OMG! Can you say amazing! We had a fabulous evening at Orso! We started our meal with an antipasto appetizer paired with a delicious cab. Next, our meal was suburb followed by a trio of wonderful desserts. What made our experience even better was our friendly, efficient waitress, Rachel. She made our last evening in Anchorage memorable. Her friendly demeanor was appreciated.

Stopped for early dinner before super early flight back to TX tomorrow morning. Calamari appetizer and clam chowder was good. King Crab legs were very good with all the sides. Hubby had the Salmon and enjoyed it as well. Would recommend. Would return to eat here again.

Delicious food and awesome service!! Didn't see a lot of vegetarian mains on the menu but they were very accommodating and were willing to pretty much create whatever kinda pasta we wanted with whatever sauce we wanted. We ordered some appetizers and they were great and then asked for an off-menu eggplant parmesan with mushrooms with low expectations but it was amazing!! Unfortunately, the kitchen closes at 9pm so, we were unable to try the desserts we wanted. Shout-out to our server, Chelsea, who was super friendly and added to our already amazing dining experience.

The food tasted amazing, filled with many flavors. It is pretty pricey but I think it’s worth it to try it out. I could tell that the chefs care about their food. The inside ambience was nice but there could have been better music. Our server was helpful and professional. I reccomend this place!

After 2 years, Orso is re-opened and better than ever. They kept all the best things about Orso and freshened up the concept, menu, and ambiance. There were wines I’d never heard of, a delicious cocktail called Barolo con Bolle, and the flavors of the food itself was superb. The new chef sure knows his stuff and the presentation is masterful. Fresh colorful vibes of new art and plates, with the rustic dark wood from before. Their concept is “Alaskan food with Italian spirit” and they’ve hit the mark. Can’t wait to go back!

Recently reopened. Revamped menu and cocktail list. The cocktails were awesome and creative. The food was good as well and I think they should have a sucessful opening. The chamomile Collins was awesome and I've been wanting to go back for drinks ever since!

Putting TV screens in a fancy bar is like putting spinners on a 1968 Chevy Apache. Orso’s bar is a restored, factory-mint Apache with color-matched upgrades and original seats. The food here is top-notch and the drinks all hit very nicely. The staff is attentive and task-focused and will take care of everything you need, and will also recommend a better drink to pair with your dinner.

Delicious fine dining with what can best be described as an Italian-Alaskan fusion menu. Excellent seafood, nice rich house made desserts, and a strong drink selection. Service is a very cordial, leisurely dinner setting. Don't go if you're in a hurry!

Had the most AMAZING anniversary dinner with my husband. We are under 21 and usually get over looked at restaurants because we can’t order alcohol, therefore bill/tip is smaller. However, we had a fabulous experience with amazing service and delicious food. Perfect spot for a romantic date. Already talking about going back with our family!
