Could not have been happier! Dan went way beyond what he needed to do for us. We moved from out of state and Dan went to out of his way for Zoom every house and some more the twice. Katie Saugstad is a great realtor! We were moving from out of state using a VA loan and needed to get a house asap to register our kids for school. I have learned that hiring a good agent can save you time, money, and stress. The first home I listed on my own with no agent, and things did not go well. The offer was low, the inspection was difficult, and the deal fell apart. I called Tyler Goff and hired him to sell my home, he gave me advice on a few things I could do to maximize the value and we had a full price offer within a week. We netted more money after paying the full realtor commissions! It was money well spent to receive expert advice to maximize value. We then hired him to sell our second home. With their advice and expertise we received an above list price offer within two weeks. 48 hours before closing there was a tornado that blew a hole into the side of our home causing a large amount of damage.
