Randi Fouts was the only shining star of a very difficult move from San Diego to Wichita. From the first phone call, she went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. Working weekends to help us find our home, sourcing local vendors to help us get our house ready before we arrived. Randi was always super responsive to all our questions and creating communication with our selling agent in San Diego and our lender. I can confidently say that without Randi’s help, this move would have been an utter disaster.

I have had an incredible home buying experience with Britney Corona and Eric Locke. From the very start they have helped with my every need including setting me up with a lender that is quick and efficient. The current market is tough for buyers but I felt like the team was going to bat for me every single day of my home search process. I did lose a property in a bidding war which was handled very well by the team and I was reassured we would find the right home for us. When I did find the home they were both available immediately (even if it was not convenient) and did everything they could to get a showing and offer completed as quickly as possible. Throughout the purchase process they have set me up with everything I needed to have inspections and appraisals done as well as working to get a closing date that works best for my family situation. I could not be more pleased! Their professionalism and dedication is unmatched and I can proudly say I would never consider using another team over this one. We can’t imagine a better experience when selling a home. Eric quickly squeezed us in for a consultation after we called his office and afterward it was clear to us we didn’t need to meet with another Realtor. Eric offered his thoughts on our home and walked us through the process and what he expected from the current market. Listing was fast and seamless... and his communication is flexible (text, email, phone) and responsive. Selling a home can be crazy stressful, but Eric’s straight forward personality and experience made all the difference! At the end of the day, when you’re selling your home you want it done in partnership, fast, and for top dollar. Eric delivered for us... Selling a house in the midst of a pandemic and lock down was uncharted territory. We felt so secure in trusting Eric with his unwavering reassurance and felt that we were really taken care of throughout this process. He always had a yes or no opinion moving forward to lessen confusion (in a confusing time), and always based his opinions on facts / #s he would send to us. He always responded (within seconds) when we had a question or concern. We ALSO felt that not only did we have the best Relator in Wichita on our side - but a friend who we could laugh with and kept it formal, professional, but also enjoyable. He showed us over and over that he truly cared about us and our interests and while he led us well, he always let us know at the end of the day our thoughts mattered most. During the closing process, with no furniture we found ourselves eating dinner sitting on the floor, we both sat there taking it all in and thinking we could NOT imagine having done this with anyone else, and it was so hard to even imagine Eric having any other clients with how much time and care we felt he invested in us.
