As I am elderly and disabled, the Waste Management employee comes to the landing to my handicap ramp and collects my trash. Now I don't have to worry about my trash being piled up. Thank you.

I have used WM for over ten years and have never had an issue. The drivers leave the site in a good order. They are on time every week and I really appreciate them braving the weather to ensure my garbage is picked up every week.

Would have given 5 stars but trash is always left behind scattered in my yard. Half the time it’s not even my trash. Not sure how they pull that off. Other than that they are reliable.

Overall a Good Business, they are however hard to get ahold of by phone and there website will direct you to call in to set up service, they do not provide Bins in all residential locations nor do they offer recycling bins at all residential locations. They do have great customer service a real joy to talk to.

There is a $5 minimum which usually covers the cost of a car load of debris. They require safety vests for everyone and hard hats if you're going all the way into the Landfill. They have safety vests which they sell for $10. Other than that, it's about what you would expect. Just drive onto the scale when it's your turn, then dump your load where they tell you, then weigh again on the exit scale. They accept cash and visa or mastercard. Quick and easy.

The driver that collects our garbage is always professional and friendly. Waste Management is very reliable and they always alert me when there are delays. I am a very happy customer.

I don't understand why they aren't open on Saturday, why not close Sun and Mon and be open Tues thru Sat? That makes more sense

Decently clean place. Prices not bad, but there could be some more signage as to where non-employees are to travel to dump their “load”. It is not specifically marked or specified and can get tricky with large machines running back and forth.
