Had the pleasure of going to the soft opening of Inferno Seafood Boil.
Let me tell you, every. single. dish was simply the most delicious thing I’ve tasted here in Anchorage! There was so much flavor with every bite that will make your eyes roll back. I’m addition, the service was top notch. It was inviting, as if they were my family . They introduce each dish with detail that made your mouth water before it came out. I am highly impressed and I can’t wait to go back when they open!

Amazing food and atmosphere! My partner and I ordered one of everything and we were not disappointed. I cannot wait until their grand opening; we will definitely be back over and over again. The staff were phenomenal and the chef and owner was an absolute gem.
Run, don't walk, and immediately try their Fiyah Crab. I want to be buried with a plate of it.
(If any of the staff read this - please bottle the Inferno sauce! I'll be dreaming of it.)

Our experience was good. Food was delish. We loved the Fiyah-crab- the sauce was amazing and oysters had to different toppings it was delish. We also liked the Scallop Bisque. The Salad was ok.
I gave a 3 star because we had reservations at 7pm. And we waited more than an hour to get our main dish. Which was just 1 order of crab and 1 order of the Throw it in the bag. A dinner just for 2 people.
I mean I guess it’s understandable for a soft opening. But still we waited awhile and I would see others seated after us but are getting their food a lot quicker than ours. Plus our waitress forgot are order of chicken wings and I’m sure it had been given to another table. And then she tried to charge me for it at the end. When we never got our wings.
Other than that food was great. Ambience was good. Just need to work on the long wait times and also maybe throwing in free dessert or something for not having our wings order at all.

Pair of Raw Alaskan Oysters with Inferno Sauce
This was nice and refreshing, tried the one with thin sliced hot peppers and it was the favorite of the two offerings, the 2nd one I enjoyed but the others disagreed, we would be happy with the spicy all around!!
Flame'N Bisque
A Scalop, crawfish and prawn chili oil
Menu showed Scallops but only one it was good, but I would have liked it seared to give it a better texture contrast. Plus have at least two or three would really make it, did have a decient amount of spice heat enjoyed the bits of crawfish, nice and creamy but could have come out a little hoter temp wise

Mixed cabbage, single shrimp Topped with crushed peanuts paired with Tangy Lemon Sauce
Single shrimp need seasoning even blackened would have made a wonderful difference plus two or three, could have used a little vinegar to brighten it up a bit more. Overall was refreshing, could have used a little spice heat or the Inferno Sauce used on the Oysters
Inferno Garlic Noodles
This was very tasty and filling, enjoyed the garlic though over cooked, noodle a little firmer that most liked and also portion was abit large. We thought it could have used a little seafood like shrimp or crawfish to help round it out and possible some tomatoes or anything else to bring freshness to brighten it up a bit
Throw it in a bag!!
Crawfish, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Corn, Sausage and Potatoes
This was a really nice treat good flavors, corn seemed to absorb flavors very well
Everything was delicious. Enjoyed dipping the items into the bag sauce for extra flavor. Though needed a scrap tray for shells and such same with next offering
Fiyah Crab
Mamma's Krueng (herbs) Wok'd with Garlic Butter but we found hints of ginger!!
This was served in cast iron and beautiful presentation.
Really enjoyed this plus the sauce on the bottom could be used on anything!!! Found ourselves dipping throw it in the bag items into it! I think I would like this season in the throw it in the bag!!
This was an or item on menu but we added to have both Fiyah Crab and Throw it in a bag
For both mains it would nice to have some bread to dip into the sauces!! They were that good!!

These desserts were very delicate and delicious!! We all agreed a little coffee or expresso would help round it out!!
Concidering this was a first round we were all very impressed!! This place can only get better. Definitely get in there when they have their Grand Opening in two weeks!!
They will have more variety of seafood and other offerings!!

Everything was delicious. Two different oyster toppings. Bisque wasn’t boring. Salad was refreshing. Garlic noodles are always a good idea. Gloves and bibs for the mains cause things get messy when you’re having a good time. Also the cucumber lemon water was a nice touch!

I was lucky enough to make it in for their soft opening and so happy to have a seafood boil spot here in town. The food was top notch with huge portions. When I say huge, I think one portion of the seafood boil could have fed all three in my party. (See photos for reference)
In additional to seafood boil, we had oysters 2 ways, lobster bisque, chicken wings and some garlic noodles, with a salad paired as a pallet cleanser. I have not a bad word to say about any of these dishes and word order it all over again.
Our server Kevin was attentive to all of our needs and gave direction on how best to enjoy our meal. I will be returning again and again and can’t wait to introduce this new spot in town to all who will join!

I was grateful to get a reservation before they sold out for their soft opening. The ambiance was great, and the food was even better. Although it was busy, I was super appreciative that the owner still took some time to check on us, a personable touch, in my opinion. It was something I noticed he did throughout the restaurant. Not sure when it will be, but I’m looking forward to the grand opening!
