This is the second home I have sold / purchased with her assistance and both times I have been completely satisfied with the experience. I have recommended her for years with good reason. I'm only sorry I moved out of state, preventing me from using her again.

I have bought and sold a lot of homes because of my job - which is regrettable - but this above-average transaction count has also exposed me to a lot of different agents. Susannah Seare is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Susannah is a true professional and a creative problem solver. In order to help ‘win’ a home in Utah’s competitive real estate market, Susannah suggested we waive the inspection, but protect myself by hiring a contractor to attend the open house with us. While I toured the home for suitability for me and my family, the contractor looked for structural and mechanical issues. Susannah is charismatic and one of the most persuasive communicators I have ever worked with. She focused in on the listing agent and carefully explained that I was a serious buyer and that I wanted to move fast, too, just like the seller did. Susannah built my credibility as a buyer with the listing agent so that the listing agent became an advocate for me with the seller. The listing agent described the seller’s concerns so that we submitted an offer that was very compelling the *first* time. Thanks to the listing agent’s comfort with Susannah, our offer beat out the dozens of others. I strongly recommend that you have at least a conversation with Susannah - whether you are a buyer or a seller - before hiring a real estate agent to represent you. I sincerely hope that I don’t need to buy another home for a long time, but if I do, I’m using Susannah Seare.
