Bobbie made every step of buying our new home incredibly easy. We jumped into a new build and had NO idea what all that included. She was so great with coordinating with the builder, advocating for our wants and needs and navigating us through the entire process. We also used her to sell our previous home last year and it was an incredibly easy and quick process then too! Everyone that I've dealt with through Bobbie's group have been wonderful. Definitely recommend her and her group!

When my husband & I were first looking for a real estate agent I came upon Bobbie Lane’s Instagram page, her more recent post was relatable I felt connected to her in a way. I immediately told my husband we found our agent, we reached out to her and things took off. Being first time home owners we had lots of questions, moments we were so lost and she just made us feel SO comfortable. She didn’t hesitate to answer what we thought were dumb questions. We also were not from the area, so anytime we weren’t available to drive in to Wichita to see the property she made it possible for a showing agent to either FaceTime or take videos for us. When we would do in person showings we had the chance to meet with Cindee, showing agent, she was a delight to be around. Once again made us feel comfortable, and not to mention her energy was so refreshing. Absolutely positive & funny! There was this one time we decided to drive into town last minute, not to mention it was a holiday, we were checking out neighborhoods, we messaged Bobbie to see if it was even possible to get a showing of a house that caught our attention. She was able to make it happen & she herself did the showing. Just shows how motivated, and determined she is, as well as her group. We had a pleasant experience with both Bobbie & Cindee! We got our house, with everything we asked for and more. We love our location, and just enjoying every bit of our house. If you’re looking for an agent that will meet all your needs & wants and overall exceed Bobbie & her group are for you!
