I had the good fortune of working with Paul Farr to buy my home. Buying a house in today's market is challenging. The buyer is being exploited by everyone. In such a climate, you need an experienced Real Estate agent advocating for you (and only you). Every online resource I used had a Real Estate agent they wanted me to use give me a call. I gave all of them a chance to earn my business. In the end, one outshined the rest. Paul Farr is very customer focused. He is very personally involved and was very responsive. Paul considered my best interest in every move he made on my behalf. My deal was anything but easy. I had very tight deadlines in the contract. Paul was able to help me meet all my (nearly impossible) deadlines and close in around 30 days. Paul thank you for everything you did. You are truly a professional.

We chose to work with him because we felt at ease right away that he has our best interest in hand throughout the home buying process. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure we stayed on track, as well as our lender, with the houses we were interested in. He was even updating us even though he had family commitments in Miami. He also found a mistake with the appraisal of the house that we put an offer on which saved us some money. Christine Cassidy is the best realtor for a family getting started in the West Central Florida area. I asked my new job for a reference for a realtor. The guy I got handed me off to a younger guy, who was just not on top of his game. When it comes to sales and this market, you got to be quick and communicate. So, while we were waiting for this guy to do whatever he was doing, my wife and I decided to go to some open houses in the area, and that's when we met the Realtor of our dreams. Christine was there showing the house, she greeted us right away and showed us around. She has lived in the area for 40+ years and shared some local advise for us. While we walked around and ate the amazing cookies she baked, we thought to ourselves "Why isn't our realtor this involved and attentive?" That was it, we dropped our other guy, who was super unprofessional about it, and was swept away by the kind and caring arms of Christine. Christine literally attended to every need. I was starting a new job that had me traveling and away form home(our RV) 60 hours a week. Christine offered to give my wife a ride to any appointment for the sale and was on top of calling me to help keep the process going smoothly. We closed on our house in 21 days. Not only was she extremely helpful to us, but she rallied for us against the evil mortgage people and the sellers non-compliance. I could not recommend a better human to help you and your family find the perfect home, and make the process not only easy, but enjoyable!

I worked with Matt Lipinczyk as my realtor to sell my house. (I was relocating out of state or I would have asked him to help with buying a new house). Matt put together a solid plan with aggressive timing in order to meet my goal of selling quickly for a fair price (ie not below it's value). And his plan worked as we accepted an offer 4 days after the house was listed. As this was my 1st time selling a house I had a ton of questions, and Matt was very patient with me and answered them quickly and clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you are reading this review than I suspect you are looking for an excellent realtor and I want to tell you about the best one I know, Nadia Tenouri, Ph.D. I have a fair amount of experience in real estate but am by no means an expert. When selecting an agent I need to know they are competent and will represent my financial interests. In short, do they know more than me? Why hire someone who doesn't? Let's face it, there are a lot of bad agents out there. Nadia's knowledge of real estate is astounding. It covers purchases, sales, contract negotiation, market analysis, and taxes, just to name a few. I could ask her any question and she knew the answers as if she could write a text book. Her services and experience more than pay for themselves. If you're looking for an agent who is fierce but friendly, kind and direct, a person who upholds their responsibilities and will get you the absolute best deals for your real estate needs, she is the one to choose. I've used her services for two sales and one purchase and would certainly request her help again.

Jane Ellen Mastrangelo is THE BEST!!! My wife and I recently bought a home for our daughter and fiancé. Jane managed the process very professionally and rapidly. The market was moving very fast, however Jane was able to move quickly and close the deal for us. She made the process so easy for us. Our daughter and fiancé are so happy with their new home. This went so smooth that when my wife and I decided to move to Orlando from California we asked Jane to be our realtor again. We lived in California for over 30 years and wanted more out of our house and yard. The costs in California make that very difficult and unlikely. We have worked with realtors in the past and know just what we want in a realtor. Very engaged, organized, professional, accurate, understanding and motivated. Jane is all of those and more. We know we wanted to work with Jane very early in the process because of how professional she was and knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general. We valued here skills in dealing with other realtors and sellers, especially in such an active market. The second time working with Jane went as well as the first. So professional and determined to get us into a house that fit our needs. She came through and we are living in Avalon Park area now. Our advice for anyone working with Jane is to provide her with enough details on what you want and need so she can do her part in finding you the home you want. Who likes the house buying process raise your hands? This was my first time going through the whole thing to the end, after two other casual failed attempts. My father was no longer around to help see me through it , I had no one to trust and I was going to need someone to hold my hand through the entire thing. These are the very words I spoke to the bank, who by the grace of God paired me with Agile Group and Patrica Berti as my agent. It would take me over a day to write how much i appreciate her and what she did for me, but safe to say I got exactly what I needed and asked for. She was with me the entire way. I got discouraged at the beginning as I always did and within a snap had me turned around and confident that we should not give up. She labored on my behalf to not only find a place with all my demands but stayed after the seller constantly and kept me in their mind when it seemed it was over and moving on SHOULD have been the right choice. Any questions got answered, when I couldn't get a hold of people at the bank, SHE went over their heads and got me what I needed same day. While I didn't deal with or form a relationship with others at Agile during all this, the people I did speak with were always friendly and courteous. While trying to make a large move to the east coast. I was in need of some focus and support. I had just suffered a huge family loss. So a change was necessary, and a lifelong dream. I was introduced to a realtor whom I knew nothing about Paul Farr took it upon himself to open up his resources to my father and I. We mentioned homes we had looked at online. Honest, skilled, and insightful, I had the good fortune of retaining Nicholas Evers (of The Agile Group) for the purchase of a non-homesteaded property late last year. In this transaction, nobody could have been more ideal for me. Being an “absentee” buyer, I was very reluctant to proceed with purchasing the property given its condition and my inability to personally inspect it. However, Nicholas listened to my specific concerns and proactively responded, meeting home inspection and other trade professionals at the property to address specific issues. Although I was hundreds of miles away the entire time, Nicholas’ skill and communication made me feel as though I was personally meeting these individuals also. In addition, he judiciously negotiated with the (often hostile) seller agent and his work ultimately gave me the confidence needed to make the purchase. The entire transaction was just over two weeks in duration and we closed about 15% below the listed price. I could not be happier that Nicholas was my agent for this purchase and I unconditionally recommend him for any real estate need.
