It was our 1st time going there. From the young man that answered the phone to the associates that assisted us a the facility......awesome. The gentlemen that were at the yard-brush dump site were in good spirits. Smiles on their faces and light-hearted interactions with customers. Definitely would visit again. Thank you.

The new facility is out of this world I've been going there for 10 years it's an improvement that we all need it I do request for somebody to put a sign up to please pull out your credit card and ID and be ready with it in the window I see sometimes people dig in for the wallet when they get up in front of the window that's a waste of time that we can save at least two to three minutes per vehicle you hear it here first 👂🥇

A great resource for residents of Tampa. Didn't have to wait long going in or coming out. Looks like a newer campus that is cleaner and more space for more customers. Great improvement!

It sounds crazy, but I love this place! I go a couple of times a year and am always impressed by the whole operation. I'm truly thankful we have such an amazing facility in our communotu. Just show your driver's license or proof of county residence and you can dispose of old appliances, mattresses, yard waste, etc. for a very small fee per pound. (Your vehicle is weighed as you enter, then weighed again as you leave - the difference is the difference is the basis of your bill.) After leaving the disposal center, I stop at the nature trail that abuts the north edge of the property (look for the entrance on your right just before Adamo) and go for a lovely walk (no kidding!).

THE GOOD - easy to dump items, friendly staff, cheap THE BAD - The wait is painfully long, ~30 mins to get in with 10 cars ahead of me, another ~15 to get out with 4-5 cars ahead of me (I arrived around 12:45 on a Weds). Also got a nail in my tire from a piece of debris that wasn't fully swept into the loading bay I guess you get what you pay for, but boy was it frustrating to deal with this place.

A little slow but reasonably priced. Extremely smelly today. It would be better if there was a different area for construction debris so there would be two separate lines and to drop off areas. That would speed things up quite a bit.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Give yourself at least 2hrs. FYI, ONLY water bills get you in to dump free of charge. Without it you have to pay to dump, especially if it's construction material. There is no employee to help you dump, it is SELF dump...can't tell you how many people go there and wait for assistance and hold up the line. If you can't do it alone, bring a helper, it also makes it go faster. Security guy does help get the lines to leave out faster sometimes. 4 out of 5 because the limited space for dumping makes it take forever.

Tuesday is the best day to drop off waste. Weekends they do their best to get you in/out as quick as possible, but still plan on spending an hour

You weigh in, you dump your trash, return to the scales and pay the fee. It's a dump. A well tended dump, but a dump just the same.
