My husband's favorite steak restaurant. I took him out for his birthday. I had everything set up for the restaurant to sing happy birthday to him. Please follow the dress code. He was wearing jogging pants and we were booted to the bar section. I was a little disappointed because it was a special day. They did give him the free desert. Dinner was delicious and a great vibe.

This was my first time at a RC and it was the epitome of blah. The ambience is nice and the staff members are all good, but the food is nothing special. My stuffed chicken was a bit dry, but I enjoyed the stuffing. The mashed potatoes tasted like the box potatoes you would find in a school cafeteria. My friend enjoyed her pork chop but was disappointed that it was just one for the price ($38). I wanted to try the lobster mac and cheese since it was a signature dish, but that was disappointing as well. The M&C was ok but they really could do without the lobster as it had no taste. We also had cheesecake for dessert and it was good, but it wasn't the best I've ever had. This is clearly a place to just come one time for the experience, but I doubt I will be back to any RC.

An absolutely epic dining experience! Took my daughter for her birthday and it was incredible. We ordered the filet and NY strip, lobster mac and cheese and a chocolate chip cheesecake! Truly an unforgettable time. Valet parking was not available at Embassy Suites so we had to pay $20 at a lot right next to the hotel.

Ruth Chris exceeded my expectations! The hype is real. Absolutely the best ribeye I have ever had. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned and so tender ! Everyone enjoyed their food. And the service was excellent. I'll look forward to dining there again, hopefully on my birthday. 😊

Service was great, although the gaps between courses could have been shortened a bit. We had long pauses of waiting, but we also enjoyed the time to chat vs stuffing food in our mouths and rushing out. It was nice. The food was good, but the dessert and coffee were probably the best. They didn't have any Woodford to offer which was a disappointment. Overall, excellent meal.

I love Ruth Chris but I was somewhat disappointed on this Christmas day. We had reservations and was told there will be a 45 minute wait and we can wait at the bar if we like. We decided to wait at the bar, ordered some drinks. The hostess said that she will text me when our table is ready. 40 minutes later, she waved and said that our table was ready and do we want it or do we want to stay at the bar, we wanted the table. We were walked to the table and then was told that we cannot st there because we ordered food at the bar and had to go back to the bar. We don't know the rules, no one explained that if you order food that you must stay in the bar area. The manager, I was told that his name is Eddie. He offered us champagne, which we don't drink. Our lobster mac & cheese was cold when they brought it out. Our waitress did offer us a cocktail of our choice. I will not be returning to this location.

Celebrated my mom's 80th birthday! Food was amazing! Great atmosphere! Dress code was not enforced and service was great initially but it took awhile for our waiter to bring dessert. Overall it was a great dining experience!

Our reservation was for 1030pm on 12/31/21. We arrived on time and was immediately seated. After about 5min the waiter ask did they tell us we had until 1045pm to order food and drinks before we were seated, because the kitchen and bar was about to close. We actually felt rushed because we'd never eating at RC before and by it being 1040pm at night on New Year Eve I felt like we had no choice but to stay. So the waiter toke a mental note of our order, my husband ordered two drinks thinking the bar was about to close suggested by the waiter and received the wrong drinks, but he didn't complain. also one drink ended up being water down about time he got ready to drink it. I never received my straw that the waiter would be right back with, because sugar was around my glass. I ended up asking the waitress near me, because our waiter toke a while to come back , also my steak was wrong(I ask for the bleu cheese crust). It wasn't crowded at all i think our waiter was just ready to go, because people came after 1045pm and was ordering food and drinks. Imagine looking at your watered down drinks. Not the Experience I was looking for $240 rushing me and made me forget to add my shrimp.

I know everyone has their favorite steakhouse, but I've been going to Ruth's Chris steakhouses across the country for 20 years, and I have not found a more consistent, excellent experience in all of my travels.....and I've eaten at a lot of steakhouses!! I love this place!

Food was insanely delicious, steak was cooked perfect, cocktails made just right, and our waiter Donald was awesome. We had a great time and Donald made the night really special with complimentary appetizers, birthday desserts, and champagne. Highly recommend you ask for Donald if you stop by!

My first time going I been wanting to eat here for some years let me say customer service far as being polite very but not very attentive to my order or me didn't know who plate was who's then waited 20 minutes on drinks and refill on water as well while waiting for my drink I had to say something twice and my lamb chops were not medium well more like well done presentation was off now the potatoes were good for $255! It wasn't worth the wait and I was ecstatic about dinning in this establishment I will give it 5/10

This was really good. We really enjoyed our time, and our waiter Levy was very nice, the best in a while. I got a well done filet and my wife got a med rare ribeye, both very tasty and plenty large. We got the mashed potatoes which were great, and each a different salad which were also really great. We ended up with three different wines by the end so it was fun. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is the price. These steaks were good quality and cooked well, but they cook them just as I do at home, basic salt and pepper which is the best way, which is very good, so really our food tasted like what I'll make for myself. That being said the price is really much overpriced. I expect an upcharge for the location, but I wouldn't want to pay that much again for the same thing.

My family and I dined at this location on Christmas and had a great dining experience. Yes, there was a delay in the seating time due to the holiday, but Ashley ensured our large party was seated together. We also received complementary starters due to the delay. The waiter Jay was spectacular! The food was wonderful, hence why I don’t have photos. We enjoyed it so much, I forgot to capture images. Again, thanks to the team for a beautiful dining experience.

My first trip to Ruth Chris, had to see what all the hype was about. The food was good, but overpriced. I've had steaks that were as good for 1/3 of the price. However, the customer service experience made up for it (better than chick-fil-a, lol). I would definitely say, that must be what you're paying for. For an almost $400 bill, I'll settle for the smiles at chick-fil-a, and steak from Texas Road House. Everyone should try at least once though.

It took them a long time to take our order and it wasn't that busy. I don't eat red meat, so the stuffed chicken was a go for me. It was really good. The sweet potato felt like a whole dessert. That was the only dish we finished completely. I did enjoy the brussel sprouts & the asparagus as well. The creamy spinach was okay. I felt like it needed a dash of salt so I mixed it with the stuffing from the chicken. FYI you might need the front desk to buzz you in depending what time you get there.

Hosted the rehersal dinner at RCSH. Our server(s) and bartender(s) were so amazing. The private room was just the perfect size for our group and the food was exceptional. No complaints other than the parking. Ugh!

Our waiter Mr. Conrad went OVER AND BEYOND to make sure my birthday was special! Mr. Conrad is so far the best waiter I have ever had! I came for a friend’s birthday this past Friday and we had a great time. Our waiter Conrad has by far the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. The hostess and the manager were also great! The food was good but the highlight of the night was the top tier service. Definitely will be coming back!

Wow!! Amazing staff, amazing food! We ordered the calamari, rib eye and lamb chops. As well as drinks. Loved everything. Highly recommend! Milan was training Brent, who did fantastic! This restaurant was inside of the Embassy Suites at Centennial Park in downtown Atlanta. It has a nice upscale dining area but also a free sitting bar area. The bartenders here know their craft. The cocktails were on point. I highly recommend the Old Fashioned. The food was very good as well. The burger was very good, as was the steak. The staff were very friendly as well, rounding out a very pleasant atmosphere. The only thing keeping my personal opinion from being 5 stars, is that the beer selection is minimal. Maybe five on tap. The clientele might prefer cocktails and wine but I'm a Colorado guy who loves a few beers with his steak. Highly recommend this place.

It was okay not great. A lot of people recommended this steakhouse as top tier but it was okay nothing to rave about. The valet service was one of the worst things ever. When we first pulled up, I asked the guy did they take cards because we rarely have cash. He replied we do cash app or cash. My husband was like that doesn’t seem right. After we left dinner that night and received a validated valet ticket for $5 dollars. The valet guy said oh it’s $5 dollars debit or credit card so automatically we were more confused because it seemed like someone was trying to scam us out of $25 dollars. The restaurant wasn’t that bad but the valet was unprofessional and shady about price. I wouldn’t go back again or at least not this location. Dress code was business cause but it was non-existent. We saw lots of people not following that. We spent over $300 for two people for a three course meal and drinks.

This time was not my typical Ruth's Chris visit. Cowboy steak was very fatty. Should have sent it back, but the people we were with were having a great time & I didn't want to disrupt the flow of the evening. The crab cake appetizer was tiny (especially for $19) Place is nice. Parking is close by if you prefer not to valet.

Very disappointed. They get 3 stars becy the service was great from the hostess and throughout our meal. Food was nothing spectacular and with the prices I expected a lot more. The steak was bland, stuffed mushrooms light on crab and you paid for refills on soda! Would not recommend if you want a spectacular dinner.

2nd night to eat here. Ordered exact same both nights. Got it wrong both nights. Plus broccoli raw ($11). Bar way busy with bad attitudes all around. And waiting 1.5 hours for salad with chicken breast is RIDICULOUS!! But forced to eat close to hotel so there is that!

Ok so first off lol You can pretty much wear any type of clothing as long as your covered up. We paid $250 for our meal but it was worth it. Restaurant was fine. Servers were great. Steak was immaculate. I would definitely eat here again.

I enjoyed my visit but had to send my first ribeye back for being overcooked and smaller than it should. The 2nd one was cooked better but I know with steaks it's hit or miss. The 2nd one did look more like 16 ounces. The service was great.

Fabulous experience at this Ruth Chris located in the Embassy Suites hotel. Beautiful ambiance and look. Very large bar area with open seating. I started with an amazing salad which was fresh and flavorful. The bread they bring out is magnificent! And I’m not a big bread fan but I could hardly put it down. The filet and lobster were top notch... exactly like you would expect from Ruth Chris. The drinks were well made and excellent as well. Every thing about this dining experience was perfect. If there’s one issue I would say the parking... they only partially validate down to $7... I would think if you’re going to spend a pretty penny on the food that the valet would be complimentary like the one in Orlando. I definitely would visit again.

My family and I visited Ruth's Chris Steak House after church service last Sunday. Would I say it worth the stress of having to trek down with my heels and parking fee of $20? Not really because I enjoyed their grilled pork but not the stuffed chicken cheese. I can't remember what the menus we ordered for are called but I have pictures below. I didn't enjoy my meal but I love my cousin sister's meal. Leave a thumbs up 👍 😍

I always want to try Ruth's Chris for a long time. Today I had a chance to walk in and luckily I got a table for it. The appetizers were so great. Cocktail was good too. The only thing not achieve my expectation was my steaks were so dry. I thought it might be better for medium rare than medium. The side mush potatoes was great.

Came here for my hubby's birthday with our adult kids. The food was amazing!!!!! My husband said that he'd eaten the best lamb chops he'd ever had in his entire life. Everything was on point! Our server was great as well. Even though our reservations were at closing time, we never felt rushed and received superior service. Parking was a pain though because you can only valet with the hotel and they only had 1 person working. However, the meal was worth it. Just know that the entree pricing does not include sides. They are a la carte. However, the sides are big enough for multiple people to share. Highly recommended, especially for special occassions.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening consisting of a calm atmosphere, great food and service. We had the porterhouse with sweet potato casserole, and grilled asparagus. It was plenty of food for the two of us. We had outstanding service throughout the evening by Scott who even got us a chocolate mousse cake to top off the evening. Located inside the Embassy Suites where we also stayed we also had a lunch on another day and an in room hamburger on our last night. All meals were tasty and well presented. Well recommended!

I’ve been twice. My boyfriend took me for my 24th birthday and then we went again in 2019 just for fun. I got the lamb chops on my birthday which were amazing. Beautifully marinated and extremely tender. I got the steak with shrimp when we went for fun and it was equally amazing. We also got the crab cakes that came in the hot oil and the lobster bisque and both were just out of this world. Can’t wait to go back!

Where do I start first? Just follow me! It was me and wifey 8th wedding anniversary and I always wanted to come here, but I do read reviews and it was a 50/50 split for me. Parking wasn't that bad at all I paid $20 for a great spot. As I approached the restaurant I noticed it was very clean on the outside and that's a plus. Once inside I was kinda shocked, love the ambiance, clean inside, everybody( waiter/ waitress) was well groom and very polite. My waiter was( Dana W) omg!! She was on point with everything. Like I stated it was our first time there and she made us feel really comfortable and patient with us. If you go there please ask for( Dana W) she is great at what she does. Thank you so much!

Booked a private event for 20 people here and overall, it was just okay. The service was EXCELLENT and my steak was cooked to perfection. However for what we paid, I could not recommend Ruth’s Chris for a private event. The room our party was in looked like a corporate conference room and we probably would have had a better time, with better views just getting a large table in the main dining area. The BBQ shrimp appetizer we ordered ended up being tiny little shrimp scampi and they ended up running out because we were only suppose to get two shrimp per person. So a few people in our party never got any. Again, they were the size of salad shrimp and so, two were all we get?! Thankfully my steak was filling and everything else in the meal was fine. With all of the upscale steakhouses in the area though, I’ve definitely had better dining experiences elsewhere. Basically I would not come back unless someone else was paying. Oh, and the valet here is slow!

I stayed at Embassy. 3 of us ordered takeout. The hostess who took the order said it would take 30 mins til ready. Since we were standing around (no seating), I asked the hostess what it would cost me for her to send me a text message when my food was ready... she said $30! (Which is slightly higher than the 18% gratuity amount) if we would have sat at a table. This should be a courtesy to the hotel guests. To the hostess... all customers don't tip electronically. Some tip cash. So don't assume you won't get one. Fyi... I tipped one man $5.00 for straws...and another $5 for a paper cup. And still gave $10 to hostess for just taking order to prove a point!

This was my first time at Ruth Chris. I enjoyed my food. Overall great experience. I didn’t like that my table cloth was visibly ripped and it was still placed on a table when it should have been disposed of. Also the sugar on my creme Brûlée wasn’t melted fully. My ribeye was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. I will go back again.

Hello @Ruth's Chris. Thank you replying to my review. Overall my experience was good! We were visiting Atlanta for my friend's Bachelorette weekend and stayed at the Embassy Suites. Service was good, food was delicious, and vibe was elegant. The only reason I could not give a 5th star is because I asked the waitress for a glass of sangria. She said they didn't have that as an option but that she could make something for me very similar. I was very appreciative and I thoroughly enjoyed it! That was until I received my bill and was charged $22 for that one glass! I questioned her about this and she claimed it cost that much because multiple wines were combined to create the drink. I didn't want to make a big deal about it because it was a special evening but I thought that was completely ridiculous. Even if that is a standard cost, I would have appreciated if she had let me know that it was going to be pricey before suggesting to make it.

We recently celebrated our 30th anniversary and wanted someplace special. Ruth's Chris Steak House fits the bill. The food comes out extremely hot on plates 500 degrees so be sure to order your steaks a little rarer than you normally do cause they continue to cook for several minutes after they bring it to your table. It was cozy and delicious.

I am a server as well so I know how the industry is so I applaud him for his work. Joshua is very friendly and funny. You can tell that he loves his job!! We are actually visitors from Cleveland and decided to go have dinner after the invest fest and Joshua has been a joy of our day!! Very delicious! This is my husband's favorite steak house. We typically eat here on his birthday. Steaks are served on a 500 degrees plate and sides are alacarte. Potato augratin are a must and the brussel sprouts are amazing.

This place has the best steak I have ever tated and is very fancy. The mashed potatoes are amazing and they are so creamy and tasty. The shrimp is great and the sauce they put on them is a orange, cream sauce that complimented them very well. The desserts are delicious as well. The apple pie with ice cream and the cheese cake is great! The cheese cake is light and not dense. The chocolate cake is a little rich for my taste and it was once of those deserts where I have a couple of bites and I had enough of it. The only negative thing I have to say is that the prices are a little high. The average meal will cost $60 and that's not including drink, appetizer, or sides. There is a meal deal for $50 and comes with a side and dessert. I had a wonderful little bottle, glass of wine and and it only costs $15. Most of their bottles of wine cost $65 on average.

Went there for the first time for my birthday. When I got there the hostess, tried to make me wait for the other only guest to arrive until I was seated. I was holding a big cake and the restaurant was at maybe a 35% capacity. They later came back and allowed me to sit. The servers were top tier, very nice and extremely pleasant, did everything to a T! However when I was seated, my friend and I noticed that both of our menus were DIRTY with crumbs and basically falling apart. They are not even laminated for optimum cleaning. I feel like if the price point for steaks are going to start at the $50s, then the budget for the menus should be a little bit more? Basic lamination, some strong glue or binding and antibacterial wipes could solve this issue!

I visited for the first time on 1/29/22. My reservations were for 8:00 PM. I called in the afternoon and asked if they could do anything special for a first date. I was told that they didn't however I could bring decorations and they would set it up. When I arrived w/ my date, they had us set up in the far, back right corner. The table was set beautifully (rose petals, sunflower bouquet and candles). Needless to say my date GASPED! When we spoke last night (2/16/22) she told me that she felt like we were the only two in the restaurant. The manager (Kamala) went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. I had the stuffed chicken, brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. My date had T-Bone Steak and calamari. We had 2 cocktails each. Everything was superb! Both waiters that served us were phenomenal. Also, when we walked in the manager recognized me from earlier and actually walked us to our seats. She told me that she was so impressed with the table setting, she took pictures. Awesome experience.

Our waitress/server was the most disinterested young lady I've ever seen in that position. This was our first time and we've been trying to make it for quite a while. We went to the restaurant for my daughter's 18th birthday. She had raved so much about Ruth Chris and the food from a previous visit. However I was not impressed with customer service at all starting with the hostess, waitress and even the manager. The staff wasn't friendly. The only person who made us feel welcomed was the young lady who brought out our appetizers. We had to wait a long time for our food to be brought out. Our waitress was horrible. She was not friendly, she took our orders and never came back to check on us to see if we needed more drinks or anything. I had to drink the extra waters that we had left on the table before she came to refill my water when we were done eating. When we did speak with her she acted as if we were bothering her. I was very disappointed especially for the price I paid and the tip she received the service should have been impeccable. The appetizers and entrées was amazing.

First time for me here. And, the time & price was SO worth it. I slayed the 22 Oz Cowboy Ribeye, crab stuffed mushroom & Lobster Mac & cheese. The place was PACKED. The steak was mouth watering, and, literally melted in my mouth. The service was kinda sloppy, not gonna lie. I sat in the bar and lounge area. There were three servers, and a bartender. Two of the servers walked right past me for a decent 10 or 15 minutes, I didn’t make a fuss. However, I am assuming, possibly a new girl, Took my order. She forgot which steak ordered, and, did not put my order of lobster mac & cheese in the computer. Still, no complaints. Because she made it right and put it in automatically and I got it served within minutes. Will definitely come back!

They are still very limited on reservations, but the food runner, dropped the food off, we said hello, she didn't say a word, and then we asked for some bread and her response was, ask your server for it and then walked away. The 1st attendee told us there wasn’t any parking for restaurant guest and we had to go elsewhere, so as we’re attempting to exit the underpass another attendee instructs us to get out the car and he’ll park it. I really thought we would come back and our car would have been stolen. When we entered the hotel the smell of marijuana was heightened and went through our mask. We finally realized this was the wrong day to celebrate our 16th Wedding Anniversary because it’s All Star week... Pandemic? What pandemic! Their priorities were to party and not to help stop the spread of COVID... Inside the restaurant, the host was amazing, however the crowd of people was very appalling. Once we were seated, the atmosphere changed. Our table was tucked away from the drama! The servers were amazing. The appetizers were delivered quickly & very delicious. The entrees were 5 stars! When we exited the restaurant the drama started again. The crowd of people under the underpass for valet was ridiculous. I went to check if our car was in their parking lot. Thank goodness it was. It took over 15 minutes to get our keys, and when we opened our door the smell of marijuana slapped us in the face. I had a can of Lysol and spayed everything down before we got in. Ruth Chris your restaurant deserves a better first impression!

Overall the experience was good. Took my significant other for her birthday and she enjoyed it. Had some minor hiccups though. On three separate occasions we had to ask for bread, even though our waiter said he was going to get it when we first sat down. As we got closer to the end of the visit we requested some to-go boxes and the check. Waited for about 15-20 minutes(don’t quote me, but it was some where in that time frame) eventually we asked someone at the front door for our waiter, which he then arrived about 5 mins later with the boxes. I understand he was assisting other guest, however no reason to make us wait almost 20 plus minutes to check out. Last but not least this is minor, but the parking system has to be a little better. I understand that in down town Atlanta a lot of the parking structures may be ran by the city, however it was be nice that at those prices we could at least get complimentary parking. Thanks for understanding. We will be back, just would like to see some better quality next time. Food was GREAT.

For me I think it deserves 4/5 , food was great , service was fine . Only problem I had with service was took while to get my drinks refilled . I highly suggest the barbecue shrimp appetizer! It’s was so good !! But my husband gives them a 3/5 . He orders a medium well steak and they gave us a well done steak so it had to be redone. Steak and potatoes were good. Service was good. However, I'd asked for my steak to be prepared medium-rare, and it was prepared medium well instead. We were on a time crunch so I didn't have time to wait for another steak to be prepared. But it still tasted good. Also, we had a reservation for 4:30. We were 7 mins late due to heavy traffic in the area. When we arrived our table wasn't ready and we had to sit and wait for 5-10 minutes, which defeats the purpose of the reservation, or so I would think. Our waitress was great though. Food is a little overpriced and under seasoned for my liking. Facility is nice though.

We were staying at the Embassy Suites for the weekend and used this restaurant as room service. The food was really good and reasonably priced (for a hotel). They were flexible with the order, which was really helpful as we had a child as part of our party who was feeling fussy about food that day. I ordered a salad with some fries, thinking that the salad wouldn't fill me up - but I was wrong! It was huge and really tasty. I'd recommend this as a reliable place to get good food if you're staying in the hotel.

Ruth's Chris is a classic. We went to the Centennial Park location. We had to pay $10 for parking, but that's typical for Atlanta...annoying but typical. We were able to make a reservation online (convenient) but didn't need it. The restaurant was mostly empty. My wife and I each ordered a salad. She had the Steakhouse Salad with vinaigrette. She said it very good. I had the Ceaser...it was the biggest Ceaser side salad I have ever seen. They did NOT skimp on the lettuce and it was VERY tasty. We shared the garlic mashed potatoes (more than enough for 2 people) which were really really good. I had the NY Strip and here is my one complaint. I wanted it cooked medium and well, it was definitely on the "well" side of medium...no pink. Still good, but a little too done for my taste. We had a gift certificate, so we ordered a chocolate cake to go.

Destiny was my host that evening and it looked as though she was by herself. She was nice once you drew a smile out of her. I offered a little joke to perk up her monotone voice but all in all she asked all the proper questions and ultimately did the job required of her so I have no complaints. Luke was my waiter and he definitely knew how to treat people so close to the holidays and once they told him it was their birthday. He was personable and well put together. I'd forgotten the last two side dishes offered and he listed them immediately along with his suggestions excellently. I was very impressed with how I might be thinking of a wine and he completed my sentence. He checked back on us moderately and didn't crowd the table. Wonderful service Luke. The food was served piping hot. Loved that. I had dinner reservations for a 9pm slot. The service was great and I did not have to repeatedly ask for refills on beverages. Try the cowboy ribeye medium as the plate comes sizzling right out of the oven and continues to cook the steak and keep it hot for the entire meal. The same for the lamb chops. The chops were marinated but could use some salt. Try the crab stuffed mushrooms, steamed broccoli, and sweet potato casserole. This place is pricey so be prepared.

My friend highly recommended this restaurant for me to take my mother for her birthday dinner. My wife and I took our parents here and our experience was not great. To begin we had no physical menus but virtual ones on our phones, the steaks were not cooked well, they had no creme brûlée, the server didn’t give us a hot towel to wipe our hands like other places do. Honestly our favorite experience in Atlanta. The waiter, Sebastian, was excellent! He took the time to help us with the menu and drinks and just help around Atlanta! The side was obnoxiously huge and could probably have shared with 2-3 people. The steak was fantastic and cheesecake to die for!

This is a great restaurant! What are the prices are very very high, the service is excellent and the food is delightful! One good thing to note is that the side lights are going to be coming at a separate price from the regular meal however the size of the portions is enough for the entire family. So they have plates that are great to share and if one person is eating alone I am sure they could find a friend! We really enjoyed this place and make them back forever in the

It covers all the norms of a sit down restaurant with discounted valet service. The pricing is what you would expect for a restaurant that labels itself in the fancy range, high but doesn't need to be. Food was good not great, service was on point from servers, you would feel bad if you left and didnt tip. One good highlight is the park across the street makes for a nice walk and chat before or after sitting down to eat, this is big because you're car is valet for $7 if you go and then walk the park you will see the value. Enjoy.

We are visiting here for a family wedding from NJ and I have to be honest this is the best service we have had in a very long time. Milan, the nice gentleman, who was waiting on us in the bar area was so attentive and so personable and he made the best drinks. He remembered our drink order each night and just made our experience so much more pleasurable. We would definitely come back because of him.

I wanted to take my wife out for a nice dinner. We have never been to Ruth's Chris, so I decided to take her there. I always do reservations for these types of restaurants because you never know how long the wait might be. I booked our reservation through OpenTable a few days prior. Parking was a challenge but there was a Soccer game going on, so it wasn't to bad.We parked in the other side of the park and walked through. The ambiance was great for a romantic setting. We were able to sit by the window which was cool. They were not super busy but steady. It took our waiter a little long to greet us but it allowed us to review the menu in depth. Our food was good but did not wow us like we had hoped. I would like to dine again soon and hopefully change my 4 star to a 5 star.

Honestly, the worst service I've ever had at one of the more upscale, expensive restaurants. We didn't even get acknowledged for the first half hour, in the self seating bar side, as the other seating was all booked. Anything we asked for all night, i.e butter, salt and pepper, etc, we had to ask for multiple times before someone would finally bring it to us. Our waiter made us feel rushed when ordering our meal and didn't ask for our drink order, we had to call it out as he walked away. One lady waitress finally came by a few times, and she was nice and helpful, but she was the only one. It took 1.5 hours before we received our meal. The food was excellent tho, except that my friends "med rare" steak was well done.

Went to use a gift card. All tables were full and I was by myself, so I grabbed a table in the bar. I was quickly greeted by my server. He answered my questions. They did not have any 2.5 pound lobsters due to Covid, but had tails and chunks for the lobster mac&cheese. I ordered a 16 ounce New York Strip steak cooked medium-rare, plus an accompaniment of six large grilled shrimp, and a side of lobster mac&cheese. It was served in about ten minutes. The food runner warned me that the plate was hot to keep the steak warm. It was cooked perfectly, and the plate was HOT. I only had one shrimp and owards the end of the meal I did not realize that the shrimp had been undercooked on one side. I alerted the manager and he offered to have the kitchen finish cooking them. I said it was no big deal, as I was taking the rest home and I would throw them in a skillet to finish cooking them when I reheated the food the next day. He insisted and had the kitchen cook another six for me to take home with the rest of my food and when he brought them out, he checked to make sure they were cooked all the way thru. They brought me boxes to package up the leftovers and a brown bag. I planned it perfectly and with tax it used up the entire gift card. It took them a minute to process the card and finally brought me my bill. I tipped my server in cash and that thanked them for the great food. They invited me to return soon.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Ruth’s Chris is usually our choice. However this location lacked customer service. The food was excellent but our server was less attentive than we would’ve like. We literally had to flag another waiter down to have our water refilled. We also had a mandatory $21.34 tip which I thought was weird considering I’ve never had to do that before. I think we saw our waiter a total of four times throughout our visit. One time for the initial greeting, second time to bring our drinks and to take our order in which he rushed us to do because he stated “we have a lot of orders in”. The third time was to bring our food and the fourth was to bring the check. I was not pleased with the level of service here and probably won’t return to this location.

The overall experience was a 4-star because the steak was just not what I expected especially for a filet. The filet just didn't have a nice flavor to it as far as prime beef goes. The sides were excellent; lobster mac & cheese, asparagus & escalloped potatoes. The desserts were excellent also. If you go there I would ask to be served by Elizabeth as she was on point and does a great job.

Before too many days pass me by I must write my review of Ruth’s Chris Steak House. In celebration of my wedding anniversary with my hubby, we decided to try this restaurant (yes, it was impromptu) after having spent a lovely afternoon walking and enjoying our city. It was our first time eating here, we normally go to dining spots like McCormick & Schmick's, White Oak Kitchen or Paschal’s just to name a few. I am very big on customer service, after having worked for a few large companies in the passed and now owning my own business, I understand the importance of providing high quality customer service. Many consumers will never care about how much something costs as long as the quality of service is of gold standards. Now, granted we may not have made a reservation (and I do apologize) I feel that as soon as we walked into the front doors we were instantly judged by our appearance from the host and hostess. (I’m also very good at reading people’s body language and facial expression) So, natural that put a bitter taste in my mouth. We were asked to sit at the bar while we wait for a table to be prepared, about 10 minutes. While at the bar we had the pleasure of meeting Milan the bar tender (my apologies if I spelled your name wrong) I too think he wasn’t sure as to how to read us in the beginning however after a few words of discussion he warmed up to us nicely. And after hearing us mentioned that we were there celebrating he offered to buy us an appetizer. (Thank You for that, you were too kind) Okay ten minutes had passed and another ten minutes was gone. The host never returned to see if we were ready for that table. We ended up having the assistant manager on duty that evening grace us with his presence. (Unfortunately I don’t remember his name however he was very kind) He was kindly apologetic for our wait and he helped my husband and I get settled at one of his tables. (It was humbling to have spoken with him, Thank You) Once we sat, our dining experience was amazing! We were greeted by our waitress Elizabeth, who was no less than perfection. She helped us in making a menu selection and she had perfect timing in checking in on us throughout our meal. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and I believe so did my husband. The food was pretty good, my favorite was the shrimp, the calamari and the lobster! The steaks were nice but I will say that because the plates were super hot our steaks kept cooking after we received them, so my husbands medium rare turned to medium well and my medium well steak turned to well done. Nevertheless, we Thank All who took part in making our evening special and I’m sure we will probably dine here again. Sincerely, Anniversary Couple ❤️

We had reservations for 615, got there at 600, we were promptly seated. We ordered the stuffed chicken, lamb chops and the 16oz ribeye. All were very good and cooked to perfection. Those are the pros, the cons are we ordered shortly after arriving drinks then food, drinks arrived about 20 minutes later, I ordered beer that took an additional 10, she brought the wrong beer, waited even longer for the correct one. We received our food at about 730 ish, an extremely long wait for our food. Everything was correct except they brought asparagus which we didn't order but we enjoyed and charged for. I ordered another beer upon receiving our food, we were done eating and well past ready to go before our other drinks arrived. I refused the beer and other drinks when the waitress came back, I asked for the check and a to go box which was another 20 minute wait. All in all we enjoyed it but if you plan to go with more than 2 people plan to be there for about 3 hours. I looked around the restaurant, the people who were there when we arrived were the same people there as we were leaving. In short food is good maybe slightly over priced, extremely long waits, I'd suggest going in knowing what you want and when you have your waitress or waiters attention tell them everything then. It wasn't only us, it was an domino effect, we ordered the people around us ordered, every ones stuff came out in that order and everyone sat around waiting. FYI 3 adults and one child = $230 bill with a $50 tip = $280

Today was a wonderful eating experience. The steak was tender, tender, tender and juicy. The grilled salmon was flaky and the bread pudding with whisky sauce was awesome! My mother and I enjoyed our dining experience THANKS to our waiter Dexter. He was great! Also, THANKS to Joseph EMS for the gift cards to this wonderful restaurant. We will be back!

Planned a surprise birthday party for my husband (May 14). Reserved two tables of 8 several weeks in advance. Received a phone call the day prior to confirm our reservation. The restaurant accommodated our party of 15 effortlessly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We were able to bring our own birthday cake. The brought the cake to the table with candles and plates to serve. The only complaint I have is that one table was almost finished with their meals before the other time had gotten their dinners. Other than that it was a good experience.

My husband and I stumbled here after looking for s nice dinner spot. I have never been to Atlanta before and my husband thought it'd be a great vacation spot. This place was the best steak house we had ever been to. Danielle( our server was super. She got everything right and was very engaging. She guided us to see a magician. The magician was also awesome. In short all the steak is dynamite and the lobster tail is perfect. The glasses, silverware, and dishes were pristine. Service was unbeatable! I will be back

Awesome steaks and the service is good, some times it's a little slow, but not that big of a deal. I recommend this steakhouse. Remember it's a steakhouse not seafood restaurant. I don't recommend you getting seafood here, it was not fresh at all. But everything else is great. I recommend you get creamed spinach as a side because it is fantastic!

Usually this restaurant is very good. Now, not so much. Food was ok. I asked for a cosmopolitan to drink and they actually made my drink with gratefruit juice. I sent the drink back hoping to get the correct drink but was made the same drink again with grapefruit juice. Finally I just said forget it and decided not to send it back again. I usually have a good dining experience here but this time not so much.

They truly have the best steaks I've ever had. Order the filet, medium rare and you'll be a believer as well! Their creamed spinach is also one of my favorites. I honestly do not think you can go wrong at Ruth's Chris, just be prepared to pay for what you're getting - high quality service and phenomenal food!

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse has remained an exceptional restaurant over the years. This particular location is beautiful, a great place to celebrate a special occasion. However, I think Ruth's Chris is suffering from a bit of franchise fatigue. The menu items were clearly selected by an incredible chef, but the execution is somewhat lackluster relative to my expectation for such a nice restaurant. The lobster mac&cheese looks amazing, and is pretty good, but has room for improvement. The lobster was rubbery and the cheese could afford to be browned a little. My steak was nice, a huge porterhouse, but had some technical issues as well. It needed a harder sear, and a classic mistake was made in having the Filet side overcooked and the strip side undercooked. Additionally the waitstaff at this location seems undertrained and further undermines Ruth's Chris' effort to be a standout restaurant. I think a little bit of training and investment in both the kitchen and waitstaff could really elevate the total experience.

I was invited to dinner with family to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations although I don't know why it was needed as the restaurant was kind of empty. We arrived shortly before our reserved time of 6pm so we had to wait for a few minutes. We were seated in the dining room near the open kitchen section at a large table. A family member was not comfortable sitting there so we had to find the hostess and request another table. Her response was that she had to make sure it was ok with the server that we initially had because we would be changing sections. Hmmmm how is that on us? No one wants to sit next to the kitchen of a nearly empty restaurant. We were moved to another table across the room. Our server James introduced himself and finally we were introduced to Ruth Chris. None of us had ever been there before. The server James is exceptional. He has a very calm and humble demeanor. He is also amazingly knowledgeable of the restaurant. He advised us what the special drink was for the day and any specials they had on Sunday. His attention to detail on the table was impeccable. He did not let any crumbs stay on the table literally. One of the steaks was ordered medium well but it came to the table as medium. The server brought a sizzling plate of butter to the table and instructed my cousin to move the steak onto the hot plate. When transferred the steak actually cooked at the table. We were all impressed. It was a wonderful experience after the table episode. I would recommend the restaurant.

We called ahead to make a reservation. They were accommodating seeing as how it was a Thursday evening. The restaurant is attached to the Embassy Suites Hotel. If you are not staying at the hotel you do have to pay for parking which is really close by the restaurant. The food was just okay and the service was rather fast. Nothing over the top special from this Ruth's Chris to another. Crowd was rather uppity. Not hats allowed in this establishment. Food was hot when it can out, but the steak lacked flavor. I prefer to dine at a steakhouse where I don't have to add anything to the food.

The ribeye was very good( I tried it plain, they have varous options) but the sides were just average. It was a very comfortable place to dine, however. The ambience was good, and the noise level, thankfully , was just right for conversation

I had the tournedos & shrimp (Two 4 oz medallions of filet served with cajun-dusted large shrimp). They were excellent. The plate was so hot it ended up cooking the last portions of my meat from medium rare to medium. The staff was friendly. They topped up my water no less than 6 times! (It was a bit much)

We are at the Ruth Chris’s inside the embassy suites in Atlanta Georgia. The dinner was ok. We orders 2 filets , Cesar salad , creamed spinach. Total $130.00 plus tip Our Order was “to go” we got back upstairs. Opened the containers. We ordered the steaks “medium “ but we’re given well done and heavily charred. We took the food back down stairs and explained the situation. The manger fixed it and and had new steaks prepared.

Never thought I'd ever give this place such a low rating. Maybe it was an off night. Valet service was the highlight of the evening. From the hostesses, who hardly looked up when I walked in the door to over-complicated process to pay the bill, nothing was up to par. My steak was a little too done. Asparagus was salty. Cocktail was good. The server at the bar was a little snotty - it rubbed my date the wrong way, I wasn't offended, but I thought it was an interesting approach to hospitality. I'll go back again and see if it was just a one-time thing.

IMPRESSED! I had to leave a 5 star review for a 5 star restaurant with a 5 star hostess ! I eat here OFTEN including this Valentine’s Day. majority of the time i dine here or call ahead with any questions my hostess is MYAH. My friends , family & myself included adore her. She’s always very courteous , knowledgeable and polite. including on this day. the establishment really knows what they were doing hiring her and they did a good job making her first face people see when they come in. you can never tell when she’s tired. it’s obvious she loves her job and takes it serious. myah is warm , sociable , & an all around joy. keep up the good work myah we look forward to seeing you and the Ruth’s Chris family again VERY soon! :) :) :)

Today i witnessed a woman yell at the staff for absolutely no reason! The entire bar staff was amazing, they were busy but they made EVERYONE comfortable. The woman sitting next to me had something else in mind. I don’t know how this bartender held it together but she did! This woman was nasty and rude to the people sitting around her and the staff. I commend your bar staff because that situation should have went differently. I’m in the industry and after witnessing this, I can honestly say your staff contains the respect and discipline I only wish my staff possessed! Keep up the great work!! I WILL BE RETURNING!

The closing time exists for a reason***the bartender however is always cool and stays smiling***I recommend going to this establishment no later than 8 pm to have the best service with the Amazing food!
