Our son had an opportunity as an intern in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. From the moment I reached out to Sioux Falls furnished rentals, Tony, all details were put in place for a very easy transition. The furnished apartment was immaculate, with a very fitting sports theme decor. When any issue arose, it was immediately addressed. Thank you, again, to Christine and Tony for looking out for our son. It was a wonderful experience for him. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Sioux Falls, to look here first!

I was lucky to find this very accommodating apartment to stay in while working in the area. The building itself is located in a beautiful historic area of the city and is within walking distance of numerous amenities. There is also a beautiful and family friendly park just a few blocks from the apartment that offers activities appropriate for seasons year around. The unit itself was very well equipped and clean upon my arrival. There was also valuable information about the property as well as the city provided in the unit on my arrival. The building is an older building but has been up kept and maintained very well. Everything is in working order and any issue that did arise was quickly and effectively addressed with little to no inconvenience to myself or my family. The garage was clean and an added amenity that was very nice. The tenants were all polite and common areas were respected by all. The owners, manager, and handyman were are very polite and seem to genuinely take pride in their roles in this establishment. I would highly recommend these units to anyone needing a place to stay while in the area. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely use them again should we return to the area.

This was the perfect spot to stay for 3 or 4 months! It was fully furnished with a tv and even had items like dishes and cleaning supplies. It was nice not needing to buy or haul furniture for short term living, but I was still able to make it feel like my own home. The owner/landlord was responsive any time I had questions or needed help. I stayed at the Phillips house and it was nice to have a garage for the winter months. I was happy to come across Sioux Falls Furnished Rentals when I was looking for a place and would recommend to others!

I stayed in one of their furnished units for three months. It was the most positive renting experience I've ever had, bar none. The unit was very well furnished and was impeccably decorated. I felt completely at home and we very comfortable the entire time. The fully furnished kitchen had everything you need to cook for yourself and the laundry facilities featured a nearly brand new washer and dryer along with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and fabric softener. You simply cannot find a better place for a short term rental.

I had a lovely time staying at the farmhouse loft unit for a month! It was super cozy and perfect to work from home, relax, cook and hang. Everyone was super nice and anything that came up was met with immediate help. The bed was super comfy the kitchen nice to cook. The only thing I would say is the shower is a little cramped but i saw that on another review so I knew that going in! Highly recommend.

I had the best stay at the Ranch. I was there for two months during all of October and November 2021. The place is perfect for one or for a couple. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, extra counter space would have been awesome, but I understand. I felt very safe during my whole stay as the outside of the building is locked and then the apt is locked also. I had one noisy neighbor while being there and it was handled immediately. Their is a community set of washer and dryers in the downstairs that are really nice, as well as a folding table. I think the only downside was the train that runs alongside of the unit. The engineer is ridiculous with the horn as you can hear it 10 blocks coming and going. You are in walking distance to all the shops downtown and the falls this time of year are lit up with Christmas lights! COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ENJOYABLE. You do have one covered parking spot for each unit. On a side note.. I would like to thank the owners for literally saving Thanksgiving dinner as I locked myself outside the building, outside of my car with my purse and phone and all of Thanksgiving dinner stuck in the car! I was able to contact them with ease and they reset the locks for me through the phone so I could gain access. My time there was better than anticipated!! Highly recommended!

The past 2 summers I have lived in the 735 S First apartments and it was definitely by choice. For someone who is looking for a short term rental, fully furnished, close to all the attractions downtown AND for a good price, this is the spot for you. After my first summer here I fell in love with how accommodating the apartment is, from their fully functional kitchen to the high pressure showers and back to the smart TV that you can watch anything you want. When needing some time out and about, you simply walk 3 minutes north and you are in the center of Sioux Falls. Walk another 10 minutes and you are actually at the Falls! I will for sure be coming back for another stay with Erickson Properties in the near future.

Very friendly staff that provided the guarantee to our family of some place to stay close to the hospital as family was unsure about what housing would be available for them during an extended hospital stay. Apartments were clean and set up for their stay. They worked with us when changes happened the best way they could. Highly recommended! For long or short term stays.

The home we rented exceeded our expectations; it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was great and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners and manager we very professional and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived we felt immediately at home and really enjoyed the surrounding area of Riverdale Park. We are cyclist so the easy access to the bike trail was a wonderful bonus. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and we felt welcome and safe. Although the interstate traffic could be heard when outdoors we found it didn’t negatively effect our stay. The bunnies, squirrels, deer, and fireflies added a nice bit of charming nature in the yard. We were an easy 2 1/2 mike walk from downtown and a nice 1.3 mile walk to the historic McKennan park area. We intend to return to Sioux Falls in five years and rent again from Tony and Christine.

When I moved in, the apartment was clean, organized, and had everything I needed. They were always there to help and had prompt responses. Sioux Falls Furnished Rentals are exceptional from signing the contract, to the janitor, to the cleaning lady, to closing the contract -- all facets of the process, they provide that extra touch that makes you want to come back. Not only that, the furnished apartment itself are of the highest quality with lovely decor, comfortable beds and all the amenities needed to live an ordinary day -- from having Keurig coffee maker to great entertainment system. You do not need to go out and buy any equipment. It truly is a home away from home. And the location is a walk away from downtown -- So if you need a place to stay in Sioux Falls for a few months this is the place!

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and cozy! It had everything I needed. The kitchen was well supplied where I could cook nice meals on the stove and in the oven. The location is fantastic. I loved being by near the park and felt very safe to go for walks. I was only a mile from the hospital which was very convenient. Christine and staff were very responsive and great to work with! I was more then pleased with my stay. I needed a place for 2 months and when they tell you all you need to bring are your clothes they mean it. The apartments are totally furnished especially the kitchen with everything you need to cook and anything else that you need in a kitchen. I would recommend using Tony and Christine for any short term stays. They are super nice people who care about your stay. You will be very happy and I would stay here again in a heart beat!!!!

Thank you for providing beautiful furnished housing for me over the last 2.5 years. I have stayed in 3 of your furnished rentals ( Shabby Chic, Farmhouse, and Brown duplex) and each provided a feeling of home. Excellent locations. Walking distance to work, downtown and to McKennan Park. Safe neighborhoods with kind neighbors at each location. I recently stayed for 5 months at 900 S Phillips #1. I absolutely loved my time here! The apartment is furnished very chic and cozy. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from tools to cookware. I always felt very secure with the locks and outdoor lighting. The location could not be better. Close to everything you would need; restaurants, shops, and parks. Tony and Christine are excellent landlords who respond to questions almost immediately and make the moving in and moving out very easy for their tenants. I would definitely rent from them again and would highly endorse them for anyone else!

I stayed for 6 months at the 900 S Phillips ave rental and loved it. The location was amazing - about a 5 minute walk to all of the stores and restaurants in downtown Sioux Falls. The furnishings were incredible, there was everything you could ever need in an apartment as well as an incredibly comfortable king sized bed. Tony and Christine were awesome landlords and gave assistance with anything and everything I needed.

The reason I only rated 4stars was the close proximity to the freeway so it was a little noisy during the day. I work nites so someone that works day's may not have a problem with it.

Honestly, it was nicer than if I would have furnished the place myself! Conveniently located near downtown Sioux Falls. Wonderful AC unit that kept my place cool during the hot summer days. Was in Sioux Falls for work. Stayed about 5 months at the 9th ave apartments. It was a great experience. The place felt cozy, warm, and felt like you were right at home. They had everything you need for a home away from home. The Erickson family was always there to help you out if you needed anything or if something happened. They are easy to work with. I stayed at a property of Tony and Christine’s during a 13 week travel nursing contract. I was extremely pleased with my stay. The apartment was true to form to its pictures and was very clean upon initial move in. Tony and Christine were also very friendly and helped me when any problems arose. For example, my dryer stopped giving off heat and Christine made sure that someone was there the next day to fix it. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in the Sioux Falls area, I would definitely give them a call. If I’m ever back in the area, I know I will!

I highly recommend staying here if you are vacationing or getaway for the weekend in the Sioux Falls area the property managers are awesome and have outstanding apt complex and other furnished housing. They keep the properties clean and up to date you feel right at home. The complex I stayed in is 5min from downtown and falls park and 15min from food shopping to clothing and others and entertainment areas around Sioux Falls. Toni was great to work with and seemed very compassionate to our situation!! We are from Alaska and he made sure we had a comfortable home away from home!! The room had plenty of room, laundry, and a garage! I would highly recommend his apartments to anyone coming for a long term stay. We were here with my mother who was recovering from a stroke in Avera McKennan Hospital in the Prairie Center. It was also nice that the room was close to the hospital!!

I love how the one price is for everything, and I don’t have to worry about a separate bill for utilities and such. All that I needed was provided..OMG, I loved the Keurig!!!! Our two month stay at 1707 S Phillips (upstairs) was wonderful. Close enough to walk to downtown, through beautiful neighborhoods. Also close to medical and shopping. Hosts were very quick to respond to our questions and needs. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. Heating and cooling, worked great as we needed both during Sept and Oct months. Tony was quick to respond, provided me with additional pictures of properties available and boom I was ready. The apartment was very nice, very warm for those very cold days in SD. The apartment was perfect for what I needed. It was clean and had everything necessary for my 1 month stay. Best value for a short term lease. I checked out renting a cheaper unfurnished apartment and just using an air mattress, but once I figured in setting up the utilities and internet for the 1 or 2 months it would have cost me about the same as this furnished apartment (with a shared washer and dryer in the 4-plex). Plus, I was able to have a garage to keep my car out of the cold and snow. Then I didnt have to bother with those details, it was comfortable and felt like an actual home. Tony and his wife were great and easy to work with. Getting in and checking out was super easy. He responded promptly to texts, but I didnt have any issues during the stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a short term apartment. Cant be at the value!
