Camp Creek Marketplace 3360 Camp Creek Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30344 Front Entrance/Seating There was no wait when I came in, the staff was friendly and sat us in a cold area but quickly moved us. Food We ordered the 3 Seas Choose a soup or salad, individual-sized starter, and entrée all for just 15.99, which is not a bad deal. The food was delicious and well seasoned. Service - 9/10 Food - 9/10 Cleanliness - 8/10 Over All - 4/5

The reality it was okay. The food definitely wasn't the best of the best. The food was good but it lack something. The lobster bisque was disgusting I didn't know what I was eating. Of course the cheddar biscuits are always good and the pasta I had was just blah. The server was okay she was serving a large party but it was just okay. Would I come back here probably not, better give A for effort.

This location is way better than the last location we ordered from (Jonesboro). I'll have to post those pics if I haven't already. The only thing that was off about this order was the teriyaki like sauce that came with the coconut shrimp. The whole reason for ordering the shrimp was to enjoy the piña colada sauce that usually comes with it. Other than that mishap, our order was delicious. I will be ordering from this location from now on.

I don't normally give names in my reviews but I give credit when it's due. The manager Tameka was very welcoming and the server Ladrea was very professional. Ladrea catered to our needs and was very helpful. We will be back to see Ladrea. We drove to this location because they had fresh oysters 😋,The food was delicious 😋.

I visited the Red Lobster Camp Creek, location today , everything started out very good , appetizers hot, bread hot , waitresses awesome. We waiting on our food to arrive , it arrives cold and one of my shrimp in my scampi is raw and no baked potato , my boyfriend food cold as well , we send it back , comes back moments later cold still , we request the manager , she comes With scampi as a refill , I let her know it’s not a refill but a combination plate she says ok and never comes back . The waitress comes back with the ticket, nothing discounted , the manager comes back with a coupon for next time , so we received cold food , raw shrimp and you give a 10$ off coupon for next time after spending 30$ . We spent over 80$ for uncooked cold food . I don’t like causing a scene but I’m highly upset , that I had this experience today here.

First off, the Greeter Christian gets his own star. He was so pleasant and friendly the moment I walked in the door. He made me wanna eat there. He seated me near him and he was just so nice and friendly to everyone coming and going. The other 3 stars are for the food. Not the biscuits though. Had to ask for them 3 times and they came out not fully done. The rest of the meal came out so hot and delicious. Meal was on point. My server on the other hand stops me from giving 5 stars. He wasn’t rude but wasn’t really pleasant or friendly either. He was just there. Really the downer of my visit. His name was Martise. Not a single smile. Only greeting was when it was time for me to sign my check. I did observe all the other servers being very friendly to customers. Other than him everything else was fine. Once again the Greeter was exceptional!

This is our go to spot when my husband & I don't feel like cooking. We always sit at the bar. It's almost as if something in the atmosphere knows we're coming so they make room for us. The bar attendant knows us so well he automatically says "Will you be having the usual"? Our response is always yes. This is the type of service we enjoy. We leave fulfilled & tipsy so you know what happens when we get home 😉

Good experience even though the kitchen was slow. This has been the case for a few restaurants lately. Our waiter was very nice and made up for the wait. The food was good. Much better than other locations.

It was date night for my husband and I. Actually had stopped at a pizza place in the area but the wait was a hour and 30 minutes. Really and it wasn't even crowded. However that's how we ended up at Red Lobsters in the same Plaza. No wait and they were busy. Enjoyed the food and the service.

The facilities were worn but clean. They "forgot" about us as we waited to be seated. The server was polite and professional. The fish was very good, but the sides... The slaw was not slaw. I'm not sure if they confused ingredients or if it was "accidentally" kept too long. The fries were cold and stale on the fish and chips. No one felt right afterwards...

Cheddar biscuits are the specialty of Red Lobster and what I look forward to. The biscuits we were brought were cooked to much almost to a crisp, definitely overcooked. And my waitress left because it was the end of her shift when we came and my new waiter took a long time to tend to us because he had other tables.

The server, Jess, was great. She did everything to make our visit pleasant. It was clean. The host was a little passive aggressive. Our soup was cold and salad was old, but the main course was delicious 😋.

Me and my daughter went for dinner. She arrived before I did. When I arrived, there were a basket of biscuits on the table they were dry and hard. We ordered the shrimp trio. Oh my goodness! The fried Shrimp were good, the shrimp in the bowl with Some sort of maybe garlic butter sauce was not good, the shrimp tasted overcooked. I also had the shrimp with pasta, and the pasta was awlfully overcooked, I only ate the shrimp. Now let's get to the sides. The salad was fine, it only contained three items including sauce, you can't go wrong, but don't quote me on that, and the so so so soft brocolli, l think that should be the name of that item. Now! The question of will I return, well I'm glad you asked, that would be a HARD NO.

It's not often I review chain restaurants but I received a gift card to Red Lobster over 4 years ago finally ending my hiatus. First off major shout out to RL for honoring and retaining the original value of the card. Second the menu options have improved while retaining staple favorites. Lastly this location provided great customer service and tasty meals.

I came here about two years ago and made up my mind that I wouldn't return but to satisfy my daughter I came along with her grand children and other family members. When I came through the door I was greeted so professionally I was shocked and couldn't believe that it was the same place I asked for seating for 13 people and within 30 min we were seated. Our waitress was a woman by the name of ladrea who in my opinion and was also iterataed but other family members one of the most pleasant kind hearted professional people who I've met because of her attitude and personality I have restored faith in this restaurant and we assured her that we will bevasking to be seated in her section from now on. Whoever the manager and district manager are they need to be aware of the great job she is doing going above and beyond to assure that the patrons experience while there is great one if this were my business and I am a business owner I would use her to train employees how to serve the correct way management is where she belongs.

Stopped lste on the way to the hotel for dinner during a work trip. Server - Reisha was awesome. The food was ok.. ordered lobster tail and a NY strip with baked potato and roasted Brussels sprouts. Lobster was decent.. however, no drawn butter or lemon was served with it.. I thought these were common sense. NY Strip was cooked right, tasted good, not Capital Grill or The Palms.. it worked. The sprouts.. soggy, not crisp.. the sauce could have stayed in its container.. some crazy teriyaki/hoisin catastrophe.. Didn't grab photos this time.. my apologies. My credentials.. my grandfather owned a restaurant for over 30 years.. I've eaten all over the world.. and I know how to turn on my stove and throw down like Bobby Flay..

The food was just ok. The lobster pizza had a spoiled taste to it. I did want to make a fuss because it we as late and about 30 mins until closing. Then the asparagus had the same type of taste, spoiled (not all of the pieces..only a few). Nevertheless, we were still paying customers. The waitress saw that we picked over the majority of the food and asked if we enjoyed the food. I told her what we experienced and she adjusted the bill. Very kind and attentive to our dining experience.

My daughter and I have done curbside at this restaurant lots of times but decided to go in to eat today. Camp Creek Marketplace itself gets busier the later it gets in the evening so we dined early around 5 and used the app to join the waitlist before our drive there. We dined in on Friday. After a brief, very brief wait we were seated and our serving was a beautiful young lady with some tattoos on her neck. She was very attentive, very personable, and took care of our needs before we requested them. The service was outstanding. My daughter made the comment that excellent service from young people is possible despite tattoos or piercings. She definitely gave is excellent service, going above and beyond to make sure that we left as happy customers and we did! I love that management makes their presence seem to guests by checking on them at their tables. We left shortly before 7 and it was a crowded wait! So dine early to decrease wait time. I am impressed by the dine in experience because curbside left a lot to be desired.

Although I still choose to wear a mask I was glad to see that alot of the staff did to. I was pleased with the look and cleanliness of the restaurant. They also have a great staff who quickly and politely accommodated me with my mistake in ordering a item that's prepared with shrimp on top. I acknowledged my oversight and the manager came to assure me that it would be prepared again without the shrimp. She was so gracious and professional inspite of it being my oversight.

We stopped here last night after picking up several family members at ATL. The food and service was great but while we were inside 2 cars were broken into out in the parking lot, one of which was ours! In both cases they broke out one of the side windows to get in. If you decide to eat here you’ll want to keep an eye on your vehicle because there are no security cameras.

The drinks were good... the bisquits were small. The combo creation with the clam strips and the coconut shrimps were good; however, the stuffed fish was not good. The service was great, specifically the server Qwan was gracious and attentive. Food quality gets a 2.5, but the wait staff gets a 4.

Ladrea (la-Dre-yuh), not sure how to spell it, was our waitress tonight. best customer service I’ve experienced ANYWHERE in my time in Atlanta. The food was done so quick and everything was to a T. She never let our drinks run out and made sure we had everything we needed before moving to the next table. Shout out to the whole team for giving us a great night out! 😁

I wanted to give five stars but couldn't. Things wind up working out eventually; however, it our initial encounter started off rocky. 1. First thing this Red Lobster need to fix is the lack of answering theor phone. It's impossible to make reservations because no o e answers. 2. In view of bullet one above, we decided to just go without reservations. Of course it was super packed. My sister asked to speak to the manager about the inability to make reservations over the ph and asked if there could some accommodation regarding the wait. Ok, so they were able to reduce the amount of time we were going to wait. So instead of an hour and 1/2... we waited an hour. 3. After everyone placed their placed their orders, the three people that ordered Salmon were informed (by someone who was not our waiter) about an hour into our wait for our food, that they were out of Wild Caught Salmon and only had farm raised. I was the only one who didn't want the farm raised. The person never asked what I wanted inplace of that he just left. When our waiter returned, I mentioned that I wasn't asked what I wanted in place of the wild caught Salmon that they didn't have. He said he wasn't aware that they were out of wild caught Salmon. Long story short, it took even longer for my food to come out because the kitchen didn't communicate with our waiter. Not the waiter fault. However, we weren't offered the cheddar biscuits, we had to ask. It was at that time that we learned they had run out, but was dropping more. And we still had to ask again to finally get them. 4. The kids food came out last and they were the simolest orders. That's horrible! 5. We ordered sunset passion Pina Coladas, they literally had no rum in it. We had to ask for shots of rum to put in our coladas, which cost an extra 10 dollars. The whole reason they don't add it where you can taste it in the first place. They skimp because they want the extra money. I wasn't looking for it to be as strong as when I go to the club, but darn it atleast let the rum be where you can taste it. 6. Our waiter would dissappear for a long time. My son had to go find hum several times. I believe he was overloaded with tables, and we were the least important. Despite the unfavorable experience ce above he did try take it up to us. 1. I dropped o e of my coconut shrimp, he surprised with a replacement without my request. I was thankful. 2. At the end if the night, he gave us a boatload of cheddar biscuits to go. 3. He apologized for the mishaps. So because of that, I gave a decent tip. And will give that location another try.

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Initially told there was a 20 - 30 min wait. No problem. After 30+ mins went to check seating status,was told it would be an additional 20 - 30 mins. I was surprised to find that there were entire sections not being used for seating customers once we were seated Like most restaurants this location is undergoing staffing shortages and unfortunately quality staffing. The young hosting team were not very friendly or professional in their interactions with customers. This can be frustrating to mature patrons who have a certain expectation of quality of service. Not sure if it's a training issue or management just having to put up with non compliant staff just to have some staff to seve the patrons. As far as the food, it was ok. I had to send my first order back because it was extremely greasy in the heavy sauce. I settled for a more bland option. At least the featured cocktails were good. That was probably my last visit to any Red Lobster as I'm not a fan but I recommend that you back your patience and favorite seasonings when you go to better enjoy your experience.

I counted Red Lobster out for many years. This location has one won me back! The service was great from the host to the server PJ and the Henny Colada's made by Jazz that we ordered was outstanding! The Crab stuffed Shrimp Rangoon was amazing! The Salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our meal. We will be back!

The wait in this area can be difficult at times but even after the 45 minutes wait to be sitted wasn't the problem. Our waiter was nice and friendly but he didn't check on our table enough. We had to continually try to get his attention. I personally think he was overwhelmed with tables which may not have been his fault. Enjoyed the food tho.

Our sever Malik was great. My sister ordered the endless shrimp and I had the pick two with the salmon and shrimp. The food was tasty. I would say the restaurant was not as clean as it should have been. There were a lot of tables that had not been cleaned and ours was not the best. Lucky, for us I carry sanitizing wipes.

My waitress- Mercedes- was the best part of my experience here. She was very welcoming, and knowledgeable, with a dash of humor. She kept our drinks full, was eager to help when we had an issue, and genuinely seemed to be a nice person- not one of those waitresses that just puts on a show for the job. Minus one star because the steak was over-cooked and tough, the Alfredo was bland and they had no lemonade- but every thing else was really good- none of that had anything to do with the service I received, and I really hope there's a promotion in the pipeline for Mercedes.

I usually don't review chains. However, I had the most delightful time at Red Lobster. I'm in town for my Awesome Uncle's 90th birthday. But, I had another homecoming of sorts. I went to Ft. Valley State back in 83. My buddy, my dawg, my ace was from Milledgeville. I have seen him since 84. And we met at Red Lobster for lunch. OMG! We had a blast catching up. Our wives hit it off immediately and the staff at Red Lobster were spectacular! They really added to our lil occasion. Our food was fresh and well prepared. And the service was the best I've ever had at a Red Lobster. We all enjoyed ourselves emensely due to the staff.

I hadn't been to RED LOBSTER in 3 years.... This location in the CAMP CREEK area is ALWAYS busy.... The CROWD will WAIT for a table REGARDLESS of the time.... The SERVERS are very PLEASANT and RESPECTFUL and so is MANAGEMENT.... The TEAM always brings a WARM RAPPORT when talking with CUSTOMERS.... Well let's start out journey, We ( a party of 6) showed up at 931pm. The hostess check with the MOD since it was 30 mins away from closing. They prepped a booth for us, and the next smiling face we saw was MYA. She was friendly, and thorough. Once the drinks hit the table, the glasses weren't allowed to get low before the offer of a refill. The hot cheddar biscuits flowed to the table. She constantly checked on us (and nowhere near the point of being overbearing.) When the food came out, it was not only steaming hot, but the taste ( flavor- correct temp "med well" and well done ). Both 7 oz sirloins were cooked almost perfection. I actually had MYA to bring Will (Cook)to the table and I also spoke the MOD ( I didn't get her name.) This is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I have had in ANY restaurant is a very long time. Finally MYA was able to quiet my two year old (who don't fool with strangers)who had a melt down. We send our sincere compliments to these people!

Great Service!!! Me and my wife came from South Carolina to watch a our daughters college game when we decided to stop by red lobster. We had a server by the name of Dianne. She was really funny and sweet and got our food out ASAP. While we were eating a kid stopped by the table (I believe his name was Jay) i don’t know if he was a server or host but he was pretty funny. We chattered a little bit and we found out that we were from the same city in South Carolina. You could tell he had good energy and had really boosted our experience here. Overall it was just great service 10/10 for sure coming back here.

It was medium busy when we entered, and the hostess sat us immediately. We waited 25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, however, the server was charming when she got there. Unfortunately, we waited another 20 minutes for the drinks, and they were out of the first three beers that my dinner partner ordered. Our salads and apps never came out, then we got the wrong sides for our main courses. The person deliverying the food was visibly upset when we explained we had not received salads or our apps, and ran and grabbed those, as well as the corrected sides. We ended up with a ton of food, and again, the server was really funny and clearly struggling, so we didn't complain. The service was sincere, if a bit out of her depth, and the food was as expected, so overall, it was an okay experience.

I visited this location on 12/8 with my two kids (2yrs and 11 months). I was greeted and seated promptly. Everyone was kind and polite, but I especially appreciated the service we were given by our server, Bresha. She was great with my kids, and prompt with her service. Near the end of my meal, my 11 month old (who has had a cough the last few weeks) had a coughing fit and ended up throwing up. Bresha quickly came to the table to see how she could help. Being alone with my kids, this was a little stressful but Bresha’s help made all the difference. She is a quality employee!

The online ordering system was fine this time....but I ordered 15 min before I got there. Absolutely love the service when I went. I went in. I was seen at the door and seated pretty much in a minute or two or less. It didn't take long for me to figure out what I wanted to eat. As soon as I ordered, about 5 minutes; less than, less than 10 minutes definitely my side salad, and main pasta meal came out hot and cheesy and ready to eat. Definitely go on a weekday. They'll get you in served and back out, full and happy.

The food was good but could have been better. I had chicken strips and mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and fish and chips for my meal. The appetizer and the meal arrived at the same time. I was not happy about that. The chicken strips were hard from being overcooked. The sticks were okay. My meal was better. My fish and chips were cooked perfect and the meal was hot. Overall not bad. I would've given 4 stars but customer service was lacking. I barely saw my waitress. I love tea and if you do too drink slow because you won't get many refills.

This place is okay. I got a raspberry margarita with shrimp alfredo and stuffed mushrooms. The raspberry margarita was sooo good i 10/10 would recommend. Now my shrimp alfredo was drenched in alfredo sauce like literally sitting in a pool of alfredo sauce. On top of that it tasted so bland not enough salt and pepper could give that pasta some taste. The stuffed mushrooms were great and the bread is always great. Now it may not happen all the time but they had kids running around that whole restaurant. While i was walking to my seat i had a kid grab at my leg. I didn’t know where they came from, but i felt that was very unprofessional. Since they did it the entire time i was there. Our waitress was great though and they have great customer service.

We went out for an early dinner and was seated immediately. We placed our order for new items on the menu. My wife got the Bayou Kettle and I went with the Dockside Kettle. Both looked delicious upon opening the tops, but the seasoning on both was overpowering. My wife’s was to spicy for her taste and mine had way to much salt. We also added a salad and stuffed mushrooms which never came, but it showed up on the bill🤨. The main concern was the seasoning on the dishes (way too much).

I ordered the Ultimate Feast, it came with two sides and I ordered the baked potato and Caesar salad for my sides and also a bowel of clam chowder. I paid $42 dollars for my meal. Well over all the meal was good but I didn't get my Caesar salad and that bowel of clam chowder was more like the cup of chowder. If I go back I will probably dine in and hopefully get everything that comes with the meal.

Went in on a busy Saturday night alone and got to sit at the bar because the wait time for a booth would take about 30 mins. The bartender Keisha was great and attentive despite having to serve the multiple people that came to sit at the bar. The service was impeccable and the order was timely with little wait time. Came here for dinner with my boyfriend before our movie started. We both wanted Red Lobster, but weren't sure we'd get out in time for our movie. We decided to try our luck. We were seated immediately after we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Samantha was friendly, professional and made sure everything we ordered was delivered quickly and to our satisfaction. The food was hot & delicious, and we had plenty of it. But the best part was the timing. We were eating our appetizers and then entrees and received our checks all within an hour of being seated! And not one time did we feel rushed. Our server was excellent. My son and I have a very specific food allergy and our server not only got out the allergy book she also asked the kitchen to double check. We ordered and one of our appetizers had wheat I tasted it immediately and became sick. Our server asked the kitchen and the allergy book was not too clear if the protect had wheat. I had to go immediately to the restroom to take medicine and make sure I didn't need medical attention. Our server was with me through the entire event. She even offered me Benadryl. After taking my medicine I was okay. Had to sit a while. I told our server not to worry she didn't need to call 911. She apologized profusely. I told her I heard her ask the chef before ordering and the chef said no flour was used as a thickener in the appetizer. When my tongue became tingly while taking the first bite our server ran back into the kitchen and asked what type of thickened was used for the dip and one of the chefs said wheat flower why. Our server got right into triage mode and gave me prompt attention. I couldn't eat my meal because I was exhausted but my son and friend loved theirs.

My husband and I selected this restaurant for date night due to our daughter attending a friend's birthday party close by. The food was really good and the atmosphere was very nice. I was pleasantly surprise because normally, I do not enjoy all the hustle and bustle (too much traffic) at Camp Creek. The only con was the items we really wanted to try are only available Monday through Thursday, so I guess they make up the difference as far as prices on Friday through Sunday evenings. I was in town for work and wanted a quick dinner after a 12 hour day. Walked up to see there was a wait and was a bit dejected. However, there was a seat at the bar. Man, where do I start? Everything was on point. From seating to service to dessert. Our server, kilo was very professional and earned every bit of his tip. He was everything service should be. Especially in today's covid world it tends that service today seems to be a struggle between attitude or getting anyone wanting to work and Kilo definitely took us back to pre-covid times. He is a young man with manners, and excellent work ethic. Red lobster has an asset having kilo on board with their team. Food, wow! Fresh fresh fresh fresh! On point I highly recommend the surf and turf if you like steak and shrimp. The serving sizes were perfect, the steak melted in my mouth the shrimp was amazingly delicious for not being close to the sea. (Short example, we're visiting in Hawaii atm and I order some shrimp from a restaurant here on the island idk if it a Hawaii thing but the shell and legs were still on it. The taste was great but the mouth full of shells were not,opps?) Anyways, glad to be a local of the Red lobster I'm praising on in Ga! Highly recommended and would definitely go there again! We are talking about making it a weekly/monthly thing with red lobster due to the excellence in food and service! Keep up the great work everyone! Thanks for making it memorable!

My friends drive in to Atl from Alabama. They checked into their hotel and scooped me up for dinner. They didn't feel like driving far so they chose Red Lobster at Camp Creek on a Sunday. I repeat a Sunday. Even though I love around here I stay away from Camp Creek. Not because it's a bad area but because people flood this area and service in restaurants tend to be bad or mediocre. We didn't have to wait long that was a plus because the restaurant was packed. We were sat kind of in a corner which was good because I didn't want to be around the noise but we were basically forgotten about. A server eventually greeted us and took drink orders but let us know she would find the server that had our section. The manager walked by and apologized for her team ignoring us. Our table was not on their grid that they look at for occupancy. She made up for it with some nice drinks. I got full off the salad and biscuits and wound up taking my food home. I never have a problem with the food there. It's always the service. Hopefully that will change in the future.

We had lunch there today and I had popcorn shrimp. I like mine with their maple cherry glaze instead of the normal cocktail sauce. You can't hardly go wrong with popcorn shrimp unless it's overcooked and it wasn't. They start you out with cheddar bay biscuits which are awesome! I bought 2 dinners today. One was fried catfish dinner the second fried cod. I was very disappointed with the cod. For $15 you received only 1 piece of over fried cod with 2 sides. Bar harbor lobster big ones as good as usual muscles or slightly overcooked but sauce was good. Atmosphere was good. CONS: Server didn’t check on us except when bringing out the food. We didn’t receive one of the items we ordered. Lobster bisque was lumpy and cold. The Lobster mashed potatoes didn’t have much lobster but tasted really good and the sauce was good. Top shelf Long Island iced tea tasted like water. Order the shrimp appetizer and the shrimp or overcooked.

This Red lobster was not in my normal neighborhood and I'm glad we stopped there on the way home. The food was great, our server was awesome, and the wait wasn't bad at all at rush hour. I'll go back there if I'm ever in that neighborhood, and I will recommend it to others.

This place earns it's 5 stars with each visit. I've sat on all sides of the restaurant and the waiters are top notch. On this visit I was blessed with the services of a young lady named LaRonda, she was a dang ole doll! Sweet and professional...not sure who the managers are but they are doing a magnificent job with their team!

This location could have been better if the temperature was controlled. It felt like there were heat fans above the table which made it uncomfortable. Some waitstaff were impolite and I observed one who did wash hands after using the restroom.

I'm weird about seafood, especially when not by the coast but this place was a pleasant surprise our waiter was attentive and while I was annoyed initially by the wait time (covid-19 nothing could be done about that.) The quiet atmosphere definitely made up for the wait. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

This location gets 3 stars because our server couldn't remember we existed in the resteraunt and it was a larger party. 13 people and you can't get salads or water refills to the table before foods served. Went for my birthday and having my family there together in one spot was a treat so you get 4 stars then you forget us I had to take a star. Food was ok when we got it .... It was just bad service.

I joined the wait list, via the app. It told me there was a 20 minute wait. I arrive at projected time to be told they do not honor those requests on weekends. Then had to wait another 20 minutes (long eye roll). Salmon overcooked, husband's broccoli never came, 1st basket of biscuits undercooked. Overall disappointment.

Food is just ok. Would like to see bigger portions or at least better quality food for the price. Red Lobster used to be the best but over the years has decreased quality. Atmosphere is good for intimate dining which is nice.

Never ever in any of my visits have i experienced this "rule that has always been implemented"! Lastly 3 groups in my party were very noticeably overcharged. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in years. Living in Louisiana there's a lot of seafood options which are better. In Atlanta with a business colleague and he chose lunch. We were served quickly. I had the shrimp and salmon. It was good....... look I forgot how sinfully good those biscuits were!!

I went to Red Lobster for an early lunch and I was greeted right a way. This was during the last part of lobsterfest to which I had a very hard time choosing what to eat. My server was very knowledgeable about what was on the menu and what wasn't on it. She suggested many items, but I chose the steamed lobster, grilled lobster tail and the oh so good lobster shrimp alfredo fettuccini, a salad with tea and lots of lemon. Oh, I forgot to say my server brought me hot biscuits. I ate the biscuits which filled me and was not able to finish all my meal. So I took it to go. My server was so impressed I had to call her manager over to let her know.

May 9th, 2019 The Camp Creek Parkway in the suburb of College Park/ East Point Red Lobster location was an excellent choice in having a large birthday party. The food had a lot of potential but I had a couple issues. The first issue was my cashier had some unatoned words when I didn't leave a tip for my takeout order. I don't know if I'm the only one that believes you don't supposed to leave a tip for takeout but she had some smart comments. Second of all when I return back to my room with my food I had no butter for my Lobster also I had got the corn to replace the rice I had got both rice and corn and was charged extra for the corn. Also the corn was supposed to be the new buttery something kind of corn in the corn I received was just plain corn without any butter or flavor. I really enjoy the Red Lobster but sometimes or just wavery the last time I had them before this everything was extremely salty and this time the flavor was barely there.

The portion sizes are small and the quality has decreased. The biscuits weren't even that good, they tasted undercooked or slightly soggy. I paid $30 , before the tip, for a 3-4 oz. Salmon (the soy ginger salmon was good), about 2-3 oz of lobstee, a salad and a baked potato with cheese and butter. I think my Red Lobster days are coming to an end 😔

My daughter took me to dinner here, our waitress/Tashema was pleasant and professional. However the broccoli on our entrees were old because it had brown spots on the bottom of each piece. Any time you serve steamed broccoli that is mushy and you can cut it with a fork means that it is not fresh and over cooked. The rice was undercooked because there was still pieces that were raw(crunchy).

Great service. The hostess sat us quickly. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The prices are reasonable! The food is delicious! I dont like there version of a caprese salad but everything else was delicious. We barely waited for anything from start to finish! The New Orleans salmon is soooooooo good! I had the full and couldn't finish bc it was so much food! Kudos to them....They never disappoint!
