The recent sale of our rural lot is the fourth successfully completed transaction with Amanda. She worked tirelessly to advertise our vacant land and responded to countless inquiries from perspective buyers. We purchased the property with the plan to build a home. Amanda helped us find a number of builders interested in pursuing construction. She solicited our plans for bid and coordinated a number of meetings to negotiate price and build options. We were handed a number of favorable bids to build our dream home, but chose to relocate to a warmer state in middle of our plans. She never expressed any frustration during our indecisive shuffling and stayed positive throughout the endeavor. She advocated on our behalf and stood behind our plan even when our plans seemed to shift focus daily. When we decided to sell the property, she did not question our decision and immediately offered up her unwavering commitment to get it done. She took every question with grace and provided clear and correct responses to guide our decisions. When an answer required research, she got to it and reached out to the appropriate party to get all the necessary information. From lenders, builders, county officiants to closing agents and title clerks - Amanda worked with them all and did it all to make our ever changing plans a pleasant experience. There is no one I trust more with housing decisions than this knowledgeable, patient and accessible real estate agent. She led us through MANY homes and offers (9 total) until we got to our now house, and she did it all while we were on the East Coast still! Debi Strange was referred to us by a co-worker who also came from California due to work. We met Debi before we started our journey east. She started by asking what we were looking for, the price range, and any niceties. She sent us videos and photos of what was available as we traveled. Once in Kansas, she took the time to schedule appointments that fit my schedule, as well as taking my wife to see homes. Once we found a home, she was quick to get the inspections set up and worked to get any issues addressed promptly. We enjoyed working with her so much, we asked her to help us get another home for our kids. A+++
