will be returning again.

This place is located right next to the Chinatown metro station. My wife and I had a great lunch here! We had a delicious Mongolian hot pot with three different "Mala" broths, chicken and pork. I would also recommend the fried calamari and the spring rolls here. The fried udon noodles were nice too. If I ever be in Boston again, I would love to go to this place.

Went to Boston for my Birthday celebration. We decided to try this restaurant because of the High reviews and We never get disappointed. This place is Top Notch. The Best Restaurant that I ever dine in Boston. It deserves the 5 star ratings, Fresh food, big portion, the service was excellent. I love everything on this restaurant. Great ambience. Highly recommended. Will be back again.

If you're looking for some fresh authentic Chinese hot pot, then this is the place. Their crab sticks and Mala broth are among the many things you must try. The prices are decent as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Worth a visit!

As for the owner’s reply: it will be good if the staff can kindly remind us what you have written before leading us to the table. In that case, we could have changed a restaurant. The staff asked us to put the drinks in the counter when we have already seated and were ready to order, giving us the feeling that “now you must dine here even if your drinks will be gone.”
Original reply: Had hotpot here four years ago. My friend and I have taken our drinks which were bought outside into the restaurant with us, and we were asked to put the drinks in the restaurant counter only.
We would like to keep the drinks in our sight for safety reason so we said that we could even put the drinks under our table, the staff refused. After our lunch the staff brought back the drinks but I am not sure who would take the risks drinking. Hotpot was okay and clean but not really authentic at that time.

Great options of Mongolian and Chinese food. Their hot broth pots are the best and are value for money. Excellent food, especially sushi. I took one star away as service could have been a little better. Otherwise a great restaurant and must visit!!
Forest Handford
The food is awesome. I especially love the crazy mala broth, warning it is too spicy for most people.
Jennifer Appel
This was my first hot pot experience. I'm super happy I went to a place as well-known as the Q. There was a decent wait mid-week for us, but once seated the process went smoothly.
Pros:
- delicious hotpot
- great selection of meats and vegetables
- friendly service
Cons:
- can get very crowded - expect a wait
Tyler Glode
The hot pot was delicious. A great experience where you get to cook the meal at the table. Choose up to 2 broths and protein. The broth comes out with everything and you cook while the broth boils. Highly recommend for a group or even for 2. Very fun.
Andrew Willingham
Excellent sushi, the Mongolian hot pot is a great experience, and the service is quick and attentive.

The food here is consistently exceptional. We have been here a dozen times or so in the last few years. The hot pot is terrific, I recommend the mala if you like some spice or the flavorful black bone chicken if you do not. Our most recent visit we got Udon Noodles which are incredibly flavorful, I love the thick noodles myself. We also got curry chicken which was delicious. We also split the ramen soup which is delicious. If the hot pot is too much you can order a mala version of the ramen which is delicious. But every visit we get the spicy won tons which is our favorite dish, they are similar to pot stickers inside but outside are a softer noodle and they sit in a spicy (oil?) that is delicious! My wife and I typically split an appetizer but here we order one of those each.
Emma Sweeten
Good food and great lunch deals! Rolls are decently priced and the entrees come with a large amount of food. Also, although we didn't get one, the Hot Pots looked delicious.
Pablo Rubio
This is a great hotpot place on the edge of chinatown. I find their mala broth has the perfect level of spice. They have lots of great orders for your hotpot that I haven’t seen at other places, like lotus root and sea cucumbers. I also love coming here when I’m not in the mood for hotpot, their americanized chinese food is also spectacular. Their general tso’s chicken is the most flavorful I have ever had, they load up the sauce with 5 spice and garlic, and toss it with chili and bell peppers, but be careful, some of the chilis are no joke. Their teriyaki beef skewers are a great choice of appetizer as well, unlike other places, they are bursting with 5 spice flavor and not just that generic sweet sauce.
Alanys Rodriguez
The place was so beautiful. The food is absolutely delicious. I tried the sushi and my sister tried a noodle bowl and they were so good. The orders arrived quickly as well. Overall a really good place to eat.
Eric M
Pretty busy place. Food was amazing. Only downside was the items came out a bit too staggered for our hotpot. It was delicious though. Our waitress was great also.
Jenny Wang
Very good customer service!! And amazing food ofc
Wesley Kennie
One of the best Chinese places I’ve ever had! Our server was amazing and so was the food. Only complaint I had was the Mai Tai tasted like water, so would avoid that drink next time.
Judith Abreu
This place was MY place back in 2012 and 2013. The staff was so welcoming and the Bar Tenders were so awesome! I went there today around lunch time 12:30 or because I was craving their dumplings I haven't had in years place still had that great hot plate smells that brought back warm memeories. I sat at the bar and it was not even busy and the bartender was a little stand offish and meloncoly not very engaged at all and not much of a personality to speak of like at all!!! Just felt awkward sitting there . The dumplings were delish as always the place is really missing the flare it once had
Nathaniel Jones
We came here for an early dinner after trying a lot of times when there was quite a long wait. Their specialty is a hot pot where you order a broth and some meats or vegetables which you cook at your table. We got a veggie combo and especially enjoyed the mushrooms in a miso broth. The flounder was also quite good. It's easy to over order, but the prices are quite reasonable. The wait staff tried to be helpful with are order but seemed a little inexperienced. Overall enjoyable, but not so great that it would be worth the wait if there's not a table available.
Dan Panea
Service, food, friendliness... all top notch. A place where you just want to go back. Is a favorite with the locals. Once we did not like the taste of a dish. Several servers got involved to make sure was not a quality issue. They offered to change the dish at no cost for us. Great job.
Cory Osborne
Food is incredible. The hot pot is an experience for sure. Get the mushroom broth- you won’t regret it.
Joncheray Jacques
A good trip for the taste 🥵🥵🥵
Thanks you very much to the entiere staff 👍👍👍😎
Enrico E. Manalo
Tasty hotpot, especially the mala broth. However, this place is consistently packed with Chinese college kids and tends toward the expensive side. The crab rangoons are really good, but are small in size (though the ratio of wrapper to cream cheese is what makes them so good) and in terms of portion. I also recommend the noodle soups.
The cocktails are pretty nice, so if you’re a couple or looking for a single seat, the bar is a great option. Definitely expect to wait though.
Paul Smith
Delicious and the wait staff were fantastic and helped us navigate the menu. If you're not familiar with hot pot this is a good place to start. Very long waits though.
Frederick Wright
I really do love this place, I'm only docking them a star because they don't take reservations and they are insanely popular as one of Chinatown's few destinations for grown-ups. You may have a wait of an hour (or two!) at the crowded bar before your table is ready. Slick, upscale, vibrant, with surprisingly reasonable prices, and a 'club like' feel, we go here often with groups of friends for epic dinners to chat, laugh, and catch up. The hotpot is outstanding, one of the best in Boston, and I recommend getting a 'divided' pot so you can try two distinct broths simultaneously. The sushi is competent although not always speedy, so keep that in mind if you're in a rush.
Justin Brown
Excellent hot pot experience. Mushroom broth was impressively rich and satisfying, service friendly and attentive. Guest in our party has celiac, but staff were knowledgeable and the menu was very accommodating.
Sunny
Authentic and tasty hotpot

I've been to Q many times and never been disappointed. I was there this past Monday with my nephew and sister, It was there first time and they loved it. The staff is always great. But this last time Johnny be good was our server he is the man.
Ming Li
Very good services. Very fresh and tasty. Definitely will come back again.
Pika (TB)
The food there is tasty, and high quality too. Very wide range of choices on hot pot, normal dishes and drinks. Hot pot soups are amazing. The only downsides are that you can't book a reservation; it's often that you have to wait, and the price is a bit high.
Luke Vanderhoff
I only wish I had been hungrier! It was all very good. I enjoyed the Crab Rangoon, best I’ve had in a while if not ever. The strawberry smoothie and the sushi were also good. Pad Thi was awesome. The service was the best part!! Following my expression of disappointment in the sushi as to the amount of crab meat, my server was kind enough to bring me a piece of cake on the house!! Though I was unable to finish my pad thi and cake it was all very good regardless!!
Lacey Cukier
This is where my fiancee and I had our first date. Really beautiful and great food. I highly recommend coming here as a vegan. I hear people who eat meat also think its spectacular. I suggest the vegetarian mala pot, any cocktail on the menu, the seaweed salad, curry, or the braised tofu
Kip Keith
Chinese/Asian Fusion with hot pot/shabu-shabu in a pleasantly clean and modern setting on Washington St. All state & local pandemic protocols respectfully observed, and the food's really good! I've been going there regularly since early summer (2020) and my friend and I have found a few regular favorites, like Spicy Dumplings and Dan Dan Noodles. (Sorry, still haven't tried the hot pot yet.) Some nice innovative dishes - sashimi, spicy shrimp balls, maki rolls - available/on special, too.
