Kate is the best! From her initial presentation to the closing, Kate was thorough and professional and a joy to work with as she helped us sell our parents' house. As out-of-town owners, she not only provided us with a list of support references but also saved us money by advising us which services were actually required. She even checked on the house for us as various thunderstorms moved through Sioux Falls! Her advice enabled us to save money and secure a great price for the house. She "closed the deal" for us (six different owners) by assisting with the coordination of various documents throughout the whole process.

I was afforded the opportunity to work with Kate at 605 Real Estate through a recommendation and referral from my investment counselor.
