When we started the process to sell our home and downsize in the Tampa market, I was referred to Ray and it was the best thing that happened. Ray is very responsive and took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish. For our home sale, Ray understood the market and was able to have an offer on our house the day it was listed. As for our new house, Ray only referred listings to match our new home preferences. We were able to find our new home very quickly. With both sales occurring quickly (within 45 days) , Ray and his team were very helpful, responsive and consultative as we worked through the process. I actually think Ray Mihara is an extremely professional realtor. We had a recent transaction with an unusual seller. This seller seemed to think that he could change the terms of a contract that he already signed. This seller wanted to back out of the contract and reduce Ray's commission percentage. Wow!!! What a way to do business! Seller seemed to think that it was no "big deal" to change a contract, an important legal document, that he agreed to. I think the seller was just being greedy. I am so happy that I had Ray Mihara representing us. He took care of us, and protected our interests. This is what a good realtor does! In the past, Ray has indicated to me that I could use any title insurance company that I wanted - it is always the seller's choice. Ray's friends at American Patriot Title (a separate business) always do a good job and they are only two doors down from Ray's office. They are convenient.
