Today was probably the fourth time I have contacted Waste Connections, Bridge City. Recently, they picked up my wood fence debris that I finally replaced from Hurricane Ida. Their Customer Service and their Customer Service Representatives are A+, First Class! I think it was Melba that I spoke to yesterday and today, and this lady is phenomenal. She could be a great trainer for all those bad, rude customer service people out there that don't know how to do their job.

My company uses Waste Connections for multiple properties we own. We have always had a great relationship with them, as they have always been helpful with anything for our multiple accounts. I personally deal with Lance for anything account related. I had an issue in the past that was seeming to be overlooked by some other department, but once I made Lance aware that they had still not fixed the issue he immediately handled it and personally made sure that it was fixed. He also made sure they credited our account for the issue. He has gone above and beyond for our accounts and I am very happy with Waste Connections as our trash pickup, and Lance as my rep.

Seems to always take a primary focus on what is best for us - the client - and our budget, while their bottom line comes secondary. Last year, I was shopping around for a new local trash service company for several of our commercial accounts. I called the number that Waste Connections had on their site to see what exactly they offered, and was scheduled to meet with a service rep. named Jennifer Monnerjahn. Jennifer was extremely patient with me in hearing what services we needed & even listened to me voice troubles we had with previous trash service companies. After meeting with Jennifer, I knew right away that Waste Connections was the best company to sign a contract with- not only because they beat every other quote that I received from other companies, but also because Jennifer was very knowledgeable, friendly, and she was able to accommodate EXACTLY what we were looking for. Since then, I have reached out to Jennifer on several occasions with questions/needs and she has ALWAYS been extremely efficient with helping me. I would recommend to anyone looking for a trash service company, Waste Connections is the best!
