White Robbins is mananging the property that I am renting. All I can say is that they are incredibly responsive when there are issues needing attention. When you stop by their office, everyone is always smiling, gracious, and cordial. You feel good knowing that they are overseeing your property. The quality of work by the contractors that they use is incredible. They are timely, respectful, clean up afterwards, and very considerate when they come to your home. I truly appreciate it. Not sure who it was better dealing with, them or our home’s owner who was kind and generous throughout our 3 year stay in his lovely home! Megan Staats from White Robbins (no relation to me-same last name) has managed our property now for over a year. Amazing job with our first 12 month tenant who has now moved on to purchase a home. The new tenant and transition to this new tenant has been seamless. Our home was in impeccable condition. Meghan Staats is thorough, responsive, and overall the best of the best. If it wasn't for her and her team, we would probably have sold the home and moved on but she has enabled us to keep it as a rental/investment opportunity which makes me extremely happy each day.

We rented a home from White Robbins from Sean McClafferty for 9 and a half years. It was my first experience using a property management company and I highly recommend them! All my past experiences were with individual property owners who never fixed major concerns from mold to removing their own personal junk. The home upon moving in was freshly painted and all new carpet and perfect for us and in the neighborhood we grew up in. Other problems over the years did occur as it was an older home and immediately the problems were addressed and fixed. Yearly someone came to make sure my roof and gutters were cleaned. We had a huge tree causing problems which costs a lot of money to remove and this tree was removed. My dealings and concerns with Sean and Susie Short, who works in the office, were always pleasant and immediately addressed. Awesome property management services!
