The relo company had sent 2 agents of the largest real estate companies in the area to my loft to choose which one I wanted to work with. My brother and I own small real estate company. We buy fix and sell houses and sometimes condos. Back in 2009 during the major RE crisis, we bought several condos in the Shaw neighborhood. Our plan was to rehab them and sell after market recovers. So in 2011 we were ready to sell and we thought it will be an easy job. Just put it in MLS and wait for the buyer. Our condos are really nice, and we thought they will just sell on its own. Well what we did not know is that it takes a lot more than that. It should be marketed properly, little things here-and-there corrected...tons of small details we never paid attention to, and it all adds-up to produce superb product.
