When I tell you this place has really good crabs and shrimp omg. Upon arriving the line was long but I don’t mind waiting on good food. I’ve heard so many people raving about how good it was so I said let me see. When I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. I ordered so much food . The prices are reasonable.

Interesting experience, it is strictly take out from home but you have to order through front door. Great food which was very flavorful, and good portions as well. It would have been 5 star if the customer service was better. Hey can you smile and greet your guest that keeps the place open???? Either way I recommend if you are in the area give this place a try.

Cool vibes small, intimate lounge. Nice decor , great $1 happy hour hookahs. Whats Cracking Seafood drew me in. The food was good, great butter sauce but was disappointed they didn't have the lobster and turkey sausage as advertised. The good news is what I did get was so tasty I'd definitely go back to try it when in stock. I'll call first

This is take out only but so worth it. The wait is not that long and the food is definitely worth it. I got a shrimp plate. It’s delicious. It definitely filled me, now I have lunch and dinner. This is on my list of places to go to again. Loved it

The seafood here is always good! I just would rather have more of it and less potatoes. My platter was about 75٪ potatoes had to be about 3 or 4 whole potatoes. Now this isn't something that would keep me away I'll just say hold the potatoes next time. Go check this place out though!

I like the service. The young lady was nice. I like the location, I like the prices. The sauce was good. The only reason I took off a star was for the majority of the plate was 65% potatoes, And one measly corn. And when I went, I wanted a fried crab cake and fried shrimp but the fryer was down. And I think for the people who want fried shrimp, they should be able to get some butter on the side. They said the fried shrimp don’t get butter, I was willing to pay extra. For a lil cup of garlic butter.

The prices are great for the amount of food you are given. Please be aware that everything is COVERED in butter and it’s amazing!!! He seafood is cooked to perfection and reminds so much of seafood in Florida. I’m giving my review 4 stars because the wait is so long. You can end up waiting an hour for your food. But the wait is definitely worth it.

Good Price and taste. Wait isn't very long on a Sunday so that was an added bonus. Went on three different Sundays and food portions differed. Ordered Shrimp w/Extra portion and it should always be the same across the board. Yet, unfortunately that isn't the case. The first Sunday they got it Right and we were highly satisfied and stuffed. The next two visits were mediocre at best. I love patronizing in my neck of the woods but refuse to pay for inconsistency.

Best seafood in Atlanta an affordable prices for your buck! Food well seasoned no complaints the drive and wait is worth it. Shrimp plate with extra shrimp is what I usually get. You can see the flavor on every bite!

The food was amazing. I'm a California guy, dating an Atlanta girl, and I was out for a visit. Found this spot when looking for a place to get lunch. The spot may not look like much. It's inside an older house, and you sit on kitchen chairs while you wait for your cooked to order meal. If you're looking for some fancy, linen tablecloth seafood restaurant, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a place where the people are wonderful, the food is worth every penny, in a neighborhood, old school environment, you just found your new spot. I ordered the large snow crab meal, and my girl ordered the small blue crab meal. Both came with the crab, shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn. A real Southern style plate. Other places load you up on the cheap stuff, lots of potatoes, sausage and corn, with a bit of crab and shrimp. Not here. You get more of the good stuff than you thought you would, and those potatoes are so good that I saved a chunk of crab for later. If they have slices of red velvet cake that day, get that too. You won't be disappointed. I'd move to Atlanta to eat here at least weekly. Y'all are doing a good thing there, don't ever change.

Absolutely delicious and the potatod were not hard! We order the large crab plate and a side of blue crabs...it was alot of food that me and my husband shared and it took us 2 days to finish. ..the picture doesn't show the fullness of the plate.

This place always hits the spot. I would definitely be comfortable saying it's the best seafood place in Atlanta. They give you SO MUCH food and it's fairly priced. Every bite has just as much flavor as the first. My wife and I split the snow crab plate and barely finish it. Food is prepared once you order so expect a reasonable wait.

I love that I always get large portions and the crabs are seasoned nicely. The potatoes are always a hit or miss, the corn is nasty and the sausages are low quality. The wait can be long but that just means your food will be hot. It is in a house so there isn't any seating available. It's very straightforward so don't expect really any smiling or warm greetings. If you want seafood that's not too expensive then give this place a try. I got the snow crab combo which includes: 1 cluster, shrimp, corn, and sausages for $26 (I think). Not bad and you do get a bigger portion size than other places (Juicy Crabs). Their butter sauce isn't hitting on much so you may have to make your own. Overall, I'll return if I'm in the neighborhood and want some seafood, but I wouldn't make it my top priority.

We got 2 small snow crab leg combos and it was delicious. The smell was amazing. You get a lot of potato, half a snow crab, sausage, and corn. Honestly we should have ordered one large combo for 2 people. I took a star off because it was super salty. Not sure if that's from added salt or from salted butter, but aside from that, it's pretty amazing.

You probably heard about this place-so you’re looking at the reviews. GOOOOOO!!!! And I say this after trying multiple places that skimp on seasoning or give you food poisoning-ew. But this place is an hour away from my home and I still make the trek. There is not a place to sit and eat so you do take it to go-but believe me you will want to get comfortable at home and dig into this. The plate is heeeeavvvyyyy and you will definitely get what you pay for.

Wats Cracking is definitely a must have! I’ve had been 3 times in the last month in a half and get the same thing shrimp combo with a added crab leg for about $20-24. They’ve all seem to taste different each time lol but it’s still good af! Also got the strawberry cake once omg that was amazing! Very moist and rich. They give you a great portion of food for the price. Packaging can get a bit messy the more you ordering. I like that it comes with the potatoes sausage and corn altogether. I love the garlic butter that comes with it. Highly recommend. Neck and neck with Juicy Crab

Its koo, not what i was expecting.. I’m not from here just visiting for the weekend. My (10 yo) daughter & i were looking to grab some dinner so we decided on whats crackin seafood… this is not your typical restaurant lol more of a club with a menu.. I got a plate for a friend since I have a shellfish allergy. She said that the crab was well seasoned and could barely stop moaning in between bites. She said the only that wd've made it better was if they'd grilled the sausage instead of boiling it.

My homegirl and I found this place on Yelp. We never had garlic crabs before, and the pictures was looking good. The prices was right and the smells was on point. We ordered 2 small snow crab combo; which came with 1 snow crab cluster, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. All that food for $20 each! Great find

The food was great ! If I could have it my way , I think the crab tray should come with eggs (not pay extra) and not so much potatoes.. I will return!! I had the small snow crab combo substitute turkey sausage, $21. Maybe my opinion comes from not being from atl and used to getting the same but with more seafood for $14!! You know I have to eat at a place a couple times before I can say I truly love them. They have been consistently great for taste. I really love the food. Didn't give 5 stars because I sent a friend up there one rainy Saturday night and they told him they stopped taking new orders this night (1 hour prior to closing) because they had too many customers. Was surprised that this is a house converted into a food spot. Almost missed it from the road. It was really packed. I waited for about 30mins for food since it was cooked to order which is not bad. Its better to order in advance and pick up. Good service. Not a place to seat down and eat but more of a pick up and go. Not many parking spaces or easy access in and out . Food was good for the price. You do get a lot of potatos in your plate just an fyi.l I will return.

Oh my goodness this place was so amazing! While traveling, we went out of our way to pass through Atlanta just to try this place and it was well worth the drive. SOOOOO DELICIOUS, there was a room full of people and we still got our food within 15 mins. I will be back next time I pass through Atlanta! You guys rock!

On a scale of 5 I would rate a 3 based on the following: Food portions were plenty but lack flavor. I ordered the Shrimp combo w/ extra crab and shrimp and extra seasoning. Though the dish had plenty if butter still no flavor. I would visit again in hopes of my food having a more flavor with Cajun and garlic and thinner butter butter sauce.

I didn't get to write my review because I got so caught up with this plate!!!!! But let me tell y'all. If you're looking for some bomb a*s tasty seafood and A LOT of it for a good price, this is the place to go. I was looking for some good seafood spots in ATL so I did some research online and BOOM I came across Wats Crackin. I read the reviews next thing I made the trip out there and man I was not disappointed... I found my behind back the very next day with my husband and my kiddie lol. This place is awesome and the lady that took my order was very friendly and too too funny. Great customer service on her part 🤗🤩😎 P.S You might be waiting for a little while but its worth it!

A very busy small place somewhat clean, could use some dusting or wiping down with display shelves in the waiting room. Always check your food, even though it makes no sense that they put your corn and sausage, and crab legs at the bottom then potatoes on top 😒 because you can't see if your order is correct with the potatoes on top of everything, like duh because I didn't have a corn cob in mine luckily I dont eat corn but they forgot my extra broccoli I ordered but other than that the food was amazing a little salty but not overly salty it was very satisfying from the crab and shrimp platter I believe it was reasonably priced.

The food was tasty and the shrimp were big, however, the crablegs were small and flimsy. There was barely any meat inside of them. Paid near $40 for a plate full of potatoes, one corn, and a few slices of sausage. I ordered extra crab and shrimp along with the snow crab combo plate which made it enough to share. Disappointed with the crab quality. Won't be go out of my way to return.

I think they should not put so many potatoes in the bottom of the tray it soaks up all the garlic butter and they should substitute a side with other options instead of charging extra for them but overall the seasoning they use is delicious!

I love the food here, but the wait is a drag. I get that it's made to order but goodness! If you go and order before you're super hungry you'll be fine. It's not an eat-in spot. I usually order, leave, come back and get my food. Otherwise, you have to sit and wait inside or your car. If they could churn out food faster or take orders by phone and decrease the wait time they would get all 5 stars! Although I'm not sure they have the manpower to get it done that way. Great tasting food though!!

I'm going to give them another try earlier in the day. They never answered the phone, so we had to go and wait in line and they didn't have much to choose from but was also charging for substitutions... which was a bit weird. I spent $30 for a plate. The food came and it wasn't fresh and no sauce, the presentation was off and it looked nothing like it has been advertised. However, I'm give them another try later and update my review if needed.

It is one of the best seafood restaurants in Atlanta. This is not a very public place, however you would be surprised at how many people show up. I went at around 6:00pm and waited roughly 15 minutes for my order (2 shrimp plates with extra shrimp and a side plate) to be taken, and 15-20 minutes to receive my order. The wait was not bad for me considering everything is made to order. The food was well proportioned, it was seasoned good, but the butter made everything a little too salty, the potatoes were also soft and mushy. Overall, I gave the place 4 stars because I was not disappointed. I wanted a large plate of good southern style seafood, in a comfortable setting with good customer service, and that is exactly what I received.

So we was the 1st there it took about 45mins to receive our food it was ok but to salty the Turkey sausage was really salty and to many potatoes and less shrimp. I guess it was a potato plate and not a shrimp plate. I love this place butter but this time wasn't worth the wait or quality of the food I am use to having.

This is a popular spot, sometimes the wait time can be 30-45minutes, one time I waited an hour. Food was good though. They also overload the plate with potatoes, so, I just get a plate without potatoes.

The food was okay. The price and amount of food made the meal more appealing. They give you a lot of food. The butter sauce for the blue crab is delicious. My only negative was the wait! We had to wait for 1 hour and 8 minutes for our food. People who ordered after is, received their food before us. I don't know how their ordering system is set up! Also, they do not take phone orders! Is it worth the wait? Maybe for someone who is not impatient. That is crazy when you have to wait over an hour for food. Also, I didn't appreciate no seating at the establishment.

This was my first time ordering from them but it won’t be the last. My Plate was packed to the fullest. I usually can eat all of my food but I couldn’t this go round. The garlic butter was amazing. I’m from New Orleans so I love spicy food. This was not spicy enough for me. It puts a little tingle on your lips but nothing too major. Too many potatoes, and I’m not too fond of the smoke sausage they use.Overall it was really good.

Ok. So I read all of the reviews before coming and I was a bit skeptical that their food would be good enough for an 30 min+ wait. I was wrong! It was delicious, The butter sauce over everything was messy but it was so flavorful and good. I am a bit upset that I had to wait for an hour when the lady that took my order said it was only going to be a 30 minute wait but It was worth it. I gave them 4 stars because I think that they need to get more organized in order to handle the volume of customers that they have. I wish I could have ordered ahead and picked up my food.

When I went to this place the wait was very long. And the food was good, but not worth the the time it took to get it. I'm a seafood fanatic. And not to discredit this place popularity, but I have had better. I ordered the plate with the 2 clusters of crab with shrimp, sausage, potatoes and a corn. And in my opinion, in all my poor eating habits, even for me, the food was too saturated in the garlic butter sauce they put over everything.

I had never before been to this eatery. I thought I was going to experience a long wait when I saw the crowd of people in the restaurant. But my wait was not too long. I later found out after I tasted my food why the crowd waited. This place serves good food at a reasonable price. I enjoyed my regular snow crab plate. It was a generous portion of tasty food. The taste is definitely there. However over the years the slogan you can't close the box is true but not so much for the seafood. However the plates are now filled with a mountain of potatoes and sausage. During these times the wait time was great. I still strongly recommend anyone visit.

The wait was longer than they told me but the ladies were really nice. However, my food was cold. My drive home was only 12 minutes and the food was loaded with too much butter and not enough seasoning. This was my 1st time eating here and I ordered the shrimp plate with eggs. If I order this again I'd ask for less butter and lemons and more seasoning. The location is small, it looks like a little house from the road and they have chairs in the lobby area. The place was clean but the health rating was 84/B. Limited parking. About 15 parking spots and the road isn't fully paved. No biggie.

The food was delicious but it came with a lot of potatoes. It is sort of expensive for what is provided. I paid an extra $7 for shrimp and still ended up with very little crab and shrimp. This place has fantastic flavor, but they have to either lower their price or provide more substance. I love supporting a locally owned business so I will return.

Very reasonable prices especially even after covid hit hard and seafood has become more expensive all over the country. Now I'm seafood lover and I usually like mine spicy but the seasonings they have used blend so well with the food the I only wanted it kept the way they make them. I love this place because they are family owned. They do there own fishing to get there products. It usually very busy which is credit to how great it taste, amazingggg, but it will be an expected usually 20 -30min wait. My large crab Combo for $35 came with 2 snow crab clusters. A fair amount of very large shrimp, many potatoes, 2 corn and either turkey or adoullie (mispelled) sausage. I had to add broccoli and multiple boiled egg for less the $5. Next time I will take a picture. Do enjoy and that's all folks

Giving this review via the ones who ate the food. First of all, it was none stop cars into the lot as we were waiting for the food to be prepared. When we got home, it was enough to feed two grown men to satisfaction. Let me just add, it smelled so so good. I really wished that I was enjoying that meal. (I'm allergic) It's not fast food, it's cooked to order and we'll worth the wait.

Word of advice if you're gonna order, call in advance at least 90 minutes in advance to cut down your wait time. I give it 4 stars because while I didn't enjoy the wait time😴 I did enjoy the food, u get more potatoes than shrimp but it's understandable when you see how big the shrimp are (jumbo). Everything was good on my plate except the corn which was a bit overcooked but other than that crab legs and shrimp were on point 😊👍🏽

Got there early Friday afternoon about 12:45. Was out with my meal at about 1:00 so I am thrilled that the wait was not long even there were Lots of customers waiting. The shrimp were large and plentiful. The corn, potatoes and turkey sausage were delicious. My only complaint is that the meal was way too salty, almost unbearable! Maybe they should offer a mild seasoning version. That much salt is not healthy for any one! I hope that their success continues!!

Food is good however a bit too salty at times.... but that can be solved with a nice tall glass of water! Besides the excessively long wait times and headaches I get sometimes after eating there it's all good!! Finally checked this place out and the food was good and I found the value to be great; however, the wait is beyond anything remotely reasonable. The young lady informed us our food would be ready in 15 minutes..that was at 8 pm. We finally left at 8:47. It's simply not worth it. They don't allow call in orders but then make you wait an eternity. I find that to show a disregard for their customers. They aren't the first or only selling seafood plates but the only ones who take an hour to do so. Won't be back.

Went Saturday afternoon at around 3 p.m. it was not crowded at all ...no line... no long waiting as the reviews stated I was very surprised and got my order in about 15 minutes It was plenty of food, I ordered the shrimp plate which was very filling... plenty of jumbo shrimp...too much potatoes though for me... just one niblet of corn and maybe three to four pieces of sausage... overall I was very pleased... however you can tell the sauce is just poured over the food and it was a little bland for me but not bad. I got full very quickly and had a lot of leftovers. The shrimp were huge...12 bucks for the plate and worth the price. I'm open to going back.

For once, the hype is real. I decided to try this place for a belated birthday lunch and I got so much than I bargained for. I saw the huge number of reviews, so I admit I was skeptical at first, but once I cracked this bad boy open, yep. This is everything. This is "down home grandma in the back with an apron and Luther Vandross playing in the background" kind of crab legs and seafood. I bought the large crab combo and I have to say these are probably the best crab legs I've had in Atlanta/metro Atlanta so far. Everything is PERFECTLY seasoned. Nice and spicy, but then there's also an incredibly delicious garlic butter to dip the fixings in as well. The crab legs are cooked just right and seriously, I mean it, the seasoning is so spot on you don't even need to dip it in the butter (but you can if you want, there's plenty). Make sure you're taking it home, though, because you're going to make a mess. The other thing that made me want to compliment them is the portion size and price point. Most places charge $15-$30 for just ONE cluster. I received three clusters, plus the shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage. Excellent value for only $25. And it was ready in just 10 minutes. I can't sing your praises hard enough, guys. Job well done. I'm definitely coming back for another special occasion. Loved it!

As long as this place is clean, safe, and sanitary leave it as is. Many times businesses move,expand, or get too big for themselves and then fail. If this setup has been working for you all then stick with it as is.. If you decide to do a nicer & bigger looking place, open a second spot and once it's doing as good as the old one, then if you feel the need to change, do so. I've just seen this trend so many times, it cost too much to pay a lease at some of these new locations. Food is great, price is right, & good things come to those who wait. The line moves pretty quickly once you're in it. Very small place so you must be ok with rubbing elbows for the greater good of delicious sea food. NO dining in room really which sucks because its looks and smells good you'd wanna eat it right there. Prices, in my opinion aren't too bad considering how much food you get!!! Our stars for this restaurant drop everytime we visit. The food is great but they fancy an inadequate consistency, the lack of product. Initially because we visited in latter time of their work day we assumed they didn't have what we asked for. However, we visited within an hour of them opening, and it was the same sad story AFTER we paid, "sorry, but we don't have....". We honestly like the food but we do not like the inconsistency. We travel hours for this "treat" and when you arrive to what isn't there, it does t matter how simple, it's annoyingly frustrating. Needless to say, this last trip was our last special "hike" to the restaurant, from now on if we aren't passing through the state we won't make a special trip. The food is good, the customer service depends on who is at the window, and the inconsistency is the only thing accurately consistent. The prices are fair, the quantity is fair, and the quality is great. We haven't been disappointed with quality just consistency and service. In all fairness we would refer friends and family to the place, but we wouldn't recommend a special trip without calling first, OR expecting everything to be available upon your request. This was my first time here. I was referred here. Its plenty of food for the price. My only complaints is the food was too salty I was able to eat the corn sausage and shrimp. I couldn't eat some of the crab legs or potatoes. The salt was entirely too much. And I stay an hour away so I couldn't bring it back. Also the potatoes was too done. They were mushy.

Their garlic butter sauce is everything. I wish they would bottle it up and sell it separately. The food is so good. You won't go wrong with anything you order. They can have a long line but fortunately I haven't had to endure that. I've always been able to get in and out. If you have to wait in line, it is worth the wait. No place to sit and eat. I went here on a Saturday night, worst mistake ever. Got there around 8:00 p.m and ordered at 8:15 pm did not get my food until 10:25 pm the wait for this place is ridiculous and they should really consider some ways to fixing this problem, because there have been many complaints. Besides the wait, the customer service was pretty good, they do a sure you that your plate will look like the picture and it really did. The food was great the plate was stacked with food, the only thing I would have liked if people can have a choice of putting the butter on the side instead of smothering it over the food. The garlic butter tends to taste a little too salty, but overall this place is good. Just be prepared to wait until they fix this issue.

The place wasn't crowed when I get there around 12:30pm during the weekday. I just had to waist for my order which was 10-15 mins and I was out. The service was friendly and fast and the plate was HEAVY!!! I ordered the snow crab legs 2-3 clusters which came with corn and sausage. The meal was seasonful and full of flavor.

It was a lot of food my favorite thing was the crab leg combo snow crab to be exact. They gave a great amount of potatoes shrimp and crab legs the only thing is they gave one corn on the cob so if you were sharing with someone you will have to cut half of a corn on the cob in half to share I definitely think they should put two in each combo especially for $25. But overall the food was great I could have used a lot more of their butter sauce it seemed as if there was none on there and I was a little disappointed to see that it wasn't covered in all of the delicious golden yellow butter sauce. You can definitely expect a small wait if you are going to order this combo. The wait for me was about 10 minutes and you had the option to wait in their small waiting room or outside in your car. Other than that there was no long line to wait to order you just had to wait for your food to be cooked properly. Overall my experience was great I really hope you enjoy yours as well

I love the seafood here. I usually get the shrimp plate, which consists of shrimp of course, potatoes, sausage and corn on the cob. The plates can feed at least 2 people. You'll have a long wait time but it's well worth it. So don't go in a rush. Food is delicious.

Anyone who rates this place below 5 stars is a Russian spy who has Blue Lives Matter signs on their front lawn. This place is perfection. Let's face it, Atlanta's Seafood selection sucks. But this place right here is amazing! I am from Florida so i'm used to good seafood and this place makes the list. I have been to other places like the Crab Pot and the Juicy Crab, and neither one compares to this. The food is priced right, especially for how much you food you get. They don't skip on the butter sauce or the seasoning. It was so good i went twice in one week. I don't have to visit Florida just to get garlic crabs anymore. Myself and my Husband tried them out for the first time we each got the $25 plate with crab shrimp corn potatoes sausage and I must say you get a lot of food for that amount of money we could have shared one plate. However you can tell the corn was old and had been sitting in water for a long period of time. And the potatoes on top of your other food was mushy from all that butter. My husband order a side of broccoli and it was covered with butter and very salty mushy. I also had the red velvet cake I didn't like it. I will be visit again and support our black own business just not often and I would order everything separate so it's not mushy and not salty. Just my opinion!!

I did order a side of shrimp to make sure there would be enough. That purchase wasn't necessary but a good decision if you love shrimps. My shrimp plate was seasoned well loaded with potatoes, some sausages and one corn on the cob. (Note: check your plate before you leave to request more seasoning if needed. I've had to add some more seasoning before when I'd gotten home). Bring your patience and a good word puzzle because it's a small popular spot...do expect a crowd. Meals are cooked as ordered and that takes time to prepare. Carry out only! Small parkimg lot. Great food!

I have been trying to get to this place for almost 7 months now. I went today and they were about to close so I hope my food turned out the way it did due to that. My potatoes were so soft they were basically mashed potatoes and the seasoning wasn’t really there. Because I love seafood and people rave so much about this place, I will give it another go, but I will try not to be the last customer because I think they could have done better. It’s the 4th of July and they were closing. I will support them again because I know all things aren’t perfect. However, I was so EXCITED I felt like I won the lotto. I held that bag on my lap all the way back to Buckhead with joy lol. Recommend through a friend...and glad I went. Great customer service w/a good vibes energy. I never eat all my take away food, but the garlic butter was speechless, and ordered for 2ppl. I also do not like skin on my potatoes, but I ate their's! Orange and blue sign, and front part is handicapped parking only. They open, additional parking in the rear. It's worth the wait. Waited about 30mins on a Sunday. To my knowledge, they only serve crab and shrimp. NO FISH.

Prices are great for the amount of food you receive, however I came in today 10/1 around 12:45 & I asked for the shrimp plate w/ turkey sausage. They did not have turkey sausage so I asked if I could substitute anything for the sausage and the dark skin cashier told me no. How in the hell do you not have turkey sausage, but don’t offer to substitute extra potato or extra corn for that, but you still want me to pay full price ??? I was so pissed off I had to leave even though I had a taste for seafood. She didn’t offer an apology and she didn’t try to make anything right. Treat your customers right because we are the reason you have a job to go to everyday. I was going to ask for a manager because logically that wasn’t right, but I didn’t want the hassle. I’ll definitely return and if it happens again, I will ask for a manager.

I had to be creative to find a place to park. When I walked inside there must have been 25 to 30 people crammed inside. I was a little worried about how long I was going to be waiting. The young lady taking orders at the window was very courteous and she told me that I would only have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. They have a waiting area like a large living room with chairs and then a window to place your order. I was thinking a place to dig in and lick my fingers with all they seasonings!! But that was not the case. So dont look to order and sit. You order since it is made fresh to order then you wait. Once the food is ready, they call your name and you go home!! That's it!

The food is actually very good but there are a few things that I did not like. First off the prices are too high for the area they're in. I can get a great meal somewhere else for about half of the price. Secondly when I walked in there had 2 radios on blasting and the tv on all at the same time plus the fact that the young lady spoke very fast made it hard to hear. From one African to another please ha ve employees take some customer service classes plus some simple business courses. This place could be much better if they just turn the music down and lowered the prices a little and laminate the menu instead of writing it on a board. Never heard of key lime cake. That there cake is homemade, has the key lime taste and is real moist. The frosting complements it perfectly..looks like two slices for the price of one. I called in to give you guys a review of your food, but the way it's set up, phone calls don't go through. As far as customer service, 5 stars all the way! I ordered a blue crab plate with broccoli on the side. Some of the food was overcooked and was mushy. The sausage, shrimp and corn was cooked perfectly. But the crab meat was soft and so was the shell. It wasnt eatable. The potatoes were mushy and the brocolli was soggy. Maybe it was just an off day today. The next time I go back I will provide an updated review. Thanks!

To stay in business they're going to have to come up with a better operating system than this. We were told the wait time was due to the blue crabs, only received a “thank you for your patience.” However, I did go back & the wait time was a lot better (didn’t order blue crabs this time).They do give you a lot of food, also.

If you want garlic crab this is the place to go! You get the most bang for your money and you will get a sauce that is unmatched and very original. This is without a doubt the best seafood place in Atlanta. They literally give you too much food, but every bite is seasoned and delicious. I had the Blue Crab and Shrimp combos, and you really can't go wrong with either. Only heads up is this is a take-out only restaurant, but the food is 100000% worth the drive.

Best seafood "pot" I've ever had in life!!! A must eat!!! But there is no where to sit and eat. It's a to go place, which is a downer for travelers. Nice outdoor picnic area would be a nice additive. But we just ate it in the car. You will not be disappointed!!!

Amazingly delicious food, quaint location. This business is thriving, the plates have an abundance of food and the flavors are poppin. They played holiday trivia allowing customers to win free food, due to a delay we were all given tickets to return and receive free items. I had an unpleasant experience with an employee, however once it was brought to the owners attention, and it was confirmed that she was being rude to customers she was asked to leave. I appreciate the food and service. And remember" If the box is closed, then it ain't Wat's crackin"!!! One luv

I went to Wats Crackin to see what people was talking about. I ordered the Snow Crab combo $25.00 I have a couple of suggestions. I'm from New Orleans and Know Seafood Very Well. Everything was seasoned VERY WELL. I would have like a little less potatoes (too much ) and 8 shrimps (not 6) and two corns Other than that, my food was GREAT. I will be going back for the same order. Hope they get the hint about the potatoes. The sauce was wonderful .

This seafood is A+1!!!! I went later, on Saturday, arrival time was just after 20:00 hr, the parking lot was packed! I was surprised by the type of parking lot, dirt road, pretty much wherever you can find a space to park. It was raining, so you know this must have been some SUPERB food for it to be packed like this!!! The place is more like a seafood shack, as it looks like a residential building. Once inside, you'll find people in randomly placed old-school wooden chairs, in the middle of the room waiting. BE PREPARED TO STAND, as there are NOT enough chairs. Not ideal, but hey, play a game on your phone or have a conversation with someone to pass the time because the WAIT IS LONGG!!! My wait was around an hour; if only I'd known this, I would've just called ahead and ordered and picked it up. Oh well! However, it's WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!! The flavor was impeccable. I order the Snow Crab Combo & from the crab, to the sausage, potatoes, to the corn it was all SOO GOOD!!! The plate was so full it wouldn't even stay closed. WORTH THE MONEY and AFFORDABLE. I got all of that for <20$ DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK, next time I'm in the area!! Satisfied customer here.

I SUPER LOVE WATS CRACKIN!! The shrimp are so big and succulent, the sausage has the right amount of spice, the potatoes are cooked to perfection, the corn on the cob has the right amount of crunch and is sweet and the garlic butter brings it all together to create "heaven in a box". I always recommend Wats Crackin to my family and friends for great seafood.

Everything is cooked to order and the wait is between 25-60mins😥😥. They do not fry anything; everything is boiled. The parking lot and waiting area are both very small, and when busy they are difficult to get out of. Pro: The food is very good and you get ample amounts of food (it's priced between $12-25 a plate currently). The order takers are always really nice. Con: You have to stand in line for a really long time.....with NO DEATILED MENU to look at; when you make it to the counter it still takes a few minutes to read the one menu taped to the counter (BUT THE ORDER TAKER IS ALWAYS PATIENCE AND NICE AND TREATS YOU LIKE ITS NOT 30PPL IN LINE BEHIND YOU). They squeeze 2 plates worth of food into 1 togo plate: which is always half open. Then they put a plastic grocery bag around it (not sure how sanitary that is, or if the bags are even new). The food is only togo meaning by the time you get home you are reheating seafood and half your sauce is in the bag leaving the tray wet and icky (because the plates lids are never closed). But.......Excellent customer service and The food is really good and 1 combo plate usually last me 2 days😁

The only reason I was out in the area was because of UberEATS. I have never tasted seafood this amazing before. The garlic sauce is what makes the food taste good. 4 stars because the food was plentiful and the young lady that was taking orders was patient and pleasant in spite of the furious crowd, this was my husban and u first visit. So, we probably will not visit on a Friday again, the place is rather small, order rakwn and stand where you can, the wait was exactly an hour, thankfully my mom lives near we were able to go uses the restroom and pay her a quick visit. We ordered the large crab combo x2, next time we know 1 order will do us, the crabs were a bit salty and the meal very garlicky however tolerable..we will visit again, not on friday evening, we will order on meal and maybe try different sides

To be honest the vegetables especially the corn are never fresh and always has this mushy frozen texture. The seafood is ok but expensive about $15 at publix or another Chinese seafood is $25 worth of food there. FREAKIN PHENOMENAL! THE PLATE WAS LOADED! Got the seafood boil (you know, crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn), It was delish! It wasn't salted down, it wasn't full of garlic, just a lil heavy on the butter sauce, but it wasn't swimming. Took about 15 min to prepare, outside needs curb appeal (because I wouldn't have gone there, but I was invited). I enjoyed the meal, more than the company. I live 30-40min away, but I will be going back for dayum sure!

Place was hard to find...hard to get inside due to stuck door and seating and waiting was long and unruly. Take out only clause, should be advertised somewhere...Food: Crablegs were small and no flavor. Shrimp were nice size, sausage spicy. They drown everything in butter! Yummy!
