Positives: The company as a whole seems to be fine and I definitely encountered some fantastic people there. I would highly recommend Lauri Hudson. She was our saving grace. Negatives: That being said, we had countless problems with Victoria Segar. Unresponsive and not true to her word, I ultimately had to get her broker involved more than once just to keep things moving. The short list includes us having no idea closing was delayed until the day before because she failed to tell us, being told there were email issues with documents being sent only to find out she simply never sent them as promised after I dug into the history code of the online forms, asking her to chase down some info with the county only to find out she never called them after she told me she was still waiting for a call back (I ultimately called them and checked). The list goes on with smaller grievances but those capture the level of frustration and ultimate lack of trust we had to suffer through. I've bought 3 houses in my life and I was grateful I knew the process since we were very unsupported. The commission we paid was not deserved.

Alicia Alvarado was my agent. Alicia was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and conscientious and caring. I needed a quick turn time on my purchase and she came though. She pushed all players to ensure they were keeping up with their responsibilities. I hope the seller understands some of the coverage she gave their agent because if not for Alicia this very well could have gone south because of the sellers agents lackadaisical approach. Do yourself a favor and ask for her services because she will take care home purchase needs.

Ellie Ramos is the best at what she does. We are a military family, and will be getting orders back to the east coast within the next year and she’s ALREADY ahead of me and looking for potential homes for us! Ellie is great! I've known her for years and she never fails to please and help me in ways i never thought of. She always goes out of her way for whoever she is helping which is refreshing! She listens to what I have to say and gives me feedback whenever I need it, even at random times. She's definitely a go getter without a doubt. We started looking at houses and comparing different places, unlike other agencies I've gone to, she actually sent me houses within my criteria and budget and didn't force anything on me. She doesn't have a problem going the extra mile nor answering all my questions without any sign of annoyance. She's very professional and a great person. We worked with Jaime Nyheim on both the sale of one home and purchase of another. I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was always easily reachable, explained everything, willingly answered any questions, and dealt with all of our little “bumps” so well and got us the deals we wanted. On the sale of our home, our first contract fell through due to cold feet by the buyer. During that time, I was out of town. Worked with Chris J. He went above and beyond! He could of sold me on the first home I requested to look at, but was honest on how much work it needed. Saw the second home and fell in love! I was in San Diego at the time and he made it happen across the country. Saw my home for the first time the day of closing and I was not disappointed! She gave us wonderful clear information to help decide weather to sell or rent our home. Once we decided to sell, she explained realistic expectations on how the showing process works. Little did we know, our house would have a full price offer and contract with in 48 hours. We had not found our next home yet, so Chanda jumped into action and helped our family secure affordable and safe temporary housing. My husband and I gave her a laundry list of must haves and Chanda showed us beautiful options that met our criteria well with in our price range. However, we just didn’t love the same houses. Once again, Chanda, being a professional and amazing at seeing the whole picture, put together an out of the box plan. She took the ideas of what a my husband and I wanted and showed us a home we never would have thought to look at. It was perfect! When our HVAC went out this summer on a 100 degree day, they had a technician to the house within hours, so that we were back up and running before the house became uncomfortable. The vendors they send out to make repairs are professional and capable, resolving issues quickly - even in the midst of a pandemic. Phil and the team at the office are communicative and easy to work with. As renters, we've always felt that they have been fair and reasonable, communicating regularly with our landlords and ensuring that all of us have our needs met.
