The workers just want to keep the line moving. They were instructive and helpful for me, a first timer. Couldn't ask for more than that. I also saw a lady distributing bottled water to the workers (hot July day), and that looked like a treat for the workers. May be an idea worth spreading.

Been using the place for years. All you have to do is ask and make sure you’re throwing away trash in the correct containers. The guys are helpful and yes, they’re not afraid to tell you if you’re dumping stuff in the wrong container lol. You’ll get the hang of it After you visit the place a few times. Basic information, Everyone knows that the main containers, the ones in the middle of the facility, are for basic household trash and one for cardboard. After that, you’ll find containers for old wood, couches, glass, metal, and some for newspapers or bulk paper. Rutherford Cpunty Residents only by the way.

I’ve lived in LaVergne for 8 years and I’ve religiously used this facility throughout the years. TBH, I’ve never been so excited about doing a trash run before! Every time I go there, I’m always greeted with a smile, an open lane, and a helping hand. If you need to dump other items, they can point you in the right direction for that. The people that work here are amazing! I’m sure they get put through so much during their day while they are there, but they’ll never let you know it. I appreciate each and every person that I’ve encountered over the years that have helped me and I thank you for everything you do for our community. You guys (and girls) are awesome!!!

Great layout, great hours, super friendly staff and if you don't just have your normal every day garbage to dump they will point you right to which garbage bin is appropriate for what you have that needs dumping. I have honestly never met a better staff in all the different dump sites I have used over the years!!! I am also ALWAYS IN and OUT of there and who doesn't LOVE quick & easy, I know I sure do!!

They do a good job keeping lines moving and helping you recycle different things like metal, plastics, paper books, newspapers, phone books, and cardboard.

Go about 2X a week, the staff is very nice and when I go alone they help me unload. The set up is simple.

They are so nice to me everytime I come . I think they deserve more than just being dump employees. They work really hard in keeping everything organized especially with the crazy people they deal with.

I have not had a. Issue with employees. They are friendly. Been using this location since 2004.

Never had any problems with my trash, but I also always make sure it's organized such as boxes separated from regular trash. Workers are very friendly
