Second to None!! This is truly the way to buy a house! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to own the entire process, really exceeded all expectations! From beginning, through to the end at closing, you can count on the staff being with you every step of the way. And if it wasn’t for PAM we would not be in our house today due to her excellent recommendations and throughout the entire process. Because of Nibal and his relationship with the builder, we were successful in smoothing out all wrinkles. The search all the time consuming, yielded greater benefits due to his guidance. While there are many choices to choose from within the real estate community, you will not find anyone more knowledgeable and professional than the staff at SI Realty!

Nibal and Pamela did a fantastic job for my parents. The service level was excellent. They took care of many unexpected things that popped up, including some inspection issues necessitating some remedial work (which they helpfully arranged for us), a sharp shift in the housing market (market seemed to go from hot to cold overnight because the Federal Reserve Bank decided to make up for years of benign neglect in a few short months), and even a category four (almost category five) hurricane that delayed the closing by a week. I would recommend them to others who are looking for knowledgeable real estate brokers who will work hard to help you sell your house.

This is the second time I have turned to Pamela and Nibal at SI Real Estate Tampa to find renters for my house in the Tampa area. They found a great couple last year that moved out last week and the new family moved in the next day. Although they did not manage the unit, they were very helpful with showing us the unit and getting us set up with the complex and with the landlord.
