We can't speak highly enough about our experience with Joe. From day one he had great suggestions and advice. He was very responsive with all of our questions even if they seemed like silly questions to us. We were blown away when we seen the listing. It was very impressive, informative and the professional photos Joe set up looked amazing! The first hour of the listing we got an unseen offer and multiple other offers the same day. Joe was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I moved to the area from out of state, and were not sure what part of the metro we wanted to settle in. Joe is very knowledgeable about areas throughout both the city and county. He let us know pros and cons of various areas we wanted to look in. As well as an honest opinion of any house we looked at. His background in renovation was very helpful in spotting problems with newly renovated houses, and spotting potential with houses that needed some work. My husband and I just bought our first house, and our realtor, Joe LoPiccolo, was awesome! We moved from across the country and were only in town for about a week to look at houses. He scheduled viewings at every place we were remotely interested in and was able to speak to the quality of different aspects of each house (he could tell us about the electrical, plumbing, roof and siding, foundation, etc, etc), which we never would have been able to recognize ourselves. He was also very knowledgeable about the area, which was a huge deal for us since we hadn't been here before! Once we found a place we liked, he was able to help us make a competitive offer. Throughout the buying process, he was extremely helpful and was able to explain anything to us that we did not understand. He also did the final walk through on our house and closing when we were not in town yet, and has continued to help us with any questions we've had post-closing. We are SO thankful we had Joe as our realtor for our first home buying experience, and we would absolutely recommend him to any future buyers!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Joe was very helpful throughout our home buying process. We were living out of state but looking to purchase a house for when we moved to the area. There were many times when we would ask Joe to look at a house for us and he would send us very detailed photos of these houses. He provided us with many options that fit what we were looking for and when we came down to Illinois to look at the houses he was very kind and spent the entire day with us showing us around. The best things about Joe: -Very quick to conduct a home showing with you (which is important when homes now are selling in a few days) -He's very knowledgeable to the point where you feel like he's also a home inspector -He will go to battle for you on getting things done with a seller -Understands you want the perfect house for you and is patient to get you there -Very good at getting tasks done in a pinch and when it matters (early closings) -Joe also follows up with you after you've made your purchase (I've never seen this before)
