This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in quite awhile. From the initial phone contact to the completion of the transaction I felt that all aspects of this operation was totally professional. I supplied just a minimum amount of information during the initial phone call and, a couple of text messages later I was give a arrival time of around a 1 1/2hrs.. Mr. Zikry showed up on time as promised. The entire process was very easy, fast and, all contacts were extremely helpful. I will be keeping his business cards for future reference. First off, I was impressed with the quick callback when I i phoned and left a message, and we set a time to meet after I got off work. I even got a text about 40 minutes before our meeting time letting me know the truck was on its way. Communication: A++ Second, this was a car without a title (Mom's old car, and she'd passed away a year and a half ago) and we'd already played phone tag with a few other places, so I was concerned that there would be difficult disposing of the car. The service could not have been easier! Paperwork was taken care of efficiently and properly. A++ Third, I did not have any pretenses about the worth of my car. Let’s be honest: if you are calling a tow truck to take your car away, it’s because it will cost you more to keep it or sell it than it’s worth. I looked at some of the laughable reviews complaining about how much money was offered for their vehicle, and I assume they were all written by either A) 20-something kids who think their crappy lowered car with custom rims and loud exhaust system is somehow actually valuable, or B) other companies using reviews to try to tank a competitor. The end result: I got my old, untitled car that was costing me money to keep (and would have cost me a lot more to get titled to sell) taken off my hands, and it didn’t cost me a dime! Fast, friendly, and communicative. I highly recommend this company!

He was extremely pleasant and comforted my 6 year old daughter by saying he would take good care of our old van. When he paid me the fee we agreed upon, he gave my daughter 3 dollars which made her so happy. He gave me a quote and a timeframe in which to meet him at the transmission shop where I had it towed the same morning. Akram showed up when he said he would and was very friendly and mentioned he had a very similar vehicle, and was very thorough and easy to work with. Quick and easy communication. A fair negotiator and an honest businessman. It's important to mention that I called around to a handful of other area buyers and all of their quotes were lower than what Akram and I finally agreed to. After waiting for almost a week for a different salvage yard to pick up my vehicle, I finally got fed up and called 'Florida Junk Cars', basically just googling the closest junk yard to try to get my car off the pep boys lot. After almost having a panic attack knowing I couldn't drive my car and getting no where with this other place, I spoke with Florida Junk Cars and he asked "when can I meet you?" I set a time to meet in an hour and he even texted when he was 10 minutes away. I found the company through a simple Google search. They seemed to have some pretty good reviews so I decided to call them and was given a quick offer. I was text with the required documents needed to complete the transaction along with the approximate time the tow truck will be arriving. The driver, Akram, arrived within the stated time window and handled the towing all by himself. He was professional and polite throughout the towing process. Sidetracking a little bit, while he was inspecting the engine, we couldn't help but noticed his original Rado Diastar Jubile on his wrist. Not only is Akram professional but he also possess great taste for his timepieces, a rarity in the U.S. nowadays. Kudos to you, Akram! After the towing was complete, we signed the proper paperwork and cash was paid to us on site in the original promised offer. Aside from having to find the title to the vehicle, the whole process was rather painless and easy!
