I was shopping around to have my old yard playset removed. They gave a very reasonable quote so I decided to go with them. They came the very next day and removed the playset very quickly, they also made sure there was no debris laying around after the removal. If you are looking for a great company to remove your junk I would highly recommend them!

Dump My Junk was the first company I contacted to remove some mattresses and box springs from my storage unit, I was so impressed with the authentic conversation I had making the call that I immediately felt I could trust them to do a good job for me. When they arrived (on time) they send me a text to let me know they would arrive and another when they got to the storage facility. A very friendly couple evaluated what I needed removed and gave me a very fair quote. After speaking with them about how they dispose of the items I decided to ask for a quote for an antique wooden headboard and foot board for a king size bed, and some other items I was planning on re-homing or selling. Again the quote was fair and I decided to lighten my load again. They would not let me help them carry even the very heavy stuff....they said "that is what you hired us to do" The experience reminded me of the days when good folks had good businesses and really wanted to help people. They quoted us a fair price for the job and immediately began working. Xavier and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. They were all very polite and friendly. Had an outstanding experience with this company. I'd searched for recommendations for junk removal and a prior recommendation for this "husband and wife team" caught my eye. Of the three companies I contacted, DumpMyJunk was clearly the most responsive and professional. Communication was excellent, their estimate was reasonable, the appointment time was met, and they were very courteous while loading and hauling away four large items. When the time comes, I'll definitely call them again. Highly recommend!

Called a few places that couldn't seem to give us a good estimate on a king size mattress removal ("It'll be between 75 and 350"). Dump my Junk was responsive, able to give us an actual estimate, and a great and timely pick up window. SOLD. They even came earlier, communicating via text. Super responsive. Called on a Friday at 5:30pm and had a quote with availability for next day pickup (Saturday) in under 5 minutes. They ended up being earlier than the given window which was awesome and the team that showed up was super personable and just good people (not two hung over college kids). Quote was accurate- no weird extra charges. Would use for any future needs without hesitation!

I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment, they were able to do the removal in less than 72 hours. It was the removal of a washer and dryer, from a second story apartment. They even uninstalled the appliances for us. They were on time and give you 30 minute notice that they’re on the way. They were so polite and I’ll only use them moving forward. Amazing service. Not only were they extremely professional but they were friendly and considerate. The price was not only within my financial range as a single mom but they were a lot cheaper than over 4 other services that I had reached out to in regards to my junk removal. They were very cautious when removing my couches and made sure to wear protective footies as to not get any debris from their boots on my floor. Great company. We called them and they schedule our pick up at a time the was best for us. We sent pictures to get an accurate estimate and the price was just what was quoted. 30 minute courtesy call and they were in and out and the junk was gone. My pick up was a first call on a Monday; they had to make a “dump run” first since the dumps were closed over the weekend. This delayed their arrival, but once the team got on site they were all business. Quick, efficient, thorough, and friendly and conversational as well. Very nice people performing a much needed service in a friendly and efficient manner. Money well spent! Really glad I called them! I don’t think I’ll need their services again, but if I do they will definitely get my business again.

I used ‘Dump my Junk LLC ‘ for dismantling & removal of a 50-year-old chain-link fence on two sides of my yard. It was not an easy job the fence had been there so long it was buried at the bottom and built never be removed. They also dug up a posts from an existing PVC fence and got that job done as well. They also loaded it all up and hauled it away. The two person team, Xavier and Christine were on time, professional, did an excellent job&the price was very fair. I would use them again definitely.

I reached out to “Dump My Junk” in the morning by phone Friday morning and they were able to come out first thing Saturday morning even with having a busy schedule and some bad weather. I was able to text pictures for a quote and unlike most others he was a man of his word and he stuck to the price he quoted me from the pictures. He finished my whole 2 bedroom apartment (on the 3rd floor of my building) in less than an hour! The price he offered was wayyyy better than anyone I seen online and the text pictures for a quote was a great touch that most businesses don’t have. He broke it down, got it down a flight of stairs without bumping or scratching any surfaces. He was also very timely and responsive to phone calls and text messages.
