Service was great. Our server was amazing and patient( I'm very indecisive with odd requests and havnt been out in a long time.) Seated immediately. Very comfortable atmosphere. Food was as great as our service. Ordered a tropical falls and it was delicious

Excellent food, quick service, and an inviting atmosphere. The lunch specials are fairly priced for the amount of food. My only complaint, which most likely stems from being used to knives being supplied, is that there was no knife supplied with the burrito on a plate. However, if that was the only nitpick that I can find, then they are doing great.

Highly recommend their carne asada tacos, it's the best in town. Their chili rellos are pretty good, too. Servers keep busy as they're short staffed, but I've never had an order come out any other way than what's expected. They used to have a free poker night pre-pandemic that was fun, too, I hope they bring that back as they gain more staff.

Looking for the best Mexican food in Anchorage? Look no further! Los Arcos is so good. Service is friendly, atmosphere is casual and the food is always good. I've been here multiple times for lunch and dinner and always walk away satisfied. Plenty of room for large groups, good place for business lunches and quiet dinners. Don't forget to try the Margaritas!

Best Mexican food in town. Toby and Maria Gallo really care about you as an individual. Your smile and your compliments of the food is what makes them happy. The food is always amazing and the drinks are always the same without fail. 10 years now my family has been coming here and we love it every time. If you become a regular, you not only made new friends but family.

It was good. The staff was nice and friendly. Our order did take a little long to come out and they did mess up our order a little but it was fixed right away. They also offer you free chips and salsa after you're seated which is nice.

Excellent bday dinner. It's a lil hard to get to right now because of construction on Dowling Road and must be, as far as I know, approached from the East side (lake otis pkwy). 80 plus 15 tip for 4 people for dinner. I dodnt get any pics cus I was in the moment.

Wow! Alex is a one of a kind guy! We couldn't have had a better night without him. He was very attentive to my whole family and was even giving my 3 year old daughter quarters to use on the candy machines there. I love the vibes in that place and my lady and I have found our new favorite spot!

This was our first visit to the restaurant after hearing wonderful things about the food. My boyfriend had the steak fajitas and I had the spinach enchilada entrée. So delicious! And very generous proportions! The service was lovely, and our waiter was genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. We'll definitely be back! :)

I had the Cameron's Diabla tonight and man! They are not for the faint of heart, hotter than the hubs of hell, but very tasty! They should have a warning on the menu. I love hot foods but this was painful to eat!

My son was referred here from a co-worker. They work in a restaurant, as I did for many years. I'm usually sceptical about a new place to eat, but decided to try it out. I can't remember the last time I was so happy with a restaurant. The atmosphere is comfortable and the service was perfect. I ordered the No. 1 combo, and brought home more than half of the food. The hot salsa, with the promptly filled chip basket, was the best I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Los Arcos is our new favorite restaurant and we won't be going anywhere else for Mexican food.

The service was attentive and friendly. The food took a little while to come out but I wasn't in a hurry. I only gave four stars because the Chili rellenos was basically an omelet and the chips were lacking salt. The spinach enchiladas I tried because of another reviewer and they were delicious! I will probably back to try more of the menu.

Had dinner here for the first time. The portions were bigger than Burrito King/Taco King, but their prices are also higher. The food was good, but I wish they had more of a selection of authentic Mexican meats, such at lengua. I'd come here again, but during lunch hours to save on money.

Every time I've gone there the food has been AH-MAY-ZING!!!! It's the ONLY restaurant I will eat the refried beans; because they're not gray :/ They didn't get a 5 only because they're slow and wait too long in between checking on their patrons. The food is great, and the people are friendly..... Definitely worth the wait.

I no longer live in Anchorage and I miss this place dearly. They had the best spinach enchiladas. I can't seem to find those anywhere back in Illinois. Place was clean and service was always top notch. I'll be sure to stop in when I'm back in town.

I have been here three times now and have been very happy with the food and service. This is a small family owned restaurant with a light hearted atmosphere. The owner spends his evening chatting with patrons and everyone is friendly to guests.

It was average. Believe it or not Zthey offered a ribeye steak! It was pretty good. Staff limited on English but they made up for friendliness and an attentive wait staff. Worth a try if you are in the area but not if you are accustomed to specific taste. By the way a really good barbershop next door. Wow! Michael was awesome, if you can bear the loud salsa music, you will be glad you went. So, in a couple weeks when I go back to get my haircut, i will have lunch or dinner at the restaurant and try my fav beef chimi's. All is well.

We eat here regularly. Occasionaly service can be a bit slow when they are busy, but for the most part they do a good job. When it comes to Mexican food in Alaska, it's as good as it gets. I like it because it's close to home, off the beaten path and reasonably priced.

Went on a Saturday evening. The food was delicious. I had 2 spinach enchiladas ala cart and a fajita taco ala cart, my friend had 2 enchiladas with all rice, no beans. The spinach enchiladas are amazing, they have a little kick to them, it's like spinach and a spicy queso inside! I usually get my spinach enchiladas from La Mex and they are good too but these are AMAZING! Admittingly I like the fact that they don't have a huge amount of spinach in them, some might want more. Everything was very good but the service was a little slow and the food took a bit to come out. I will go back because it is soo good, I just won't dine in when I'm super hungry or when I don't have time, I'll just call for pickup.

Los Arcos is like family. Sometimes you have to be patient. However if you are, expect to be rewarded! Food is consistently good and drinks are well made. The bonus is the more you show up the better it gets.
